The current study aims to use the descriptive experimental approach as an applied tool for spatial development in its modern sense in the proposed new city project in Samawah, and to benefit from the development potential. The method of digital analysis of the developmental possibilities was used using the modern geographic information system (GIS), the SWOT strategic analysis model, and the spatial interaction of the real situation to reach the appropriate strategy for comprehensive development, the direction of expansion, and the appropriate spatial signature of the new city. The development strategy (SO) was proposed through a spatial model based on the strengths and opportunities of the development potential under consideration, to aid in the appropriate planning decision-making process to integrate and implement a new city with a sustainable social green economy.

This research intended  to evaluate the development strategy of Marine Fish Hatchery Unit at Gumilamo Island, North Halmahera. Analysis SWOT was used to determine the development strategy. Data were collected by questionnaire, interview and literature relevant to the research. SWOT analysis showed the internal and external factors that affected the development of Marine Fish Hatchery at Gumilamo island. The strenght were location, water quality , local government support, and availability of seeds and feed. Weakness were lack of public interest, lack of extension and human resources. Opportunity were the high value of the sale, business opportunities and  local government regulation. This article aims to analyze the policy strategies implemented for the commercial shipping development of the Apo Dock in Jayapura port to improve port performance towards strengthening the sea highway program. Apo Dock as a shipping commercial in Jayapura port has weaknesses as identified by the observation and the study of primary data. These weaknesses have resulted in price disparities for the Papua province as port functions well as a logistical hub. Based on the Strengthen-Weakness-Opportunity-Threats (SWOT) analysis results, it was concluded that the Apo Dock performance as the Jayapura Port Commercial Route was in quota I with a position (0.83; 1.44). The strategy used by Jayapura port to develop commercial shipping to be more efficient in accordance with its function as the strength-opportunity (SO) strategy. The SO strategy strengthens the commercial shipping function as a support base for the economic development centers and a government supporter in MP3EI, the commercial port facilities and infrastructure development were established in order to support all port activities and efficiency, and develop hinterland areas to maximize the busy and crowded commercial shipping hub.

Kediri City is known by the name of the “Kota Tahu” because many tofu scattered craftsmen. There is a production center area know precisely in the village of Tinalan Kediri. Whose citizens produce tofu and dairy. The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze the implementation of the development of tofu village in Kelurahan Tinalan Kota Kediri become an educational tourism area to make various processed tofu. Researchers collect data in the field by acting as an active instrument. Researchers use data collection techniques through interviews, observations, Forum Group Discussion (FGD) and documentation. The data analysis used is an interactive analysis model. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Analysis of data used include data reduction, data presentation, withdrawal conclusion/verification and validity of data is done with the trust test, acquisition, dependency and certainty and SWOT analysis. Data collection techniques are conducted with interviews, documentation and observations. Based on the results of the research, the development strategy can be concluded in the education tourism Kampung Tahu that promote promotion through mass media, social media and web. Building infrastructures such as providing adequate parking space, making the tourist attractions processed products know and involve the community in the management of tours. With the proper development strategy saw from increased strength and opportunities as well as minimizing weaknesses and avoiding threats, the educational tourism object of the tofu village that located in Kelurahan Tinalan subdistrict Pesantren Kediri City will be able to Compete with other attractions. The purpose of this study is to examine the factors that play a role in the development of pempek quality favored by consumers and to study internal and external factors that influence the development of pempek processing industry and its implications for strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats as well as formulate alternative development strategies for Pempek industry.The sampling technique used in this study is simple random sampling with a sample area of 95 respondents consisting of 10 pempek processors (producers) and 85 consumers. Data processing is done by using factor analysis to know the dominant factor of pempek industry development. SWOT analysis is used to determine the development strategy of the pempek industry.The results showed that the factors that play an important role in the development of pempek industry are organoleptic factors consisting of taste, color, softness and aroma; Consumer prices, food hygiene and safety with regard to physical quality, chemical quality, shelf life and strategic location. Pempek industrial development strategy that must be done is by the application of practical and efficient technology, excellent products, hygiene and security, extension of marketing network through cooperation with marketing agents both at homeland and foreign countries, cooperation, restaurant, retail and supermarket, promotional strategy improved through Advertising, leaflets, radio, television, internet and publicity.

Assessment of feasibility of applying the chosen organization development strategy should be based on assessment of its effectiveness. The proposed methods for assessing the development strategy provide for defining indexes that, in accordance with set strategic goals, should take into account an entire set of target strategic indexes. The methodology consists in calculating integral indexes characterizing achievement of set strategic goals. As such indexes, which take into account key strategic parameters, estimated development indexes and assessments of the organization sustainable development potential are proposed. These indexes should be used as an indicator of the development strategy and achievement of strategic goals.

The research uses a descriptive experimental methodology based on the study of the experiences of countries to benefit from them as an applied method of transition to the green economy in the project of a new city in Samawah. The use of analyzing developmental potentials method, the SWOT model and the spatial interaction of the reality of the situation Using modern GIS technologies have also been employed. The first section dealt with the conceptual framework of the green economy and its importance and comparison with the conventional economy, sustainable development, its goals and the obstacles it faces in attempting to understand the relationship between them and extract indicators, as well as shed light on the challenges facing the transition to a green economy and the achievement of sustainable development. Then, in the third section, the study shall be carried out in such a way as to develop the potential for the reality of the situation in the target area and to employ them to achieve the desired results a for the establishment of the proposed city in Samawah.
