Este trabalho teve como objetivo avaliar o comportamento dos consumidores na decisão de compra perante a influência dos YouTubers, referente ao segmento da beleza no mercado da cidade de Palmas – TO. O método da pesquisa foi uma análise quantitativa para dados qualitativos, sendo assim uma pesquisa qualitativa com análise de dados quantitativos, do tipo descritiva. Foram abordados 225 entrevistado em 26 horas, dentro do munícipio.  A análise dos dados foi feita a partir de um perfil traçado de cada consumidor, após isso foi feito o cruzamento desses perfis, que resultou em fatores de similaridades e diferenciação entre eles, onde apontou a forma como os influenciadores digitais e seus vídeos impactam esses consumidores.   PALAVRAS-CHAVE: marketing; marketing digital; youtube; youtubers, consumo.     ABSTRACT The objective of this work was to evaluate the behavior of consumers in the decision to buy before the influence of the YouTubers, referring to the segment of beauty in the market of the city of Palmas - TO. The method of the research was a quantitative analysis for qualitative data, being a qualitative research with quantitative data analysis, of the descriptive type. 225 interviewees were approached in 26 hours within the municipality. El método de la investigación fue un análisis cuantitativo para datos cualitativos, siendo así una investigación cualitativa con análisis de datos cuantitativos, del tipo descriptivo. Se abordaron 225 entrevistados en 26 horas, dentro del municipio. El análisis de los datos se hizo a partir de un perfil trazado de cada consumidor, después de eso se hizo el cruce de esos perfiles, que resultó en factores de similitudes y diferenciación entre ellos, donde apuntó la forma como los influenciadores digitales y sus videos impactan a esos consumidores.   PALABRAS CLAVE: comercialización; marketing digital; youtube; youtubers, consumo.

This research aims to know, explain, describe the land utilization policy for housing and settlements in the river bank in Palangka Raya City. The type of research used is qualitative research methods. Where the techniques of collecting data through Obesevasi, in-depth interviews and documentation. Data analysis using quantitative data analysis, data reduction, data presentation and withdrawal of conclusions. The premier data in this study is the flamboyant SUB financial and community below. Based on the results of the study concluded that the implementation of land utilization policy for housing and settlements in the river bank in Palangka Raya city is still not maximal, that is because the communication has not been optimal, Funds to implement the policy has not been adequate, so to implement the policy has not been reached optimally. <p><strong>Abstract: </strong>This study aims to analyze the POE learning model for understanding physics concepts. The method used in this research is a meta-analysis. Meta-analysis is research that examines the results of similar studies. Data obtained from national and international journal documents taken by purposive sampling based on conformity with the research theme. Data analysis using quantitative data analysis with presentations and qualitative data analysis in the form of descriptions of research results found. Based on data analysis, it found that the POE learning model can improve students' understanding of concepts.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Abstrak: </strong>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis model pembelajaran POE terhadap pemahaman konsep fisika. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah meta analisis. Meta analisis merupakan penelitian yang mengkaji hasil penelitian yang sejenis. Data diperoleh dari dokumen-dokumen jurnal nasional maupun internasional yang diambil secara purposive sampling berdasarkan kesesuaian dengan tema penelitian. Exploratory Strategy

This study aims to make students have an independent character, discipline and responsibility in the digital era through the Monthly Bazaar. The method used in this research was Mixed Method with a sequential exploratory strategy. The sequential exploratory strategy involves collecting and analyzing quantitative data in the second stage based on the results of the first stage. Weights / priorities are more likely to be in the first stage, and the mixing process between these two methods occurs when the researcher makes a connection between qualitative data analysis and quantitative data collection. The results of the study were obtained from qualitative data analysis in the first stage and quantitative data in the second stage. The results of the first stage were obtained from educators' observations of students after completing the monthly bazaar. The results of the second stage are obtained through calculations using a Likert scale and it is obtained the data of 43.75% (ever) if it is categorized in interpretation of scores based on intervals. This data was obtained before the implementation of the monthly bazaar. After implementing the monthly bazaar for two times, the data is 72.75% (often). From the two stages, the relevant results obtained between qualitative and quantitative data analysis showed that there was an independent character, discipline and responsibility embedded in students after the implementation of the monthly bazaar activities.

Penelitian tindakan ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan proses dan hasil dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca permulaan TK PAUD Anak Bangsa Kota Palembang Provinsi Sumatera Selatan melalui penerapan media bulletin board. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan dengan model Kemmis dan Taggart, yang meliputi perencanaan, tindakan dan observasi, refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah TK PAUD Anak Bangsa yang berjumlah 16 orang anak. Penelitian dilakukan dalam dua siklus yang terdiri dari delapan pertemuan pada setiap siklus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis data kualitatif dan analisis data kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kemampuan membaca permulaan anak mengalami peningkatan setelah diterapkan media bulletin board. Skor kemampuan membaca permulaan anak pada pra siklus sebesar 44, siklus I sebesar 62, dan siklus II sebesar 65,125. Hasil tersebut memberikan implisasi bahwa kemampuan membaca permulaan dapat ditingkatkan melalui penerapan media bulletin board.Research action aims to describe the process and results in improving the ability to read the beginning of TK PAUD Anak Bangsa of Palembang City South Sumatera Province through the application of Media bulletin board. The research methods used are research actions with the Kemmis and Taggart models, which include planning, action and observation, reflection. The subject of this research is TK PAUD Anak Bangsa, a total of 16 children. Research is conducted in two cycles consisting of eight meetings on each cycle. Data collection techniques are conducted through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques in this study are qualitative data analysis and quantitative data analysis. The results showed that the ability to read children's beginnings improved after the media bulletin board was applied. Scores of children's start reading on the pre-cycle of 44, cycle I by 62, and cycle II by 65.125. The results gave implisation that the ability to read the start can be increased through the application of Media bulletin board.

The research aimed to find out whether the quality of PAUD management assistance could improve. Research-based service was carried out at RA Perwanida 3 and PAUD Kaisah. This study used the Participatory Action Research (PAR) model of the Kemmis, S. & McTaggart , R. Research methodology which was carried out in a series through online material delivery assistance and direct mentoring to each PAUD unit. The implementation of the activity is carried out in 5 steps, namely diagnosis, making an action plan, taking action, evaluating and reflecting. Data analysis using data analysis quantitative data analysis and qualitative data analysis. Quantitative data analysis was obtained from the description of the value of document completeness, pre and post mentoring. While the qualitative data analysis was obtained from field notes, documentation notes and interview notes using four parts, namely data reduction, display data and conclusion data. The results of the dedication research with assistance to improve the quality of the assisted PAUD management, the average document data obtained from each of the assisted institutions has increased by 37%, which is based on 30 assessment indicators, 26 indicators have been successfully fulfilled by each of the assisted PAUD institutions so that initially the average file completeness was 49% after being given assistance to 86%.

This study aims to determine the activities of students and know the learning outcomes. The method used by researchers is to use the Classroom Action Research (CAR) design. For data collection techniques used are observations and tests with the research subject is class X Accounting for SMK Negeri 1 Katingan Hilir 2015/2016 Academic Year. The data analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis and quantitative data analysis. The results showed that: (1) learning activities of students of class X Accounting II at SMK Negeri 1 Katingan Hilir using the more active PAILKEM strategy, (2) there was an increase in accounting learning costs for students of class X Accounting II at SMK Negeri 1 Katingan Hilir using the PAILKEM strategy which shows Accounting learning outcomes in the first cycle obtained an average of 76.20 with classical completeness of 65.51% and in the second cycle the median was 82.41 with artistic integrity of 89.65%.

This research was primarily conducted to prove that the application of Personal Photograph media could improve the writing skill of the twelfth grade students of SMA Swasta Pelita Nusantara Lawe Sigala-gala in the academic year of 2020/2021 and to describe their responses towards the application of Personal Photograph media in the processes of learning writing skill. Each cycle consisted of four meetings. The quantitative data analysis showed that the students mean score increased continually from 57,31 with 9% passing Minimum Mastery Criteria in pre-test, 71,81 with 36% Minimum Mastery Criteria in formative-test, 83,31 with 82% Minimum Mastery Criteriain post-test. The qualitative data analysis showed that the students’ responses after being taught through the application of Personal Photograph media are very good. The result is most of the students gave good responses to the Personal Photograph media which was used in learning teaching process. It is suggested that teachers use Personal Photograph media as an alternative in writing descriptive texts to the students in Senior High School in order to improve their students’ writing skill, particularly in writing descriptive texts.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the basic math skill students 5-6 years old can be improved through music and movement. This research was conducted at TKIT Ibnu Sina Duren Sawit, East Jakarta Timur, with as many as 27 students study subjects. The study was conducted in two cycles and accompanied by 2 teachers who act as observers, method action research. Data collected through observation and interviews as well as qualitative and quantitative data analysis. Qualitative data were analyzed by comparing the students’ grades in cycle 1 and cycle 2 while the qualitative data was analized by data reduction, display data, and conclusion. The results showed an increase in students’ basic math skill through music and movement. In cycle 2 the development of the mathematical aspects of general intelligence has increased 23% from the initial conditions before the study, in wich each indicator increased by 52% compared to the time of observation. Based on data analysis, it can be concluded that the students’ basic math skill can be improved through music and movement. It is thus suggested to kindergarten teachers to use music and movement in order to improve the learning basic math skill of students. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui apakah kemampuan dasar matematika siswa usia 5-6 tahun dapat ditingkatkan melalui kegiatan music and movement . Penelitian ini dilakukan di TKIT Ibnu Sina Duren Sawit, Jakarta Timur, dengan sebanyak 27 siswa subjek penelitian. Penelitian dilakukan dalam dua siklus dan didampingi oleh 2 orang guru yang bertindak sebagai pengamat, metode penelitian tindakan. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan wawancara serta analisis data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Data kuantitatif dianalisis dengan membandingkan nilai siswa dalam siklus 1 dan siklus 2 sedangkan data kualitatif dianalisis dengan reduksi data, data tampilan, dan kesimpulan. Hasilanya menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan matematika dasar siswa melalui kegiatan music and movement . Pada siklus 2 perkembangan aspek matematika dasar telah meningkat 23% dari kondisi awal sebelum penelitian, yang mana setiap indikator meningkat sebesar 52% dibandingkan dengan waktu pengamatan. Berdasarkan analisis data, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan matematika dasar siswa dapat ditingkatkan melalui kegiatan music and movement. dengan demikian disarankan kepada guru TK untuk menggunakan music and movement dalam rangka meningkatkan kemampuan matematika dasar siswa.

<p>This study aims to determine whether the problem loans (LAR) affect the Return on Investment (ROI) UPK Bunga Tanjung on the Loans without Slums City Program (KOTAKU) in Tanjung Baru Village, East Baturaja District. The method used in this research is descriptive method. By using qualitative and quantitative data analysis techniques. The results obtained by the ratio of problem loans (LAR) UPK Bunga Tanjung in the Revolving Loans of the City without Slums Program (KOTAKU) in Tanjung Baru Village, East Baturaja Subdistrict always increase with an average ratio of 15.53%. While the Return On Investment (ROI) ratio always decreases with an average ratio of 10.15%. Non-performing loans (LAR) greatly affect the level of Return On Investment (ROI) in revolving loans UPK Bunga Tanjung Without Slum City Program (KOTAKU) in Tanjung Baru Village, East Baturaja District in 2014-2018. A small level of non-performing loans will benefit the UPK and conversely a high level of problem loans will reduce the profitability of the UPK.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Keywords:</strong> Non-performing Loans (LAR), Return On Investment (ROI), Slumless City Program (KOTAKU).</p>
