Abstract Artificial intelligence technology (A I T) has also been widely used in society. Combining A I T with mechanical and electrical control systems will bring huge profits to the corporate sector and greatly improve work efficiency. It can save a lot of money in the electrical control operations of all walks of life in the country, and fill the gap in this technology in the country. The purpose of this article is to study the application of A I T in mechanical electrical control systems (M E C S). This article first introduces the basic theories and concepts of A I T, extends the core technology of A I T, and combines the current status of the electrical control system of modern enterprises in our country to discuss its existing problems, and finally studies and analyzes A I T and machinery. Combination of electrical control systems, and discuss the application of A I T in mechanical electrical orifice subsystems. Experiments show that, compared with the existing M E C S, the M E C S using A I T can better complete the work and improve work efficiency.

Abstract This paper reviews the Hansford Assembly Flex project recently conducted at RPI. Assembly Flex is a modular automation assembly system in the truest sense. It most cases it can be reconfigured (re-tooled) in under 20 minutes and go from building water pumps to car stereos. Much of this flexibility stems from its unique software control system developed by the authors and others.

With the rapid development of automation control technology, the majority of enterprises have begun to introduce automation equipment, but in some photovoltaic cell production in the enterprise, for the crystal silicon pile of temperature control in the process is still in the traditional way of manual control, this way of temperature control for the employee’s personal safety demand is higher, there is a certain risk. Aimed at this problem, this paper designed a crystal silicon velvet temperature control system based on MCU, the system consists of DS18B20 temperature sensor, 51 single chip microcomputer, sound and light alarm system, LCD1602 display module and motor drive module, the implementation of the system of velvet groove temperature monitoring, to ensure that the quality of the crystal silicon cell, through the simulation test system is stable, reliable and has certain practical application and popularization value.

With rapid developments in industry wide automation control systems, there have been numerous proposed design and control strategies as alternatives to conventional methods. This term paper deals with the same in the context of Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV’s) with a review of the current literature for proposed design improvements as well as trajectory control systems that can improve productivity and reduce conflicts compared to current methods. The results of these proposed methods are also compared in contrast to each other to obtain holistic view of the merits and demerits of the same. It is found that a fuzzy logic based PID control is a definite upgrade over conventional PID control systems and that the application of LIDAR and Camera based technologies can help enable free roaming AGV’s lending to increased robustness and flexibility. For a control system consisting of a single AGV and multiple processing stations, a genetic algorithm enhanced centralized fuzzy logic control system is the most optimal path planning algorithm whereas in the cases of multiple robots, a dynamic priority allocated free roaming AGVsystem with semi-decentralized control is found to be much more efficient at simultaneously solving paths and reducingconflicts with other robots in real time compared to the purely centralized systems.
