This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of organizational culture, servant leadership, and non-physical work environment on motivation and job performance in employees of the Central Bureau of Statistics of Kebumen Regency. Data collection is done by a questionnaire using a 4 Likert scale option. The population of this study is the total number of employees, namely 44 employees. Sampling techniques with saturated sampling techniques or all employees as research respondents. Data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis techniques and statistics include validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, hypothesis test, correlation analysis, and path analysis (path analysis) with the help of SPSS for windows version 23.0. The results of this study namely organizational culture have no effect on motivation. Servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on motivation. The non-physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on motivation. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job performance. Servant leadership does not affect job performance. Non-physical work environment does not affect job performance, and Motivation has a positive and significant effect on job performance.

This study was conducted to determine how much the Physical Work Environment (X1), Non-Physical Work Environment (X2) affect, both simultaneously and partially, teachers’ performance (Y) at SMA Negeri 1 Dulupi. This study used quantitative method and the data collection was carried out by using a questionnaire instrument. The analysis techniques used in this study was Path Analysis. From the research results, it was found that the Physical Work Environment and Non-Physical Work Environment simultaneously affected teachers’ performance (Y) at SMA Negeri 1 Dulupi with a value of 0.715 (71.5%). The Fcount showed a result of 14.268 while the Ftable was 3.25 and the probability sig 0.000 < probability ɑ = 0.05. This means that at the 95% confidence level, the Work Environment variable (X), which consists of the Physical Work Environment (X1) and the Non-Physical Work Environment (X2), has a positive and significant effect on Teachers’ Performance (Y). Partially, the physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on teachers’ performance of 0.619 (61.9%), and the non-physical work environment partially has a positive and significant effect on teachers’ performance of 0.247 (24.7%).

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of communication, organizational culture and physical work environment on employee job satisfaction at the Ramada Bintang Bali Resort and Spa. The population is all employees at the Ramada Bintang Bali Resort and Spa Hotel in Kuta. The population is 92 people. The sample determination technique used is the saturated sample method, namely the method of determining the sample with the entire population made as a research sample, so that the number of samples of respondents used were 92 people. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that communication, organizational culture and physical work environment had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. This means that the better communication happens, the stronger the organizational culture is formed and the better the working environment conditions at the Ramada Bintang Bali Resort and Spa Hotel, the higher the job satisfaction that employees feel. Work discipline is a method used by a company to influence the behavior of its employees in order to obey the rules and regulations in the company to achieve the goals of the company. Work discipline is influenced by organizational culture, leadership style, and physical work environment. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture, leadership style, and physical work environment on the work discipline of UPT employees. Bali Industrial and Tourism Training Center. This research was conducted at the UPT. Bali Industrial and Tourism Training Center. The number of samples taken was 40 people including the head of the Office, with a saturated sampling method. Data collection is done through interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that organizational culture, leadership style, and physical work environment had a significant effect on work discipline. The study aims to know and analyze the influence of training, physical work environment, and organizational culture toward employee on Lumajang Water Supply Company. This research is called explanatory research. Population is all regular employees on Lumajang Water Supply Company with amount 61 respondents and sample selected by jenuh sampling or sensus method with amount 61 respondents. Data analyze method is multiple liniear regression. The result of study shows up that Training of employees on Lumajang Water Supply Company significantly affect employees performance with positive relationship, Physical Work Environment on Lumajang Water Supply Company significantly affect employees performance with positive relationship, and Organizational Culture on Lumajang Water Supply Company significantly affect employees performance with positive relationship. This indicates that the Training, Physical Work Environment, and Organizational Culture can improve Performance of employees on Lumajang Water Supply Company optimally. Job satisfaction is a person's perspective both positive and negative about their work. The purpose of the study was to examine the effect of the non-physical work environment on intrinsic motivation and job satisfaction of PT. Wibisana Marine Adventure. 48 people used as samples, with saturated sampling method. Data collected through interviews and questionnaires and analyzed using Path analysis. The results of this study found that the non-physical work environment had a positive and significant effect on intrinsic motivation. Non-physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Intrinsic motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The implication of the results of this study is that when the non-physical work environment obtained by employees increases intrinsic motivation, the intrinsic motivation felt by employees becomes stronger so that it has the potential to increase job satisfaction. The Effect of Compensation and Physical Work Environment on Employee Performance Through Job Satisfaction As Intervening Variables in PD. Center Optikal Serang. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and physical work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction as intervening variable in PD. Center Optikal Serang. The sample in this study as many as 50 respondents taken by census of the total population of employees in the PD. Center Optikal Serang  . The method of analysis used in this study is path analysis (path analysis) by testing the t-statistics. The analyzer uses SEM-PLS Version software. 20. The results showed that the compensation did not affect the employee's performance because t statistics (1,421 1,96) and p values (0,162) 0,05. Compensation has a significant effect on job satisfaction because the statistical t value (6,855) 1,96) and p values (0,000) 0,05. The physical work environment has no effect on satisfaction due to the statistical t value (0.846) 1.96), as well as the p values (0.401) 0.05. the physical work environment has an effect on the employee's performance because the statistic t value (2,83 6 1,96) and p values (0,007 0,05) job satisfaction influence to employee performance because of t statistic value (3,198) 1,96). Similarly, the value of p values (0.002) 0.05.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh servant leadership, komitmen organisasi dan lingkungan fisik secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru, pengaruh servant leadership terhadap kinerja guru, komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja guru, lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja guru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey. Jumlah sampel 63 orang guru, teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu cluster sampling yang diambil dari 3 Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri (SMK) di Kotamadya Jakarta Timur secara proporsional. Hasil penelitian: 1.) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan servant leadership, komitmen organisasi dan lingkungan kerja fisik secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru; 2.) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan servant leadership terhadap kinerja; 3.) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja guru; dan 4.) Tidak terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja guru. AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of servant leadership, organizational commitment, and the physical environment together on teacher performance, the influence of servant leadership on teacher performance, organizational commitment to teacher performance, physical work environment on teacher performance. The research method used was a survey. The total sample of 63 teachers, the sampling technique used is cluster sampling taken from 3 State Vocational High Schools in the Municipality of East Jakarta proportionally. Research results: 1.) There is a positive and significant influence of servant leadership, organizational commitment, and physical work environment together on teacher performance; 2.) There is a positive and significant influence of servant leadership on performance; 3.) There is a positive and significant influence of organizational commitment on teacher performance; and 4.) There is no positive and significant influence of the physical work environment on teacher performance.

<p>The objective of this research is to determine the effect of organizational culture, leader behaviour, self-efficacy, and job satisfaction on the job performance of the employees of the Department of Education, Youth and Sport in Palembang city. The sample size was 120 employee and selected by random sampling techniques. The data were analyzed by path-analysis. The findings of the research show that leader behaviour, self-efficacy, and job satisfaction have the direct effect on job performance. Meanwhile, organizational culture has no direct effect on the job performance of the employees of the Department Education, Youth, and Sport in Palembang City. </p>

A company will be able to run well if it creates a harmonious relationship in terms of good communication and is supported by a culture and a comfortable environment. This study aims to determine the effect of communication, organizational culture, and work environment on job satisfaction at Mizu Villa. The population used in this study were all employees who work at Mizu Villa, Kuta-Bali. Thus the total population is 30 people. Where the sampling technique used is a saturated sample method, namely the method of determining the sample using the entire population sampled in the study, so that the number of respondents used is 30 people. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that communication, organizational culture and physical work environment have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, meaning that the better communication occurs, the stronger the organizational culture is formed and the better the working conditions at Mizu Villa, the higher job satisfaction felt by employees

This study aims to determine how much change in the Job Stress variable is influenced by variables of religiosity, adversity qoutent and non-physical work environment. The study was conducted at the Bali Sri Partha Rural Bank of 55 respondents. The number of respondents was determined using the method of determining probability sampling. Data obtained by distributing questionnaires were analyzed using multiple regression analysis techniques, t test, validity test. The test results in this study are religiosity has a negative effect on work stress. Adversity qoutient has a negative effect on work stress. Non-physical work environment has a negative effect on work stress.      Keywords: work stress, adversity qoutent, religiosity, non physical work environment
