The study aims to know and analyze the influence of training, physical work environment, and organizational culture toward employee on Lumajang Water Supply Company. This research is called explanatory research. Population is all regular employees on Lumajang Water Supply Company with amount 61 respondents and sample selected by jenuh sampling or sensus method with amount 61 respondents. Data analyze method is multiple liniear regression. The result of study shows up that Training of employees on Lumajang Water Supply Company significantly affect employees performance with positive relationship, Physical Work Environment on Lumajang Water Supply Company significantly affect employees performance with positive relationship, and Organizational Culture on Lumajang Water Supply Company significantly affect employees performance with positive relationship. This indicates that the Training, Physical Work Environment, and Organizational Culture can improve Performance of employees on Lumajang Water Supply Company optimally. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of communication, organizational culture and physical work environment on employee job satisfaction at the Ramada Bintang Bali Resort and Spa. The population is all employees at the Ramada Bintang Bali Resort and Spa Hotel in Kuta. The population is 92 people. The sample determination technique used is the saturated sample method, namely the method of determining the sample with the entire population made as a research sample, so that the number of samples of respondents used were 92 people. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that communication, organizational culture and physical work environment had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. This means that the better communication happens, the stronger the organizational culture is formed and the better the working environment conditions at the Ramada Bintang Bali Resort and Spa Hotel, the higher the job satisfaction that employees feel. Work discipline is a method used by a company to influence the behavior of its employees in order to obey the rules and regulations in the company to achieve the goals of the company. Work discipline is influenced by organizational culture, leadership style, and physical work environment. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture, leadership style, and physical work environment on the work discipline of UPT employees. Bali Industrial and Tourism Training Center. This research was conducted at the UPT. Bali Industrial and Tourism Training Center. The number of samples taken was 40 people including the head of the Office, with a saturated sampling method. Data collection is done through interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that organizational culture, leadership style, and physical work environment had a significant effect on work discipline. This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of organizational culture, servant leadership, and non-physical work environment on motivation and job performance in employees of the Central Bureau of Statistics of Kebumen Regency. Data collection is done by a questionnaire using a 4 Likert scale option. The population of this study is the total number of employees, namely 44 employees. Sampling techniques with saturated sampling techniques or all employees as research respondents. Data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis techniques and statistics include validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, hypothesis test, correlation analysis, and path analysis (path analysis) with the help of SPSS for windows version 23.0. The results of this study namely organizational culture have no effect on motivation. Servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on motivation. The non-physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on motivation. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job performance. Servant leadership does not affect job performance. Non-physical work environment does not affect job performance, and Motivation has a positive and significant effect on job performance.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan positif antara persepsi lingkungan kerja fisik dan perilaku keselamatan. Subjek penelitian adalah karyawan yang bekerja sebagai operator alat berat sebanyak 30 orang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling dikarenakan terbatasnya jumlah populasi sebanyak 35 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua alat ukur yaitu kuesioner persepsi lingkungan kerja fisik dan kuesioner perilaku keselamatan. Analisa data menggunakan uji normalitas, uji linieritas dan uji korelasi melalui SPSS versi 19.0. Pada uji linieritas, dilakukan dua kali dikarenakan data yang tidak linier sehingga dilakukan penyisihan terhadap data yang diduga sebagai outlier untuk memenuhi prasyarat uji korelasi, sehinggaa diperoleh jumlah subjek sebanyak 26 orang (F = 5,829 dan p = 0,029 (p < 0,05)). Berdasarkan hasil uji korelasi didapatkan hasil adanya hubungan positif yang cukup kuat antara variabel persepsi lingkungan kerja fisik dengan perilaku keselamatan (r = 0,491 dengan p > 0,05)  Kata kunci: Persepsi, Lingkungan Kerja Fisik, Perilaku Keselamatan This study aims to determine whether there is a positive relationship between perceptions of the physical work environment and safety behaviors. The population in this study were all employees who works as heavy equipment operators. The limited number of population (35 employees) makes researcher used total sampling technique, researchers get as many as 30 subjects who were willing to be the subject of research. This study used two questionnaires which measure perceptions of the physical work environment and safety behavior questionnaire. Data analysis using technique correlation product moment Karl Pearson. Normality test  indicates that the data obtained is normally distributed with a significance value of 0,05 is greater than the physical work environment perception of 0,185 and a significance value of 0,200 safety behaviors. Based on the results of linearity tests, while the results of correlation analysis using with 26 employees, thus this study proves that there is a fairly strong positive relationship between physical work environment perception variables of safety behaviors. Keywords : Perception, Physical Work Environment, Safety Behavior

A company will be able to run well if it creates a harmonious relationship in terms of good communication and is supported by a culture and a comfortable environment. This study aims to determine the effect of communication, organizational culture, and work environment on job satisfaction at Mizu Villa. The population used in this study were all employees who work at Mizu Villa, Kuta-Bali. Thus the total population is 30 people. Where the sampling technique used is a saturated sample method, namely the method of determining the sample using the entire population sampled in the study, so that the number of respondents used is 30 people. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that communication, organizational culture and physical work environment have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, meaning that the better communication occurs, the stronger the organizational culture is formed and the better the working conditions at Mizu Villa, the higher job satisfaction felt by employees

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of motivation, transformational leadership, and physical work environment on the morale of employees of Bappeda Litbang Bali Province. This research was conducted at Bappeda Litbang Bali Province. The number of samples taken was 83 employees, with a saturated sample method. Data collection is obtained from the results of questionnaires. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results of the study are that motivation has a positive and significant effect on morale. Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on morale. The physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on the morale of employees of the Bappeda Litbang Bali Province. The results in this study certainly can make a guideline for the leadership of Bali Provincial R & D Bappeda and can provide a more specific increase in morale. Motivate employees to improve performance, listen to complaints from employees must be more routine and improve the comfort of the work environment so that employees are comfortable while working to achieve the goals of the organization. <em>This research was conducted based on the existence of problems in the competence and physical work environment of employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of competencies and physical work environment simultaneously or partially on the performance of employees of PT. Suzuki Indomobil Motor. The sampling technique is the sample random sampling technique. The type of research used is descriptive and verivative research methods, with data collection techniques using primary data and secondary data. The results showed that competency, physical work environment, and performance were categorized quite well. This study was conducted to determine (1) the effect of physical work environment and internal communication on employee morale, (2) the effect of physical work environment on employee morale, (3) the effect of internal comunication on employee morale. This research is descriptive associative. The population in this study were employees of the Education Office of West Sumatra Province with 182 employees. The total sample is determined using the Slovin formula and cluster proportional random sampling. From this pattern, 125 employees were obtained as research samples. The technique used to analyze data is multiple regression analysis. Based on this study, it was found that (1) physical work environment and internal communication had a positive and significant effect on the morale of West Sumatra Provincial Education Office employees (2) physical work environment had a positive influence and significantly affected the morale of West Sumatra Provincial Education Office employees (3) internal communication had a positive effect and significant to the morale of employees of the Education Office of West Sumatra Province. Keyword: physical work environment, internal communication, employee work spirit
