The educational institution must have a strategy in bringing about an improvement or change. Where strategy is a way in the process toward the goal. The progress of educational institutions today is highly demanded because of the strong flow of competition among educational institutions. Ability to compete with other institutions is a succes of educational institutions or the ability to give trust to the communit. Succes in an educational institution depends on the management applied within an institution. As well as the role of managers in embracing management systems, educational organizations and education planning to become a conducive educational environment. Because if the managed management is so good then the result to be achieved in the education will run effectively and produce a succes. Thus institutionsshould be able to embrace change management strategies in improving the quality of managerial education of Islam well.

There are several objectives of this paper including, to find out how leadership in the world of education (headmaster), discusses the leadership style in education, to study the leadership role of the principal and to improve coordination in carrying out tasks related to coordinating existing parties. The research method used is literacy collection in the form of books, articles and other reading papers. This paper complements the discussion about leadership, because the presence of leaders is needed in an organization, in this case the author focuses on education. In addition, leadership is needed in supporting the process of improving the quality of education, because the style or characteristics associated with leadership can improve and move individuals in the organization. The current leadership style in school management is no longer a force of coercion but uses a commitment based on togetherness so that all parties under educational leadership can contribute to achieving the educational goals to be achieved. Whereas the quality of educational outcomes is issued by educational institutions in a certain period of time. A leader from an educational institution will be a support for an educational institution to be able to get a quality educational institution Good leadership will encourage a strong educational institution to become better too.

Discipline culture is a reflection of the quality of educational institutions. The low level of discipline is the main problem of every educational institution. The role of leadership is very much needed in overcoming this problem. This paper aims to describe the leadership role of madrasah principals in improving the disciplinary culture of students at MAS Patra Mandiri Plaju Palembang. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive analytic study method. Data were collected using interview techniques, observation and documentation study. The results of this study indicate that the headmaster of MAS Patra Mandiri Plaju Palembang has played its role and function in improving the disciplinary culture of students in a fairly good category. This is supported by 2 factors, namely (1) the role models of madrasah principals in complying with school regulations; and (2) socialization of school discipline rules and sanctions for violations. The obstacles faced by madrasah principals are (1) there are still some teachers who do not exemplify student attitudes; and (2) there are still students who are not "deterred" to be given disciplinary violations.

Principal's strategy is the art and knowledge gained by a principal in formulating, implementing, evaluating cross-functional decisions that facilitate the organization in achieving goals. Teachers are the key to the success of an educational institution. Good and bad behavior or teaching procedures for teachers will greatly affect the image of educational institutions. This study aims to examine and discuss in-depth the principal's strategy in developing teacher competence at MA Tarbiyatul Islam Gending Probolinggo. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques with interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that: (1) The model that can be used to improve the competence of teachers in carrying out their duties is through In-service education or In-service training programs. (2) The strategic steps of the principal's leadership in developing teacher competence to improve the quality of education are the first formal strategy, namely the teacher is assigned by the institution to attend education and training, the second non-formal strategy, namely the teacher on his own desire and effort to train and develop himself related to work or position.

Статья посвящена изучению роли преподавательской деятельности в профилактике возникновения межличностных конфликтов в образовательной среде студентов средне-специальных и высших образовательных организаций России. В частности, рассматривается морально-психологическая составляющая обучающегося как фактор, провоцирующий возникновение межличностных конфликтов, а также вопросы, раскрывающие особенности конфликтных ситуаций среди обучающихся в целях развития умения у них регулировать конфликты в дальнейшем процессе обучения. В статье рассматривается особая роль возраста студента, поскольку именно в этом возрастном периоде формируется чувство идентичности и умение самостоятельно решать собственные взрослые задачи. Определены предпосылки возникновения межличностных конфликтов в образовательной среде студентов. В частности, отмечено, что постоянное соперничество и иные эмоциональные столкновения приводят к нарушению личностной гармонии студента и способствуют возникновению различных социальных отклонений в среде обучающихся. В заключение рассмотрены факторы, положительно влияющие на профилактику конфликтных ситуаций среди студентов образовательных организаций, а также представлен комплекс организационно-педагогических условий профилактики межличностных конфликтов в профессионально-образовательной среде средне-специальных и высших учебных заведений России. Отмечено, что минимизации конфликтных ситуаций способствуют хорошо организованные воспитательная работа и учебный процесс, утверждение и поддержание дисциплины, активная позиция преподавателей и воспитателей в трудных ситуациях взаимодействия обучающихся. The article is devoted to the study of the role of teaching in the prevention of interpersonal conflicts in the educational environment of students of secondary special and higher educational organizations in Russia. In particular, the moral and psychological component of the student is considered as a factor that provokes the emergence of interpersonal conflicts, as well as issues that reveal the features of conflict situations among students in order to develop their ability to regulate conflicts in the future learning process. The article considers the special role of the student's age, since it is in this age period that a sense of identity and the ability to independently solve their own adult tasks are formed. The prerequisites for the emergence of interpersonal conflicts in the educational environment of students are determined. In particular, it is noted that constant rivalry and other emotional clashes lead to a violation of the student's personal harmony and contribute to the emergence of various social deviations among students. In conclusion, the factors that positively affect the prevention of conflict situations among students of educational organizations are considered, and a set of organizational and pedagogical conditions for the prevention of interpersonal conflicts in the professional and educational environment of secondary and higher educational institutions of Russia is developed. It is noted that the minimization of conflict situations is facilitated by well-organized educational work and the educational process, the approval and maintenance of discipline, the active position of teachers and educators in difficult situations of interaction between students.

As a national education subsystem, Islamic education should contribute to building and improving the quality of Indonesian people by creating the best generation (khairunnas / goden generation), which is a generation that excels in science and technology and is able to practice it in daily life. To achieve this goal, Islamic education must be managed optimally through the Islamic Education Institution (LPI). Management of Islamic education institutions whose numbers and shapes are very large certainly requires its own strategy to achieve productivity and quality output. Various concepts and thoughts related to management strategies are urgently needed so that Islamic Education Institutions are no longer regarded as second-class educational institutions that have not been able to fulfill the people's beliefs and needs for quality education. In this paper two management strategies are offered, namely general strategies and specific strategies. In general, strategies are offered based on the Sirozi concept which includes substantive, bottom-up, deregulatory, and cooperative strategies. While specifically applying the management functions of Islamic Education (planning, organizing, implementing / directing and supervising) comprehensively and consistently is considered a smart and futuristic strategic step.

The transition to new formats of education interprets the need for us to search for new methods of managing educational organizations. In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to lean manufacturing as one of the most effective management methods. After all, it is the introduction of lean manufacturing that will allow us to form a management concept based on a constant striving to improve all processes occurring within educational institutions and eliminate all types of losses. Also, lean production involves the involvement of each employee in the optimization process and maximum focus on the end consumer, that is, applicants and their parents. One of the directions is the creation of a completely new model of university management - the model of “change management”. Change management is designed to help any educational institution find a way out of this situation, to promote the formulation and implementation of the set goals of a new level, which are designed to positively influence the emotional component of the team, which ensures the conditions for the breakthrough development of the university through digitalization of all aspects of activity for the transition to competitive educational and scientific - the research model.

The article actualizes the issue of educational and local lore work coordination in educational institutions.The essence of the following interrelated concepts is revealed: «museum», «museum pedagogy», «educational institution museum», «local lore»; «coordination»; «museum educational environment», «educational work», «local history work».The relevance of the museum as a center of the educational and local history work coordination of the educational institution is observed in the context of the significant scientific achievements of domestic and foreign scientists.The purpose of the article is to substantiate the relevance of the museum as a center of educational and local history work coordination of the educational institution.The main approaches to educational and local lore work in educational institutions are presented based on the analysis of scientific and pedagogical literature of domestic and foreign scientists. Continuous improvement of the education system, aimed at improving the quality of educational services provided by educational institutions, updates the need for different pedagogical thinking, innovative forms and new conditions for implementing education, up-bringing and development of students. One of the ways to solve these problems is to create digital educational environment in educational institutions. The article is aimed at solving the following number of problems: studying the essence of the digital educational environment, identifying its structure, studying the requirements for making modern digital environment of a higher educational institution. The work justifies the need to create digital educational environment in conditions of education informatization and digitalization. Approaches to substantiating the essence of the digital educational environment have been defined, the conditions for its creation in order to improve the quality of educational services have been outlined. The advantages of the digital educational environment include: providing educational opportunities for all participants in the educational process equally; learning mobility (variation of time and place of learning); life-long learning during the life; opportunities for the training of schoolchildren, students, participants in courses and vocational retraining programs along the designed individual educational routes; consumption, use and development of e-learning resources. The organization of educational activities in the digital environment is aimed at the optimal solution of fundamental didactic problems with the most necessary coverage of all the advantages of information and communication technologies, digital learning technologies and their means. In addition, the conditions of the digital educational environment allow us to develop a certain electronic basis for the development of the cognitive and creative activities of students and teachers, supporting the continuous dynamic formation of a system of knowledge and competencies, which is the basis for managing and ensuring the quality of the pedagogical process and educational services.
