Objectives: The rapid development of the global tourism industry has brought about a boom in the development of the homestay industry, and the development of homestays in China is no exception. With the advent of the era of large accommodation, the country smoke-free homestay industry can not only meet people's basic needs for travel and accommodation, but also a place to experience culture and social consumption, which is an increasing need for people's better life. From the perspective of the business model of homestays, the new types of homestays that incorporate the upstream and downstream industrial chain of homestays are more in line with future development trends. At the stage where China’s economic growth has shifted from high speed to high quality, how to build a sustainable development system with complementary high-quality resources through the integration of culture and tourism industries is the core issue. Since the 26 proposals for the integration of Beijing’s culture and tourism industries were put forward, Beijing is gradually building a sample of integrated culture and tourism development. In this paper, the theory of physics coupling is applied to the research on industrial integration, and a comprehensive evaluation index system is formulated. At the same time, the relative development model, coupling degree model, and coupling coordination degree model were used to empirically analyze the integrated development of the culture and tourism industries in Beijing from 2005 to 2017. The research results show that the degree of coupling and coordination of Beijing’s culture and tourism industry experienced three phases of mild imbalance, primary coordination, moderate coordination during the statistical period, and the integration effect gradually improved. Based on this, this article puts forward policy suggestions that are conducive to the further coordinated development of Beijing’s culture industry and tourism industry.

Abstract. With the rapid development of ice and snow tourism industry in Jilin Province, a new economic growth point has been formed. However, the development of ice and snow cultural tourism derivatives is still in its infancy, lacking of creative expansion in breadth and historical excavation in depth, low technological content of products, lacking of added value, single marketing method, and no industrial chain structure. It is an important way to break through the convergence of derivative design of ice and snow culture tourism to tap the ice and snow natural culture and folk culture resources, create interesting derivative image design and develop interactive technology.

China has developed into a highly diversified economy. Southeast China is one important region with rapid economic development and generally considered to contain Zhejiang, Fujian and Guangdong. The rapid development of Southeast China under structural adjustment is an exploration of the development of the forefront of China's reform and opening up. Structural adjustment is a major theoretical and practical improvement. Through the academic exploration of the current industrial structure transformation and upgrading, this paper deepens the understanding of Southeast China's high-quality development and helps to promote the construction of the modern economic system. Based on the exploration of the characteristics of the transition period of economic construction. This paper examines the characteristics and advantages of Southeast China's high-quality development and the challenges that may be faced in subsequent development. AbstractThe high-quality development of the manufacturing industry is an important strategic task for Chinese economic development. The rapid development of the manufacturing industry is also accompanied by problems such as overcapacity and environmental pollution. This paper analyzes the impact of capacity utilization on the high-quality development of manufacturing and establishes a nonlinear threshold regression model on this basis, and studies and analyzes environmental regulations as a threshold variable under the influence of capacity utilization rate on the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry. The research results show that: capacity utilization, profitability, foreign direct investment, and government participation all have a significant positive impact on the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry; environmental regulations have a significant negative impact on the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry. And in the model of the effect of capacity utilization on the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry, environmental regulation has a single threshold effect. With the increase in the intensity of environmental regulation, the coefficient and significance of the effect of capacity utilization on the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry have changed. Finally, this article puts forward corresponding policies and suggestions based on the results of data analysis.

Objectives: We calculate the coupling coordination degree between modern logistics industry and high-quality development of regional economy in Hunan Province from 2008 to 2019. Methods: In this study, the coupling coordination degree model is constructed and the calculation is carried out based on Principal Component Analysis (PCA). Results: (1) The degree of coupling coordination between modern logistics industry and high-quality development of regional economy in Hunan province is generally on the rise from 2008 to 2019. (2) From 2013 to 2019, the development of modern logistics industry and regional economy in Hunan Province has been in a state of "high-level coordination". The 19th National Congress clearly put forward high-quality development. From 2018 to 2019, the degree of coupled and coordinated development between modern logistics industry and high-quality development of regional economy in Hunan Province showed a state of "high-level coordination". According to this conclusion, Combined with the "three highs and four new" strategy and the urban requirements of the new development concept in Hunan Province, this paper puts forward some suggestions on promoting the modern logistics industry in Hunan Province and promoting the coordinated development of regional economy with high quality.

The rapid development of mobile payment business makes the financial institution, the telecom carrier and the third party payment company to compete to purse the mobile payment market. However, the operation model of mobile payment market is disordered, it affects the development of mobile payment business. Mobile payment main bodies develop quickly. Who will dominate the market, the relationships among them is whether cooperation or competition, how to define the values of the financial institution, the telecom carrier and the third party payment company, are the main questions to be explained. This paper mainly researches on the game among the financial institution, the telecom carrier and the third party company. Through building the game model and the analysis, we draw the conclusion that reasonable resource sharing and income distribution mechanism can help to achieve an all-win result in mobile payment market.
