The challenge in this study goes even further: to carry out the reductions through the first collection and analysis of data from postings made in two groups created on Facebook, from two classes of schoolchildren participating in the Educational Project “Learning to Know: research with Whole Body”, which occurs in a Brazilian Public School, object of this study. Therefore, this article presents a small extract of an ongoing PhD. The results point out that a phenomenological analysis of virtual documents requires a very critical observation as well as the need to use a hermeneutic-graft, which in our view allowed us to emerge the first trends of analysis. Finally, the assertions revealed the participation category as one of the elements that could lead all involved in the project to learn together, but also, the contradictions regarding the understanding and comprehension of the type of students' participation in the project, which sometimes seems to be supervised / restricted , sometimes seems full / active. Such a trend seems to us essential for the understanding of the PAC and its influence on the construction of a new space / time to do school.          Keywords: Qualitative Research. The objective of this research is to analyze the role of social networks in digital public diplomacy as well as citizen participation in validating the positions and interests of States and governments. It is based on three phases of content analysis: a) internal analysis of the content or publication b) causes c) effects (Alonso, Volkens and Gómez, 2011). For one year (2017-2018), the posts of four States, two European and two American, were followed up as case studies. Special attention was paid to the social networks of heads of state in relation to issues of international interest, and a comparison was made through content analysis. From July 2017 onward, a systemization of the posts encountered was initiated. The main results show an active, participatory role on the part of public users– citizens. We can speak of the phenomenon of the global citizen (Martínez, 2004). For their part, decision makers/ government leaders have an active role in social networks and seek to communicate and validate their actions, almost from the moment they make or announce their decisions, in order to know the reactions of citizens. States make use of social networks in the context of what is defined as digital public diplomacy.

The main objective of this article has been the data collection and analysis of the mentioned info which has been published through internet and accessible to everyone. The methodology followed has consisted in compiling the cartography data which is published on social networks and mass media, being classified according to its final dimension and analyzing its formal aspects and communicative objectives. The cartography related, makes possible to trace the facts, being compared with other equivalent geographical sites, analyze the relations which may be produced with other different situations on the same place and make the right and appropriate timely decisions referred to the territory at all time. The development of information technologies, the ease of use and the access to open data by anyone might contribute to a new concept of map, but there is no doubt that geography and its own tool by excellence, cartography, have become essential for any type of problem related to the territory, in this case, the COVID-19 pandemic.

The evolution of social networks in general, and Instagram in particular, has led to the emergence and proliferation of digital influencers, a figure that has taken over from fashion bloggers and managed to capture the attention of communication professionals in the sector due to their potential to generate engagement with their public. The objective of the present research is to determine the profile of micro fashion influencers, their casuistics, and the protocols of action that they use when managing their Instagram accounts. For this, qualitative research was carried out through a semistructured interview of a sample selected using the nonprobabilistic snowball technique. Specifically, between May and June 2018, fieldwork was carried out with a group of ten fashion micro instagramers in Spain, analyzing four research questions regarding how micro instagramers interact with and their relationship with brands and communication companies, the nature of their publications, and their motivations for being active on the mentioned social network. The responses of the micro instagramers, with a combined audience of 240,439 followers, suggest that their nonprofessional profile is characterized by the absence of collaboration agreements and minimum economic remuneration. In addition, they are aware of their technical deficiencies when creating and editing their posts.

Abstract: The present research aimed to investigate the meanings that the inhabitants of the Juan Pablo Segundo population give to the practice of physical activity, physical exercise and sport in public spaces as a means of setting up social networks and promoting citizen participation. Online survey research has significantly increased in popularity in recent years. With its use, researchers have a new set of concerns about data collection and analysis to consider, including the possibility of fraudulent survey submissions. The purpose of this article is to demonstrate to survey researchers an innovative and systematized process for addressing online survey fraud over the course of collecting survey data, especially when respondents collect incentives for participation. We provide the Reflect, Expect, Analyze, Label Framework, which includes four sets of guiding questions for use by online survey researchers to plan for addressing survey fraud and making determinations about the inclusion or exclusion of participant submissions from the dataset based on level of suspicion. We also provide a full case example utilizing the Reflect, Expect, Analyze, Label Framework as an appendix. Those wanting to apply the Reflect, Expect, Analyze, Label Framework should keep in mind several considerations as they apply it, including determining logistical needs ahead of survey implementation, considering the ethical issues related to including or excluding data in a study, and considering the issues related to providing incentives for participating in research. Future research should assess the frequency of survey fraud, investigate the reasons for its occurrence and explore the role social networks may play in fraudulent participants sharing information. We suggest that researchers consider online survey fraud as an issue over the lifespan of their survey and apply the guiding questions we present to address the issue throughout.
