AbstrakTingginya angka kematian ibu disebabkan oleh masalah kualitas pelayanan kesehatan yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor organisasi, personal dan lingkungan (Kemenkes, 2018a; Mahmood et al., 2018). Pandemi Covid-19 di Indonesia terus berlanjut, dan kemungkinan akan menyebabkan peningkatan kematian ibu lebih lanjut, sehingga diperlukan kepemimpinan dan bantuan klinis. Metode yang digunakan dalam program pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah dengan memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada bidan dalam pencegahan dan penanganan kasus ibu hamil di rumah sakit. Pelatihan ini berhasil meningkatkan pengetahuan bidan tentang penanganan kasus covid ibu, pencegahan dan kepemimpinan bidan dalam pelayanan ibu sebesar 35%. Implikasi dari hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah perlu adanya pelatihan pengetahuan dan keterampilan bidan dalam penanganan kasus ibu covid pada masa pandemi dengan mempertimbangkan aspek kebijakan internal rumah sakit, alur pelayanan ibu, kompetensi petugas, APD, sarana dan prasarana rumah sakit, sehingga diperlukan berbagai metode pendekatan dalam melakukan intervensi kebidanan dalam asuhan ibu hamil dengan konfirmasi COVID-19.Kata Kunci : Bidan, COVID-19, Maternal, Pengetahuan AbstractThe high incidence of maternal mortality is caused by problems in the quality of health services which are influenced by organizational, personal, and environmental factors. The Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia continues and is likely to lead to a further increase in maternal mortality, so clinical leadership and assistance are needed. The method used in this community service program was providing training and assistance to midwives in preventing and handling maternal COVID cases in hospitals. This training succeeded in increasing the knowledge of midwives about handling maternal covid cases, prevention, and midwives’ leadership in maternal services by 35%. The implication of the results of this community service is the need for training on the knowledge and skills of midwives in handling maternal covid cases during the pandemic by considering aspects of hospital internal policies, maternal service flow, officer competence, PPE, hospital facilities and infrastructure, so we need various methods of approach in conducting midwifery interventions in the care of pregnant women with confirmed COVID-19.Keyword : COVID-19, Knowledge, Midwife, Maternal

Abstract. The quality of health services depends on the contribution of all the professionals involved in the system, including certain groups, usually forgotten and underrated, such as the health-transport technicians (HTT). With the aim of improving this group's performance, an intervention program, focusing on the development of the workers' technical and social skills, was designed in a collective of enterprises. Information about the first stage of this program, consisting of the assessment of these workers' social skills, is offered in this study. A specific questionnaire was developed: The Health-Transport Technicians Social Skills Questionnaire (HTT-SSQ), made up of three scales (assertive, passive, and aggressive behavior). It was administered to a large sample (N = 530) from the above-mentioned association. The psychometric properties of the questionnaire were analyzed, with quite satisfactory indexes of internal consistency and factor validity, and the group's deficiencies (excess or deficit) were evaluated.

The problems faced by the children of Banjarmasin Al-Ashr Orphanage are almost the same as those faced by other orphanages in the city of Banjarmasin, namely, lack funds and personnel or volunteers who help and guide orphanage children to develop their skills and creativity as a provision in carrying out life after the completion of the orphanage. The purpose of this community service program is to make the children of the Al-Ashr Orphanage have a strong and more independent motivation by providing them with the knowledge and skills they will use to prepare themselves for the future. While the target of this activity is to make the children of the Al-Ashr Orphanage have design skills in making invitations, brochures, and banners as well as online businesses. The method used is training and guidance, where training is carried out with presentations and practices.

The Impact

Formalin and borax are dangerous chemicals that are often misused as food preservatives. Various inspections have been carried out to minimize the use of formalin and borax in food, but there are still many formalin and borax in foods. The community, especially housewives, should have the ability to identify the presence of formalin and borax in food in order to protect family members from the exposure of those chemicals. Housewives in Pamijen Sub-District do not have knowledge and skills to identify formalin and borax content in food yet. Through this community service program, housewives in Pamijen Sub-District are expected to be able to test formalin and borax content in food independently. The program began with counseling about the food characteristics that contains formalin and borax; and the impact on health. This program continued with training on how to identify and practicing on how to detect formalin and borax in some food samples with a simple and an easy method. The results indicate that this program can increase patricipants’ knowledge about formalin and borax; and skills to identify them. Keywords: preservatives, formalin, borax, food

<p class="BodyCxSpFirst">Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi sangat penting bagi rumah sakit, karena berpengaruh pula terhadap kualitas pelayanan kesehatan yang secara manual diubah menjadi digital dengan menggunakan teknologi informasi.Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metodologi <em>Nine step</em> sebagai acuan dalam merancang suatu <em>data warehouse</em><em>,</em> untuk pemodelan menggunakan skema konstelasi fakta dengan 3 tabel fakta dan 11 tabel dimensi. Perbedaan penelitian ini dengan penelitian sebelumnya terletak pada sumber data yang diekstrak langsung dari <em>database</em> SIMRS yang digunakan rumah sakit, sehingga tidak ada ekstraksi data secara manual.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan desain data warehouse berbasis Online Analytical Processing (OLAP) sebagai sarana penunjang kualitas pelayanan kesehatan rumah sakit. OLAP yang dihasilkan akan berupa desain data warehouse dengan berbagai dimensi yang akan menghasilkan tampilan informasi berupa Chart maupun Grafik sehingga informasinya mudah dibaca dan dipahami oleh berbagai pihak.</p><p class="BodyCxSpFirst"> </p><p class="BodyCxSpFirst"><em><strong>Abtract</strong></em></p><p class="BodyCxSpFirst"><em>The use of information technology is very important for hospitals, because it also affects the quality of health services, which manualy changed to digital using information technology. In this study, the authors used the Nine step methodology as a reference in designing a data warehouse for modeling using a fact constellation schema with 3 fact tables and 11 dimension tables. the different in this study from previous research is that the data source was taken directly from the SIMRS database used by the hospital, so there is no manual data extraction.</em><em>The aim of this research is to be able to produce a Data Warehouse design based on Online Analytical Processing (OLAP) as a means of supporting the quality of hospital health services. The resulting OLAP will be a data warehouse design with various dimensions will produce the displays information in the form of a graph or chart so that the information is easy to read and understand by various parties.</em></p><p class="BodyCxSpLast"><em> </em></p><p class="BodyCxSpFirst"><em><strong><br /></strong></em></p>

Teacher as one of the important key factors in education must enhance the quality of their knowledge both theoretical, skills, and expertise. For this reason, the community service program held by Department of Biology, FMIPA, Mulawarman University, Samarinda aimed to improve the practical skills of high school teachers. This program was attended by 16 teachers from various high schools from the Samarinda region and Tenggarong. The community service program consisted of 25% theory and 75% practice in one day. The theory about DNA isolation, polymerase chain reaction, and electrophoresis was done in the classroom. Meanwhile, in laboratory, the use of molecular biology equipment, electrophoresis, interpretation results of electrophoretic DNA bands, and NCBI was done by the teachers which is assisted by the laboratory assistant. In the end of the program, the skill of laboratory practice of teachers was improve, indicating by the increasing percentage of understanding about biology molecular skills.
