The article reveals the category ‘professional burnout’ and describes the ways of emotional states self-regulation of educators in modern preschool educational institutions. Methods for improving kindergarten teachers’ professional competence and self-esteem are clarified. It is defined how to find balance and harmony in professional activity to avoid overload and prevent professional burnout.The changes that are taking place in preschool education today place new demands on kindergarten teachers’ professional training. To optimize educators’ activities, it is necessary to balance the mode of their work and rest. Only by paying due attention to this issue can we avoid the phenomenon of professional burnout, which is quite common today.Attitudes towards colleagues, children, and parents should be based on the basic principles of partnership pedagogy, in particular respect for the individual, positive attitude and friendliness, and distributed leadership. In these conditions, educators of preschool educational institutions will be able to achieve maximum success in their activities, create effective learning and play environments that will form a comprehensively developed personality, and help the kindergarten teacher to maintain enthusiasm for many years.The article emphasizes that professionals must be able to resist the influence of adverse external factors that occur during professional activities. The key vectors of the educator’s life position should be optimism, self-efficacy, and the use of productive strategies to have their emotional state, to remain calm in any situation. It is necessary to be able to maintain mental balance, internal and external resources, and creative potential.

The article deals with the problem of professional training of future specialists of preschool education to professional activity, features of the value aspect in the process of professional training of the future teacher of preschool educational institution are highlighted, peculiarities of using poetic word as a means of formation of value orientations of future educators in the process of their vocational and pedagogical preparation are substantiated. The content of concepts "value orientations", "poetic word" is revealed. It is proved that despite modern advances in the field of science, technology and the realm of culture, along with innovations, in the arsenal of educational means a significant role belongs to the poetic word.

In the article the relevance of the outlined problem in the context of the entrance of Ukraine in the world medical educational space is covered. The essence of the professional burnout of teachers of the higher medical educational institutions (HMEI), which is characterized by the gradual loss of life tone by the subject under influence of prolonged stress in the professional teaching activity and is manifested by symptoms of chronic fatigue, general exhaustion, depersonalization, reduction of professional achievements, etc., is determined too. The objective of the study – to substantiate reasons, peculiarities, objective and subjective factors of the professional (emotional) burnout of teachers of the HMEI. In the investigation the historical-systematic, comparative method and objective-specific method are used. It is emphasized that the syndrome of professional burnout can lead to general decrease of the effectiveness of the professional activity of the teacher, deformation of interpersonal relationships as well as decrease of activity in the creative professional self-improvement, self-development. The threats and risks of the professional burnout of the teachers of medical university in providing the quality of professional training of future healthcare professionals, are characterized.

The article analyzes the current state of the study of future preschool teachers’ readiness to health-saving activity with preschoolers in domestic and foreign educational theory and practice. The article considers the relevance of the problem of healthy lifestyle in the younger generation forming, starting from preschool age. Despite the considerable interest of scientists to the issues of personality’s readiness for teaching, which reflect future specialists of preschool education preparation process and its result: readiness or professional competence (professional training of future preschool teachers for physical education of preschoolers – Yu. Kovalenko, S. Petrenko, O. Shovkoplias and other; work in families – O. Zalizniak, N. Kovalevska and other; using computer technologies – S. Diachenko, I. Mardarova, O. Nesterenko and other)), the issue of future preschool teachers’ readiness forming to health-saving activity with preschoolers both in theoretical and in practical aspect remains little studied, which is manifested in the lack of a unified understanding of this phenomenon; further development requires the issue of disclosure and justification of the content, forms and methods of future preschool teachers’ readiness’ forming to health-saving activity with preschoolers. The basic concepts are analyzed in article: «readiness», «readiness to activity», «health-saving activity», professional activity». The concept «forming future preschool teachers’ readiness to health-saving activity with preschoolers is considered as professional training in higher education, the purpose of which is to acquire future preschool teachers a certain level of special pedagogical knowledge, skills, development of their pedagogical abilities, personal professional qualities, which on the basis of sustainable pedagogical motivation will allow them to ensure the formation of preschoolers health-saving competence».

The article reveals significant aspects of the development of the professional potential of future educators. The main features of the professional readiness of future educators of preschool education institutions to pedagogical activity are highlighted. The essence of such concepts as “professionalism”, “potential”, “creative potential”, and “professional potential” are described. The author pays attention to adverse factors, which block the professional potential of future teachers: low social status in the team; inner anxiety and lack of confidence; authoritarian style of pedagogical leadership; strict control, that prevent youth from taking the initiative; the indifference of a teacher towards professional success and achievements of students. This article draws attention to creating favourable pedagogical conditions in a higher educational institution for developing professional skills, stimulating initiative, searching and independence of future teachers. The significance of the acmeological approach to the formation of the professional potential of future teachers is introduced. It is claimed by the author that modernization of the process of professional training of future preschool teachers provides the search for new effective ways of organization educational activities addressed to actualize the professional potential of specialists. The essential condition of self-fulfilment of future teachers is a creative educational environment needed for the successful professional activity of students. It allows for creating a creative atmosphere for improving creative thinking, stimulating creative activities, initiative and formative research of students. The main purporse is to determine the main aspects of professional competence among students of physical culture and sports. The pedagogical practice of future physical culture teachers is an integrating and core component of the personal and professional formation of a future specialist, which provides for the formation of his professional competence through mastering various types of activity, leads to professional self-improvement, student self-knowledge in various professional roles in the real conditions of a general education school. Among the main tasks facing the system of higher pedagogical education, an important place is occupied by the task of training a competence-based specialist of a wide profile, further strengthening of fundamental education and bringing it closer to research and practical professional activity, therefore, the goal of training should provide for an optimal combination of theoretical knowledge and creative abilities of future teachers, which would allow them, after graduating from an educational institution, to independently raise the level of their education and professional training, to find fundamentally new solutions to the problems of science and practice. The study was carried out using the following theoretical methods: systems analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, comparison, classification, generalization and systematization, idealization and abstraction. As a result of the study, the main aspects of professional competence among students of physical culture and sports were determined

Based on the analysis of trends in the development of the management theory, the main imperatives (management, management theory, management theory of the educational institution) are determined in the article. It is substantiated the importance of their understanding for the professional training of future managers of educational institutions for management activities.The system of managers’ training should be based on the study and consideration of the management work nature, content and features. It is believed that for the effective managerial work implementation, and thus the specialists’ professional training, it is necessary to clearly identify the nature, nature and features of this type organization of human activity. The Ukrainian and foreign scientists’ research proves the process importance of the management sphere professionalization, and the manager’s professionalism is defined as a set of persistent qualities of personality, activity, future specialist individuality, satisfying the future professional activities needs; is disclosed through the highest degree of psychological and personal changes that occur in the course of the long-term official duties performance; depends on the level of professional abilities that express the vocational training success and mastering professional activity complex elements; is considered from the point of view of the manager's needs and values, accentuating his ability to self- development and self-improvement.

The article reveals the essence of the subjective position of future preschool teachers in the process of vocational training. The content of the concepts such as «subject», «subjectivity», «subjective position» is characterized; the essence of the concept of «personal interest» is clarified. The author’s understanding of the student’s subjective position is a well-established system of his attitude to professional education, personal self-expression in the educational process of higher educational institution, to his own «Self» – his abilities, potential opportunities, individual peculiarities of mental processes (thinking, speaking, memory, imagination, etc.). As a quality of personality, the subjective position of the student is the manifestation of his positive and active attitude to his own professional training at university, cognitive activity, own efforts, specific actions, concrete acts, independence in determining the individual path of theoretical and practical learning, personal responsibility for formation of professional competence. The student’s personal interest in professional training is characterized as his aspiration, focus on deep knowledge of the future profession, manifested in cognitive needs, professional orientation, a conscious understanding of the purpose of future professional activities, responsible attitude to the tasks and content of professional training. The role and main ways of development of personal interest of the student to professional training and formation of a subjective position of the future teacher of preschool education in this process are defined.

In the article self-education as a component of professional training acts as a way to implement it. In this context, the self-education of future educators, we mean the process that ensures the continuity of raising the educational level and expanding the information field of professionals, improving the quality and raising the level of their competence and professionalism, related to personal development and participation in general and pedagogical culture. Serves to form a worldview, because the student is the subject of management of their own educational activities during professional training. Based on the analysis of different approaches to the definition of "self-educational competence" in the context of this study, we consider this term as an integrative phenomenon characterized by stable internal motivation, the formation of professionally significant personal qualities, skills and abilities to organize cognitive personality. search activities aimed at a continuous process of professional development; and is an integral part of the professional competence of the specialist and an indicator of the success of his professional activity. Given the above, it is possible to state the close connection between the concept of "self-education" and the concept of "vocational training"; self-education should be understood as a way to implement this training, which, accordingly, aims to form a skilled worker capable of developing strategies for professional development as a result of self- education. This is one of the most important prerequisites for further professional realization of him as a specialist In this regard, higher education faces the task of developing more effective learning technologies and creating conditions that would be focused on stimulating students' self- education. The purpose of the article is to theoretically substantiate the key concepts "educator", "future educator", "self-education", "competence", "formation of self- educational competence". Methods: analysis, systematization and generalization of psychological and pedagogical literature in order to clarify the state of development of the research problem and clarify the conceptual apparatus.

The article clarifies the essence of the concepts of «сompetence» and «professional competence», determines the components of teacher’s professional competence: motivational (interest and motivation for future professional activity), cognitive (formed knowledge), operational (acquired skills and abilities) and personal-reflexive (ability to self-esteem, self-development and self- improvement). The author, on the basis of comparative analysis, shows the experience of forming the future teacher’s professional competence in leading countries such as: Germany, Denmark, Great Britain, France and others. The article outlines the peculiarities of the formation of the future teacher’s professional competence in determined countries. The interesting aspect in the formation of the future teacher’s professional competence in Germany is its information component, whose high level of evaluation is facilitated by the introduction of modern multimedia technologies in the educational process. The peculiarity of the Danish system of the future teachers’ professional competence formation is the availability of an additional vocational guidance level. So while forming the professional competence of a future teacher in the UK, considerable attention is paid to student’s research activities built on the humanization and democratization of the educational process in this country. The specificity of the future teachers’ professional competence formation in universities of France is that its most important component is the information and communication component. On the basis of the conducted analysis, the positive experience of the future teachers’ professional competence formation abroad is generalized; the recommendations on its introduction into the system of professional training in higher education institutions of Ukraine are worked out. The conclusion is made that the formation of the future teacher’s professional competence abroad will contribute to: the introduction of professional selection of applicants for teaching professions; exploiting the potential of non-formal education; an increase in the duration of teaching practice and the introduction of a mentoring system; inclusion of academic disciplines, that provide inclusive education, into the educational process; providing benefits to active teaching methods based on an interdisciplinary and problem-based approach; creating conditions for the exchange of experience of higher educational institutions with foreign educational institutions.

Paper is devoted to a problem related to development of economic competence of main participants in educational institutions and organizations’ pedagogical process. The concept of economic competency, its components is considered. Economic competence, being one of the fi rst instruments related to creation of means of personality’s adaptation to social and economic changes, serves as a way of personality’s development, distribution of economic knowledge, mean of human capital formation. In this paper the role of modern educational organizations and establishments in providing the educational services adequate to modern problems’ level is defi ned. According to the author, they are urged to provide a sufficient level of economic knowledge, abilities that the modern person in his/her professional activity could make decisions taking into account an interrelation of organizational, fi nancial, marketing tasks and act economically reasonable. The changes of priorities in purposes of education management sphere experts training have been revealed. Professional activity of educational institution head has been considered as a necessary component of his training, formation and vigorous activity within economic context: formation of educational services’ market, status change, educational institutions’ economic independence expansion that involves a strengthening of heads’ responsibility and a need of their professional competence level increase.
