Abstract The growth of sharia financial institutions in Indonesia has experienced excellent growth, and has contributed to the development of the country. The existence of sharia financial institutions is increasingly in demand and many investors to develop sharia financial institutions. Without exception, sharia micro financial institutions consisting of BPRS and BMT. The account of BMT and BPRS continues to grow and experience growth, requiring governance in line with its character. This paper is qualitative, and uses descriptive qualitative analysis method, by describing the growth of sharia micro financial institution that is BPRS and BMT. Then describes the existing Good Corporate Governance (GCG) with BPRS and BMT. The results of this paper indicate that BPRS experienced good growth. Third Party Funds grew by 19.144% and financing grew by 14.862%, while the number of offices decreased by 0.222%. The BMT experienced 72.418 percent of receivables growth, 52.885 percent financing, and assets and placements grew below 40 percent. The concept of GCG with the five principles of Transparency, Accountability, Responsibility, Professional, and Fairness, fits perfectly with BPRS and BMT. It's just that it has different characters so it needs to be added the principle of partnership / friendship.  Keywords: Sharia of Financing Banking (BPRS), Baitul Maal Wattamwil (BMT), and  Good Corporate Governance (GCG) Abstrak Pertumbuhan lembaga keuangan syariah di Indonesia mengalami pertumbuhan yang sangat baik, serta telah memberikan kontribusi untuk pembangunan negara. Keberadaan lembaga keuangan syariah semakin banyak diminati dan banyak investor untuk mengembangkan lembaga keuangan syariah. Tana terkecuali lembaga keuangan mikro syariah yang terdiri dari BPRS dan BMT. Jumlah BMT dan BPRS terus bertambah serta mengalami pertumbuhan sehingga membutuhkan tata kelola yang sejalan dengan karakternya. Tulisan ini bersifat kualitatif, dan menggunakan metode analisis deskriftif kualitatif, dengan menguraikan pertumbuhan lembaga keuangan mikro syariah yaitu BPRS dan BMT. Kemudian menguraikan Good Corporate Governance (GCG) yang sudah ada dengan BPRS dan BMT. Hasil dalam tulisan ini menujukkan bahwa BPRS mengalami pertumbuhan yang baik Dana Pihak ketiga tumbuh sebesar 19,144 persen dan pembiayaan tumbuh sebesar 14,862 persen, sedangkan jumlah kantor mengalami penurunan sebesar 0,222 persen. Adapun BMT mengalami pertumbuhan piutang sebesar 72,418 persen, pembiayaan 52,885 persen, dan aset serta penempatan tumbuh dibawah 40 persen. Konsep GCG dengan lima prinsip Transparansi, Akuntabilitas, Tanggungjawab, Profesional, dan Kewajaran, sangat cocok dengan BPRS dan BMT. Hanya saja memiliki karakter yang berbeda sehingga perlu ditambah prinsip kemitraan/silaturahim dalam kegiatannya. The research aims to know the variables that affect the assets of Pension Funds by Financial Institutions (DPLK, Pension funds by financial institution) Muamalat, which is the performance of Bank Muamalat as internal factors that described in the variable Profit of Bank Muamalat and third-party funds. The external factors are Bank Indonesia Sharia Certificates (SBIS, Sertifikat Bank Indonesia Syariah) as an indicator of the placement of Islamic funds, and profit of DPLK Muamalat as a religious factor.The method used in this research is done by Multiple Correlation Regression Analysis with monthly data starting from April 2008 (since the existence of SBIS) until October 2017. Moreover, Analysis Method of HahSlm Theory is added which is an analysis that approached according to Islamic thinking model to provide a benchmark that corresponds to the religious value.The final result of this study emphasizes that all factors, which consist of the internal factors, external factors and religious factors, affect the assets of DPLK Muamalat. It is interesting to know that the profit of Bank Muamalat has a negative correlation. That is certainly not in accordance with the existing theory that performance or credibility of the main business (Bank Muamalat) has a big influence on the performance of DPLK Muamalat. It is expected that the results of the research is useful for every party, from the regulator party like the Financial Services Authority (OJK, Otoritas Jasa Keuangan), the industrial parties (the other DPLK), the company, and the participants of the Pension Funds by Financial Institutions.

Bank is financial institution, which functions as financial intermediary from two parties, namely side that excess fund and poor, one of both lends fund. Shari’a principle is ruling the indentured people based on islamic law among banks and parties to keep fund and/or financial business activity according to shari’a. Good corporate governance (GCG) is a way to get bank have the principle of transparency, accountability, responsibility, independency and fairness. GCG’s principles really back up syar’i. Islam also recognizes many muamalah’s principles such as; justice, tawazun, masuliyah (responsibility),good behaviour, shiddiq (honesty), trust, fathanah (smartness), tabligh, hurriyah (freedom), charity, wasathan, ghirah, idarah (management), khalifah, aqidah, ijabiyah, raqabah (monitoring), qira’ah and islah. Implementation of GCG at various institutes carries on business to get profit’s orientation, notably financial institution / shari’a bank, and constitutes a certainty. Even, shari’a financial institutions in particular bank shari’a, ought to become pioneer, since it is brought basically from Islamic principles

The Syari'ah Financial Institution has a very strategic role in the efforts of developing a people's economy because the Shari'ah bank is oriented to benefits not only on profit maximization. The formulation of the problem in this paper is: How is the concept and application of Islamic Good Corporate Governance (IGCG) in Islamic Financial Institutions; and How the implementation of Good Corporate Governance in BPRS Hikmah Wakilah Banda Aceh. The purpose of writing is: To find out the concepts and application of Islamic Good Corporate Governance (IGCG) in Islamic financial institutions and also analyze the implementation of the concept of Islamic Good Corporate Governance (IGCG) in BPRS Hikmah Wakilah Banda Aceh. This study uses qualitative research methods, the approach taken is descriptive, namely to know and describe the reality of the events studied or research conducted on independent or single variables. Islamic Good Corporate Governance (IGCG) in Islamic Financial Institutions is very different as applied in conventional financial institutions. Islamic financial institutions always pay attention to aspects of legal sources, namely the Qur'an and the hadith, the principle of adherence to Islamic law is used as a basis in bermuamalah which does not contain elements of maisir, usury and gharar in every transaction. Management of PT. BPRS Hikmah Wakilah is in line with its vision and mission of providing services to the community, namely the shuttle system. So that customers who are small and medium entrepreneurs do not have to leave their place of business to deposit payments to the BPRS. Application of Islamic Good Corperate Governance at PT. BPRS Hikmah of Wakilah, namely with a system of transparency, trustworthiness and a guarantee mechanism for sharia compliance, so that BPRS Hikmah of time gets the trust of the community and stakeholders.

The aim is to analyze the preparation of PT. Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah  Al Makmur in implementing Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in the Awareness Building, GCG Assessment and Manual Building stages. The method used is descriptive qualitative, the data collection technique used by the writer is through interviews and documentation, Data processing was carried out by qualitative analysis then presented the data in a short narrative description, then analyzed and concluded. The Awareness Building stage has been done well, but it must be maximized more by providing education through seminars, workshops and group discussions sustainably. So that, all elements that involved have the same understanding and awareness of the importance of implementing GCG. For the GCG Assessment stage which carried out by the internal company is in accordance, but in determining the priority scale must pay attention to the internal conditions of the company. And for the Manual Building stage (preparation of guidelines) of PT. PT. Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah Al-Makmur has not completed the GCG

Sharia Board is an commite in sharia financial institution and assigned overseeing the implementation of the decisions of the National Sharia Board (DSN) in Islamic financial institutions. Sharia Board functions to supervise sharia compliance in sharia financial institutions including the Baitul Maal Waat Tamwil (BMT). BMT is a sharia micro finance institution that combines the concept of maal and tamwil . This study aims to determine the problems faced by the Sharia Board in conducting supervision in BMT. The point that is necessary reviewed in this supervisory practice are based on Decree MUI DSN No. 3 of 2000 concerning instructions for implementing the determination of members of the sharia board in sharia financial institutions. This study use qualitative methods with descriptive case study strategy. From the results of the research occur several problems were encountered by the Sharia Board including: lack of the professionalism of Sharia Board, lack of commitment, lack of independence, and challange to mobilize all elemnts os sharia financial institution to comply with sharia law.The sloution of the problematic is by upgrade an increase faith and taqwa ang commitment to enforce sharia especially as the Sharia Board. always implementing the principles of Good Corporate Governance, and the governmemt making strong and clear rules of sharia supervisions.Keywords: Problematic , Sharia Board , Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil

Purpose:The articles aims to highlight the pattern of existing financial technology utilized by BPRS and BMT. Besides studying the pattern of Fintech, the article also effors to describe the growth of sharia micro financials--BPRS and BMT, as a main product of applied-FintechDesign/Methodology/Approach: Qualitative used consistenly as approach. To support that approach, analitical interpretation used to understand data.Findings: The results of this paper indicate that BPRS experienced good growth. Third Party Funds grew by 19.144% and financing grew by 14.862%, while the number of offices decreased by 0.222%. The BMT experienced 72.418 percent of receivables growth, 52.885 percent financing, and assets and placements grew below 40 percent. The pattern of financial technologhy (fintech) is very good for the development of sharia micro financial institutions such as BMT and BPRS. All existing fintech forms can be applied, such as crowfunding, peer to peer, payment and BMT and BPRS can serve as an intermediary for people who want to invest in sharia-compliant instruments/bussiness.Originality/Value: A set of novelty that can be stated from the article is that the study succesfully indentifacated in which the Fintech can be applied extensively in large typical financialmacro and micro financial industries.

There are many understanding of society, that cash waqf it should not be legal. So is the trust factor of people's money management institutions waqf (Nazhir) is still a constraint. Research conducted in Tabung Wakaf Indonesia (TWI) and Wakaf Al Azhar this analysis method, namely the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG). Here researchers using purposive sampling, followed by giving a score using the Likert Scale. To determine whether the data obtained in the field is valid or not, the researchers used a method tri angular source. The results of the assessment of GCG in TWI and Wakaf Al-Azhar obtain a total score of at Tabung Wakaf Indonesia amounting to 3.15. Then the bias is said that the implementation of GCG at TWI and Wakaf Al-Azhar declared "GOOD ENOUGH". While the results of the evaluation tri angular mention, that the data obtained from the results of research in the field both TWI and in Wakaf Al-Azhar, when compared with the corporate governance principles can be declared invalid according to the KNKG.

Purpose The purpose of this study is to show the specificities of the corporate governance of Tunisian financial institutions and the impact of the internal mechanisms of corporate governance of these institutions on their social performance. It is therefore interesting to establish the existing relationship between these mechanisms of corporate governance and the performance of a financial firm. Design/methodology/approach This study aims to study the financial sector, generally characterized by its opacity, its regulation, its evolution and its obscurity. Therefore, a study based on the questionnaire method was recommended. The questionnaire is intended for managers. Therefore, the authors interviewed 138 managers of Tunisian financial institutions dispersed between agencies and headquarters in different regions (Gabes, Tozeur, Gafsa, Sfax, Sousse and Tunisia). Findings As a result, an impact on performance was observed according to the empirical study. Therefore, the authors can conclude an essential role of internal mechanisms for improving the social performance of a financial institution. The empirical findings in this paper lead to important conclusions. Indeed, the variables measuring the governance mechanisms have divergent effects on the social performance of the financial institutions subject to the sample. For the variables board of directors, confidence, culture, auditing, they have a positive effect. While, the incentive remuneration effect negatively the social performance. Originality/value This study will be based essentially on the financial sector in Tunisia: the credit institutions (22 banks), the establishments of leasing (eight companies of leasing), two factoring companies and two banks of cases which are listed on the Stock Exchange of Tunis (BVMT).

The management of local asset is part of the regional financial management. Since the enactment of regulation of asset management area is expected to be a reference and strength of local government in managing its regional asset. To apply the system in accordance with Permendagri No.19 year 2016 supervision and coorperation required to carry out the process of recording asset at SKPD level as well as management of regional assets including BPK BMD Minahasa district. The purpose of this study is to find out how the application on the system of coaching, administration, and supervision of goods in the management of local assets in BPK BMD Minahasa whether in accordance with Permendagri No.19 year 2016. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis method. The results showed that the implementation management of local asset, especially the coaching, administration, and supervision of assets in BPK BMD Minahasa accordance with Permendagri No.19 yaers 2016. Not yet supported IT equipment that has not been compatible with that asset user and the lack of human resources becomes an obstacle asset management in BPK BMD Minahasa.Keywords: asset, coaching, administration, supervision
