This paper examines the relationship between training and its impact on employees performance in the context of “Telecommunication Sector of D. G. Khan” Pakistan. There are three hypotheses and three objectives of this research study and by using a questionnaire 150 employees were chosen for data collection from telecommunication. “ANOVA and SPSS” Correlation coefficient was used for data analysis. Independent variable of this study is Training and dependent variable is employee performance. The independent variable training has two determinants salary and job involvement. Results showed Positive relationships between Training, Salary and Job Involvement with Employee Performance.

This research aimed to describe the employee performance, organizational culture and cultural relations organization with the performance satisfaction at Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Sawahlunto. The hypothesis of the proposed research is “organizational culture is  significantly correlated with the performance of employee at Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Sawahlunto”. The present research is correlational which to see organizational culture with employee performance at Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Sawahlunto. The population is 69 people and samples is 61 people. Large instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire type a Likert scale that have been valid and reliabel. The techhique of data analysis is done by using the formula Product Moment Correlation and T-test. The result of the dataanalysis showed that (1) employee performance at Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Sawahlunto is in the category is good (85,15%), (2) organizational culture are on the category good (89,54%), and (3) there is a significant organizational culture between leadership with employee performance with a correlation coefficient = 0,327. So it can be concluded tha organizational culture affects employee performance at Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Sawahlunto.

Abstract: The Implementation of Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) 2017 at the Land Office of Semarang Regency successfully completed the entire target of 50,000 fields with achievement of 100% realization. The success of a Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) activity is related from the Executor (ASN) side of the activity which will relate to the performance of the employees in carrying out PTSL activities, so it is necessary to prove this in order to optimize the performance of employees and various factors that support the performance of these employees in carrying out activities in accordance with the planned targets. This research is a survey research quantitative approach with research location in Land Office of Semarang Regency. Technique of data collection used are spreading questionnaires to respondents and study documents. Technique of data analysis is conducted by using Pearson Product Moment (PPM) correlation analysis using Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) program. The results showed that based on the test results of each employee performance supporting variable the most dominant positive and significant correlations were member variables, as evidenced by the correlation coefficient value r = 0.393 *, p-value = 0.029 with a significance of 97.1%, if the ability of members improved it will increase success in implementing PTSL. Overall, a significant positive correlation between employee performance against the success of PTSL implementation in 2017, as evidenced by the correlation coefficient r = 0.360, p-value = 0.016 with a significance of 98.4%, if the factors that affect employee performance are improved it will increase success in PTSL implementation. Based on the test results, the research hypothesis can be accepted. Keywords: correlation, employee performance, PTSL. Intisari: Pelaksanaan Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematik Lengkap (PTSL) Tahun 2017 di Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Semarang berhasil menyelesaikan seluruh target 100 %. Keberhasilan PTSL berhubungan erat dengan Pelaksana (ASN), penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor yang mendukung kinerja pegawai dalam melaksanakan kegiatan PTSL. Metode penelitian dilakukan secara kuantitatif, analisa data dilaksanakan menggunakan analisis korelasi Pearson Product Moment (PPM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masing-masing variabel pendukung kinerja pegawai yang paling dominan berkorelasi positif dan signifikan adalah variabel anggota, terbukti dengan nilai koefisien korelasi korelasi r=0.393*, p-value= 0.029 dengan signifikasi sebesar 97.1%, jika kemampuan anggota ditingkatkan maka akan meningkatkan keberhasilan dalam pelaksanaan PTSL. Secara keseluruhan, korelasi positif yang siginifikan antara kinerja pegawai terhadap keberhasilan pelaksanaan PTSL Tahun 2017, terbukti dengan nilai koefisien korelasi r = 0.360, p-value= 0.016 dengan signifikasi sebesar 98.4%, jika faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai ditingkatkan maka akan meningkatkan keberhasilan dalam pelaksanaan PTSL. Abstract : This study aims to determine the relationship between perceptions of physical attractiveness with interpersonal attraction in class X SMA PGRI 2 Palembang. The subjects were students of class X SMA PGRI 2 Palembang, data collection instruments used in this study is the interpersonal attraction scale and scale perception of physical attractiveness. Methods of data analysis using simple regression correlation techniques. The results showed there significant relationship between the perception of physical attractiveness with interpersonal attraction in class X SMA PGRI 2 Palembang. The relationships in the show from the value of the correlation coefficient r = 0.586 with a significance value (p) = 0.000, or in other words, p < 0.01. This shows that there is a significant relationship between the perception of physical attractiveness with interpersonal attraction in class X SMA PGRI 2 Palembang. The value of donations perception of physical attractiveness on interpersonal attraction is 33%. The conclusion of this study is that there was a significant relationship between the perception of physical attractiveness with interpersonal attraction in class X SMA PGRI 2 Palembang.    Keywords: Interpersonal Attractions, Perception, Physical Attractions   Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara persepsi daya tarik fisik dengan atraksi interpersonal pada siswa kelas X SMA PGRI 2 Palembang. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X SMA PGRI 2 Palembang, alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala atraksi interpersonal dan skala persepsi daya tarik fisik. Metode analisis data dengan menggunakan teknik korelasi Regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukan ada hubungan yang sangat signifikan antara persepsi daya tarik fisik dengan atraksi interpersonal pada siswa kelas X SMA PGRI 2 Palembang. Hubungan tersebut di tunjukan dari nilai koefisien korelasi r = 0,586 dengan nilai signifikansi (p) = 0,000 atau dengan kata lain p < 0,01. Ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang sangat signifikan antara persepsi daya tarik fisik dengan atraksi interpersonal pada siswa kelas X SMA PGRI 2 Palembang. Besarnya nilai sumbangan persepsi daya tarik fisik terhadap atraksi interpersonal adalah 33 %. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan yang sangat signifikan antara persepsi daya tarik fisik dengan atraksi interpersonal pada siswa kelas X SMA PGRI 2 Palembang.   Kata Kunci: Atraksi Interpersonal, Persepsi, Daya Tarik Fisik

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on employee performance. With the problem of compensation for the performance of employees at the Warunk Bendito Manado company. The sample taken was 34 people from a total of 34 employees in the company. In this study used a type of quantitative research. Technique data collection uses questionnaires to respondents, making observations and interviews. The technique used in data analysis is to use simple regression statistics with SPSS version 22.00 to test the significance of the relationship between variables and to measure the magnitude of the effect that occurs on compensation variables and employee performance variables. From the results of t test and correlation, it can be seen that the results of tvalue < ttable have a negative influence. The results of the R square correlation value have a weak correlation. Based on the results of calculations from the study it can be seen that the compensation variable has a negative effect on employee performance variables.

The purpose of this study is to explain the role of motivational mediation on the influence of the work environment on the performance of employees of PT Hung-A Indonesia. This research is quantitative in nature using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The population in this study were employees of PT Hung-A Indonesai Hi End Factory division with 81 samples obtained from the Slovin formula. The independent variable in this study is the work environment, the dependent variable is employee performance and the work motivation variable is the mediating variable. Data analysis in this study used path analysis. By processing data using Smart PLS 3.0. The results showed that work environment variables had an effect on employee performance. Work environment variables affect motivation. Motivation variables have an effect on employee performance, and motivation is able to mediate the influence of the work environment on employee performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on the performance of employees of PT. Jaya Jaya Utama. This study aims to determine the effect of motivation on the performance of PT.Tunas Jaya Utama employees. This study has the aim to determine the effect of compensation and motivation on the performance of PT.Tunas Jaya Utama employees. The population of this research is 32 employees of PT. Tunas Jaya Utama. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, documentary studies and questionnaires, while the data analysis techniques used were the classic assumption test, multiple regression, T test, F test, and the coefficient of determination. There is an effect of compensation and motivation on employee performance at PT. Tunas Jaya Utama where the count is 0.349. The multiple correlation coefficient values ​​together between motivation and workload on performance obtained Rx1x2y = 0.723. This positive value means that if compensation and motivation are increased the performance will increase. From the F test it was obtained 15,853 with sig 0,000 <0,05, indicating that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, meaning compensation (X1) and motivation (X2) had a significant effect on performance (Y) at the 0.05 level. The coefficient of determination obtained (R-Square) is 0.522 or 52.20%, indicating that around 52.20% the variable Y can be explained by the compensation variable (X1) and motivation (X2) or practically it can be said that the contribution of compensation (X1) and motivation (X2) on performance (Y) is 52.20%, the rest is influenced by other variables not examined.

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Motivasi, Kompetensi, Kepribadian, dan Disiplin terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Universitas “MJ”. Berdasarkan model teoritis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data kuantitatif, yaitu proses analisis data yang dilakukan dengan cara menelaah keseluruhan data dari berbagai sumber yang dinyatakan dalam bentuk angka-angka. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis melakukan pengujian yang akan berhubungan dengan apakah ada hubungan positif antara variabel X dan variabel Y. Untuk menguji hipotesis ini, metode statistik yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda yang dapat digunakan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara variabel bebas dan variabel terikat. variabel-variabel ini berhubungan positif/negatif. Data yang disebarkan sebanyak 655 kuisioner kepada pegawai Universitas “MJ” dan ada 248 kuisioner yang akan diolah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi, Kompetensi, Kepribadian, dan Disiplin secara simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Universitas “MJ”, hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai F hitung > F tabel yaitu 8,247 > 2,41. Abstract This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Motivation, Competence, Personality, and Discipline on Employee Performance at the University of “MJ”. Based on the theoretical model proposed in this study using quantitative data analysis techniques, namely the data analysis process carried out by examining the overall data from various sources expressed in the form of numbers. In this study, the author conducted a test that will relate to whether there is a positive relationship between the X variable and the Y variable. For testing this hypothesis, the statistical method used is multiple linear regression analysis which can be used to determine the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. these variables are positively/negatively related. Data distributed as many as 655 questionnaires to employees of the University of “MJ” and there are 248 questionnaires to be processed. The results of this study indicate that Motivation, Competence, Personality, and Discipline simultaneously have a positive effect on Employee Performance at the University of “MJ”, this is evidenced by the value of F arithmetic > F table which is 8.247 > 2.41.

This study entitled The Effect of Motivation on Employee Performance with Work Discipline as a Moderation Variable in the Transportation Office of Musi Rawas Regency. with respondents as many as 40 people.”This study aims to determine the effect of motivation on employee performance with work discipline as a moderating variable. The method used in this research is quantitative methods and data collection techniques used in this research are using observations, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is simple regression test, correlation coefficient, t test, and moderation test. Testing the first hypothesis, namely the variable Motivation (X1) on Employee Performance (Y) shows that tcount produces a coefficient of 5000. With a sample size of 40, it is found that df = (40-2) and at a significance level of 0.05, the t table value is 1.686. With these results it can be said that motivation (X1) has a significant effect on Pegwai's performance because tcount (5000)> ttable (1.686). Then the second hypothesis testing shows that there is an increase in the R square value from 0.397 to 0.533.”This means that the Work Discipline variable (X2) can strengthen the relationship between Motivation (X1) and Employee Performance (Y). So with this variable Work Discipline (X2) is Pemoderation in the relationship between Motivation (X1) and Employee Performance (Y).

This study aims to determine the relationship between work motivation, work discipline andculture organizationalon improving employee performance at the Indomaret store in South Surabaya. This research is a quantitative researcher. With a population of 62 respondents. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and questionnaires. The data analysis used is validity test, reliability test,assumption classictest and multiple linear analysis test. The results of the study influence the work motivation, work discipline andculture organizationalon the performance of indomaret shop employees in south Surabaya. Shows that there is arelationship positive and significantof F test 253.257> 3.15 simultaneously. Partially work motivation -0,501 <t1,670 has no significant effect on employee performance, work discipline 0,795 <t table 1,670 has no significant effect on employee performance and organizational culture 19,861> t table 1,670 has a significant influence on employee performance.
