Russian Federal State Educational Standards of 3+ generation impose serious requirements to resource support of educational and training process, including electronic information-educational environment of the University. In the Southwest State University (SWSU), a unified multimedia information and educational environment based on Internet-broadband access technologies was created; it successfully operates and keeps developing. The main concept of this environment construction is the idea of integrating data, applications, and business processes. SWSU Electronic information-educational environment (EIEE) is designed to provide information transparency of the University activities in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of the Russian Federation in the sphere of education, to organize educational activities of the University and to ensure access of students and research and academic-staff of the University to information and educational resources. The main components of SWSU EIEE are: the actors of the education and training process (teachers, students, etc.), external digital library systems, internal automated information library system, “SWSU academic courses” subsystem, “Southwest State University Web portal” subsystem, and the official web site of the Southwest State University. “Southwest State University Web portal" subsystem makes it possible to automate traditional basic functions of Dean's office of the University, such as managing student conduct systems for students of Bachelor and Master Degree Programs of full-time and correspondence forms of training; recording and statistical processing of the data on students’ progress; recording students’ achievements; managing Dean's office workflow. As prescribed in Federal State Educational Standards of 3+ generation, Portal Modules are used to record the results of formative and summative assessment of students in accordance with SWSU current score rating system for learning outcomes.

The article describes the experience of usage cognitive technologies in the process of implementing the Federal State Educational Standard of the Third Generation. This experience is based on the development and application in the educational cognitive information system as a kind of program for computers. It contains the algorithms and techniques, which are used in the production when creating project documents for oil and gas fields in Russia. This computer program is part of the electronic educational environment of the university and can be used both for educational purposes, for forming professional competencies of students and in the actual production.

The modern labor market, focused on the level of the technological progress, makes a set of requirements for university graduates, which are based on fluency in a foreign language. The protracted period of the pandemic forced to transfer the educational process in universities to an online format, for which the entire existing potential of e-learning of universities was used (electronic information and educational environment + modern information and communication technologies + competencies of teachers). But the question is whether the employer will be satisfied with the results of teaching young specialists a foreign language through ICT alone. The article makes an attempt to analyze the positive and negative aspects of teaching a foreign language, exclusively using the electronic information and educational environment of an organization. The research methodology and methods. The source base of the study are scientific and journalistic articles on the topic, information from the official website of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation "Portal of Federal State Educational Standards". In the research the methods of structural analysis, synthesis, comparison, generalization were used.

The article is devoted to the problems of studying technical disciplines in the remote access mode by students of transport specialties. The article deals with the formation of information literacy of primary schoolchildren as an urgent problem of modern Russian education. The use of information and communication technologies by all participants in the learning process in primary school is dictated by the requirements of such regulatory documents as the Federal Law "On Education in the Russian Federation" and the Federal State Educational Standard of Primary General Education. The features of the creation of an electronic information and educational environment (EIEE) and the didactic possibilities of using the Moodle distance system during the formation of skills and abilities by younger students, reflecting the required level of knowledge of information culture, are revealed.

The relevance of the article is due to systemic changes in the design and organization of schoolchildren’s activities in teaching geography. In accordance with the requirements of the Federal state educational system, basic General geographical education needs to expand the activity potential, which can be provided by implementing a modern model for the development of students ‘ subject activities. The relevance of the article is due to the demands of the federal state educational standard and the “Teacher” professional standard, both of which set clear requirements for a would-be teacher. The school expects a Bachelor graduate to follow legal, moral and ethical norms, as well as the standards of professional ethics, while performing his/her pedagogical activities. Such expectations substantiate the importance of forming the professional responsibility in a would-be teacher. For this purpose, the university should train a would-be teacher through the appropriate use of the educational environment resources available at the institution. The goal of the article is to review the university educational environment as a means of managing the professional responsibility formation in a would-be teacher. We have chosen the environment immersion approach as the methodological foundation of our research. This approach presupposes indirect management of the professional responsibility formation through the synergy of educational, pedagogical, project and social activities at the university. The article is the summary of the Vyatka State University experience in accumulating the structural elements of the educational environment as a means of managing the professional responsibility formation in a would-be teacher.

In the context of the development of the digital economy, it is necessary to introduce elements of distance education technologies into the educational process. This will make the learning process continuous. Distance technologies allow you to master programs of higher and secondary education (especially in correspondence and full-time forms) on the job. The introduction of distance learning technologies in the educational process increases students ‘ interest in the subject being studied. In modern conditions, the development of online courses is relevant. To increase the interest of students in online courses, it is recommended to involve representatives of employers to record lectures on specific topics within the online course. An important role is played by the introduction of elements of remote technologies in the organization of current and intermediate certification.The article is written on the basis of the author’s own pedagogical experience. Systematizes the directions of introduction of distance educational technologies that can be used both for the organization of the educational process and for all types of control of students knowledge. The article dis-cusses the advantages and disadvantages of distance learning, as well as the possibility of using elements of distance learning technologies in the implementation based correspondence courses that will be relevant in the implementation of federal state educational standard 3++ (including professional standards).Examples of experience in organizing the educational process with elements of distance learning are given.

The article discusses the concept of electronic information and educational environment of the university and its structure. The features of its implementation are analyzed on the example of Samara National Research University named after academician S.P. Korolev. The article presents the results of a sociological study, the purpose of which has been to point out the specifics of the use of the universitys IEE under conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as to carry out the research regarding the students opinion about the educational features of distance learning process. The following components of EIEE are most often used during distance learning: personal educational account, e-learning system based on Moodle (do.ssau.ru) and the university portal (ssau.ru). The majority of respondents believe that online educational platforms have limited opportunities for interactive interaction between students and teachers. Students suggest to pay attention primarily to the technical equipment of the educational process and the development of free online educational platforms. That is their proposal regarding the optimization of the online learning process.

The subject of the study is the creation of a system for assessing professional competencies and the formation and implementation of this system into pedagogical university students’ educational activities in the context of distance learning. The authors aim to implement the evaluation procedure in a new format due to the introduction of the High Alert State in Moscow and, consequently, remote operations. The developers are faced with the task of not only realizing the assessment of professional competencies but also maintaining the openness of the procedure, ensuring the possibility of communicative interaction between students and employers. Based on the analysis of specialized sources and as a result of discussion within the expert community, new assessment tools are proposed, and an appropriate assessment scheme is developed. The procedure is based on a competency-based approach, the development is carried out considering the requirements of the federal state educational standard, as well as the WorldSkills Russia professional skill competitions in the category “Teaching in general and secondary schools”. The procedure is tested based on the Moscow City University within the framework of the Moscow Teacher Certificate project for students. The project has been implemented since 2017, however, for the first time the project has been carried out in a remote format. The data obtained during the study make it possible to identify the possibilities of the assessment procedure in the distance learning context and the key features of students’ participation in the procedure and determine the most significant organizational aspects. Based on the results of testing, conclusions are made about the advantages and disadvantages of this procedure, both in terms of content and in organizational terms. The prospects for applying the procedure and the necessary improvements in the future are determined.
