In a world where urbanization is becoming more and more widespread, big figures can be seen around internal urban migration further aggravating the environmental urban situation, which results from several previous factors. This is the case with globalization, online shopping, or polluting industrial and human sources. The major solutions are centered primarily on the concern for urban mobility, the involvement of the stakeholders concerned, the optimization of journeys, the use of lanes and roads, the choice of vehicles as well as the zoning or choice of logistics locations. Sustainability is one of the primary elements of flow management; it is one of the most important pillars of the concept of "urban logistics". Indeed, the final goal goes beyond the delivery of goods, going so far as to place the environment as an essential support for urban logistics. In this paper we present a literature review on sustainable logistics, we will try to answer the following problem: Urban logistics: Where are we? To respond to this problem, we are taking the following approach: Presentation of the basic concepts, choice of articles to be used for the study which will induce us to determine the axes and the main actors, with the aim of specifying the most predominant aspects which must be treated and prioritized in order to make urban logistics more optimal.

This article aims to describe the basic concepts, processes and roles of teachers in the administration of facilities and infrastructure, the method used to compile this article is a systematic literature review (SLR). First researchers find relevant theories, followed by analyzing, then making conclusions based on the analysis of the researcher. The results of the analysis of researchers are the administration of educational facilities and infrastructure is everything needed directly or indirectly in supporting the process of educational activities to achieve predetermined goals. In the process of administration of facilities and infrastructure including planning, procurement, inventory, distribution, utilization of maintenance, deletion, and supervision. There needs to be knowledge to the teacher as well as the role of the teacher in the administration of facilities and infrastructure, namely (1) Engaging in planning the procurement of teaching aids, (2) Engaging in the use and maintenance of teaching aids used by teachers, and (3) supervision in the use of practical tools by students. Keywords—Educational Administration; Educational Facilities and infrastructure

Much of the scheduling theory assumes that machines are always available to process jobs at any time during the scheduling horizon. However, machines may be unavailable for various reasons in realistic practices, such as unexpected failures or variable maintenance activities. This article discusses in depth the works published in the literature of joint scheduling of jobs and variable maintenance activities in the flowshop sequencing problems. Our literature review focuses first on the basic concepts of scheduling problems, and more specifically, the scheduling strategies of production and maintenance that have been identified in the literature. Subsequently, we focus our attention on the principal methods for solving scheduling problems, while presenting in the following the main published works for the aforementioned systems. Lastly, a comparative analysis is carried out to highlight the fundamental ideas leading to the adoption of an effective approach capable of producing an optimal solution in a reasonable calculation time.

Purpose: Mobility stations are locations in which various mobility options are offered enabling multimodality and intermodality. In Vienna, three public mobility stations were implemented as part of the project “Wien Mobil”. After observing the existing mobility stations and talking to different experts, the system was diagnosed as underutilized. Consequently, this paper aims to point out the reasons why the public mobility stations in Vienna have so far not attracted as many users as expected. Methodology/Approach: The research question is answered with the support of explorative expert interviews, observational research and literature review. Findings: The identified contributing factors for the underutilization of the mobility stations in Vienna are location, weather, lack of interoperability, low affordability, lack of reliability, and lack of publicity and educational campaigns. Research Limitation/implication: The research lacks the perspective and data from the car sharing provider. Moreover, it was conducted during winter, which certainly increased the perception of an underutilized system. Originality/Value of paper: This work is expected to contribute to urban mobility planning by identifying and reaffirming important factors to take into account when planning, implementing and operating mobility stations and by providing a thorough understanding of the reasons for the underutilization of mobility stations.

This chapter describes the analyses and results for the ESRC Domain of Governance and Security, guided by two questions: What are the challenges of ethics, trust, and consent in the digital age? How do we define responsibility and accountability in the digital age? It first provides an overview of the major insights from the literature review and analysis, the Delphi surveys, and workshop discussions about pertinent concepts of governance and security in a digital age. The most frequent concepts emerging from topic modelling included social movements and protest communication, Internet governance, measurement, automation, EU commission and privacy, urban migration mobile, social media, law enforcement, and Marxist analysis. Comparing these results with the most common words in the literature review, five major topics emerged: state use of digital media, especially surveillance of social movements and protest; Internet regulation and governance, both national and international; children’s use of digital media, both protection and regulation; regulation and governance of automated systems; and deception in digital media. Gradually, emphases shifted from regulation of general technology use to concerns with privacy, data protection, and children’s use of digital technologies. The analyses also identified the kinds of theory, methods, and approaches in the literature. The review provides examples of literature in the project’s time period that illustrate these topics. It ends with a discussion of future research directions (e.g., accountability for digital systems and their impacts, algorithms and the law, human factors in cyber security, and ethics) and research challenges (e.g., cybersecurity, governance, and transnational governance).
