Immunization is the government's efforts to reduce children mortality, because immunization is an effective primary prevention to reduce infectious diseases. But the sufficient immunization number is still far to achieve the targets specified. There are many factors influence such as parents and families. The purpose of this study was to analyze the connection of the mothers’ knowledge with family roles (nuclear family and non-core family) alongside of basic immunization status. This research was an observational analytic study using cross sectional design. The sampling used cluster random sampling. Sampling in this research were 46 mothers of infants aged 9-12 month in community health center of  Pucuk Lamongan. Analysis of the data used was the chi-square test with significance level α of 0.05. The results showed a connection between mothers’ knowledge (p = 0.027), the role of the nuclear family (p = 0.007), and the role of non-core family (p = 0.020) with basic  immunization status. There is no connection between family’s income with basic  immunization status. (p = 0.725). The  conclusions  of the results this study of the mother's knowledge, the role of the nuclear family and non-core family has an important part to increase basic immunization coverage . As to develop KIE complete for mothers about basic immunization which should be obtained for infant. Motivate parents and family to always apply completeness of  basic  immunization, and  utilize the health care that has been provided to maintain the health of her infant. Keywords: basic immunization, role of family, nuclear-noncore

Background: The measles rubella (MR) immunization coverage rate in Padang City is only 30.82%, still far below Indonesia's national target of 95%. The coverage of measles rubella immunization at the Rawang Health Center is around 62.1%. This study aims to determine the role of health workers in the success of measles rubella immunization in the Rawang Public Health Center, Padang City. Methods: This study used a cross sectional design. The study was conducted in October 2018-July 2019. The research population is mothers who have children aged 12-59 months (toddlers) as many as 1807 respondents. The sampling method is proportional random sampling with a sample of 87 respondent. Data was collected by interview using a questionnaire. Results: The results showed that 37.9% of children under five had not been immunized against measles rubella and 44.8% of health workers had an unfavorable role. The results of the chi-square test showed a significant relationship  between  the role of officers in  the success of measles rubella immunization  (p-value=0.020). Recommendation: It is hoped that health workers can increase health promotion activities regarding the risks due to children not being immunized against measles rubella and intensify door-to-door programs in the implementation of measles rubella immunization

Objective: To investigate the role of MMP-9 expression in endometriosis. Methods: The study was conducted from October 2015 to March 2016, an observational study with cross-sectional design. Samples are all endometriosis patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery in Dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo Hospital and several other hospitals in Makassar. Samples were stored and fixed in the Grand Medika Histopathology Laboratory Makassar for examination the expression of MMP-9 using immunohistochemical methods. Conducted an analysis of 50 samples, of which 11 samples of stage II, 21 stage III samples, and 18 samples of stage IV. The data obtained and analyzed statistically using Mann Whitney and Chi Square test with a significance level of p <0.05. Results: The results reported rankings mean the expression of MMP-9 in stage I-II = 16.68, stage III-IV 27.99 (p = 0.013). There were differences in the expression of MMP-9 based on the stage. Stage I-II endometriosis had a more positive 2 expression of MMP-9 (45.5%), stage III-IV endometriosis have more positive 3 expression of MMP-9 (59.0%). The results of chi square test (p = 0.043). Conclusion: Higher expression of MMP-9 is significantly associated with higher degree of endometriosis. Keywords: matrix metalloproteinase-9, stages of endometriosis

The kind of research that was utilized in this study was an analytical questionnaire. In this study, a cross-sectional design was employed to collect data. Sixty-six individuals were included in the samples that fulfilled the requirements. The findings revealed that 1) the midwife's attitude toward promoting exclusive breastfeeding at the UPT Puskesmas (Community Health Center) Mare had no impact on the outcomes of the study. The results of the chi square test revealed that the p-value was 0,089, indicating that the hypothesis was correct (0,05). There is an association between midwife assistance and an increase in exclusive breastfeeding at the University of Puskesmas Mare, according to the findings of the chi square test (p-value =0,007 for exclusive breastfeeding at the UPT Puskesmas Mare) (0,05). The rise in exclusive breastfeeding at the UPT Puskesmas Mare may be attributed to the midwifery program, according to the findings. The results of the chi square test reveal that the p-value is 0,0002, which indicates a significant difference (0,05). 4) Midwife assistance had a 12,7-fold higher impact on the rise in exclusive breastfeeding, with a p-value of 0.028 0.05 for the effect of midwife support. The midwife program, on the other hand, had a moderate impact on the rise in exclusive breastfeeding, with a p-value of 0,038 0.05 and a moderate effect of 11,1 times on the increase in exclusive breastfeeding.

The posyandu cadre is a volunteer chosen from the community and to help develop community health by carrying out activities at the posyandu which include increasing immunization coverage. Cadre performance is the result / effort that has been done in the midst of the community. Based on the data obtained by researchers from the Padang Bulan Community Health Center the sample of this study were 75 cadres consisting of 6 Kelurahan namely: Kelurahan Petisah Hulu of 20 cadres, Kelurahan Darat by 5 cadres, Kelurahan Titi Rantai as many as 15 cadres, Padang Bulan Kelurahan as many as 10 cadres, Merdeka Village as many as 15 cadres, and Babura Village as many as 10 people. The purpose of this study was to look at the relationship between variables Openness, Empathy, Supporting Attitudes, and Measles Cadre Immunization Performance in infants. The research used is analytic descriptive and uses cross sectional design. Data were analyzed using Chi Square Test (CI = 95%, a 0.05). The results of data analysis showed that there was a relationship between Openness and Cadre Performance (p value = 0,000> 0.05), there was a relationship between Empathy and Cadre Performance (p value = 0,000> 0.05), and there was a relationship between variables Supporting Attitudes with Cadre Performance (p value = 0,000> 0.05). Therefore, it is expected that respondents will further enhance their understanding of what respondents should do in the field before the posyandu is conducted and after the posyandu is done in the field so as to improve the performance of the posyandu cadres.

Salah satu upaya pencegahan kecelakaan tenaga kerja adalah dengan mengharuskan memakai Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) yang memenuhi syarat, yaitu nyaman dalam penggunaan, tidak menghalangi dalam proses bekerja, dan memberikan perlindungan efektif terhadap jenis-jenis bahaya. Dalam meningkatkan kepatuhan  penggunaan APD pada pekerja juga diperlukan adanya faktor pengawasan yang berfungsi sebagai pengendalian pelaksanaan setiap kegiatan yang  merupakan usaha pencapaian tujuan yang telah ditentukan. Pengawasan ini pada dasarnya adalah pengawasan terhadap proses dan hasil serta orang yang melakukan pekerjaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Hubungan pengawasan dan kelengkapan dengan tingkat kepatuhan penggunaan alat pelindung diri (APD) pada pekerja produksi area bagging off  di PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk. Unit Cirebon tahun 2018. Rancangan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh Pekerja produksi area bagging off  PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk. Unit Cirebon yang berjumlah 55 orang pada bulan Mei 2018. Jumlah sampel menggunakan total sampling karena jika jumlah populasi kurang dari 100 maka seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel penelitian. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer berupa observasi dan wawancara dan instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan Uji Chi Square pada tingkat kemaknaan 5% (0,05). Hasil uji statistik didapatkan bahwa ada hubungan antara pengawasan dengan kepatuhan penggunaan APD diperoleh p value sebesar 0,049. Dan ada hubungan antara kelengkapan APD terhadap kepatuhan penggunaan APD diperoleh p value sebesar 0,001.Kata kunci : ABSTRACTOne effort to prevent workplace accidents is to require that you wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) that meets the requirements, which is comfortable in use, does not hinder the work process, and provides effective protection against types of hazards. In increasing the compliance of PPE usage to workers, it is also necessary to have a supervisory factor that functions as a control for the implementation of each activity which is an effort to achieve the stated goals. This supervision is basically the supervision of the process and results and the people who do the work. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of supervision and completeness with the level of compliance with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) on workers producing bagging off areas at PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk. Cirebon Unit in 2018.The design in this study is a quantitative approach with cross sectional design. The study population was all workers producing bagging off areas of PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk. The Cirebon unit which numbered 55 people in May 2018. The number of samples uses total sampling because if the population is less than 100 then the entire population is used as a sample. Data collection method uses primary data in the form of observation and interviews and data collection instruments using questionnaires. Data were analyzed using Chi Square Test at a significance level of 5% (0.05).Statistical test results showed that there was a relationship between supervision with compliance with PPE obtained p value of 0.049. And there is a relationship between the completeness of PPE to the APD usage compliance obtained p value of 0,001.

Objective:  The aim of this study to find out the relationship between public knowledge about health protocols and prevention measures for Covid-19 transmission in the Sikka Regency area.Methods:  This type of research is analytic observational with cross sectional design. A questionnaire was given to measure public knowledge about health protocols and an observation sheet to see the behavior of the community to prevent Covid-19 transmission. The sample in the study was 147 people using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis used Chi-Square with a significance level of α = 0.05.Results:  of this study were obtained public knowledge about the health protocol for the prevention of Covid-19 transmission was in a good category of 53.7% and most people made efforts to prevent Covid-19 transmission by 5M as much as 62.6%. And the results of statistical tests using the Chi Square test obtained pvalue = 0.029 <α = 0.05.Conclusion:  there is a significant relationship between public knowledge about health protocols and measures to prevent Covid-19 transmission in the Sikka Regency area. Therefore, all forms of health education to the public related to Covid-19 must continue to be carried out and carry out tiered evaluations related to the implementation of health protocols and it is hoped that the community will be more obedient to implementing health protocols to prevent Covid-19 transmission through 5M measures.

Introduce: The events that often occurs in toddler is inability to perform the toilet training. It is because the parents are less active in their role. The purpose of this study is to know the relationship of parental role with the ability of toilet training for toddler in Permata Bunda Early childhood education at RW 01 of Jati Selatan 1 village Sidoarjo. Study design is analytic with cross-sectional approach. The population were all parents and toddler. Number of sample were 24 respondents taken by simple random sampling technique. Data were collected by questionnaire and observation. The independent variable is role of parents and the dependent variable is the ability of toddler performed toilet training. The data obtained were processed by SPSS 17.0 use chi-square test with significance level α (0.05). The results of study of role of parents indicate that a half of parents (50%) had lack of parental roles and the capabilities of toilet training for the toddler mostly (54.2%) were not able to perform toilet training. Based on chi-square test found p = 0.001 < 0.05, which means that H0 is rejected so there is relationship of parental role with the ability of toilet training for toddler. Conclusions of this study is the better role of parents, the better the ability of the child. Suggested to parents to understand the learning readiness of children in toilet training so it can maximize child learning and toilet training capabilities.

Menurut PT Jamsostek (Persero) yang saat ini telah berubah menjadi Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) Ketenagakerjaan, sepanjang tahun 2014 jumlah pesertanya yang mengalami kecelakaan kerja sebanyak 129.911 orang. Kurangnya kesadaran para pekerja untuk senantiasa menggunakan APD dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor yang mempunyai pengaruh yang cukup besar terhadap tindakan penggunaan alat pelindung diri pada pekerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan faktor determinan perilaku dengan penggunaan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) pada pekerja pemboran PT. PDSI (RIG 38.2/D1000-E) di Desa Kaplongan Lor Kecamatan Karangampel Kabupaten Indramayu Tahun 2017. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan di PT. PDSI (RIG 38.2/D1000-E) di Desa Kaplongan Lor Kecamatan Karangampel Kabupaten Indramayu tahun 2017 dengan jumlah 50 responden. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 34 sampel responden yang diambil menggunakan proportional random sampling. Instrument menggunakan kuesioner. Data dianalisis secara statistik menggunakan  uji Chi Square pada tingkat kemaknaan 5% (0,05). Hasil uji statistik didapatkan bahwa ada hubungan antara pengetahuan, ketersediaan APD, kenyamanan APD, peraturan dan pengawasan, serta tidak ada hubungan antara sikap dan pelatihan dengan penggunaan APD pada pemboran PT. The population in this study were all employees at PT. PDSI (RIG 38.2 / D1000-E) in the village of Kaplongan Lor Karangampel District of Indramayu regency in 2017 with a total of 50 respondents. The total sample of 34 respondents in a sample taken using proportional random sampling. Instrument using a questionnaire. Data were statistically analyzed using Chi Square test at the 5% significance level (0.05). Results of statistical test showed that there is a relationship between knowledge, availability of APD, APD comfort, regulation and supervision, and there is no relationship between attitude and training with the use of PPE in the Drilling PT. Introduction: Even though labor was going normally, after giving birth the mother had various risks of complications that might occur, such as bleeding due to uterine atony, retained placenta, and perineal ruptur. Objective: to see the relationship between parity and the incidence of perineal ruptur in normal delivery. Methods: this type of research uses an analytical method based on a cross sectional design. The population is all mothers who give birth at the Kassi Kassi Health Center Makassar City can use 30 people. The sampling technique used was Consecutive Sampling. Results: The results showed 76.7% of respondents experienced perineal tears, of which 26.7% of respondents experienced 1st degree perineal tears and 50.0% of respondents had grade 2 perineal tears. 23.3% of respondents did not experience perineal tears. From the results of the chi-square test with a value of p=0.05, the probability of the result is greater than a significant tarf of 5% (0.071> 0.05), meaning that there is no parity relationship with perineal tears in mothers with normal delivery at the Kassi-Kassi Community Health Center, Makassar City. 2020. The strength of the relationship between variables is rather low, the value of the Phi coefficient (μ) = 0.488 or 48.8%. Conclusion: Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be denied that there is no relationship between parity and perineal tearing in normal delivery.
