The COVID-19 pandemic led to an accelerated implementation of digital solutions, such as online proctoring. In this paper we discuss how the use of an ethical matrix may influence the way in which digital solutions are applied. To initiate an ethical discussion, we conducted an online workshop with educators, examiners, controllers, and students to identify risks and opportunities of online proctoring for various stakeholders. We used the Ethical Matrix to structure the meeting. We compared the outcome of the workshop with the outcomes of a proctoring software pilot by examiners. We found that the two approaches led to complementary implementation criteria. The ethical session was less focused on making things work and more on transparency about conditions, processes, and rights. The ethical session also concentrated more on the values of all involved rather than on fraud detection effectiveness.

The development and accomplishment of Islamic societies is a matter of great importance. The significance and the need of this issue is not only a natural desire but it is the requirement of human societies. To proceed on the way of accomplishment and progress is a natural desire that Allah Almighty has inserted into human beings. The individual perfection of character and person is guaranty of an exemplary developed society that is the ultimate wish of Islam. In this regard, Allah Almighty has described the causes of the destruction of the nations of earlier prophets. Such narrations are shown up to the coming nations so that they could avoid such negligence. Quran has described these events as lessons to achieve the perfection in personal as well as in collective, social life.Today the development of science and technology is considered the perfection and the height of the progress of mankind. But the concept of human progress and perfection is different in the light of holy Quran. Islam considers these developments the part of human necessities in their worldly lives not the ultimate achievement that is required for a society that possesses human characteristics. According to Quran the respect of human values is the dire need of a peaceful and privileged society.

Fraudulent detection is a large number of exercises that try to keep cash or property out of the way. Fraud surveillance is used in many businesses such as banking or security. At the bank, misrepresentation may involve producing checks or using a Credit Card taken. Different types of robberies can include misfortune or create a problem with the expectation of only a paid Layer Ensemble Method running other AI fields including collecting learning. Recently, there have been one deep group models deployed with a large number of classifiers in each layer. These models, as a result, require a much larger calculation. In addition, the deep integration models are available that use all the separating elements including the unnecessary ones that can reduce the accuracy of the group. In this experiment, we propose a multi-layered learning structure called the Two-Layer Ensemble System to address the issue of definition. The proposed framework is working with a number of weird filters to get the troupe jumper sity, in these lines being a technology in the use of equipment.

Psychology has been influenced by philosophical fundaments from the Phenomenological, Existential, and Humanist movements. Such prospect changed the way of conceiving man and making science, contributing, as well, to the emergence of the phenomenological-existential psychotherapies. This paper presents a brief historical journey through the main lines of thought that fundament the psychotherapies of such approach, mentioning the most important philosophers and psychotherapists. The study begins discussing the first perspective changes, when, overcoming the mechanistic point of view; the man begins to be considered part of a functional system interconnected with the world. It is shown that, afterwards, arise the Act Psychology of Brentano and Husserl’s Phenomenology. Subsequently, presents the Existentialism, when man is recognized as a free being and able to build its own history; and the Humanist movement, when many human values are revealed such as the human potential and tendency to growth. Finally, it is discussed the main ideas and concepts, from the thoughts mentioned above, that characterize the phenomenological-existential psychotherapies as an approach that recognizes human freedom and respects the client as someone able to find their own way once immersed in a favorable environment.

In this article, I explore the relationship between ‘value’ and ‘security’ in the conceptualization of European construction and its transformation in recent years through the anti-terror effort. I suggest that the landscape of human values, and the way it is correlated with security, is discontinuous and fragmented. In the post-Madrid/London era, variations in cultures of law enforcement, border control, intelligence and diplomacy, and, not least, new cultures of fear and prudence, render this landscape increasingly complex. The value-laden nature of security and insecurity has contributed to a fragmented evolution in European approaches to the challenge of security. The politics of harmonization and standardization of European security reveals not a singularity in security, but the contrary, namely multiple securities. I thus develop a counter-argument to both realist and social constructivist understandings of values and the role these play in security thinking. I affirm, in a typical constructivist vein, that values matter in the formation of security policy. However, I reverse the typical constructivist position that sees security as the embodiment of ideas, arguing instead that the European self-understanding is itself the product of its own constellation of security and insecurity.

AbstractDebates on the applicability of the "modern" Western concepts of civil society, pluralism, secularization and democracy, together with Islam, significantly developed since the 1970s in Indonesia, in particular since the emergence of Nurcholish Madjid (hereafter Madjid). By the end of the 1980s, the Paramadina Foundation, which was established in 1986 by Madjid, among others, increasingly attracted higher middle-class individuals who claimed to adopt a progressive and open approach to Islam. Through Paramadina, Madjid, among others, developed his own idea of civil society. He is one of the most obvious champions of "neo-modernism" in Indonesia, as these ideas of both "modernism" and "traditionalism" are combined when they are relevant and suitable for society. The question addressed here is how Madjid interprets the concepts of civil society, pluralism, secularization and democracy as his main discourses? In other words, how does Madjid define and pave the way for Islamic development in Indonesia? What approaches does he use? While the concepts developed in Paramadina are basically inclusivism, pluralism, integralism, tolerance and democracy, on the way to achieving masyarakat madani (the Indonesian translation of civil society as adopted by Madjid), it seems that Madjid falls short of promoting local and global human values, international relations and communication. In fact, he adopts a cultural and nationalistic approach within the framework of Indonesian nationalism, which could lead to cultural crystallisation, particularism, localism and, eventually, atavism. These factors, however, if given a humanistic and global flavour — as set forward by the communication approach to human development — could indeed contribute to the emancipation of local citizens, from a parochial and centralized nationalism adhered to today by many Indonesian leaders. Thus, thinking globally and acting locally could be a liberating force for all.

This paper explores the sense in which contemporary understanding of democracy is present in the work of Jean-Jacques Rousseau. The author claims that difficulties in understanding the concept of general will comes from the fact that Rousseau runs two ideas of democracy together: the idea which values democracy in positive terms because it instantiates fundamental human values such as freedom and rights, as well as the idea that democracy is important because it enlarges our collective wisdom. The end of the paper traces the way with respect to a possible coherent interpretation of the relationship between democracy and the content of the general will in Rousseau?s work.

Bhabani Bhattacharya is a kind of author who writes mostly on human relationships. In Steel Hawk and other Stories which were published in 1968 there are various such kind of stories. His themes are traditional but new because he has a different and innovative way of writing. His characters are also very interesting and they are influenced from real human societies. This realistic and idealistic approach is very uncommon. In A moment of Eternity we can see a fine blend of realism and idealism. This shows that how he uses the traditional human values as a raw material for his short stories. His experiments with traditional values of life are full of new possibilities and hopes. In some cases we can also find that his characters are alienated and repressed but still there is some sense of optimism in their lives. If they reflect pessimism then this can be a chance of learning for readers. Bhabani Bhattacharya believes that a writer must not impose his school of thoughts on his readers. So in his short stories readers are free to analyze the different situations of life. The story like public figure shows that how a man can change in life. This changing is not normal as it can lead him to identity crisis which can be painful. After reading his short stories we can easily locate that there is a kind of synthesis between modernism and traditionalism in most of his writings. Stories like the steel hawk, The Acrobats , Names are not table’s and the quack are noteworthy as they reflect real life situations. They are not simply stories but they present the way by which life can treat an individual. It also shows a better craftsmanship of the author.

The implementation of human values in leadership praxis based on the Book of Genesis 1: 26-27 is raised because of various phenomena that have occurred in which many people are treated inhumanely. The analysis was carried out by means of a literature review, by analyzing the leadership practices that occur both in general and Christian circles. The main sources of analysis are several relevant sources, including research results contained in journals and books. All of these sources were analyzed by looking at the relationship and compatibility with the title of this paper. So it can be concluded that his leadership can describe how the leader's view of humans, "whole" or partial. In another sense, whether leaders treat humans only as limited as "resources" or not, of course, will appear in the way leaders treat "anyone" around the scope of their leadership. Whether to behave and act exploitatively or not, of course, depends on the way the leadership treats "anyone" around the sphere of leadership. In the sphere of the church, the pastor as a leader in leading the church organizationally and at the same time as an organism, the people who are in the leadership line develop their understanding of it does not necessarily lie in the way they perceive humans. Our Lord Jesus, the Great Leader, has provided an extraordinary example where He who is the Lord and Savior of mankind is willing to sacrifice his life, give His life and wash the feet of His followers. This is perfect leadership, thank God that humans have a Leader profile who becomes a role model.
