Purpose: The main aim of the article is to define the approaches to the formation of future engineers’ communicative culture. The main research method used while working on the article is analysis of the domestic and foreign publication space for critical consideration of different ideas on the pedagogical problem of the future engineers’ foreign language communicative culture formation process. Methodology: In this study Content abstraction, generalization and the comparative method was applied. Result: The approaches (cultural, connectivism, technological, axiological, communicative, environmental approach) will help to the formation of the communicative culture of future engineers in the process of foreign language training. Applications: This research can be used for engineers and companies. Novelty/Originality: In this research, the model of approaches to future engineers' foreign communicative culture formation is presented in a comprehensive and complete manner.

The article deals with the problem of professional socialization of future economists, affirms the need for professional socialization of students in the learning process on the basis of the analysis of scientific and methodical literature, defines the term “professional socialization”, provides a schematic representation of the structure of professional socialization, presents the conditions of successful professional socialization, analyses the specifics of professional activities of economists. Author defines “Foreign language” as a discipline having great potential for forming professional socialization. The aim of the research: the main aim of this article is to review various ideas of professional scientists on the theory and practice of professional socialization, to clarify the notion of professional socialization. Research methods: the main research method used while working on the article is literature analysis for critical consideration of different scholars ideas on professional socialization and educational environments; also comparative method, content abstraction and generalisation are applied for concretising the notion of the term "professional socialization". Results: the notion of professional socialization and its structural concepts are concretised, grounded and described.

The article deals with providing future officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine with foreign language training for participating in international peacekeeping operations. The purpose was to analyze specifics of foreign language training for international peacekeeping operations. The content and essence of future officers’ foreign language training for participating in international peacekeeping operations were studied. Further, the state of future officers’ foreign language training for participating in international peacekeeping operations in higher military educational institutions of Ukraine was determined and consequent proposals for improving the content of future officers’ foreign language training for participating in international peacekeeping operations were elaborated. The main research methods were as follows: comparative, problem-based and retrospective information analysis; testing of cadets, surveying the officers of the Armed Forces, enhancing the pronunciation and articulation of cadets. The results of cadet testing showed the need to improve the content of future officers’ foreign language training for participating in international peacekeeping operations. The survey of the officers serving with the Armed Forces of Ukraine confirmed the urgent need to provide foreign language training in higher military educational institutions of Ukraine. According to the results of various survey forms applied, the main ways to improve the content of the future officers’ foreign language training aimed at participating in international peacekeeping operations were identified: the use of open training platforms, the use of information and communication technologies, use of mind mapping, situational tasks, interactive technologies.

The article deals with the research of the structural components of students' motivational sphere towards learning a foreign language of professional orientation. It has been considered that the result of foreign language training of future electric power engineers and the desire to learn the professional language style depend on the level of motivation. There are five types of motives that encourage students to acquire a foreign language competence. The research reveals the essence of the concept of «motive of future electric power engineers to study foreign language», under which it is understood the structural element of motivation, being formed under the influence of external factors (strategy of development and implementation of international activities by technical Universities, the authority of teachers providing foreign-language training, the challenges of the information society, the innovations in the energy power sector, modern requirements to electric power specialties graduates) and internal needs of the individual (the desire to acquire up-to-date knowledge in the specialty, the will to succeed in the learning process and in the future professional activity). The holistic formation of educational, professional, communicative, personal, socio-cultural motives forms a complex of stimulating means aiming positive attitude of the students of electric power energy specialty to study a foreign language, which is carried out under the influence of external and internal motivation. Moreover the rate of studying the disciplines of the general training cycle by future electric power energy engineers on the bases of personal motives has been formed. It has been defined the priority of «Foreign language for professional orientation» among other non-linguistic subjects, the study of which is envisaged by the educational and professional program of training the applicants for the specialty 141 «Electricity, electrical engineering and electromechanics». However the external factors that can increase students' internal motivation for foreign language training have been highlighted. They are an educational work practice at the foreign electric power plants; studying of selective professional disciplines in a foreign language; reading contemporary technical literature of a foreign publishing house; using of innovative technologies, modern teaching methods in practical courses in the disciplines «Foreign language for professional orientation», «Business foreign language»; organization and implementation of extracurricular work for students in a foreign language. It has been defined the results of the experimental work had been carried out by the method of empirical research, such as surveys, observations and comparisons. On the basis of the data obtained, the author of the article states that the motivational sphere of the future electric power engineers and encouraging them to study a foreign language is at a sufficient level, and considers that the formation process of motives and positive motivation of students for foreign language training requires further development and comprehensive expansion.

The goal of the study is to explore self-evaluation of adolescents at some social sponsor centers in HCM city. Questionnaire survey is the main research method which is decided on 152 – adolescent sample (from the age of 12 to 15) at three social sponsor centers. The Self-evaluation content comprises four value groups: appearance; ability; moral quality; wish (the self-evaluation form shows values in the future each individual looks towards.

The article emphasizes the importance of the cadets’ foreign language training at military educational institution. It is noted that the formation of the foreign language competence is one of the most promising areas in the field of the future military specialists’ training. The author pays attention to the need of selecting the content of the foreign language course in accordance with specific methodological and general didactic principles. Different ways of organizing independent work for the successful development of students’ foreign language competence are considered. In the author's opinion, it is particularly urgent for cadets to master communicative and socio-cultural competences in terms of developing foreign language competence.

Significant part of professionally important qualities for workers of the food industry is the balance of nervous processes. In this study, we decided to study the parameters, the certain severity of which, during the initial diagnosis of the future baker, can provide important information on how much he is predisposed to this type of activity. The purpose of the study is to study the features of ideas about professionally important qualities among workers of the food industry with differences in the severity of the properties of the nervous system. The main research method is the diagnostic technique for temperament of J. Strelau, Liszt Lipman (option II) and “Identification and analysis of professionally important qualities of specialists in the“man-technology”system. In total, 51 food industry workers took part in the study, 34 of which were women and 17 were men aged 23 to 45 years old. In the course of the study, we found differences in the severity of inhibition processes and the mobility of nervous processes among the employees of the baking shop. Next, we examined how these differences in the features of the nervous system can affect other professionally important qualities of bakeryworkers.

The article is devoted to the problem of a foreign-language speech culture formation. The relevance of the topic is caused by the fact that the transformations that took place in society open up new opportunities for intercultural interaction. Thus, the key task of the modern education is the formation of a competent and qualified specialist who is able to realize himself not only in his own country, but also abroad. Based on this provision, the main point of the pedagogical training is the development of a purposeful and active specialist, who is capable of self-regulation and has main professional psychological characteristics. One of the key components of a future linguist`s professionalism is a foreign-language speech culture, that is a combination of the properties and qualities of speech. Therefore, the main idea of this research is an examination of the foreign-language speech culture. This study is based on a retrospective analysis of the scientific and pedagogical works of famous linguists and psychologists, and it reveal the essence and component composition of foreign-language speech culture. Foreign-language speech culture is a qualitative characteristic of the subject of pedagogical activity, that includes communicative knowledge, skills and abilities that determine the level of competence of the future teacher and the success of his professional activity. The effectiveness of the foreign-language speech culture formation depends on the presence of cognitive, developmental, educational and educational aspects in the system of foreign language studying. It is believed that the student has mastered a foreign language speech culture only if he has equally mastered the content components of all the aspects we have listed.
