In the health sector, one of the biggest questions of modern time is the way of cutting cost while maintaining the same quality of service. Abroad, the use of pipe mail for the purpose of solving internal logistics and with that providing quality and adequacy of products and direct cut of costs related with the work force, is already widely present in hospitals. Transport with the use of pipe mail enables fast, safe and foremost economic content transfer. Hospitals abroad use the pipe mail mostly for: - transport of samples (swabs, blood, tissues) to laboratories, - transport of blood for the surgeries in operation rooms from the central blood bank, - transport of medicine from central pharmacy for surgeries in operation rooms or the need of different departments, - transport of documentation between departments and laboratories, - transport of lab test results to the department that ordered for that test. Pipe mail enables centralization – existence of one central laboratory, who takes care of all the necessary analysis, which directly means: - savings in space, - direct saving in the cost of pay due to the lowering number of employees or their redeployment, - higher efficiency (individual documentation processing, which directly means higher productivity based on the reduction of wasted time and waiting for documentation), - information renewal of processes, - reliability, timeliness and order, most importantly from the point of view of the patient, who will save unnecessary waiting time, from which most psychologically related issues arise, - the system is computer controlled and statistics are available to the system administrator at any time, - - Pipeline airmail has a significant impact on the safety of both employees and patients during an epidemic.

Perioperative bleeding occupies a leading place among all surgical complications and, despite the rapid development of surgery, remains relevant to this day. In addition to an increase in mortality, bleeding can cause the development of other postoperative complications, which lead to disability of patients and to a decrease in the quality of life in all age groups. Most perioperative bleeding are caused by technical errors. This article reviews the problem of perioperative bleeding from the point of view of impaired coagulation capabilities of the body. The main etiopathogenetic features of hemostasis during the development of this complication are considered. The analysis of postoperative complications, which were directly or indirectly caused by bleeding during or after surgery, is presented. The prevalence of these complications in various areas of surgery has been demonstrated. More detailed study of the hemostasis system and the identification of predictors of hemostasis difficulties before the surgery may cause an improvement in the results of surgical treatment and reduce the number of postoperative complications and the duration of hospital stay. Accordingly, this will lead to a decrease in the cost of treatment and an increase in patient satisfaction with the medical care. In connection with the above, there is a great interest among surgeons and anesthesiologists in preventing the development of perioperative bleeding.

Deformation and deterioration of the electrode caused by chemical reaction is resistant to AISI 1020 with caps screw electrodes. In this study, squeeze, weld, hold time, current and pressure is evaluated for the nugget diameter. OP1is the surface waviness, OP2 is the force, OP3 is the nugget height and OP4 is welded by spot welding on steel plates. AISI 1020 steel plates with thicknesses of 0.8 mm and 1.5mm for connecting the cap screw electrode, current and clock sensor with current control for 120 kVA capacitors are connected. The cycle welding currents of 5, 10, 15, 20 and 25 were selected and increased from 8 kA to 10 kA is done during the welding process. In this study, OP1 to OP4 are selected and the verification experiment is performed in an optimal state to observe the development accuracy. Based on confirmation of test results, it was determined to develop a model that can be effectively used to predict the size of weld surface thereby improving the quality of the weld and calculating the cost of the top screw head. The welded joints of two electrodes are exposed to weld radius. The groove, force and valve height are calculated by the ingot detector, dynamometer and ultrasonic. This allows the workstation to be welded to the desired contour while reducing its production costs.

This paper uses the Zon and Muysken (2001) model to investigate the effect of increasing the retirement age on health care production, human capital accumulation, and economic growth. All three sectors are interrelated, since the overall level of health affects both workers and the accumulation of human capital, while a higher level of human capital is related to better quality of health. And, finally, health and human capital affect the output of the economy. From the economic growth point of view the results seem to be positive. Increasing labor availability raises productivity in the health sector, which ultimately improves labor productivity, resulting in increased capital accumulation and economic growth. On the other hand, it is estimated a reduction in the propensity to consume and a smaller portion of the labor force allocated in the health sector.

The spiritual dimension of health is the subject of much controversy; since it is not seen as a purely scientific and quantifiable aspect of health. However, it is exactly this quality of spiritual health that makes the thorough examination of the concept worthwhile. Furthermore, a comprehensive assessment of the theoretical concepts associated with it should be prioritized. The present study is a combination of a literature review followed by a series of expert interviews. First, articles addressing the different aspects of spiritual health were identified and acquired from academic databases. After a thorough assessment and evaluation, the findings were listed and prioritized in order to determine the most important aspects of spiritual health. Then, the most significant features were specified and interpreted. The interpretations were then sent to a group of experts for assessment and evaluation. The expert reviews and comments were then collected and analyzed in order to refine and improve the primary interpretations. The responsibilities of the health sector do not end with the provision and maintenance of the physical aspects of health or even the non-medical population. It includes not only promoting spiritual health in health sector graduates and personnel, but also conducting profound scientific studies, providing documentation, and interpreting the evidence for beneficiaries. However, establishing a new university major to train professionals exclusively for pursuing this objective and even adding new university credits in this field does not seem to be necessary from the point of view of experts and studies. In addition to providing the education necessary for students and personnel of each organization, providing adequate spiritual health and promoting the essential education and related skills are also the responsibilities of the health sector. Instead, it is suggested that an active secretariat be established to oversee the promotion of spiritual health in all sectors using the minimum independent facilities and manpower.

ABSTRACT The use of pre-sprouted seedlings in the implantation of sugarcane crops not only reduces the establishment period and production costs, but also has other advantages, such as a lesser requirement of propagules (stems) and greater phytosanitary control of the seedlings, when compared to conventional planting. Commercial substrates are also expensive and their use increases the cost of seedlings. This study aimed to evaluate the quality of sugarcane pre-sprouted seedlings grown on substrates with different proportions of decomposed babassu palm stem (DBPS), as well as to recommend the substrate formulation that provides the most favorable environment for the growth and development of sugarcane pre-sprouted seedlings. For preparation of the substrate (S), DBPS and soil were used in the following proportions: S1: 0 % of DBPS + 100 % of soil; S2: 20 % of DBPS + 80 % of soil; S3: 40 % of DBPS + 60 % of soil; S4: 60 % of DBPS + 40 % of soil; S5: 80 % of DBPS + 20 % of soil; S6: 100 % of DBPS + 0 % of soil. The use of S2 and S3 considerably improved the seedling quality parameters, such as sprout diameter and length, number of leaves and total, shoot and root dry mass. However, from an economic point of view, S2 is recommended for use.

Textbook becomes important thing in learning process in the class. On the other side some teachers have a problem in choosing a appropriate textbook for their student. They have only limited time for selecting and choosing the appropriate one for their student. That is a problem that is faces in teaching-learning.Text book can be a media for teachers to do their activity in the classroom. We shall divide and select text books is to give an idea of the type of books available, and in a few cases make some suggestion as to how selection may he made, and in this paper will be discussed about three main categories about text books. Textbooks and education are two things which are closely related each other. The existence of textbooks supports the development of education in general. Nowadays, the cost of textbooks which are generally used by the doer of education such as teacher and students are getting increased each year. This problem aroused because of several things. They are the high cost of basic materials, the full-colored books, and high demand of books. The high cost of books gives the advantages and also disadvantages. To the publishers, the high cost of books will give them more profit. Besides, high cost of books is identically with the better quality of the textbooks both from the content and also the paper used. From the students' point of view, the high cost of textbooks gives them less chance to buy it. That's because their purchasing power are quite low. To solve the problem, some solutions are needed. Some of them are the students may use digital textbooks, copy them, use the handbook made by the teacher, use old books as references, and buy imitation books orhijacked books. For the publishers, some of the solutions to reduce the price of the books are do not take profit much, use recycle materials to make books, and think about the purchasing power of the society. However, discussing the textbooks seen from the economical point of view seems like the coin which has two sides. Good side and bad side, benefits and loss.

Among the methods used, the most effective, from the point of view of the quality of cleaning from the main harmful substances, is catalytic neutralization. The effectiveness of using this method is largely determined by the properties and characteristics of the used catalytic material. Selection of the appropriate composition determines the provision of physical, physico-mechanical and corrosive properties of the used catalytic materials. In this regard, the possibilities of using steel oxide and molding clay as basic components in the charge of the material were studied. In order to reduce the cost of the treatment system, the possibility of replacing valuable expensive components with ore mills of the appropriate composition was considered. As a result of the studies, the optimal qualitative and quantitative composition of the charge of the catalytic material was determined.
