This research is conducted in order to assess the effect of competency, motivation, and communication on employee’s performance (case studies at Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang West Bandung Regency) partially and simultaneously. There are many factors that affect the employee’s performance, but this research is only limited to the factors of competency, motivation, and communication. The researcher used primary and secondary data. The research approach used is quantitative approach which the samples are 55 civil servants which is assessed by 5 Heads of Fields and 2 Heads Sub-Division. Before analyzing, all research validity and reliability instruments are examined. After the data are valid and reliable then analyzed by using classical assumption test, partial test (t test), and simultaneous test (F test) helping by IBM SPSS version 23 software. The result of analysis showed that competency, motivation, and communication variables are affected positively significantly and partially to the employee’s performance. Competency, motivation, and communication variables simultaneously affected positively and significantly about 54,3% and the rest is about 45,7% affected by other variable that is not observed in this research.

Articleaimed to assess and analyze the effect of money supply and the interest rate on Inflation in Indonesia. This research applied descriptive quantitative approach with the nature of the explanatory method verification. The data used was secondary data in the money supply, interest rate and Inflation in Indonesia in 2000-2014. The results of this article are the partial test (t-test) indicates the money supply (X1), the rate of interest (X2) and there is no effect on Inflation (Y). While the results of the simultaneous test (F test) shows a strong and direct relationship between money supply and the interest rate on inflation. This means that the money supply and interest rates affect the rise and fall of inflation in Indonesia.

<em>The aim is to see the effect of work influence on employee performance, which represents employee performance, as well as work discipline and workers on employee performance. Which is the object of research at the Social Service for Women's Empowerment and Child Protection in Pematangsiantar City with 40 employees. The analysis used is the validity and reliability test, normality, coefficient of determination, simple and multiple equations, then partial test (t test) and simultaneous test (F test). The results of the study found that all variables of this study: work discipline, individual appraisal and performance were declared valid and reliable. To test for normal distribution that the value of the variable is stated as normal distribution, then the coefficient of determination shows that each independent variable contributes to the employee performance variable. The results of the equation carried out with simple regression show positive results and with multiple equations it is found that the greater the contribution of individual factors to employee performance than work discipline. Partial test (t test) found a positive and significant effect of work discipline on employee performance, as well as to assess individual performance. Simultaneous test (F test) that work discipline and people have a positive and significant effect on employee performance</em>

This research is conducted to (1) analyze the effect of export and import simultaneous towards Gross Domestic Product of Indonesia in period 2008-2017; (2) analyze the most dominant factors in influencing Gross Domestic Product of Indonesia in period 2008-2017.             This research was taken place in Indonesia and using secondary data obtained from the website Badan Pusat Statistik, Kementerian Perdagangan Republik Indonesia and Katadata and than that will made and analyze using multiple linear regression. This analysis will be tested through partial test (the t test) and simultaneous test (the f test).             The result of this research shows that in partial export has an effect towards Gross Domestic Product significantly and import has no effect towards Gross Domestic Product significantly. In simultaneous export and import have an effect towards Gross Domestic Product significantly. Exports are the most dominant influence in influencing Gross Domestic Product of Indonesia in period 2008-2017. Keyword : Export, Import, Gross Domestic Product

Trading volume is a sheet of company shares traded on a particular transaction and has beenagreed between the seller and the buyer, Simple Moving Average is a method that studies themovement of the previous stock price based on the number of certain days in order to predict thestock price that will occur to the next.The objective of the study is to find out how much influenceTrade Volume and Simple Moving Average on Stock Prices is and what are the most dominantaspects in influencing Stock Prices. The type of the research uses a quantitative approach, namely anapproach in which the data are in the form of numbers or qualitative data that have been used asnumbers. The technique of collecting data uses documentation. The analytical tool used is multiplelinear regression tests including T Test, F Test and Coefisein R² Determination processed usingEviews. The results of the study show that partially the trading volume variable does not have asignificant effect on Stock Prices and the Simple Moving Average variable shows a positive andsignificant effect on stock prices while the results of the research simultaneously show that theTrading Volume and Simple Moving Average variables simultaneously affect the Stock Price .

  Abstrak   Penelitian pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja bertujuan untuk  untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai baik secara parsial maupun simultan pada PT Cladtek Bi-Metal Manufacturing Batam. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner dan analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan uji F dan uji T. Pengambilan data dengan menggunakan sensus, sehingga data diambil dari seluruh populasi. Variabel independen terdiri dari kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja, dan variabel dependennya adalah kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menguji validitas dan reliabilitas instrument, selanjutnya data dianalisis dan diuji menggunakan Uji F dan Uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel kepemimpinan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.  Sedangkan secara simultan variabel kepemimpinan dan variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci : Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai   Abstract   Research influence of leadership and work motivation aims to to test the influence of leadership and work motivation on employee performance either partially or simultaneously at PT Cladtek Bi-Metal Manufacturing Batam. Research data collected by using questionnaire method and data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis using F test and T test. Intake of data by using census, so that data is taken from entire population. Independent variables consist of leadership and work motivation, and the dependent variable is employee performance. This study was conducted by testing the validity and reliability of the instrument, then the data were analyzed and tested using F Test and T Test. The results showed that the leadership of the influential variables are partially negative and insignificant against the performance of employees, and work motivation variables positive and significant effect on performance of employees.  While simultaneously variable leadership and motivational variables work a positive and significant effect on performance of employees. This paper is analyzing the influence of marketing mix customer perception that feels and make scoring by post paid customer to ESIA cellular operator in Surabaya. Post paid customer as research object is active customer using their cell phone to become ESIA post paid customer in Surabaya. This research have to be done because understanding customer active is essential for keeping and protect them to switch another cell phone operator. This research purpose to watching carefully the perception about service of marketing mix that bargained by ESIA cellular operator to loyalty of using post paid customer cell phone. The variable in this research taking from Zeithaml and Bitner service marketing theory and Yazid adopt it (1999:21) and the composition7P’s are product, price, place, promotion, participant, physical evidence, and process. Analyze model adapted from Customer Behavior simple model by Assael (1984:11) with using multiple linear regression technique, F test and t test.  Base on analyze, can take a resume that marketing mix perception variable (cellular telecommunication service, price, facility ease, promotion, staff servicing, physical evidence, and administration process)  post paid ESIA customer feels influenced to using cell phone loyalty at ESIA cellular operator in Surabaya as significantly both of single test and simultaneous test. As a single test, this result can look at each of t test that always have score more than 1,6616. While as simultaneous test, can take a look of F test result is 51,611 that more than score of F table 2,127. From the result of analysis, knows that price of cellular telecommunication that charged to post paid customer have dominant influence to loyalty of cell phone used  post paid customer ESIA  in Surabaya. While, the variable of facility ease have very little influenced. The purpose of this study was to determine the differences of Internet Financial Reporting Quality. This study was using quantitative approach with independent sample t test and mann whitney u test. The population of this study was official website of islamic banks in Indonesia and Malaysia. determination of the number of samples using (sampling jenuh), where all of the population is used as a sampel. Data that being used was secondary data. The data was collected from official website of the sentral banks in each country. The result of this study showed that there was significant differences of Internet Fianncial Reporting Quality between Indonesia and Malaysia. The difference is caused there are significant differences between the quality of content and timeliness components. Meanwhile, there is no differences between technology and user support components.

This study aims to find out the comparison between the performance of Islamic Banks including financial performances such as the ratio of ROA, ROE, FDR and CAR as wells economic and social performance such as MMR ratio before and after the determination of fatwa regarding the prohibition against bank interest. Quantitative approach and independent sample t-test has been used in this study. The data is a secondary data which was obtained by collecting the annual financial reports. The result of the independent sample t-test shows that there are significant differences between the performance of the Islamic banks before and after the fatwa on the ratio of ROE, FDR and MMR. Whereas on the ratio of ROA and CAR have no significant difference before and after the fatwa.

The purpose of this study was to determine the differences of Internet Financial Reporting (IFR) index between Lembaga Amil Zakat Nasional (LAZNAS)  and Badan Amil Zakat Nasional Provinsi (BAZNASPROV) in Indonesia. This research uses a quantitative approach with an independent sample t-test. The population in this study is the official website of LAZNAS and BAZNASPROV in Indonesia. Sample selection using purposive sampling technique with two criteria. The website have to be can accessed properly, furthermore LAZNAS and BAZNASPROV have been inaugurated for more than 2 years. The data used is secondary data. Data collection was obtained from the official websites of LAZNAS and BAZNASPROV in Indonesia. The results of this study indicate that there is no significant difference in the IFR index between LAZNAS and BAZNASPROV. Based on the four IFR components used, one and only component showed significant difference is technology used. However, the results obtained that between LAZNAS and BAZNASPROV still do not provide maximum on internet financial reporting yet.Keywords: Internet Financial Reporting, LAZNAS, BAZNASPROV

This research aims to analyse the practice of halal labels as well as the process of consumer choice when choosing Halal products at Indomart Panumbangan. The data used in the study is primary data and secondary data. Primary Data is obtained directly from the survey dissemination to the research respondent. Secondary data is derived from literature, journals, or data related to research purposes. The population in this study is the consumer of Indomart Panumbangan, a sampling technique is a simple random sampling, a sampling of 50 people. Methods for collecting data using questionnaire or poll. The data analysis techniques in this study are validity and reliability tests, simple linear regression analyses as well as linear coefficient (R) analyses and determinations (R2).  The results of the study showed the halal Label on each packaged food product offered at Indomart Panumbangan 90% of the official halal Label, the rest of which are labeled halal but not in accordance with the provisions of LPPOM MUI. The selection process on products labeled halal, consumers influenced cultural factors. From a variable X R2 test (Halal label) it affects 29.8% against Y (consumer choice). From simultaneous test results and variable X partial tests significantly affect the consumer's preference (Y).
