There can be no doubt that Raphael Hythloday, like the Utopians, is persuaded that communism is the solution for the social, economic, and political evils of the early sixteenth century. But what is the real attitude of Thomas More himself toward communism? Which of the following does the author of Utopia consider communism to be: a practical remedy? an impossible vision? an unattainable, but desirable, ideal? No definite answer can be given until one has reviewed, at least cursorily, the historical background to the views of the Renaissance toward communism.

Investment in real estate is a zoning issue as the real estate market is closely related to economic development and trends in real estate market are considered to be indicators of trends in the whole economy of the country. The goal of this paper is to analyse the main aspects and considerations when investing in real estate, evaluate investment in real estate situation in different EU and non-EU countries and introduce MCDM methods that could be used for selecting a state for investment in real estate. It is identified that when investing in real estate various political, social, economic, environmental and other factors have to be taken into consideration. Analysed examples of EU (Lithuania, Romania, UK) and non-EU (Turkey, China, Russia) countries show different risks and opportunities for investments in real estate. MCDM methods are applicable to evaluate which countries are most attractive for investment in real estate. Described TOPSIS and ARAS methods could be used for assessing states as alternatives when selecting where to invest

Possibilities of hyperlink application in spatial researchThe main aim of the paper is to show the selected ways of analysing, the possible interpretations and expectations concerning the analyses of hyperlinks in spatial research. The connections existing in cyberspace for selected self-government websites of Lower Silesia were shown to illustrate the issue. The analyses were conducted for selected websites of self-government units at all levels functioning in Lower Silesia. The paper presents two approaches to the analysis of hyperlinks: analysis of outlinks and inlinks. The presented results allow us to identify some regularities regarding the functioning of connections in cyberspace versus the connections in the real world. From the perspective of self-government websites it can be concluded that the connections in cyberspace reflect the real connections. In the majority of the analysed cases there is a clear connection with the actual scope of activity. The remaining relationships with administrative cities reflect the significance of these cities for the functioning of self-government units in the social, economic, legal, and administrative conditions. Based on the conducted analyses it can be concluded that the study of hyperlinks may be useful in understanding the relationships between geographical space and cyberspace. They may form a new, interesting field of spatial research. We also found some challenges in the study of hyperlinks' spatial aspects: the identification of consistent criteria for determining the websites' ‘location in space’, the possibility of interpreting the research results and the dynamics of the Internet.

Measures of perceived affordances—judgments of action capabilities—are an objective way to assess whether users perceive mediated environments similarly to the real world. Previous studies suggest that judgments of stepping over a virtual gap using augmented reality (AR) are underestimated relative to judgments of real-world gaps, which are generally overestimated. Across three experiments, we investigated whether two factors associated with AR devices contributed to the observed underestimation: weight and field of view (FOV). In the first experiment, observers judged whether they could step over virtual gaps while wearing the HoloLens (virtual gaps) or not (real-world gaps). The second experiment tested whether weight contributes to underestimation of perceived affordances by having participants wear the HoloLens during judgments of both virtual and real gaps. We replicated the effect of underestimation of step capabilities in AR as compared to the real world in both Experiments 1 and 2. The third experiment tested whether FOV influenced judgments by simulating a narrow (similar to the HoloLens) FOV in virtual reality (VR). Judgments made with a reduced FOV were compared to judgments made with the wider FOV of the HTC Vive Pro. The results showed relative underestimation of judgments of stepping over gaps in narrow vs. wide FOV VR. Taken together, the results suggest that there is little influence of weight of the HoloLens on perceived affordances for stepping, but that the reduced FOV of the HoloLens may contribute to the underestimation of stepping affordances observed in AR.

This research has been carried out on stairs 01 to samapai 30 july 2015 in wailiti urban village. The purpose of this research is to know the effect of the use of two kinds of treatments, namely the Original Feed (squid) and artificial rubber (rubber ventil) with the difference of time of catching the number and yield of the fish by using the fishing gear (hand line) in the waters of Teluk maumere sikka. The method used in this research is an experimental method in which the researcher is directly involved in the operation of catching with the fishing gear (hand line) by catching each of the two factors namely first, using the original feed difference (squid) and artificial feed (rubber vents). While the second factor is the difference of arrest wktu (morning, afternoon, and night). Of the two treatments, the catches obtained in the hand-fishing line operation, ie, in the treatment and replication that used the original uma (squid), obtained by catching sebanayak 321 fish with an average of 107. While mengguanakan bait making ( rubber ventil) obtained the catch sebanayak 293 tails with an average of 97.67. From the result of hypothesis testing, it was found that Fatbel real level of 0.05 and 0.01 showed the real result or Fcount = 3,477> Ftabel> (0,05). Then reject H0 is received with H1 with significant result. So the influence of the bait on the catch. Then the next will be calculated manggunakan Test Differences Honest (BNJ). At the BNJ Test, the highest yield of the A3B1 treatment was obtained by using original feed (squid) at night time capture. The conclusion obtained from this research is the treatment of kmbinasi which gives the best catch is the treatment of kimbinasi A3B1 which is significantly different from the other combination treatment

In1914 the result of a study of the evaporation of water from soil was published by B. A. Keen, who distinguished two factors governing the rate of evaporation. One factor was that the available surface from which evaporation takes place decreases as the moisture content decreases. Keen deduced an equation that expressed the operation of this factor, viz.in whichDis a constant,w= percentage of water by weight ands= the real specific gravity of the soil. He showed that this equation agreed with his experimental results with a reasonable degree of accuracy.

There is a very close relationship between education and the economic growth of modern nations.1 Most of us also accept the slogan that the real basis for social, economic, and political progress is the development of the skills, knowledge, and creative capacities of people. These, of course, are ‘self-evident truths’. But by themselves, they really offer little practical justification for tangible investment in education projects.

The purpose of this research is determining the effect of some  treatment combinations and to determine the combination of best compost bunches empty palm oil and dolomite that could support growth seeds palm oil plantations in a main nursery. This research has been conducted in the experimental field, Agriculture Faculty, University of Riau from April to July 2015. The research used Completely Randomized Design Factorial that consisting of two factors. The first factor is giving compost bunches empty palm oil : (37,5, 75 and 112,5 g/polybag).  The  second  factor  is  giving  lime  dolomite  (CaMg  (CO3)2) : (9, 18 and 30 g/polybag).   Each combination made three replications and two plants. The data were statistically analyzed using analysis of variance and the means were tested with Duncan 5%. The research results show that combination of compost bunches empty palm oil and dolomite had show the real effect on the increase in diameter hump of seedlings , but the effect not real on the parameters height of seedlings, increase number of leaves, volume roots, ratio crown rootsand and dry weight of seedlings. Combination compost bunches empty palm oil 112,5 g/polybag and dolomite 18 g/polybag showed better results for the growth of palm oil seedlings.

By turns brutal and beautiful, Carolina de Robertis’s 2019 novel Cantoras explores twelve years of violent Uruguayan dictatorship where five women of different ages, social, economic, and familial circumstances are yet all equally affected by misogyny, homophobia, and political repression. The women come together to create a haven of freedom wherein to navigate their sexuality without being criminalized, in the middle of a place where freedom for a better future seems to belong to “another bohemian era of dreams.” Pieced together from the real-life oral narratives and testimonies of hundreds, lost or silenced in the mainstream din, the novel brings to life a portrait of queer love and forgotten history unlike any other. This essay aims a close reading of the socio-political environment of the novel from dictatorship to the revolution which makes the journey that these women take from social isolation to widespread acceptance, their achievements, losses, and resilience shine all the more.
