The purpose of this research is to investigate the enablers and inhibitors include dual factor theory of clouds based regional information system usage. This research took samples of financial employees who worked in the Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) in Jember Regency consisting of 200 respondents, used a survey method and primary data. The sample selection technique in this study uses purposive sampling, data analysis uses multiple regression. The results show, the first problem of IT infrastructure has a negative effect on the use of cloud-based regional management information systems. Secondly, the problem of human resource competency has a negative effect on the use of cloud-based regional management information systems. Third, perceived usefulness has a positive effect on the use of cloud-based regional management information systems. Fourth, perceived ease of use has a positive effect on the use of cloud-based regional management information systems.

This research is the use of cloud-based regional information management system (IT) by applying existing theories. The purpose of this study is to investigate enablers and inhibitors including the dual factor theory of the use of cloud-based regional management information systems. This research directly empirical tests in Jember Regency, include: IT infrastructure problem variables on the perceived of usefulness, IT infrastructure problem variables on the perceived ease of use, IT infrastructure problem variables on the use of cloud-based regional management information systems, perceived usefulness of cloud-based regional management information systems and perceived ease of use of using regional management information systems cloud based. The sample selection technique in this study uses purposive sampling and data analysis uses multiple regression. The data that has been analyzed using smartPLS version 2. The results show, first the IT infrastructure problems negatively affect the perceived usefulness. Second, IT infrastructure problems negatively affect perceived ease of use. Third, IT infrastructure problems negatively affect the use of cloud-based regional information systems. Fourth, perceived usefulness has a positive effect on the use of cloud-based regional information systems. Fifth, the perceived ease of use for the use of cloud-based regional information systems.

This study aims to examine and analyze whether human resource competence, implementation of regional management information systems (RMIS), and organizational commitment affect treasurer performance of regional apparatus organizational expenditures with ease of use of information systems as a moderating variable in the government of Serdang Bedagai Regency. The research used in this research is associative causality research using primary data. The sampling method is the census method by giving a questionnaire to the Treasurer of Expenditure Organization of the Regional Government of Serdang Bedagai Regency. The hypothesis testing method uses Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results showed that human resource competence and organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on the treasurer performance of regional apparatus organizational expenditures. The implementation of RMIS had a positive and no significant effect on the treasurer performance of regional apparatus organizational expenditures in the Serdang Bedagai Regency. The variable ease of use of the information system can moderate the influence of human resource competence on the treasurer performance of regional apparatus organizational expenditures in the Serdang Bedagai Regency. However, it cannot moderate the effect of the implementation of RMIS and organizational commitment on the treasurer performance of regional apparatus organizational expenditures in the Serdang Bedagai Regency. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh persepsi kegunaan, kemudahan dan kerumitan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) terhadap data pemicu di approweb, pada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Makassar Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer melalui survei kepada 36 orang responden dari account representative di Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Makassar Barat. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner data dianalisis dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kebermanfaatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan sedangkan kemudahan berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan dan kerumitan berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap data pemicu di aplikasi approweb. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan teori TAM dari persepsi kebermanfaatan data pemicu di aplikasi approweb bermanfaat bagi account representative. The study aims to analyze the effect of perceived usefulness, ease and complexity of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) on trigger data in the Approweb, at the West Makassar Pratama Tax Office. This study uses primary data through a survey of 36 respondents from account representatives at the West Makassar Pratama Tax Office. Data collection techniques through data questionnaires were analyzed using the SPSS application. Hypothesis testing uses multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that usefulness has a positive and significant effect while ease of positive effect is not significant and complexity has a significant negative effect on trigger data in approweb applications. The results of this study prove the TAM theory from the perceived usefulness of trigger data in the approweb application is beneficial for account representatives.

One of the most important things in universities is the development of information systems and management of integrated data, important because of the high needs and completeness of attributes in each component related to academic affairs in all universities. Primary data in academics are students and lecturers. Data management and governance are well taken care of in order to deliver information to be accurate, transparency, accountability and actual. Lecturers and students can apply the SDLC model to produce a system that will later improve or replace the old system, through the design and implementation of data management information systems. In the application of policies towards lecturers and students, in this information system will provide formulation and overview to the leadership.

 Many companies are using only a portion of what is needed in terms of Information Technologies (IT) and this has caused the researcher to study how best MSD can effectively utilize Management Information Systems (MIS). The objective that directed the study was to investigate value addition by information systems to a service providing business with specific reference to the weather station in Zimbabwe (Meteorological Services Department). Knowing the value added by MIS to one’s business and working environment is key to cope with the ever increasing challenges such as the volume of information resources, nature and quality of information, user needs and expectations, information and communication technology competencies and infrastructure, inflated cost of information resources and staffing needs.  The researcher studied how information systems add value to the daily business of Meteorological Services Department (MSD) in the following areas of the organisation processes: products, quality, management, problem solving and decision of the organisation. The study on value addition by management information systems will assist in the improvement of the MSD in Zimbabwe. The study used a multistage sampling process for drawing sample from the target population. Secondary and primary data collection methods were used for data collection purposes. The source for primary data was questionnaire. Five different types of Management Information Systems that add value to the MSD were identified;  Management Information Systems, Office Automation Systems, Executive Support Systems, Expert Systems, Decision Support System and Transaction Processing System. From the findings it was concluded that management information systems add value by allowing valid decisions which provide accurate and up-to-date information and performing analytic functions. This study demonstrated the importance of information systems in an organisation and outlined the fundamental roles of Information Systems (IS) which are to support business processes and operation, support decision making by employees and managers and support strategies for competitive advantage.

This study aims to determine the effect of locus of control, time budget pressure, and professional commitment on dysfunctional audit behaviour. The data used in this research is the primary data. Data was collected by using a survey method by distributing questionnaires to the auditors of Representative Supreme Audit Board in South Sulawesi Province. The method of analysis that was used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression with software Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 23. The analysis is based on data from 55 respondents who have completed all the statements and questionnaires. The results of this study show that (1) external locus of control and time budget pressure has a positive effect on dysfunctional audit behaviour and (2) professional commitment has a negative effect on dysfunctional audit behaviour.

This study aims to empirically pirove the influence of the quality of human resources, the implementation of regional management information systems (SIMDA) and the application of government accounting standards to the quality of local government financial reports. This research is causative research. The population in this study was 39 Regional Organizations (OPD) of West Sumatra Province. The sample in this study used the Total Sampling method. The type of data used in this study is primary data. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire consisting of 3 respondents in each OPD so that the questionnaire distributed was 117 questionaires. The analytical method used is Multiple Regression Analysis using SPSS version 20.00. The results showed: the quality of human resources, implementation of regional management information systems and the application of government accounting standards have a positive effect on the quality of local government financial reports.

Effect of Perceived Ease Of Use Of Attitude Toward Using, received Perceived ease of use makes one believe that computers are easy to understand and use and can be defined a person would believe that by using the system very easy to learn, easy to be done according to its desires and ease to operate. InfluenceAttitude Toward Using Against Behavioral Intention, has an effect where the more you have a good attitude of acceptance of SIPKD, the more you have an interest in using technology.

This study aims to analyze the effect of Management Information Systems and Communication on the performance of employees both partially and simultaneously at the Regional Secretariat's Regional Management Bureau of Jambi Province. The population in this study were employees of the Regional Secretariat Regional Management Bureau of Jambi Province with a number of 77. Because the population in this study was less than 100 people, in this study the sampling method used the census method. Quantitative analysis method using Path Analysis, followed by analysis of determination (R Square), partial hypothesis testing (t test) and simultaneous (F test) with alpha 5 percent (0.05). Before further analysis, the classical assumption test is carried out first. Analysis tools using SPSS version 21.0 for Windows. The results showed that management and communication information systems had a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at the Regional Secretariat's Regional Management Bureau of Jambi Province.
