The service industry is currently experiencing a very significant development for example Beauty salon services. The greater the interest of consumers visiting the salon, the more rapid one's business will start a salon services business. In the research process with the aim of determining and explaining the quality of service, lifestyle, trust in Jonny Andrean's salon purchasing decisions. The sample processing technique uses accidental samples with a sample size of 100 respondents. Research using quantitative research. The analysis method uses multiple linear regression. The results of this study are the variables of service quality, lifestyle, trust together or simultaneously have a significant effect on Jonny Andrean's salon purchasing decisions. service quality, lifestyle and persial trust significantly influence purchasing decisions and explained the quality of service, lifestyle, trust 31.7%. AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of licensing service quality on community satisfaction in the Bogor Regency DPMPTSP. This research uses quantitative research method. Data collection in Bogor Regency uses observation and questionnaire. Data processing technique using Likert scale, while the technique of data analysis using test Validity, Reliability, Normality, Linearity, simple linear regression analysis, simple correlation analysis, coefficient of determination and test of correlation coefficient significance or T test. The results are: (a) The results of simple correlation coefficient test between the quality of service quality (X) and the satisfaction of society (Y) is 0.756 is strong, if it is concluded that there is strong correlation between variable (X) and variable (Y). (b) variable of service quality (X) give influence to variable satisfaction (Y) equal to 57,1% while the rest that is equal to 42,9% influenced by other factor not examined. (c) the result of t arithmetic is 10,633, while t table is 1,663 so that 10,633 > 1,663 so that service quality of permit in DPMPTSP Bogor Regency has significant influence to the satisfaction of society.Keyword: Service Quality, Public Service, Investment Service and One Stop Service.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan perizinan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat pada DPMPTSP Kabupaten Bogor. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data pada DPMPTSP Kabupaten Bogor menggunakan teknik observasi, dan kuesioner. Teknik pengolahan data menggunakan skala likert, sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, liniearitas, analisis regresi liniear sederhana, analisis korelasi sederhana, koefisien determinasi dan uji signifikansi koefisien korelasi atau uji T. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (a) Berdasarkan hasil uji koefisien korelasi sederhana antara variabel kualiatas pelayanan (X) dan kepuasan masyarakt (Y) bernilai 0,756 artinya kuat, jika disimpulkan bahwa terjadi hubungan yang kuat antara variabel (X) dengan variabel (Y). (b) variabel kualitas pelayanan (X) memberikan pengaruh terhadap variabel kepuasan (Y) sebesar 57,1% sedangakan sisanya yaitu sebesar 42,9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. (c) hasil t hitung yang didapatkan adalah 10,633, sedangkan t tabel adalah 1,663 sehingga 10,633 >1,663 sehingga kualitas pelayanan perizinan di DPMPTSP Kabupaten Bogor mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat.Kata Kunci: Kualitas Pelayanan, Pelayanan Publik, Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP)

This research was conducted to assess whether understanding taxpayers, service quality, and tax penalties against the KPP Pratama Surakarta. Population in this research are Individual Taxpayers at KPP Pratama Surakarta. Data sources in this study are primary data collected by researchers through questionnaires distributed to 110 respondents, but returned and complete questionnaires were 60 respondents . This research is a quantitative research with 60 respondents at KPP Pratama Surakarta.  The data selection method is the random sampling method. The data in this study were processed using the SPSS 21.0 for Windows application. Based on research results understanding taxpayers, service quality, and tax sanctions have a significant effect on taxpayer approval. Understanding tax regulations becomes a benchmark for taxpayers in completing their tax obligations. The quality of service provided by the tax authorities influences taxpayer compliance, indicating that service quality is a benchmark to make taxpayers obey. The existence of tax sanctions that are given expressly will increase the level of compliance, because making taxpayers afraid of being subjected to these sanctions and the stipulation of tax sanctions will deter taxpayers and clear and firm sanctions. For companies that are engaged in the service industry, quality of service is one of important factor in establishing a positive brand image. The purpose of this study is to know (1) whether or not the effect of services quality on brand image formation of Gold's Gym Bekasi, (2) direction and magnitude of services quality on brand image formation of Gold's Gym Bekasi. The theory used in this research is the theory of services quality and brand image formation theory. This study uses quantitative research methods and involves as many as 96 respondents who have become members and have exercised in Gold's Gym Grand Metropolitan Mall Bekasi. The results found that there is an influence of 76% between services quality and brand image formation of the fitness center. This study shows the direction of positive influence, where if the quality of services is improved then the brand image formation of the fitness center will also increase by 0.571. The results of this study states that the service quality of services affects the brand image formation of the Gold's Gym Bekasi.

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction simultaneously. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research. This research uses primary data and secondary data. While the sample technique used is a non-probability sample that uses a total sample of 100 respondents. Based on the results of this study, the quality of service consisting of reliability (reliability) X1, tangible X2, X3 responses, assurance and certainty (assurance) X4, and empathy (empathy) X5 affect customer satisfaction (Y) simultaneously or simultaneously.

The progress of this online transportation company certainly depends on the quality of service provided to its customers. Companies engaged in online-based transportation service providers are required to provide good service to their customers in order to satisfy their customers. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction in using online taxibike services in Karawang. The research method used is quantitative research methods with non-experimental research design. Sampling in this study was carried out by using a quota sampling technique. The number of samples in this study were 384 respondents. The method of data collection was carried out using service quality instruments with 57 valid items and customer satisfaction instruments with 29 valid items. Based on the Cronbach Alpha formula, the reliability coefficient of the service quality instrument is 0.978 and the customer satisfaction instrument is 0.907, which means that these two scales are very reliable. The results of the data analysis show that there is a positive effect of service quality on customer satisfaction in using online taxibike services in Karawang. This means that the better the quality of service provided by online taxibike service providers in Karawang, the higher customer satisfaction. The results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination show that service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction by 1.7%, while the other 98.3% are influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The suggestions for further research are examining other variables that can affect customer satisfaction, such as service quality and price.Keywords: Service quality, customer satisfaction, online taxibike Kemajuan perusahaan transportasi online ini tentunya bergantung pada kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan untuk para pelanggannya. Perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa penyedia transportasi berbasis online dituntut untuk memberikan pelayanan yang baik kepada pelanggannya agar bisa memuaskan pelanggannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dalam menggunakan layanan ojek online di Karawang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian non-eksperimental. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik pengambilan sampel kuota. Adapun jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 384 responden. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrumen kualitas pelayanan sebanyak 57 item sahih dan instrumen kepuasan pelanggan sebanyak 29 item sahih. Berdasarkan rumus Alpha Cronbach diperoleh koefisien reliabilitas instrumen kualitas pelayanan sebesar 0,978 dan instrumen kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 0,907, yang berarti kedua skala ini sangat reliabel. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dalam menggunakan layanan ojek online di Karawang. This activity has the purpose to give understanding and to train the ability in service industry in applying the method of service quality to improve the quality of service. Participants in this activity are stakeholders in service industry in the region of South Meruya West Jakarta those are business enterpreneur hosewives who are joined in RPTRA Mahkota South Meruya SelatanWest Jakarta. Method of training in increasing the quality of service is by using the method service quality in service industry they are: delivering material about service quality, delivering material about evaluating customer’s satisfaction with the material service quality. Participation and seriousness of the participants can be said is good enough. Result of this training is that members of Mahkota South Meruya feel satisfied and get practical knowledge about application of ServQual.

<p>This study aims to determine the effect of brand image and service quality on the decision to use the services of PT JNE in Nganjuk city. The research method used is quantitative research method with descriptive research type. The decision to use services (Y) is a dependent variable, while brand image (X1) and service quality (X2) are independent variables. Sampling technique using Accidental sampling technique is the form of sampling based on coincidence where, anyone who happens to meet with the researcher and considered suitable to be the source of data that will be the sample of this study. From the research result, it can be seen that multiple linear regression equation coefficient value of brand image 2,833 and value of service quality coefficient 5,316 and variable of brand image strategy (X1) have significant influence to decision using JNE (Y) service equal to 56,55% and service quality variable (X2) Significant effect on the decision to use JNE (Y) service equal to 67,77%, meaning that brand image and service quality equally influence to decision using JNE services. In the t test it can be said that if the brand image is increased 1% or one unit, it can improve the decision using JNE services of 53.9%, while if the quality of service increased 1% or one unit, it can increase the decision using services of 47 %. In the F test, the value of F arithmetic is 2.833. Because F arithmetic&gt; F table (2.833&gt; 0.677), it can be concluded that the model used is correct. When viewed from probability, where the probability (0,000) &lt;significance level (0.05), then the equation model Y = a + b1X1 + b2X2 used is acceptable. This shows the effect of independent variables (brand image and service quality) simultaneously significant to delivery decisions, whereby the higher the influence of brand image on the decision to use services and the higher the quality of service, the decision to use services will increase and increase. The brand image is offered in accordance with the quality of services offered so that the decision to use is increasing.</p><p><br /><strong>Keywords:</strong> brand image and service quality, decision using JNE services.</p>

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis: 1) pengaruh secara parsial variabel independen (kualitas pelayanan) terhadap variabel dependen (tingkat investasi) di Dinas PMPTSP Kabupaten Pangkep. 2) pengaruh secara simultan variabel independen (kualitas pelayanan) terhadap variabel dependen (tingkat investasi) di Dinas PMPTSP Kabupaten Pangkep. Jenis penelitian yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan tipe studi kasus (Case Study). Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 55 orang, teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Sampling Jenuh, sampel sebanyak 55 orang sebagai responden, teknik  pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan dukumentasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan variabel independen (kualitas pelayanan) terhadap variabel dependen (tingkat investasi) di Dinas PMPTSP Kabupaten Pangkep terdapat kualitas pelayanan Dinas PMPTSP dalam meningkatkan investasi di Kabupaten Pangkep seperti kejelasan tujuan, kejelasan strategi, proses analisis kebijakan, perencanaan, penyusunan program, sarana dan prasarana, sistem pengawasan, dan sistem pengendalian. This study aims to determine and analyze: 1) the partial effect of the independent variable (service quality) on the dependent variable (investment level) in the PMPTSP Office of Pangkep Regency. 2) the simultaneous influence of the independent variable (service quality) on the dependent variable (investment level) in the PMPTSP Office of Pangkep Regency. The type of research that will be used in this research is quantitative research with case study type. The population in this study was 55 people, the sampling technique in this study used saturated sampling, a sample of 55 people as respondents, data collection techniques used questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. The results showed that the partial and simultaneous influence of the independent variable (quality of service) on the dependent variable (level of investment) in the PMPTSP Office of Pangkep Regency there was the quality of service of the PMPTSP Service in increasing investment in Pangkep Regency such as clarity of objectives, clarity of strategy, policy analysis process, planning, program preparation, facilities and infrastructure, supervision system, and control system.

Abstract:This study aims to determine how the influence of service quality on member satisfaction. This research is quantitative research. The population in this study were 503 members of the Bhakti Lestari Savings and Credit Cooperative who addressed the Merarai Satu Village, Sungai Tebelian District, Sintang Regency. The number of samples in this study were 80 respondents, the sampling method  Used was Simple Random Sampling. Data analysis was first carried out by looking for validity and reliability, contribution tests, and classic assumption tests. The results showed that the quality of service affects the satisfaction of members of the Cooperative Bhakti Lestari with the results of the t test, obtained a t count of 8.774 is greater than (>) t table of 1.990 and the value of Sig. 0,000 <0.05.Keywords: Service Quality, Member SatisfactionAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan anggota.
