Early Warning and Response System (EWARS) is a health information technology used to report diseases in particular with potential outbreaks and it can generate "alerts" when an outbreak is found. EWARS report is conducted on a weekly basis by reporting disease data on EWARS website according to the code of each disease that has been established. This research is a descriptive study based on quantitative assessment. Sampling is done by using simple random sampling method. Interviews were conducted to 33 officers at Puskesmas Kota Surabaya by using questionnaires. The variables are respondent characteristics including age, sex, education level, length of work, computer experience, and EWARS socialization experience. Then, it also examines the level of knowledge, attitudes, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness towards EWARS implementation, and data quality of EWARS itself. The result shows that the majority of respondents are at the age of 20-40 years, female sex, have a sufficient level of education, have worked as EWARS officers for more than 2 years, have been using computers for more than 2 years, been through EWARS socialization. In addition, most respondents have good level of knowledge, attitudes, perceived ease of use, and perceived usefulness towards EWARS implementation, but unfortunately, the data quality is still undervalued. The conclusion is that having good level of knowledge, attitude, perception of ease, and perception of usefulness does not always result EWARS report in high quality because other attributes still need to be measured.

Abstract One of the most significant changes in the field of education in this information age is the paradigm shift from teacher-centered to learner-centered education. Along with this paradigm shift, understanding of students’ e-learning adoption behavior among various countries is urgently needed. Despite being one of the many countries that are still at the early stages in implementing e-learning, Palestine is a country that has recently seen an expansion in the number of students and the quality of education, which has involved high investment in e-learning. Hence, studies in this area of research interest have yet to be made known within the field of education. This study attempted to address the disparity within the literature for an individual country, Palestine, on the significant influences towards adopting e-learning. A model that investigates the effects of quality features, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness on the intentions and satisfaction of the learners towards the effects of e-learning is proposed in this study. This model encompassed the constructs and variables embedded in TAM and ISSM along with instructor quality. The outcomes of the model, such as actual use and the moderating effect of technical support towards e-learning in Palestine, were investigated. The study proposed that the quality of the course, instructor, service and system as well as perceived usefulness determined the satisfaction among students in use e-learning.

<p><em>The purpose of this study aims to empirically test the effect of information quality on perceived usefulness, the effect of information quality on perceived ease of use, and the effect of perceived ease of use on perceived usefulness. This study uses the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) developed by Davis (1999) to evaluate perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use.The method of data analysis in this research using analysis of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) - Partial Least Square (PLS) with PLS 3.0.The resultd of this study showed that (1) Quality of information positively affects perceived usefulness, (2) Quality of information positively affects perceived ease of use, and (3) Perceived ease of use positively affects perceived usefulness. The limitations of this study were as follows: (1) The inherent limitations of the data obtained through the questionnaire, due to differences in the authors' perceptions ofthe research respondents, (2) Limitations of the number of accounting student respondents who are following the course of Accounting Introduction Practicum, and (3) Limitations on the selection of accounting software samples used are limited only to the use of the ACCURATE software. Subsequent research suggested that (1) Consider other independent variables that may influence perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, such as user satisfaction and user intent, and (2) Increase the sample size of respondents in this case not only students who are taking the course Practicum Introduction to Accounting, but also students who have taken the course before</em></p>

The Developer Registration System (SIRENG), owned by the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing of the Republic of Indonesia, aims to provide supervision on the quality of houses built by housing developers. Based on the interviews with the association manager PERWIRANUSA, the completeness and suitability of the information in SIRENG are still limited. It does not meet SIRENG development benefits, guaranteeing that registered developers in SIRENG are experienced and trusted. This study aims to provide recommendations for managers of SIRENG to improve the system through evaluation of acceptance of SIRENG with the association and housing developer's perspective. This study uses the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) framework and utilizes PLS techniques to analyze respondents' data. This study used a mixed-method. This study's results are Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, Attitude Toward Using, and Actual Usage (AU) variables that influence the acceptance of SIRENG.

The utmost reason for this article is to present a detailed assessment of the salient antecedents(computer anxiety, technology related experience, computer self-efficacy, quality of service, quality of system, quality of system's output information, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use) in determining students' approval and onward contentment towards using LMS in a blended learning environment. In view of this, the study employed a quantitative research design utilizing a questionnaire as the data collection instrument. Data was then obtained from 174 undergraduate students with Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) technique used for data analysis. The study revealed indicators such as perceived usefulness, the quality of the system and computer self efficacy as fundamental determinants of students' acceptance and satisfaction with blended learning. The study recommended among others that in order to achieve satisfaction and acceptance towards LMS usage for blended learning in higher education, institutions need to pay attention to these crucial variables prior to full implementation.

Many e-learning studies have evaluated learning attitudes and behaviors based on TAM. However, a successful E-Learning System (ELS) should take both system and information quality into account by applying ISM developed by Delone and McLean. In addition, the acceptance for information system depends on the perceived usefulness and ease of use according to TAM. This research combines TAM with ISM by introducing system quality, quality of platform information, and course information as an antecedent of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. These factors are crucial for understanding users’ intentions to continue their use of ELS. The research model was examined with data collected from 164 practicing students with ELS experiences. The results indicated that system quality, platform information, and course information had a significantly positive effect on users’ satisfaction and their intention to use ELS continuously.

Background: Quality of life (QoL) is an important parameter to monitor during rehabilitation; however, accurate assessment is challenging. Among individuals with spinal cord injury (SCI), assessing QoL is further challenged due to complex sequelae, such as secondary health conditions and factors related to community integration. A Participation and Quality of Life (PAR-QoL) toolkit was created to aid clinicians and researchers in the selection of QoL outcomes tools specific to SCI. Objectives: The aim of this study was to evaluate the use and usability of the PAR-QoL toolkit. Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted using an online survey from December 2013 to November 2016. Google Analytics were collected from April 2012 to April 2018. Survey sections addressed “use” (behavioral practices and actual use) and “usability” (perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness). Any person who visited the PAR-QoL website was invited to complete the survey. Summary statistics and percent concordances were calculated to describe results from the survey and Google Analytics. Results: The PAR-QoL website had 188,577 users. The five most visited webpages were outcome tools, with bounce rates ranging from 77% to 90%. Of the 46 survey respondents, 67% were not current users of the PAR-QoL website, and 87% intended to use the resources in the future. Conclusion: Uptake of the PAR-QoL website is currently limited. Usability of the PAR-QoL website may be improved by modifying navigation, removing the “less useful” components, ensuring regular updates of content and resources, and promoting the website.
