This study entitled The Effect of Motivation on Employee Performance with Work Discipline as a Moderation Variable in the Transportation Office of Musi Rawas Regency. with respondents as many as 40 people.”This study aims to determine the effect of motivation on employee performance with work discipline as a moderating variable. The method used in this research is quantitative methods and data collection techniques used in this research are using observations, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is simple regression test, correlation coefficient, t test, and moderation test. Testing the first hypothesis, namely the variable Motivation (X1) on Employee Performance (Y) shows that tcount produces a coefficient of 5000. With a sample size of 40, it is found that df = (40-2) and at a significance level of 0.05, the t table value is 1.686. With these results it can be said that motivation (X1) has a significant effect on Pegwai's performance because tcount (5000)> ttable (1.686). Then the second hypothesis testing shows that there is an increase in the R square value from 0.397 to 0.533.”This means that the Work Discipline variable (X2) can strengthen the relationship between Motivation (X1) and Employee Performance (Y). So with this variable Work Discipline (X2) is Pemoderation in the relationship between Motivation (X1) and Employee Performance (Y).

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of character education on students' learning motivation at State Elementary School 019 Sungai Beringin, Tembilahan Indragiri Hilir Riau Indonesia. This research used a quantitative approach. A total of 74 students were selected to participate in this study using the proportional random sampling technique. Data collection techniques were questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used was a simple regression test. Based on the results of data analysis on variable X, namely Character Education, it was found that 73.69% was categorized as strong. Then, based on the results of data analysis of variable Y, namely Student Learning Motivation, it was found that 77.39% was also categorized as strong. While the effect of character education on student learning motivation obtained Fcount ≥ Ftable = 20.92 ≥ 3.97, so Ho is rejected, which means that there was a positive and significant influence between character education on student learning motivation

This reseach aims to determine the relationship between thanksgiving and happiness in honorary teachers. The research method is a quantitative method. The data collection techniques used scale of gratitude and scale of happiness. The subjects of this research were 105 teachers of the State Elementary School in Masbagik sub-district, East Lombok district. The analysis technique used is Product Moment Correation analysis by using SPSS 23.00 For Windows. The result of data analysis showed that the coefficient of correlation was R = 0.690 with a significance level of 0.000 (p <0.01). This research indicated that the contribution which is given by gratitude to happiness is 47,6 %, it means the relationship between the variables of gratitude and happiness for honorary is very significant.

This study examines the existence of a logical-mathematical intelligence relationship to the learning discipline of fifth grade students at SD Negeri Pagar Air Aceh Besar District. To answer the relationship between logical-mathematical intelligence on learning discipline, researchers use a quantitative approach to the type of associative research. The sample in this study was 40 fifth grade students of Pagar Air Elementary School. Data collection techniques using tests and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis shows that there is a positive and significant relationship between logical-mathematical intelligence and learning discipline of fifth grade students of SD Negeri Pagar Air. This is indicated by the value of Fcount Ftable at the 5% significance level of 5.98 4.10 and the regression equation Ŷ = 76.02 + 0.99X which can predict the ups and downs of students' learning discipline. The magnitude of the influence of logical-mathematical intelligence with student learning discipline can be seen from the value of rxy = 0.370, r count is greater than rtable at a significance level of 5% ie 0.370 0.320, meaning that logical-mathematical intelligence contributes 13.69%. Thus it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between logical-mathematical intelligence and the discipline of learning of fifth grade students at SD Negeri Pagar Air Aceh Besar District.

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on employee performance. With the problem of compensation for the performance of employees at the Warunk Bendito Manado company. The sample taken was 34 people from a total of 34 employees in the company. In this study used a type of quantitative research. Technique data collection uses questionnaires to respondents, making observations and interviews. The technique used in data analysis is to use simple regression statistics with SPSS version 22.00 to test the significance of the relationship between variables and to measure the magnitude of the effect that occurs on compensation variables and employee performance variables. From the results of t test and correlation, it can be seen that the results of tvalue < ttable have a negative influence. The results of the R square correlation value have a weak correlation. Based on the results of calculations from the study it can be seen that the compensation variable has a negative effect on employee performance variables.

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and work discipline partially, and the effect of leadership and work discipline simultaneously on employee performance at Dinas Pendidikan Kota Banjarmasin.This research uses quantitative methods. The data used in this study consisted of primary data and secondary data. The population of this research is the employees of Dinas Pendidikan Kota Banjarmasin, amounting to 102 people. Sampling uses probability sampling. The technique of data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 51 respondents from Dinas Pendidikan Kota Banjarmasin employees who were obtained using the Slovin formula. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression to determine the effect of leadership and work discipline on performance in Dinas Pendidikan Kota Banjarmasin using Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) version 21.00 for windows.The results of the study concluded that the leadership and work discipline variables partially affect the performance of employees at the Banjarmasin City Education Office. The results of the study concluded that the variables of leadership and work discipline simultaneously affect the performance of employees at Dinas Pendidikan Kota Banjarmasin.

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Motivation and Discipline Work simultaneously or partially affect the performance of employees at the village office in the District Mantikulore Palu. This study uses quantitative research which is a research that aims to explain the relationship between two or more variables with a sample of 99 employees and data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression. The results of hypothesis analysis and testing can be concluded: (1) based on regression test results obtained sig. F of 0.00 <0.05. This means that the variables of Motivation and Work Discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance variable. (2) based on the regression test results obtained motivation variable has significance level t sig. 0.033 <α 0.05. It means that partially motivation variable has significant effect to employee performance variable. (3) based on regression test results obtained by motivation variable has significance level t sig. 0,000> α 0.05. It means that partially variable of Work Discipline have significant effect to employee performance variable. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Motivasi dan Disiplin Kerja secara simultan maupun parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor kelurahan di Wilayah Kecamatan Mantikulore Kota Palu. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif yang merupakan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menjelaskan hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih dengan sampel 99 pegawai dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil analisis dan pengujian hipotesis dapat disimpulkan: (1) Berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh sig. F sebesar 0,00 < 0,05. Hal ini bermakna bahwa variabel Motivasi dan Disiplin Kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai. (2) Berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh variabel Motivasi memiliki tingkat signifikasi t sig. 0,033 < α 0,05. Hal ini bermakna bahwa secara parsial variabel Motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai. (3) Berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh variabel Motivasi memiliki tingkat signifikasi t sig. 0,000 > α 0,05. Hal ini bermakna bahwa secara parsial variabel Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the effect of job satisfaction (x) affects the performance of employees (y) at PT. Kreativa Surya Pratama Bandung subsidiary from Telkom Indonesia for Marketing or Marketing. The population is 237 people. This study uses quantitative methods. By using the reference calculation of the Slovin formula, which is as many as 70 respondents, the calculations in this research use the SPSS application. The data analysis technique in this study used a simple linear regression test. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that job satisfaction has a partially significant effect on employee performance. This result is based on the t-value of 9.170 and the t-table of 1.995 having a sig value of 0.001 < 0.05. With the acquisition of t-count greater than t-table (9,170 > 1,995). the coefficient of determination of the value of adjusted r square shows the results of 0.549 or 54.9%, so from the results of the coefficient value 54.9% is influential while the remaining 45.1% is influenced by other factors.

This study aims to determine and analyze simultaneous influence of individual capability and motivation on the performance of employees at PT. Balindo Manunggal Bersama; to analyze partial influence of individual capability and motivation on employees’ performance at PT. Balindo Manunggal Bersama. This study uses quantitative approach to explain the relationship between two or more variables studied with a sample of 32 employees. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regressions. The results of hypothesis testing show that: sig. F value of 0.000 <0.05 means that individual capability and motivation simultaneously have significant influence on employee performance; the value of significance level t sig. 0,000 <α 0.05 shows that individual capability partially has significant influence on employee performance; also, motivation partially has significant influence on employee performance with the significance level of t sig. 0,000 <α 0.05. Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah Individual Capability dan Motivasi berpengaruh secara serempak terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Balindo Manunggal Bersama; (2) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah Individual Capability berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Balindo Manunggal Bersama; (3) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah Motivasi berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Balindo Manunggal Bersama. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif yang merupakan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menjelaskan hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih dengan sampel 32 karyawan dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil analisis dan pengujian hipotesis dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh sig. F sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel Individual Capability dan Motivasi secara serempak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan; (2) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh variabel Individual Capability memiliki tingkat signifikasi t sig. 0,000 < α 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel Individual Capability secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan; (3) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh variabel Motivasi memiliki tingkat signifikasi t sig. 0,000 < α 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel Motivasi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
