The article considers theoretical aspects of organization of educational process in higher pedagogical educational institutions on the basis of the value approach, which involves continuous cultural, social and moral and professional development of professional identity based on public needs and personal requests. The main task is to prepare a specialist, who can improve his professional skills, to reproduce and expand his life experience, to transform the material conditions of society, its culture, accumulate and create new values. The concept of studentcentrism as an element of the new pedagogical thinking is defined. Its essential features include recognition of the strategic focus in a comprehensive and harmonious development of the individual; changing attitudes on the nature and type of professional training of future specialist, who acts in it as a subject of pedagogical interaction, which is associated with the formation of creative individuality. The author of the article accentuates the importance of the connection of value, personal and activity, and individually creative approaches in the organization of educational process in higher pedagogical educational institutions. This connection of approaches involves modelling the process of professional training and education of students of the given structure of pedagogical activity. It is noted that the most promising forms of implementation of this approach is scientific and educational complex, which provides the possibility of continuous "immersion" of students in the sphere of their future professional activity, allows to study, generalize, and accumulate experiences of the author’s schools, quickly learn and use the achievements of world science on the basis of life values. Educational technologies of individually-creative learning are revealed on the basis of flexible construction of the educational process, integration of related disciplines, isolation of the subjects of prolonged and local character, ensuring a relatively long time "immersion" of students in the subject, systematic study of the selected subjects on the basis of diagnostic, communicative and organizational tasks, allowing to study the real psycho-physiological capacities and professional readiness of students to educational activity, development on this basis of individual plans of their training programs, and installation of pedagogically humane relationships.

The problem of the personal self-regulation and state of mind functioning are extremely relevant in the modern context. Ukraine’s reform contributions, which sometimes have a total and demonstrative nature, do not have enough constructive influence on the functioning of the individual, both in its internal dimensions of reality, and the implementation of its own professional work and stay in the professional environment. The article presents the results of research on the problem of frustration, describes the specifics of personal self-regulation and its types, based on the existing ability to understand the frustration, on the indicators of social and personal frustration. The frustration study was done in the context of its theoretical foundation and an empirical study of its state on a sample of adults. This gave grounds to establish multifunctional nature of frustration. It is about its specificity as a component of professional activity (activity context) and professional environment (interpersonal context). Along with this, the uncertainty, as a result of social frustration, and personal frustration, as the interdependence between the motivation of the individual, its relation to one’s own needs and desires and, as a consequence, the ability to search for one’s own social purpose.

The article outlines the relevance of the introduction of inclusive education in the system of education of Ukraine whose success depends on the organizational and pedagogical and corrective and developmental school conditions, flexibly oriented on the individual characteristics of each child and qualitative training of future teachers to professional activities in the conditions of inclusive education. Separate aspects of professional training of future teachers in institutions of higher pedagogical education in conditions of inclusive education are presented. In particular, attention is focused on the peculiarities of organizing the process of training future educators in professional activities in the inclusive environment of institutions of general secondary education, which are that the professionalization of students takes place in the form of penetration of external (the influence of the educational environment and the participants of the educational process) into the internal (assignment of values Inclusive education and acquisition of relevant competence), from the remote space (social meaning of inclusion) in the approximate (personal meaning and Inclusion experience). In accordance with the principle of continuity, the stages of organizing the process of preparation of future teachers to professional activity in conditions of inclusive education (motivational-value, theoretical and practical and simulation-reflexive) are determined and substantiated. Evaluating the efforts of scientists in the highlighted issues, we note that the organization of the process of professional pedagogical training of teachers to work in an inclusive educational environment requires the substantiation of the relevant pedagogical conditions, which is a prospect of further scientific search.

Psychological readiness is a complex phenomenon that includes a variety of motivational and regulatory components, a system of cognitive patterns of future activities and working conditions, predictive assessments, as well as managing your own emotional reactions. In the professional field of «Man-Technique», the subject of labor, managing a complex technical system, must have a high level of stress tolerance and self-regulation, which gives particular importance to the problem of professional diagnosis and selection. Subjective criteria can catch the «subtle» emotional experiences, the nuances of cognitive-affective processes that simultaneously occur in the psyche of the individual. Objective criteria — often require a rather expensive research procedure. In this regard, diagnostic techniques that combine efficiency and short duration with validity criteria are most in demand. To test the assumptions of their effectiveness, a study was conducted of psychological readiness for professional activity among novice drivers, as well as among cadets-pilots of civil aviation who begin training flight training. Samples «Falling words», «Manifest words» study the perceptual mechanisms underlying the subject’s interpretation of the situation as potentially stressful, diagnosing perceptive alertness / protection. A professional who has a high willingness to interpret the received signals as stressful will recognize these words faster, which will be reflected in the objective criterion — a short signal recognition time. A comparison of the data with the results of the coping tests revealed that for novice drivers, perceptual vigilance prevails over perceptual protection. More experienced drivers often discharge suppressed emotions (usually hostility, anger), directing them to objects that are less dangerous or more accessible than those that caused negative emotions and feelings. The psychological readiness for training flights among cadets needs an additional study of perceptual and emotional components that will be used in self-regulation of resistance to emotional and psychological stress associated with upcoming professional activities.

The problem of improving the quality of training of future teachers remains relevant, despite numerous reforms in the field of vocational education. Employers, when assessing the competencies of graduates of pedagogical colleges and universities, note the lack of practical training. The graduates themselves note the difficulties in solving many practical issues that arise in the first days of their professional activity. The introduction of new federal state educational standards for secondary vocational education requires changes in the practiceoriented educational process. Modern pedagogical practice remains in fact the only available option for obtaining the primary experience of future teachers. However, many researchers note gaps in the organization of practical training of students. This affects the level of development of professional competencies of graduates. The data of the psychological and pedagogical research on the development of professional competencies of students-teachers are presented in the article. Our research is based on the idea of developing additional training modules aimed at independent practical work of students. Additional training modules offered to students included theoretical information, independent work aimed at creating a methodological development and its practical implementation. During the implementation of the experimental study, the authors diagnosed the expected and subjective increase in the level of development of professional competencies (based on the results of practical training). The results showed that the students who entered the experimental group and performed additional tasks in the course of practice in the studied modules had a slightly higher subjective assessment of the increase in the level of development of professional competencies after the internship than the students of the control group. Further research on these issues will provide more accurate data.

The psychological aspect of risk constitutes one of the most discussed issues of modern interdisciplinary research. The profession of the psychologist implies a range of situations of risk for a specialist at various stages of career development. This article presents the results of a psychosemantics research into perceptions of the phenomenon of risk as seen by the students of the Department of Psychology. The findings clarify the peculiarities of the semantic sphere regarding the risks at the initial stage of acquiring the profession. The research was conducted in 2017. The sample comprised 60 students of the Department of Psychology. This research was based on the semantic differential technique modified by I.L. Solomin. We altered and extendedthe list of objects in accordance with the research goals. The results were processed by means of cluster and factor analysis. The analysis of individual clustering trees revealed rather significant semantic variability between the researched objects. A few subgroups of respondents were distinguished according to the individual peculiarities of semantic fields regarding the object ‘risk’. With the help of factor analysis, thespecifics of the affective attitude toward the object ‘risk’ were determined for both the whole sample and the individual subgroups of respondents. The psychosemantics approach completes the picture of the study into the psychological aspect of risk in professional activity and enables to identify the topics, which clarify the subtle nuances of the meaning of the notion ‘risk’ in the conscience of a specialist. Thus, there are vagueness and ambiguity of the subjective view of risk by psychology students, ambivalence of the affective attitude to risk, and a range of semantic subgroups toward the notion ‘risk’. Keywords: risk, professional risk, psychology of risk, risks of a psychology-related profession, situation of risk, subjective perception of risk, students, psychosemantics approach, semantic differential technique, semantic field
