Este artigo apresenta reflexões sobre a Educação de Jovens e Adultos (EJA) ofertada na Rede Estadual de Educação da Bahia, com o recorte para as escolas situadas no Território de Identidades Litoral Sul (NTE 05). Tem como foco principal apresentar um panorama dessa modalidade dentro do ano continuum 2020/2021 no que tange à sua oferta, formas de organização e fluxo escolar, além de investigar quais recursos tecnológicos e estratégias pedagógicas estão sendo executadas no Ensino Remoto. A metodologia está baseada na pesquisa qualitativa – descritiva, em que utiliza a análise bibliográfica e documental como coleta de dados, que foram interpretados “à luz” da técnica de análise de conteúdo de Minayo (2000) e de referências de teóricos como Freire (1996) e Arruda (2020). Os resultados têm mostrado que a EJA precisa intensificar esforços para a realização da busca ativa e proposições de estratégias pedagógicas mediadas por tecnologias digitais e/ou analógicas que possibilitem manter o vínculo com seus/suas alunos (as) e proporcionem a aprendizagem significativa para a construção de sua cidadania.Palavras-chave: EJA; Ensino remoto; Recursos.Youth and Adult Education (EJA) in the south coast of Bahia: reality and challenges in the year 2020/2021 continuumABSTRACTThis article presents reflections on Youth and Adult Education (EJA) offered in the State Education Network of Bahia, with a focus on schools located in the Territory of Identities Litoral Sul (NTE-05). La metodología se basa en una investigación cualitativo-descriptiva, que utiliza el análisis bibliográfico y documental como recolección de datos, los cuales fueron interpretados "a la luz" de la técnica de análisis de contenido de Minayo (2000) y referencias teóricas como Freire (1996) y ARRUDA (2020) ). Los resultados han demostrado que EJA necesita intensificar los esfuerzos para llevar a cabo la búsqueda activa y propuestas de estrategias pedagógicas mediadas por tecnologías digitales y / o analógicas que permitan mantener el vínculo con sus estudiantes y brindar aprendizajes significativos para la construcción de su ciudadanía.  Palabras clave: EJA; Enseñanza remota; Recursos.

This study was designed to find out whether or not the English test made by the teacher called a teacher-made test was  valid  at state senior high school (SMAN) 1 Kutacane. The research design of this study was a qualitative descriptive research. The description is based on the test made by the teacher or the final test question sheet applied by the teacher for the second year students of senior high school 1 Kutacane. To make it easy to analyse, rubric (the points about the syllabus and lesson plan) and interview were applied. In analyzing the data, the technique applied  was a documentary analysis technique ( the final question sheet of English test made by the teacher) and was based on the curriculum as a benchmark to find out the validity of test questions made by the English teacher. Based on the results of research, it was foud out that 92% of questions made by teachers was valid and 8% was invalid. These results indicated that the questions made by the English teacher of state senior high school 1 Kutacane were mostly valid and were in accordance with the curriculum. So, the English teacher of senior high school 1 Kutacane had made valid questions and the level of validity made by the teacher demonstrates the ability of teachers to design questions in English.

The aim the research is to find out and analize satire of the stand up comedy “Mesakke Bangsaku” by Pandji Pragiwaksono. The writer use qualitative descriptive research in observing with content analysis technique. Resources of the research is video tape of stand up comedy “Mesakke Bangsaku” Pandji Pragiwaksono brings transcript into the writing process. Script product of transcription then, identify with use of satire’s theory. Based on analysis result, it find out satire with the highest percentage in the cynicism category which was as many as 39 of data or 38,23%. Another finding is, sarcasm category as many as 37 data (36,27%), ironic 4 data (3,92%), and antiphrase 1 data (0,98%).

SMK Negeri 1 Samarinda (State Vocational High school 1 of Samarinda) is a general school that the principal still wants to build the Islamic character values through the 3S culture (Smile, Respect, and Greet), the culture of reading the holy Qur’an, praying together, the culture of discipline and honesty, and ethics in clothing. This research aims to find out the religious culture at SMK Negeri 1 Samarinda. The approach used was qualitative approach with qualitative descriptive research type. The data collection techniques were observation, interviews and documentation. Data validity test used source and method triangulation analyzed with member check. The data analysis technique used data reduction, presentation and concluding. The result of the research is that religious activities developed by the principal are such as the culture of 3S, reading Qur’an, praying before and after learning, praying together at the school mosque, the culture of honesty, discipline and ethics in clothing. The strategies of the principal in creating the religious culture at SMK Negeri 1 Samarinda were through planning, modelling, habituation, participation, evaluation, coordination, and motivation.

El objetivo del trabajo es presentar los procesos de participación ciudadana que el Estado chileno ha implementado para elaborar la reciente política pública nacional de actividad física (AF) y deporte, considerando el desarrollo histórico de la institucionalidad deportiva del país. Se utilizó la metodología cualitativa descriptiva, utilizando como procedimientos la revisión bibliográfica y la técnica de análisis documental. El trabajo permite indicar que existe un avance en el tratamiento de las políticas públicas en deporte y recreación en Chile, toda vez que en la elaboración de las mismas han participado diferentes carteras ministeriales, organizaciones sociales y personas naturales. Se concluye que, a partir de la incorporación, apropiación y desarrollo del deporte moderno en Chile, se observan esfuerzos desde el aparato público por generar espacios de participación y monitoreo del deporte y sus manifestaciones, teniendo como corolario, la actual Política Nacional de Actividad Física y Deporte, vigente entre los años 2016-2025, inclusive.Abstract. The aim of this work is to show citizen participation processes that the Chilean State has implemented to elaborate the current national public policies for physical activity and sports, considering the historical development of the country's sports institutions. The qualitative descriptive methodology was used, performing literature review and documentary analysis technique as the procedures. The work indicates that there is an improvement in the elaboration of public policies in sports and recreation in Chile when different ministerial cabinets, social organizations, and natural persons participated in it. It is concluded that, from the incorporation, appropriation, and development of modern sport in Chile, efforts are observed from the public apparatus towards generating spaces for participation and monitoring of sports and its manifestations, keeping the current National Physical Activity and Sport Policy, in force between 2016-2025, as a corollary.

Every literary work must have the social values ​​of life contained in it, whether conveyed implicitly or explicitly.  Like the novel Bila Malam Bertambah Malam by Putu Wijaya, it contains many social values ​​and so on.  With these problems, this research article is written to discuss "Analysis of Social Values ​​in the novel Bila Malam Bertambah Malam by Putu Wijaya using the mimetic approach”. This research was conducted using qualitative descriptive research methods.  Data collection techniques carried out, in the form of documentation, as well as research instruments were the researchers themselves using a check list of the classification of research materials and notes of observations.  The data analysis technique in this study is a descriptive interpretive technique, where the researcher tries to describe the opinions and views that are on an object of research.  This article aims to find out the social values ​​contained in the novel Bila Malam Bertambah Malam by Putu Wijaya.  The results of this study indicate that social problems cannot be separated from the relationships that accompany them.  These relationships include human problems with humans, human problems with oneself and human problems with culture.

This study aims to describe "The cultivation of values of Concern on Environmental Hygiene in Students Class III A At the Elementary School of Nature Mahira Bengkulu City". This type of research is using qualitative and qualitative descriptive research method. Research subjects were principal, grade III A teacher, janitor, canteen mother, and third grade student A. Data collection technique used was observation, interview, and documentation. The analysis technique is carried out during field analysis and post-field analysis by examining all data collected in narrative. The data that have been obtained is analyzed by data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The data credibility test is done through increasing persistence and triangulation of sources and techniques. The results obtained are: a) The strategy of cultivating the values of caring is done by habituation, exemplary and menjarkan about cleanliness; b) Program activities are: clean culture, clean saturation program, class cleanliness, school environment cleanliness, and waste management; c) Facilities and infrastructure; d) School community support: principals, janitors, and canteen mothers.

  La Universidad Técnica de Manabí, está en el deber de colaborar con el perfeccionamiento y profundización del conocimiento de los profesionales de la región y del país. Para ello se cuenta con la ampliación y diversificación de carreras y maestrías asociadas a diferentes campos de estudio, entre ellos la Matemática. Esta es una investigación de tipo descriptivo, cuyo objetivo está en fundamentar la pertinencia del establecimiento de una carrera en Ciencias Matemáticas en la Universidad Técnica de Manabí. Se hizo uso del método análisis documental al revisar los presupuestos teóricos relacionados con la experiencia de otras universidades en estudios similares. Para conocer la realidad en Manabí, se utilizó la técnica de la encuesta, la que fue aplicada a una muestra de 100 personas vinculadas con las Ciencias Matemáticas, ya sea como profesionales o como estudiantes; ello permitió tener una valoración sobre la influencia de esta ciencia en los diferentes ejes de desarrollo económico y social. Entre los principales resultados sobresale la relación de las matemáticas con los ejes de trabajo, soberanía alimentaria y comercio, y educación y salud con 89,1% de valoraciones positivas, respectivamente. Como conclusiones se destaca la factibilidad de la carrera de grado en Ciencias Matemáticas en la Universidad Técnica de Manabí, para cumplimentar carencias profesionales en este campo del conocimiento, según criterios del 86,43% de los encuestados.   Palabras clave: Ciencias Matemáticas, ofertas de grado, carreras, Universidad Técnica de Manabí, pertinencia.   Abstract:   One of the duties of The Technical University of Manabi is to cooperate with the improvement and deepening of knowledge of professionals from the region and the country. In order to do this, the university has expanded and diversified the careers and masters associated to the different study fields, being Mathematics, one of them. This is a descriptive research, whose objective is to support the relevance of establishing a career in Mathematical Sciences at the Technical University of Manabi. The documentary analysis method was used when reviewing the theoretical assumptions related to the experience of other universities in similar studies. To know the reality in Manabi, a survey technique which was applied to a sample of 100 people was used, which was applied to a sample of 100 people linked to the Mathematical Sciences, either as professionals or as students. This allowed to have a valuation on the influence of this science in the different axes of Social economic development. Among the main results, the relationship of mathematics with the axes of work, food sovereignty and trade, and education and health stands out with 89.1% of positive evaluations, respectively. To conclude, the feasibility of the degree course in Mathematical Sciences at the Technical University of Manabí is highlighted, to fill professional gaps in this field of knowledge, according to criteria of 86.43% of the respondents. This study examines the application of murabahah contracts on pension financing products conducted at Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Bondowoso between the bank and its customers based on DSN-MUI fatwa Number 4 of 2000 concerning murabahah financing and DSN-MUI fatwa Number 88 of 2013 concerning General Guidelines for Program Implementation Pension Based on Sharia Principles. The problems that will be answered through this research are: (1) How is the application of the murabahah contract to pension financing products in Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Bondowoso? (2) What is the DSN-MUI fatwa review of the application of the murabahah contract to pension financing products at Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Bondowoso? This research is field research, because research activities are conducted at Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Bondowoso. The research approach used is a qualitative descriptive research approach. To understand and analyze the object under study, the author uses several approaches such as the legislative approach and the comparative approach. Data collection techniques using observation, documentation, and interview techniques. While the data analysis technique uses a comparative analysis method.The results of this study are: (1) The pension financing contract in Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Bondowoso is carried out by using a murabahah contract by fulfilling the following conditions: (1) The contract is done by reciting ijab and qabul; (2) Contracts are clearly implemented; (3) The object of the contract has been fully owned by the bank before being offered to prospective customers; (4) Contracts are carried out by prospective customers and the bank voluntarily without any coercion or threat; and (5) Contract objects are goods that are not prohibited by sharia. In the event of default, the bank will carry out billing steps by sending a notification letter, collection letter, warning letter 1 to 3. If the customer becomes bankrupt, the Bank will give up the time when it is able to settle its obligations if the business is bankrupt in an agreement the bank with the customer at the time of the murabahah agreement. (2) In general, the application of murabahah contracts to pension financing products at Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Bondowoso is in accordance with the DSN-MUI fatwa, both DSN-MUI fatwa Number 4 of 2000 concerning Financing of Murabahah, and DSN-MUI fatwa Number 88 of 2013 concerning Guidelines General Implementation of Sharia Principles Based Pension Programs. Keywords: Fatwa, DSN-MUI, Murabahah, Pension, Bank Syariah Mandiri.

<p>Este artigo tem como objetivo compreender e discutir algumas das principais concepções de educação e trabalho que permeiam a formação do trabalhador brasileiro, com base na análise da criação do Programa Nacional de Acesso ao Ensino Técnico e Emprego, o Pronatec, instituído em 2011. O texto apresenta um breve histórico das concepções que envolvem a formação do trabalhador presentes no final da década de 1980 e 1990, no âmbito da elaboração e aprovação da Lei n. 9.394/1996, que se estabelece até a primeira década do século XXI. Com base em análise documental e na legislação do período, dialoga com a produção acadêmica que permeia os campos da educação e trabalho e educação de jovens e adultos, analisando em que medida o Pronatec tende a fortalecer a dualidade estrutural do capitalismo ou a criar espaços emancipatórios, que possibilitem uma educação pautada na integração entre formação profissional e formação básica.</p><p><strong><em>Un análisis de las concepciones que permean la formación profesional de Pronatec</em></strong></p><p><em>Este artículo tiene el objetivo de entender y discutir algunas de las principales concepciones de educación y trabajo que permean la formación del trabajador brasileño, en base al análisis de la creación del Programa Nacional de Acesso ao Ensino Técnico e Emprego, Pronatec, que se instituyó en el 2011. The text presents a brief account of the ideas involved in the training of the worker at the end of the 1980s and 1990s, amid the drafting and approval of Law 9394/96 instituted by the end of the first decade of the 21st century. The article is based on documentary analysis and on the education laws of that period. It interacts with academic work in the fields of education and work, as well as the education of youth and adults. A educação do/no campo tem se diferenciado da educação rural em seus processos socioeducativos. Os movimentos sociais têm reivindicado a educação preocupada com o desenvolvimento de seus territórios rurais, e não para o interesse estrito do Capital. Entende-se, assim, que as práticas pedagógicas dos professores se distinguem diante de seus espaços de atuação, como tem sido na Educação de Pessoas Jovens e Adultas (EPJA) em territórios rurais com turmas multisseriadas. Observam-se diferentes demandas ao educador, além da compreensão de que a escola, no seu papel de formação de sujeitos socioculturais, deve estar firmada no objetivo de desenvolver práticas pedagógicas que contribuam para o desenvolvimento de educandos autônomos. Diante disso, busca-se analisar as práticas pedagógicas dos educadores que atuam na educação de pessoas jovens e adultas no campo, por meio das teses e dissertações dos programas de pós-graduação do Brasil. Optou-se por uma pesquisa qualitativa do tipo Estado da Arte, e pela técnica de Análise Conteúdo, de Bardin (2004). Por meio dos filtros de seleção (descritores e recorte temporal), foram encontrados seis trabalhos na Biblioteca Digital Brasileira de Teses e Dissertações, nos quais se observou que as práticas pedagógicas dos docentes da EPJA territórios rurais são marcadas por influências econômicas, culturais, políticas e sociais, que necessitam de apoio na Formação Continuada e de recursos para atuação do educador na Educação do/no campo, portanto, a partir de práticas críticas, reflexivas e integrantes das realidades que ensejam transformadoras nas salas da Educação de Pessoas Jovens e Adultas do Campo.Palavras-chave: Educação do campo; Educação de pessoas jovens e adultas; Práticas pedagógicas.Pedagogical practices of youth and adult education teachers in the field: what do theses and dissertations say in Brazil (2010-2019)ABSTRACTAbstract: The education of/in the countryside has been different from rural education in its socio-educational processes. There are different demands on the educator, in addition to the understanding that the school, in its role of training sociocultural subjects, must be based on the objective of developing pedagogical practices that contribute to the development of autonomous students. Therefore, we seek to analyze the pedagogical practices of educators who work in the education of young and adult people in the countryside, through thesis and dissertations of postgraduate programs in Brazil. We opted for qualitative research of the State-of-the-Art type, and for the Content Analysis technique, by Bardin (2004). Through selection filters (descriptors and time frame), six works were found in the Brazilian Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations, in which it was observed that the pedagogical practices of EPJA teachers in rural territories are marked by economic, cultural, political and social, which need support in Continuing Education and resources for the educator's performance in Education of/in the countryside, therefore, from critical, reflective practices that are part of the transformative realities in the Education of Young and Adult People in the countryside.Keywords: Rural education; Youth and adult education; Pedagogical practices.Prácticas pedagógicas de profesores de educación de jóvenes y adultos en el ámbito: qué dicen las tesis y disertaciones en Brasil (2010-2019)RESUMENLa educación del / en el campo ha sido diferente a la educación rural en sus procesos socioeducativos.
