This research efforts to answer the problem of conflict resolution models were used by Madurese society to resolve carok and why forgiveness can overcome carok conflict. The research tries to understand how the forgiveness stages between the parties involved in the case of carok in Madura? This research used a qualitative method to explore the power of forgiveness in the resolve of carok in Bujur Tengah Village, Batu Marmar, Pamekasan. In collecting data, the researcher used observation, interview, documentation, and triangulation techniques, while the analysis techniques used were data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. This research shows that the forgiveness model becomes a conflict resolution capable of controlling anger and retaliation to achieve true reconciliation. That is because the forgiveness mechanism has extraordinary power to rebuild the relationship or restore the effects of trauma from the victim's family. The forgiveness mechanism of forgiveness in the case of carok cannot be separated from the role of Kiai to resolve the disputes of land swap overland (village treasury) between two parties. The Kiai carries out many stages to accelerate the achievement of reconciliation; namely restoring security conditions, embracing the families of carok victims, strengthening friendship to prevent counter-conflict, the tabayyun process by presenting conflicting parties, accelerating dialogue, and holding reconciliation studies.

This study aimed to reveal the concept of Tumbuk in Javanese gamelan tuning, namely gamêlan agêng with Sléndro and Pélog. This study used a qualitative method with an ethical emic perspective. The data collection was done by conducting literature review, observation, interviews, and studio work, then processed with data analysis. The data analysis then was followed up through data interaction by interpreting the relationship reactions of the three elements of analysis consisting of data collection, data reduction, and data presentation. The interpretation of the data was done inductively, so that the conclusion was drawn entirely from the development of the data according to the realities of the field. The results showed that tumbuk was not only limited to a note that has the same high and low, but it is a musical concept that integrates the Sléndro and Pélog scales in the tuning of a set of gamelans. There are basically only two types of tumbuk: nêm tumbuk and lima tumbuk. Other than those, it means that they are the strut. The thing is,tumbuk has a central tone that serves as a benchmark and a supporting tone whose position strengthens the integration of each type of tumbuk. As a concept, it was found that tumbuk plays several important roles including equalizing the highs and lows of certain notes, equalizing the range of certain notes, and conditioning the range of notes or the addition of the tune.

The purpose of this study was to find out the value of religious character in the school environment in class IV SDN NO 20 / I Jembatan Mas. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The implementation of this research was in SD Negeri 20 / I Jembatan Mas. Administratively it entered the Pemayung District of Batanghari Regency. Data collection is done by observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques are done by data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The conclusion of this study is the role of the teacher in planting religious character in the school environment for fourth grade students SDN No.20 / I Jembatan Mas has sought to maximize using the role as an educator while acting as a teacher, both inside and outside the class and has been categorized well. By means of spending time to pray in congregation with discipline and discipline in the mosque, good manners to speak between students, students and teachers, dressing close to genitals, cultivating smiles, greetings and greetings, pairing the work of students in the form of photos and motto containing messages religious values. but it is expected that the need for participation is not only from the implementation but also the support of the role of the family and the community around the students need to be considered. In religious values ​​can also be contained in the form of; the spirit of sacrifice, caring for others, helping each other, the behavior of the tradition of prayer in congregation, love to pray, diligent study and other noble behavior.

This study aims to find the implementation of organizational culture, in this case the Ministry of Religion of the Regency of Buleleng based on Hindu values. The research method used was qualitative with the location of the Office of the Ministry of Religion in Buleleng Regency. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and document studies. Data analysis techniques include (1) data collection, (2) data reduction, (3) data presentation, and (4) conclusion drawing or verification. The implementation of organizational culture in the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Buleleng Regency especially in the Head of the Hindu Religion Affairs is inseparable from the role of the socialization of socio-cultural values themselves, both government leaders, traditional leaders, or family leaders. Theoretically, the process of institutionalizing values to society goes through several stages, including the stages known, understood, obeyed, and valued.

This research based on the violence and exploitation cases of orphanage children’s. An orphanage that expected can be solution to resolve orphan and waif problems, but in fact some orphanages in Indonesia generally and especially in Palembang, violence and exploitation cases still happening in the orphanage. In this study case in three orphanages with different background. This research purpose is to analyze parenting system applied at Darul Hijrah, Ar-rohim, and Fitrah orphanage Palembang. The research method is qualitative method, with data collection technique through observation, interview and documentation. And data analysis techniques through the phase of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of research at three orphanages show that the orphanage owner must choose the right parenting system and the wrong selection parenting can’t separated from the role of the orphanage owner. In this research as exemplified by the Ar-Rohim orphanage which has a democratic parenting applied to orphanage children and the result have a positive impact on the development of orphanage children, both developmental psychology, social development and in terms of intelligence. So the hopes that the orphanage children do not feel lost love and attention from parents can be fulfilled.

This research is aimed to know organizing training by Kelompok Penyanyi Jalanan (KPJ) Bengkulu City. The subjects of this research are four people, that is Andi as chairman of the KPJ Bengkulu City, Nita as a member of the KPJ Bengkulu City, Herman and Heri as a street child who was fostered by KPJ Bengkulu City. Analysis of music form aims to peel and unravel the song thoroughly so that the contained elements in it can be found. The problem statement in this research is analysis of form song from Kidung Penghiburan. This research uses descriptive qualitative method and using several data collection techniques, including observation and documentation studies. Data will be validated by data triangulation. Data analysis techniques in this research uses data reduction, data presentation, conclusion withdrawal and verification. The result of this research showed that the songs from Kidung Penghiburan titled Pintu Gebang Terbukalah, Jalan Hidup Tak Selalu, Makin Dekat Tuhan, and Tuhan Allah Beserta Engkau are the two-part songs with different phrases arrangement and motif tabulation. Pintu Gebang Terbukalah’s form is A (a a’), B (b y), Jalan Hidup Tak Selalu’s form is A (a a’), A’ (a x), B (b y), Makin Dekat Tuhan’s form is A (a a’), B (b a’), and Tuhan Allah Beserta Engkau’s form is A (a a’), B (b b’).

This research aims to determine how the principal carried out his duties in handling covid 19 transmissions in SD Muhammadiyah Purbayan. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method. The data collection techniques are carried out with interviews, observations, and literature studies.  Interviews were conducted with teachers and employees of SD Muhammadiyah Purbayan Yogyakarta. Participants in this interview were selected through several criteria, including teachers and school employees directly involved by the school principal in covid-19 prevention. The validity of the data used is the triangulation technique. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of this study show that; 1) the principal of SD Muhammadiyah Purbayan took steps to prevent transmission of the COVID 19 virus; 2) principals of schools which matters during the pandemic; 3) organizing school principals, assignments and to teachers and employees; 4) the principal together with teachers and employees from outside the school carry out activities which are planned, and 5) the principal of the hall which is the activity.

Ethnomatematics is mathematics that is contained in culture. The purpose of this research is to examine the material of the sadulur batik lebak banten motif through aspects of halal products. The research method used is a qualitative method with an ethnographic approach. The data collection techniques used are literature study, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used were data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validity checks were carried out by extending observations, increasing persistence, using reference materials. The result of this research is that in the batik sadulur motif of lebak banten, there is a halal aspect of the material used in the form of batik cloth, the equipment used such as cloth, chanting and coloring.

This study aimed at determining the role of teachers and principals in improving the quality of learning in elementary school of Pulau Rimau. The sample in this study were 40 teachers from Pulau Rimau. The data were collected using 1) interviews, 2) observations, and 3) documentation. Research data analysis techniques include 1) data reduction, 2) data presentation, and 3) data verification. The results showed that teachers and principals have a role in improving the quality of education of SD Negeri in Pulau Rimau.

Auditor’s accountability consists of aspects such as motivation, social obligations and dedication to profession. These three aspects must be owned by the auditor to be able to produce a good audit quality.Hindu’s society recognize the legal doctrine of karma phala or causal. Due to the reason, this purpose study is to examine the accountability of auditors in the perspective of karma phala. This study used a qualitative method that focuses on the descriptive and the interpretative of human behaviour. The research data was obtained through participant observation and unstructured interview. Data analyze through three stages: data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The result shows that karma phala actually been embedded in every aspect of auditor’s accountability, but need more emphasis on awareness of the role of auditors in the public and the profession.
