This research aimed to know the influence of Equity to Total Assets Ratio, Non Performing Ratio and Financing to Deposit Ratio to Return on Assets Ratio in BMT Nurul Jannah Gresik. This research used the quantitative approach method. The analysis technique used multiple linear regression.Based on the result of t-test, Equity to Total Assets Ratio and Financing to Deposit Ratio partially did not influence significantly to Return on Assets Ratio, but Non Performing Financing influenced significantly to Return on Assets Ratio. The result of simultaneous test showed that Equity to Total Assets Ratio, Non Performing Ratio and Financing to Deposit Ratio had significant effect to Return on Assets Ratio with siginificant value 0,001. The ability of Equity to Total Assets Ratio, Non Performing Ratio and Financing to Deposit Ratio in explainingReturn on Assets Ratio of 38,3% and the remaining 61,7% was explained by other variables outside the model.

The research aimed to know the influence of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Return on Assets (ROA) and Size of the Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) Islamic Banks in Indonesia by using 11 Islamic Banks registered at Bank Indonesia the period 2012 to 2015 as samples. The research used a quantitative approach method. The analysis technique used multiple linearregression analysis and the equation is Y = 0,330 + 1,294(CAR) – 5,931(ROA) + 0,028 (Size). Based on the result of t-test (partial), CAR, ROA and Size significantly affects of FDR with the results of each 6,727, -2,831, 2,564. While the results of f-test (simultant) showed that CAR, ROA and Size significant effect on of FDR with a significance value 0.000. the coefficient of determination shows the value of R-Square (R2) of 54.0%. while the remains of 46% wasexplained by other variables outside the model.

This study aims to determine the effect of return on assets and leverage on firm value with an independent board of commissioners as a moderating variable. This type of research is an explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population used in this study is banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2017. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling so that the sample was selected as many as 34 companies with a number of research 68 companies in 2 years. The analysis technique of this research is the moderated regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the independent board commissioner variable as a moderating variable is not proven to moderate, because the variable always has an abnormal distribution and multicollinearity occurs even though it has been transformed in SPSS. In order to continue this research, the independent board commissioner variable as a moderating variable was removed. The results showed that partially or t test return on assets was not significant no effect while partially or t test leverage variable had a significant negative effect on firm value

This research aimed to know the influence of financing based on profit sharing against Islamic Banking Industry liquidity in Indonesia from January 2008 through June 2014. This research used the quantitative approach method. The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression and the equation was Y = 0,58 + 0,016 (PMUD) – 0,056 (PMUS)Based on the result of t-test, mudharabah financing and musyarakah financing partially did not influence significantly to liquidity with t test result consecutively 0,765 for mudharabah financing and 0,621 for musyarakah financing. The result of simultaneous test showed that mudharabah financing and musyarakah had significant effect to Islamic banking industry liquidity with siginificant value 0,000. And based on determination test result, the value of R Square is 0,593 or 59,3% that showed the ability of mudharabah financing and musyarakah financing in explaining liquidity of 59,3% and the remaining 40,7% was explainedby other variables outside the model.

This research is conducted in order to assess the effect of competency, motivation, and communication on employee’s performance (case studies at Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang West Bandung Regency) partially and simultaneously. There are many factors that affect the employee’s performance, but this research is only limited to the factors of competency, motivation, and communication. The researcher used primary and secondary data. The research approach used is quantitative approach which the samples are 55 civil servants which is assessed by 5 Heads of Fields and 2 Heads Sub-Division. Before analyzing, all research validity and reliability instruments are examined. After the data are valid and reliable then analyzed by using classical assumption test, partial test (t test), and simultaneous test (F test) helping by IBM SPSS version 23 software. The result of analysis showed that competency, motivation, and communication variables are affected positively significantly and partially to the employee’s performance. Competency, motivation, and communication variables simultaneously affected positively and significantly about 54,3% and the rest is about 45,7% affected by other variable that is not observed in this research.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of investment opportunity set (IOS) and profitability on dividend policy in insurance companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The use of the method uses purposive sampling. The analysis technique used is simple linear analysis, multiple linear analysis, and hypothesis testing is a partial statistical test (t test) and simultaneous test (f test). The results of the t test show that the investment opportunity set (IOS (X1) influences positive but not significant to dividend policy, Profitability (X2) has a negative and not significant effect on dividend policy.Based on the F value test together the investment opportunity set and profitability do not have a significant effect on dividend policy (Y) Based on the test the coefficient of determination is 0.361 It can be interpreted that the effect of Investment Opportunity Set (IOS) and Profitability on dividend policy is 13.03%, while the remaining 86.97% is influenced by other factors not explained in this study. Keywords : Investment Opportunity Set, Profitability, Dividend Payout Ratio

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work stress on employee voluntary turnover intention, with the dimensions of work stress partially and simultaneously. The use of methods in this study is to use the type of sampling included in Simple Random Sampling and by distributing questionnaires as many as 210 respondents. The data analysis technique method used is Path Analysis by using SPSS 24 Software, and for hypothesis testing is a partial statistical test (t test) and a simultaneous test (f test). The results, the t test showed that work stress through the Role Conflict dimension (X1) had a positive and not significant effect on Voluntary Turnover Intention, the Ambiguous / Unclear Role (X2) had a positive and significant effect on Voluntary Turnover Intention, Excessive Workload (X3 ) has a positive and significant effect on Voluntary Turnover Intention. Based on the F test sig value 0,000 <0,05 which means that work stress together (simultaneous) namely Role Conflict (X1), ambiguous / unclear role (X2), and excessive workload (X3) have a significant effect towards Voluntary Turnover Intention (Y). Conclusion, simultaneously job stress has a positive and significant effect on employee voluntary turnover intention at PT Doosan Sinar Sukabumi, Sukabumi Regency Keywords: Job Stress, Voluntary Turnover Intention

This study aims to show the effect of non-performing financing and financing to deposit ratios on return on assets in Islamic banking listed on the Indonesian capital market for the 2016-2020 period, either partially or simultaneously. The population in this study is Islamic banking which is listed in the Indonesian capital market with a research sample of 6 Islamic banks located in the East Java region. The analysis technique uses a classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination, t-test, and F-test. The research results explain that partially non-performing financing significantly affects return on assets in Islamic banking listings in the Indonesian capital market period 2016-2020. Meanwhile, the financing to deposit ratio does not affect the return on assets of Islamic banking listed on the Indonesian capital market for the 2016-2020 period. This research can be a reference for Islamic banks listed on the Indonesian capital market in managing their financing more optimally so that non-performing financing does not occur, leading to decreased profitability.
