This study goals to conclude the results of knowledge sharing and academic competence. The results obtained in this research aid as a orientation for stakeholders in the world of education to improve academic performance through knowledge sharing and competence so that the quality of learning increases. Questionnaires were distributed to 100 PTN students in Bandung in 2020. Sampling was carried out by using probability sampling method, this study uses path analysis. This analysis is used to define the causal relationship among variables sharing knowledge, competence and direct academic performance. and indirect influence. The results presented that there were indications of a affirmative and significant relationship among knowledge sharing and competence, knowledge sharing and academic performance, but there was a affirmative but not significant relationship between knowledge sharing through competence on academic performance.           Keywords: Knowledge sharing, competence, academic performance

ABSTRAKLatar Belakang. Hemodialisis aman dan bermanfaat untuk pasien, namun bukan berarti tanpa efek samping. Berbagai komplikasi dapat terjadi pada saat pasien menjalani hemodialisis. Komplikasi ini dapat mengakibatkan timbulnya masalah baru yang lebih kompleks, yaitu dapat mempengaruhi kualitas hidup bahkan menimbulkan kematianTujuan. Untuk mengetahui hubungan komplikasi intra hemodialisis dengan kualitas hidup  pada pasien Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) Stage V yang menjalani hemodialisis.Metode. Jenis penelitian adalah analitik korelasional dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 166 responden diambil dengan teknik non probability sampling yaitu total sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan lembar observasi,dianalisa dengan uji non parametric (Chi Square).Hasil. Rata – rata jumlah komplikasi intra hemodialisis adalah kurang dari dua komplikasi (sedikit komplikasi). Hipertensi intra hemodialisis adalah komplikasi terbanyak yang ditemukan (52,3%). Kejang dan penurunan kesadaran merupakan komplikasi yang tidak pernah dialami oleh responden selama penelitian (0%).Kualitas hidup pasien CKD stage V yang menjalani HD di BRSU Tabanan masuk dalam kategori kualitas baik. Hasil uji statistik diperoleh nilai p < 0.001 bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara komplikasi intra hemodialisis dengan  kualitas hidup pada pasien yang menjalani HD. Dari hasil analisis diperoleh pula nilai OR = 0,005, artinya responden yang memiliki banyak komplikasi mempunyai peluang 0,005 kali memiliki kualitas hidup buruk dibanding responden yang memiliki sedikit komplikasi.Kesimpulan. Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara komplikasi intra hemodialisis dengan  kualitas hidup pada pasien yang menjalani hemodialisis.KataKunci: Komplikasi Intra Hemodialisis, Kualitas Hidup, Hemodialisis ABSTRACTBackground: Hemodialysis is safe and beneficial to the patient. However, there are various complications may occur when the patients undergo hemodialysis. These complications can lead to the emergence of new problems which are more complex and affect to the quality of life and even cause death.Aim: To determine the relationship of intra hemodialysis complications with quality of life in patients with Chronic Stage Kidney Disease (CKD) Stage V who undergo hemodialysis.Method:This study employed correlational analytic design with cross-sectional approach. To conduct this study, there were 166 respondents recruited as the sample by using probability sampling with total sampling technique. The data were collected by using questionnaire and observation sheet. Further, the data were analyzed by non-parametric test (Chi Square).Finding: The findings indicated that the average number of intra hemodialysis complications is less than two complications (few complications). There were found that 52.3% patients who had complication of hypertension intra hemodialysis. On the other hand, there was 0%of the respondents experienced seizures and decreased awareness complications during the study. The quality of life of CKD stage V patients underwenthemodialysis at BRSU Tabanan is categorized as good quality. The statistical test obtained p <0.001, it meant that there was a significant relationship between intra hemodialysis complications with quality of life in patients underwenthemodialysis. It also found that the analysis results of OR = 0.005, it meant that respondents who had many complications have a chance of 0.005 times experienced poor quality of life rather than the patients who had few complications.Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between intra hemodialysis complications and quality of life in patients undergo hemodialysis. Keywords: Complications of Intra Hemodialysis, Quality of Life, Hemodialysis

Abstract The purpose of this research is to understand the influence of price and product quality of T-Mart Express Indonesia’s customer satisfaction. This research is a quantitative research by using the SPSS Statistic 22 with 112 respondent of the sample which is T-Mart Express Indonesia consumers in North  Jakarta who have bought the product three times or more by using non-probability sampling method and purposive sampling techniques. The measurement used was a questionnaire that was distributed through Google Form to the respondent. The result of hypothesis analysis shows that price and product quality significantly affect customer satisfaction. Implications and suggestions are explained in the article. Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami pengaruh harga dan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan T-Mart Express Indonesia. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan SPSS Statistic 22 dengan sampel sebanyak 112 responden yaitu konsumen T-Mart Express Indonesia di Jakarta Utara yang telah membeli produk tiga kali atau lebih dengan menggunakan metode non probability sampling dan teknik purposive sampling. Pengukuran yang digunakan adalah kuesioner yang dibagikan melalui Google Form kepada responden. Hasil analisis hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa harga dan kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Implikasi dan saran dijelaskan pada artikel

In recent years more attention is being paid to the quality of language samples in typological work. Without an adequate sampling strategy, samples may suffer from various kinds of bias. In this article we propose a sampling method in which the genetic criterion is taken as the most important: samples created with this method will reflect optimally the diversity of the languages of the world. On the basis of the internal structure of each genetic language tree a measure is computed that reflects the linguistic diversity in the language families represented by these trees. This measure is used to determine how many languages from each phylum should be selected, given any required sample size.

Abstract Background: Social networks and relationships create a sense of belonging and social identity and therefore have a major effect on mental health and quality of life, especially in young people. The present study was conducted to determine the effect of social networks and Internet emotional relationships on mental health and quality of life in students. Materials and Methods: The present descriptive analytical study was conducted in 2021 on 350 students at Alborz University of Medical Sciences selected by convenience sampling. Data were collected using five questionnaires: Socioeconomic Status, Social Networks, Internet Emotional Relationships Mental Health, Quality of Life and a checklist of demographic details. Data were analyzed in SPSS-25, PLS-3, and Lisrel-8.8.Results: According to the path analysis results, mental health had the most significant positive causal relationship with Internet emotional relationships in the direct path (B=0.22) and the most negative relationship with socioeconomic status (B=-0.09). Mental health was assessed using DASS-21, in which higher scores mean higher mental disorder. Quality of life had the highest negative causal relationship with DASS-21 score in the direct path (B=-0.26) and the highest positive relationship with socioeconomic status in the indirect path (B=0.023). The mean duration of using social networks (B=-0.067) and Internet emotional relationships (B=-0.089) had the highest negative relationship with quality of life.Conclusion: The use of the internet and virtual networks, Internet emotional relationships and unfavorable socioeconomic status were associated with mental disorders and reduced quality of life in the students. Since students are the future of any country, it is necessary for policymakers to further address this group and their concerns.

Abstract Background: Coronavirus has spread rapidly around the world. This epidemic has created stress and anxiety for pregnant women in different parts of the world. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between quality of life (QoL) with anxiety, depression, corona disease anxiety, sexual function (SF), and marital satisfaction (MS) in pregnant women during the Covid-19 pandemic.Methods: The present study is a cross-sectional study involving 260 pregnant women. The Short-Form Health Survey (SF_12), Marital Satisfaction Scale (MSS), Female Sexual Function Index (FSFI), Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS), and coronary disease anxiety questionnaire, Padua Obsession Questionnaire, General Health Questionnaire (GHQ) are used for data collection. Data were analyzed using the Pearson correlation coefficient and path analysis.Result: The overall goodness-of-fit statistics revealed that the predictors of QOL had perfectly good fitness indices (RMSEA=0.02; AGFI=0.99). The results show that corona related anxiety, marital satisfaction (MS), sexual function (SF), depression, and anxiety have a direct effect on women’s QOL. Among variables, GHQ has a more direct effect on women’s QOL. General health (GH) considered as a mediator variable; variables such as anxiety, depression, and Corona-related Anxiety with effect on GH can impress QOL. Anxiety as a main predictor of QOL, with direct, and indirect effects through GH, depression, SF, and MS can impress QOL. Conclusion: Since the QoL in pregnant women is associated with coronavirus epidemics, these results can be used to plan to improve the health and QoL of these people.

The increase in number of passengers is influenced by schedule, price, and improved infrastructure and facilities. The study aims to identify the effect of new schedule and price on service quality.  The study used non probability sampling method to acquire data from passengers. Regression was used to analyze the data collected. Hypothesis test show coesfficient of schedule towards service quality is 0.568 while tariff affects service quality with a coefficient of 0.535. The study suggests improvement on scheduling and tariff.

ABSTRAKSumatera Barat telah dinobatkan sebagai destinasi wisata halal terbaik di dunia karena memiliki halal destination attributes yang sangat ramah terhadap wisatawan Muslim. Dalam penelitian ini akan dijelaskan bagaimana pengaruh halal destination attributes di Sumatera Barat terhadap experience quality dan destination satisfaction dari wisatawan Muslim. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang diuji dengan teknik analisis jalur dan diolah menggunakan program AMOS. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa halal destination attributes di Sumatera Barat berpengaruh postif signifikan terhadap experience quality wisatawan Muslim dan destination satisfaction. Kemudian, ditemukan juga pengaruh positif signifikan antara experience quality terhadap destination satisfaction. Dengan mengoptimalkan halal destination attributes di Sumatera Barat, maka akan meningkatkan experience quality dan destination satisfaction dari wisatawan Muslim yang berkunjung. Hal ini menjadi penting karena akan berdampak terhadap jumlah kunjungan wisatawan Muslim ke Sumatera Barat.Kata Kunci: Destinasi Wisata Halal, Halal Destination Attributes, Experience Quality, Destination Satisfaction, Wisatawan Muslim. ABSTRACTWest Sumatera has been named the best halal tourist destination in the world because it has halal destination attributes that are very friendly to Muslim tourists. In this study, it will be explained how the influence of halal destination attributes in West Sumatera on experience quality and destination satisfaction of Muslim tourists. This study uses a quantitative approach which is tested with path analysis techniques and processed using the AMOS program. The results of the study found that halal destination attributes in West Sumatera have a significant positive effect on the experience quality of Muslim tourists and destination satisfaction. Then, it was also found that experience quality has a significant positive effect on destination satisfaction. By optimizing the halal destination attributes in West Sumatera, it will increase the experience quality and destination satisfaction of visiting Muslim tourists. This research was conducted on consumers who have already purchased isotonic Mizone beverage products in Denpasar City. The number of samples used in this study were 120 respondents, with a purposive sampling method. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires. The analysis technique used is path analysis (analyze path). Based on respondents' data, it can be directly seen that: (1) product quality has a positive and significant effect on brand image; (2) product quality has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention; (3) brand image has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention; (4) brand image acts as a mediating variable between product quality variables and repurchase intention. The findings of this study conclude that product quality has a positive and significant effect on the brand image and consumer repurchase intention on isotonic Mizone beverage products in Denpasar City, the brand image is able to mediate the quality of the product against repurchase intention. The Indonesian cosmetics industry is currently developing—one of them, PT. Martina Berto encourages her company to excel in competition. The first brands produced and marketed was Sariayu Martha Tilaar as a natural cosmetics. In 1983, Sariayu had become a very well-known cosmetics in the country. PT. Martina Berto, developed by Martha Tilaar Group, improves the quality of Sariayu lipstick products and maintains affordable prices so that it can compete with other lipstick products. The purpose of this study is to analyze and discuss the effect of product quality and price on loyalty with satisfaction as an intervening variable on SARIAYU Lipstick customers at Martha Tilaar Tunjungan Plaza Surabaya Outlet. This type of research is quantitative research. This research uses a non-probability sampling technique with 110 respondents taken from SARIAYU Lipstick customers at Martha Tilaar Tunjungan Plaza Surabaya Outlet. The instrument used was a questionnaire that used a Likert scale and analyzed it with path analysis using AMOS 22. The results showed a positive and significant effect of product quality on satisfaction. There is also a significant effect of price on satisfaction. Then there is a positive and significant effect of satisfaction on loyalty. Besides, there is a positive and significant effect of product quality on loyalty. Furthermore, finally, there is a positive and significant price on loyalty.

There are lots of online advertisements presented by E-commerce, but online advertising in the form of remarketing is the most intrusive advertisement. Remarketing ad is included as an ad intrusiveness which is very disturbing and can build a negative attitude towards ad, and it will make a negative purchase intention too. But in reality, this advertisement is very developed and almost E-commerces implement it, while what happens is that many consumers actually feel annoyed. The purpose of this study is to analyze and discuss the effect of ad intrusiveness in the form of remarketing toward purchase intention of E-commerce with an attitude toward ad as an intervening variable. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with judgmental sampling method. The sample used was 220 respondents. Respondents in this study were E-commerce users aged 19 and above who had seen ad intrusiveness in the form of remarketing. Questionnaire uses likert scale and  processing using path analysis. The results show that ad intrusiveness has a negative and significant effect on attitude toward ad and attitude toward ad has a positif and significant effect ad toward purchase intention.
