For companies that are engaged in the service industry, quality of service is one of important factor in establishing a positive brand image. The purpose of this study is to know (1) whether or not the effect of services quality on brand image formation of Gold's Gym Bekasi, (2) direction and magnitude of services quality on brand image formation of Gold's Gym Bekasi. The theory used in this research is the theory of services quality and brand image formation theory. This study uses quantitative research methods and involves as many as 96 respondents who have become members and have exercised in Gold's Gym Grand Metropolitan Mall Bekasi. The results found that there is an influence of 76% between services quality and brand image formation of the fitness center. This study shows the direction of positive influence, where if the quality of services is improved then the brand image formation of the fitness center will also increase by 0.571. The results of this study states that the service quality of services affects the brand image formation of the Gold's Gym Bekasi.

Competition between banks is currently very tight. To win the competition the bank must pay attention to the needs and desires of its customers. The quality of services and marketing programs is thought to play an important role in the growth of Third Party Funds. This study aims to examine the Effect of Service Quality and Marketing Programs on Third Party Funds at DKI Bank Sunter Branch. This research uses quantitative research methods by distributing questionnaires. The population of this research is all new customers in 2018 at DKI Bank  Branch Sunter, which numbered 1000 customers, with a sample of 150 respondents. The results showed that partially and simultaneously the quality of services and marketing programs had a significant effect on Third Party Funds

The service industry is currently experiencing a very significant development for example Beauty salon services. The greater the interest of consumers visiting the salon, the more rapid one's business will start a salon services business. In the research process with the aim of determining and explaining the quality of service, lifestyle, trust in Jonny Andrean's salon purchasing decisions. The sample processing technique uses accidental samples with a sample size of 100 respondents. Research using quantitative research. The analysis method uses multiple linear regression. The results of this study are the variables of service quality, lifestyle, trust together or simultaneously have a significant effect on Jonny Andrean's salon purchasing decisions. service quality, lifestyle and persial trust significantly influence purchasing decisions and explained the quality of service, lifestyle, trust 31.7%. Abstract Successful development of electronic banking is in direct correlation with the quality of services in electronic banking. Therefore, it is necessary that the banks are familiar with the attributes of electronic services on which clients assess the bank’s quality and client’s satisfaction with them, in order to be able to monitor, correct and improve the performance of electronic banking. We start from the hypothesis that there are already developed theoretical models for measuring the quality of e-banking services but they must be adjusted to the specific environment that is analysed in order to obtain reliable and quality information. The qualitative and quantitative research methods are applied in this paper in order to a get adjusted theoretical model (instrument) for measuring the quality of electronic banking services. As a result of the conducted analysis, the initial theoretical model has been modified, so that the final version of the model (instrument) for measuring quality of online banking allows obtaining reliable data, and information in the particular environment. And the results are: significant information about the quality of e-banking, modified theoretical model, information about the dimensions of quality of e-banking, customer satisfaction, and pathways and guidelines for the improvement of e-banking. The measuring of quality of electronic banking services in not one time activity but repeated one, as permanent monitoring strategy. This research is widely applicable even though it was conducted in the context of Montenegrin e-banking, since most of the banks in Montenegro are owned by well-known European banks, and it is expected that the obtained knowledge and information can be generalized.

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at<br />Sultan Syarif Khasim II Airport Pekanbaru. Using a sample of 100 people. In this study the<br />authors use descriptive and quantitative research methods using SPSS method.From the<br />result of research, the value of titung variable of service quality is 20,764 and t value is table<br />1,660, so t &gt; t (20,764 &gt; 1,660) and significant value 0,000 &lt; 0,05, so it can be count table<br />concluded that service quality variable positively and significant customer satisfaction. The<br />value of R square = 0,815 means 81,5% influence of independent variable (Service Quality)<br />to dependent variable (Customer Satisfaction) equal to 81,5% and while remaining 18,5%<br />influenced by other variable not examined.Finally from this study can be concluded that<br />customer satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction, so it is<br />advisable to Air Batik airline to be able to maintain and continue to improve the quality of<br />service.

The progress of this online transportation company certainly depends on the quality of service provided to its customers. Companies engaged in online-based transportation service providers are required to provide good service to their customers in order to satisfy their customers. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction in using online taxibike services in Karawang. The research method used is quantitative research methods with non-experimental research design. Sampling in this study was carried out by using a quota sampling technique. The number of samples in this study were 384 respondents. The method of data collection was carried out using service quality instruments with 57 valid items and customer satisfaction instruments with 29 valid items. Based on the Cronbach Alpha formula, the reliability coefficient of the service quality instrument is 0.978 and the customer satisfaction instrument is 0.907, which means that these two scales are very reliable. The results of the data analysis show that there is a positive effect of service quality on customer satisfaction in using online taxibike services in Karawang. This means that the better the quality of service provided by online taxibike service providers in Karawang, the higher customer satisfaction. The results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination show that service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction by 1.7%, while the other 98.3% are influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The suggestions for further research are examining other variables that can affect customer satisfaction, such as service quality and price.Keywords: Service quality, customer satisfaction, online taxibike Kemajuan perusahaan transportasi online ini tentunya bergantung pada kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan untuk para pelanggannya. Perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa penyedia transportasi berbasis online dituntut untuk memberikan pelayanan yang baik kepada pelanggannya agar bisa memuaskan pelanggannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dalam menggunakan layanan ojek online di Karawang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian non-eksperimental. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik pengambilan sampel kuota. Adapun jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 384 responden. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrumen kualitas pelayanan sebanyak 57 item sahih dan instrumen kepuasan pelanggan sebanyak 29 item sahih. Berdasarkan rumus Alpha Cronbach diperoleh koefisien reliabilitas instrumen kualitas pelayanan sebesar 0,978 dan instrumen kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 0,907, yang berarti kedua skala ini sangat reliabel. Adapun saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya yaitu meneliti variabel-variabel lain yang dapat memengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan misalnya kualitas jasa dan harga.Kata Kunci: Kualitas pelayanan, kepuasan pelanggan, ojek online

This study aims to describes (1) does the interest rate of KUR of Bank BRI has a significant effect on the decision to borrow micro business customers in Surabaya (2) does the brand image of KUR of Bank BRI have a significant effect on the decision of borrowing micro business customers in Surabaya (3) does the service quality of the KUR of Bank BRI has significant influence to the decision of borrowing micro business customers Surabaya (4) do the interest rate, brand image, and service quality have a significant effect on the decision of borrowing micro business customers in Surabaya. The population in this study are customers of Bank BRI Surabaya. The selected sample is the micro business customers in Surabaya using the KUR product from Bank BRI Surabaya, which is calculated using purposive sampling and run into 110 respondents. The type of data used in this study is the primary data type. Data collection methods used in this study is through the distribution of questionnaires. The method of analysis used in the study is by using multiple linear regression method. The results of this study explain that interest rates, brand image, and quality of  services of KUR of Bank BRI, both partially and simultaneously have a significant influence on the decision to borrow micro business customers in Surabaya. These results explain that changes in interest rates, brand image and the quality of services offered by Bank BRI through small business loans can have an impact on the decision of micro business customers residing in Surabaya for lending

<p>This study aims to determine the effect of brand image and service quality on the decision to use the services of PT JNE in Nganjuk city. The research method used is quantitative research method with descriptive research type. The decision to use services (Y) is a dependent variable, while brand image (X1) and service quality (X2) are independent variables. Sampling technique using Accidental sampling technique is the form of sampling based on coincidence where, anyone who happens to meet with the researcher and considered suitable to be the source of data that will be the sample of this study. From the research result, it can be seen that multiple linear regression equation coefficient value of brand image 2,833 and value of service quality coefficient 5,316 and variable of brand image strategy (X1) have significant influence to decision using JNE (Y) service equal to 56,55% and service quality variable (X2) Significant effect on the decision to use JNE (Y) service equal to 67,77%, meaning that brand image and service quality equally influence to decision using JNE services. In the t test it can be said that if the brand image is increased 1% or one unit, it can improve the decision using JNE services of 53.9%, while if the quality of service increased 1% or one unit, it can increase the decision using services of 47 %. In the F test, the value of F arithmetic is 2.833. Because F arithmetic&gt; F table (2.833&gt; 0.677), it can be concluded that the model used is correct. When viewed from probability, where the probability (0,000) &lt;significance level (0.05), then the equation model Y = a + b1X1 + b2X2 used is acceptable. This shows the effect of independent variables (brand image and service quality) simultaneously significant to delivery decisions, whereby the higher the influence of brand image on the decision to use services and the higher the quality of service, the decision to use services will increase and increase. The brand image is offered in accordance with the quality of services offered so that the decision to use is increasing.</p><p><br /><strong>Keywords:</strong> brand image and service quality, decision using JNE services.</p>

This study aimed to determine service quality, school image, and student satisfaction with student loyalty at SMKN 2 Buduran. This study used quantitative research methods. Data were obtained from 50 students at SMKN 2 Buduran Sidoarjo. Analysis of the data used using Google Form as a research medium for service quality, school image, and student satisfaction with student loyalty. The results obtained from the study can be concluded: the quality of school services to students was almost fulfilled. The better the quality of service provided by the school to students, the higher the student loyalty. The image of the school according to students' views was good. The higher the image quality of the school, the higher the loyalty that students had so that students became satisfied while learning. Student satisfaction according to the assessment of students was quite fulfilled. So that the higher the student satisfaction, the higher the student's loyalty to the school. Students' views on service quality, school image, and student satisfaction were almost fulfilled because the higher the loyalty given to students, the higher the students' loyalty to the school so that students felt satisfied in carrying out learning activities at school.

Abstract: The objectives of this study are to: 1) Analyze the effect of product quality on customer satisfaction on Nissan Grand Livina Products. 2) Analyzing the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction on Nissan Grand Livina Products. 3) Analyzing the effect of product quality and quality of service simultaneously on customer satisfaction on Nissan Grand Livina Products. The type of method of this research is quantitative research methods. The population in this study is to customers who use the Nisaan Grand Livina product whose numbers are unknown. Sampling technique using accidental sampling is the determination of samples based on respondents who meet the criteria, namely those who use Nissan Grand Livina products. Furthermore, using the Cochran formula, so that a sample of 100 people is obtained.Data collection techniques using primary data in the form of questionnaires. For data analysis used multiple regression analysis using the SPSS program. Patient satisfaction as users of services is one indicator in assessing the quality of services at the health center. High satisfaction will show the success of the health center in providing quality health services. After a preliminary study showed that there are patients who are not satisfied with the services provided. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of service quality on patient satisfaction BPJS participants in Puskesmas Pandian Sumenep.Type of quantitative research. The study population was a participant at the health center BPJS Pandian Sumenep much as 225 respondents and a sample of 144 respondents. Data collection techniques using variable measurement based questionnaire with Likert scale. Analysis of data using statistical Spearment Rank test.Hypothesis test results ρ value: 0.00 and 0.05 α so that it can be concluded that the ρ value <α and can be described that the value of H0 that there is a relationship between service quality and patient satisfaction.The results of this study indicate that service quality has a significant influence on patient satisfaction, hence providing health care should pay attention to the quality of services provided.Keywords: Quality of Care, Patient Satisfaction
