Nanotechnologists are in great demand and this need is becoming more and more acute every year since nanomaterials have gained widespread acceptance in various industries. The specificity of nanotechnology is determined by a wide variety of existing nanomaterials and technologies for their synthesis. The study suggests an efficient technique for training prospective nanoengineers to make managerial decisions in the synthesis of nanostructures. Moreover, the article demonstrates that using T. Saati's hierarchy analysis method offers the optimum solution for obtaining nanostructures. The analysis is based on the most commonly used synthesis technologies such as chemical etching, photoelectrochemical etching and imprint lithography. The application of T. Saati's method allows prospective nanoengineers to optimize the synthesis of high-quality nanostructures as well as ensure an economic and competitive advantage and reduce the number of errors.

It is found that the traditional BDA methods are not appropriate the system target BDA. A new method of the system target BDA is proposed in this paper. Firstly, based on Hierarchy Analysis Method (AHP), the system target function index system is set up. Secondly, the step of system target function damage assessment method is analyzed and proposed based on Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP). Finally, an example of air base damage assessment is given to verify the validity and availability of the proposed method.

The aim of the work is a systematic analysis of the problem of the effectiveness of interaction between specialists of polyprofessional teams during psychosocial rehabilitation interventions. Formation of procedures and algorithms for processing the results of processing expert information to assess the weight and consistency of decisions based on the method of analysis of hierarchies. The material for this work was a set of Russian and foreign scientific publications devoted to use and processing of the expert data presented in different scales: categorical, rank, scales of relations. Methods of data analysis: rank methods, methods of system data analysis and, in particular, algorithms of the analytic hierarchy process. Results. It is shown that the issues of interdisciplinary interactions of team members, and the procedures for assessing the weight and consistency of decisions made by team members, are naturally represented by the appropriate hierarchies, the analysis of which is carried out by means of the method of hierarchy analysis. Summary. The fundamental difference between the estimates obtained by means of the hierarchy analysis method and the rank estimates is due to the fact that numerical estimates of the weight and consistency of decisions are formed, which depend on the qualification of employees, the patients condition and the characteristics of the environment.

Decisions usually involve the getting the best solution, selecting the suitable experiments, most appropriate judgments, taking the quality results etc., using some techniques.  Every decision making can be considered as the choice from the set of alternatives based on a set of criteria.  The fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is a multi-criteria decision making and is dealing with decision making problems through pairwise comparisons mode [10].  The weight vectors from this comparison model are obtained by using extent analysis method.  This paper concern with an alternate method of finding the weight vectors from the original fuzzy AHP decision model (moderate fuzzy AHP model), that has the same rank as obtained in original fuzzy AHP and ideal fuzzy AHP decision models.

Based on actual measurement data in Da Ping as the samples, according to the experience, and ends with calculate every factors weight and height prediction of the water conducted zone by Matlab using the combination entropy-weight method and analytic hierarchy process. this paper introduces a comprehensive prediction model consisting of analytic hierarchy process and combination entropy-weight method. The method, overcoming weights imbalance, gives the evaluation result better than does the single analytic hierarchy process, it is a new valid method for scientific forecast on water conducted zone.

The provision of Green Open Space (GOS) constitutes an important need for city and as a mandate ofthe Law on Spatial Planning. Ungaran city currently has the width of public GOS under 20%. It makesUngaran city has not yet qualified to become a Green City. The objectives of this study are to identify andanalyze the width and distribution of GOS existing condition; to analyze the needs of Ungaran’s GOSin order to meet the specified conditions of prevailing law; to arrange the plan of GOS based on GreenPlanning concept; and to arrange the design of GOS based on Green Design concept. The analysis willbe conducted by using Patch Analysis method. The analysis of GOS is based on the inhabitant’s needand the wide area, and the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). The GOS mapping result of Ungarancity is 2.190,66 ha which consists of private GOS (2.112,74 ha) and public GOS (77,92 ha). Based onthe total projection of population in 2032, the public GOS need is 292,41 ha. Whereas the needs ofpublic GOS based on the 20% from wide area (612,17 ha). The direction of public GOS developmentbased on green planning is divided into three alternatives, first, based on the balance distribution ofGOS within the area, and land use priority; second, based on the balance distribution of GOS, land usepriority, distance to the residence, minimum width of 250m2, and the complexity of landform; third, based on the consideration of the spatial patterns and regional asset authority. The direction of publicGOS development is based on green design approach to divide the design based on necessity activityand function patterns of public GOS.

Because of the frequent occurrence of injury accident in the sports curriculum, the security of physical education cannot be ignored. So, this paper analyzes the factors of injury accident in physical education teaching process and proposes prevention measures. The establishment of security system in physical education is an urgent problem. This paper studies the causes and countermeasures of sports injury accidents based on two methods: causality diagram and analytic hierarchy process. The first section introduces the principles of causality diagram and hierarchical analysis in detail. The second part of the article establishes mathematical model of the analysis method. The part three of the text investigates and analyzes the accident status and prevention measures of 100 primary schools and universities in Heilongjiang province in the form of literature researches and questionnaires. It also proposes weight coefficients and causality diagrams of Sports Injury Accidents using causal analysis theory. It converts causal diagram into a hierarchical model using the analytic hierarchy process AHP.

Micro, Small and Medium enterprises (MSMEs), in national economy, have an important and strategic role. This research examines the main product development of MSMEs in Sukabumi regency. The analysis method used is Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). This method is used to identify MSMEs main products in several sectors appropriate to be developed. The result shows that the potential products of MSMEs in each sector, after conducting AHP analysis based on the criteria of uniqueness, market force and economic benefits, are mangosteen, metal processing and workshop services.

The comparative assessment of the results of restaurant enterprises’ activities of towns and districts of Zakarpattia Oblast has been done with the use of the Saati method for the last quarter of 2017 and 2018. The aim of the research is to build a hierarchical model for evaluating the performance of restaurants for the provision of portable food services in towns and regions using statistical indicators such as «The quantity of enterprises» and «The scope of provided services» Серія Економіка. Випуск 1(13) 183 over a certain period. The hierarchy analysis method has been chosen for evaluation due to its multipurposeness, as it can be used not only to analyze and compare the state of the industry or an individual enterprise, but also to make more complex managerial decisions and to forecast the situation. The conducted research with the use of this method has allowed to get an estimation of activity of restaurant businesses by integrating several indicators, to identify those criteria, which will allow to make the right managerial decisions on improving the effectiveness of management policy in the region, to identify depressed areas that need investment and state regulation. The scientific novelty lies in building a hierarchical model for evaluating the performance of restaurant businesses using fully matched pairwise comparison matrices obtained by transforming economic performance indicators into dimensionless criteria for Thomas Saati's hierarchical model. Hierarchy analysis has allowed to rank towns and districts by quantitatively assessing the level of efficiency of the restaurant industry, to identify those criteria, which will allow to make the right managerial decisions to improve the efficiency of the restaurant industry in cities and districts of the region. Keywords: industrial policy, industrial potential, hierarchy analysis method, industrial activity criterion, hierarchical model, Thomas Saati model.
