Medical tourism is related to the travel of patients from one country to another in order to obtain medical treatment in that country. There are several countries worldwide promoting medical tourism and attracting patients. Examine the history of Turkey's economic crisis based economy will give clues for a much better economy. For 92 years, history of Turkey Republic has experienced the development stages of democracy and economy. Turkey has completed the journey of economic development as the most advanced economy in the world, although began as an undeveloped country. Turkey has been affected from the global and regional crises and overcame the nine economic crises. The implemented economic crisis policies showed parallelism with the trend of the world economic thoughts and has been shaped around Keynes and Friedman applications. All these details have been described in our study chronologically. With our study, we were trying to portray the Turkish economy's yesterday and today. COVID-19 has been a turning point for online learning across the world, but the remarkable story has been the meteoric growth of synchronous or “live” online education. As instructors around the world have turned to video conferencing platforms to teach, a lot of instructor feedback has recently emerged on a variety of topics. One of the key emerging issues for instructors and institutions has been extracting and consolidating data on student engagement and learning outcomes. This paper attempts to identify and classify the types of learning data required to understand student learning behavior in synchronous (or “live”) online classes based on a multitude of factors such as immediacy, consolidation, and availability to different stakeholders at different points in time. Further, an attempt is made to assess how popular video conferencing platforms address the issues of data generation, presentation, and collation. Lastly, the paper also proposes an alternative approach that can potentially help create data in an easier, more efficient manner.

The concept «rotary point» of world economic development is entered. Turning Point reflects the phenomenon of transition from one type to another type of development of the world economy. Passing of a rotary point is a loss of stability of world economic system. Identification of turning points — is to identify anomalies dispersion indices reflecting the performance of the economy. The long-term periods between rotary points are characterized as «the accelerated growth», or as «the slowed-down growth. Research allowed to establish two rotary points of development of world economy. It is a point of the middle of the 1970th — the beginnings of the 1980th of 3 g and a point of 2007–2011. Econometric analysis shows that up to a turning point of the mid-1970s, early 1980s is a period of accelerated growth. The period after passing of this rotary point is the period of the slowed-down growth. Modeling Kondratieff Wave allowed to associate with the rapid growth of the ascending and slow growth — with the descending branch of the wave. At the invariable period of a cycle of Kondratiev in the next years it is possible to expect the accelerated growth of world economy.

The article reveals an analysis of the ability of border guards to overcome psychological barriers during the COVID-19 pandemic. In the last few months, the psychological strain in the world due to the COVID-19 pandemic has increased significantly, which has affected the ability of border guards to overcome psychological barriers. The article examines the impact of such psychological support in the form of online classes and provides recommendations for the applied use of the program to develop the ability to overcome border guards’ psychological barriers, developed by the authors. The authors suggested a number of methods to test the ability in order to overcome the psychological barriers of border guards in difficult working conditions, and also tested these methods. To examine the ability of border guards to overcome psychological barriers during the COVID-19 pandemic, an online survey of respondents was conducted. The results of the survey were compared with the results in 2014. The study also included the testing of online training programs, which provided for the simulation of service situations in order to correct the errors that are most common done by officers. A constructive part of the study was the research and analysis of psychoregulation and correction of negative, uncomfortable states, emotional, affective and sensory spheres. At the final stage there was a consolidation of the positive results achieved in the process of classes, discussion by the students of the group of experience, emotions, own states.
