This research entitled "Age Relationship with Carbon Dioxide Stock of Duku Tree (Lansium parasiticum) in Kalikajar Village, Kaligondang District, Purbalingga Regency". The puspoe of this research are: 1) Knowing the effect of stand age on the amount of carbon dioxide stock stored in duku stands (Lansium parasiticum) in Kalikajar Village, Kaligondang District, Purbalingga Regency. 2) Knowing the age of duku plants (Lansium parasiticum) in Kalikajar Village, Kaligondang District, Purbalingga Regency which has the most potential carbon dioxide stock. The research used survey method by determining tree biomass using stratified random sampling. The strata used is the age of duku plants. Each age strata is taken 3 trees to measure its diameter. The land area is divided by the planting distance to get the results of plant density in that location. Measurement of stand stem diameter is carried out on stand stems at the researchers' chest height (at breast height or dbh). The measuring tape is wrapped around the stand stems in a parallel position for all directions so that the data obtained is the circumference or convolution of the stem (circumference of the stem = 2πr). Age, biomass, and carbon stock data were analyzed using variance analysis (Anova), while the relationship between biomass and carbon stock was analyzed using Pearson correlation and regression analysis. The regression analysis between age and carbon dioxide stock shows an exponential pattern. The lowest corbon dioxide stock of the duku plant is found in the age group <5 years, which is 9.54 tons/ha, while the largest carbon dioxide stock of the duku tree is in the age group > 30 years (40 years) which is 74.89 tons/ha.  Thus, this study has not yet gotten the most optimal tree age in storing carbon dioxide. Therefore it is necessary to do research on duku trees that are older than 40 years.

Differences in tree age and cropping systems may influence the microbial diversity, including fungal species and population. The purpose of this study was to determine the diversity, of species and population of arbuscular mycorrhiza spores and the relationship between the number of arbuscular mycorrhiza spores and the soil chemical properties in different pine age group and coffee as an intercropping system at sloped areas. The study was conducted from April to July 2017. The study used a survey method with 5 age groups (KU) and three replications. The study was divided into 3 stages: 1). collection of soil and root samples, as well as measuring plot characteristics (i.e. basal area, canopy cover, standing litter mass); 2). Measurement of Mycorrhizal in the laboratory (spore extraction, spore identification, root colony percentage analysis); 3). Soil Chemical Analysis (pH, total P, available P). All data was tabulated, and tested using ANOVA with Randomized Block Design. If there is a significantly different, a further LSD test is performed with a level of 5%. Correlation and regression tests were performed to determine the relationship between parameters. The results showed that there were significant differences in the parameters of canopy density, number of genus spores of Acaulospora 100 g-1 soil, Soil pH, and total P in the soil. However, the study was unable to detect significant differences in, other parameters, such as root infection, number population of Glomus and Gigaspore, available P, etc.. The correlation test showed that the increase in the age group of the coffee intercropping system did not correlate with the number of arbuscular mycorrhizae in each plot observed. The number of Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Spores in each age group of intercropping pine did not correlate with the soil's chemical properties (pH, P-Total, P-Available).

The Ministry of Education Malaysia aims to develop an educational system that is capable in improving achievement and innovation. This goal requires high commitment and precision from all parties, especially teachers that play the main role in educational institutions. Thus, a positive school climate will produce high-quality human capital, while self-efficacy acts as a driving force to pursue the goals. The effectiveness of these two elements enhances the commitment of teachers in order to ensure the success of educational institutions. This study was developed to examine the relationship between school climate and teacher commitment, as well as the indirect relationship through self-efficacy as a mediator construct. Teachers were selected randomly from 18 high-achievement secondary schools in Kelantan, with a total of 360 respondents. A cross-sectional survey method was applied to collect data. The questionnaire consisted of 44 items. The IBM SPSS software was used to analyze the correlation and regression tests. The Pearson correlation analysis confirmed positive and significant relationships between the three variables, namely the weak correlation for school climate and commitment (r=.24, p<.01), as well as between school climate and self-efficacy (r=.23, p<.01). In contrast, the correlation was high between selfefficacy and commitment (r=.85, p<.01). Regression analysis for the effect of school climate on teacher commitment showed that R2=.06, p<.01 was significant. The beta value showed that the school’s climate contributed β=.24 (24%), significantly affecting commitment. Multiple regression analysis of school climate and self-efficacy on teacher commitment confirmed that R2=.72, p<.01 was significant. However, beta values showed that school climate contribution decreased to 0.05 (5%) and did not significantly affect commitment as the self-efficacy predictor was included in the regression model. The beta value showed that self-efficacy contributed 0.84 (84%), significantly influencing commitment and acting as a full mediator variable for school climate and teachers’ commitment. The finding of this study proposes significant school climate relationships to enhance teachers’ self-efficacy and commitment. This study also contributes significantly to the theory and the extension of knowledge by explaining the role of school climate in enhancing teachers’ commitment, as well as highlighting the mediator role of self-efficacy that has a significant effect on teacher commitment as well. Therefore, the school administrators should provide a better, condusive school climate to encourage higher self-efficacy among teachers, through self-confidence in group guidance, student assignments, innovative education and attitude towards homework. As a result, teachers could have more opportunity to develop their commitment to schools.

The present study has been conducted on the youth (N=200) of age group 18-24 years to find the role of the character strengths of gratitude and hope in their psychological well-being. Gratitude and hope have been assessed using the Value in Action Inventory of Strengths (Peterson and Seligman, 2004), and psychological well-being has been assessed using the Psychological Well-Being Scale by Carol Ryff (1989). The data has been analyzed by using Pearson correlation and linear regression. The findings depict a significant positive correlation of gratitude and hope with the psychological well-being of youth. Also, the regression analysis establishes the significant and positive role of gratitude and hope in predicting the psychological well-being of youth.

Cabrbon Stock Analysis of Mangrove Forest in Every Damaged Level in Segara Anakan Cilacap         Mangrove is a specific vegetation type, found in tropical and subtropical beach area which located in Cilacap  at a sloping beach area near the mouth of a river and the beach protected from the waves. Segara anakan is one of mangroves region which located at 108 º 46'-109 º 03 'E and 07 º 34' - 07 º 47 'South Latitude. Human activities series in Segara anakan mangrove lead the damage of this region, it affects to the ecological and biological or mangrove function as carbon storage place. The aims of this research was to analyze the damage level of mangrove in Segara anakan, Cilacap; to know the spatial distribution of mangrove damage level in Segara anakan; analyze the amount of biomass and carbon stocks at various of damage level in Segara anakan, and to know the number corelation of carbon stocks with damage level in Segara anakan, Cilacap.The research used survey method with purposive random sampling that determine the sampling location based on the damage level. Damage analysis used  assessment teristis method (field survey) and than spasial distribution used surfer 9.0 and ArcView GIS 3.2. Biomass analysis and the amount of carbon stock used descriptive methods, damage level correlation and the amount of carbon stock used Pearson correlation analysis (SPSS software vs. 19).The result was Segara anakan mangrove, Cilacap currently was divided into not damage (7 station), damaged (3 station) and  heavily damaged (5 station) categories. The amount of biomass and carbon stocks in not damaged area (57,67 tons/ha and 26,50 tons/ha); damaged area (23,40 tons/ha and 10,74 tons/ha, and the heavily damaged area (9,49 tons/ha and 4,37 tons/ha). The destruction of mangrove forest affected the amount of biomass and carbon stocks in Segara anakan, Cilacap.Keywords : mangrove,  carbon stock, damage level, Segara Anakan Cilacap ABSTRAK        Hutan mangrove merupakan tipe vegetasi khas, terdapat di daerah pantai tropis dan subtropis yang tumbuh subur di daerah pantai yang landai di dekat muara sungai dan pantai yang terlindung dari hempasan gelombang. Segara Anakan adalah salah satu kawasan hutan mangrove yang terletak pada koordinat 07º34’ - 07º47’ LS dan 108º46’- 109º03’ BT. Serangkaian aktivitas manusia di kawasan hutan mangrove Segara Anakan menyebabkan kawasan ini mengalami kerusakan, hal tersebut berpengaruh terhadap fungsi ekologis dan biologis serta fungsi hutan mangrove sebagai penyimpan karbon.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui tingkat kerusakan  hutan  mangrove di Segara Anakan Cilacap; mengetahui distribusi spasial potensi stok karbon hutan mangrove di Segara Anakan Cilacap  dan  mengetahui korelasi jumlah stok karbon dengan tingkat kerusakan di Segara Anakan Cilacap.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan menggunakan teknik purposive random sampling  yaitu menentukan lokasi sampling berdasarkan  pada tingkat kerusakan. Analisis kerusakan menggunakan metode penilaian teristis (survey lapangan) yang selanjutnya didistribusi spasial menggunakan surfer  9.0 dan Arcview GIS 3.2. Analisis biomassa dan jumlah stok karbon menggunakan metode deskriptif, korelasi tingkat kerusakan, dan jumlah stok karbon menggunakan analisis korelasi Pearson (Software SPSS vs. 19). Hasil yang diperoleh adalah hutan mangrove Segara Anakan Cilacap saat ini terbagi menjadi area dengan kategori tidak rusak (7 stasiun), rusak (3 stasiun) dan rusak berat (5 stasiun). Jumlah biomassa dan stok karbon di area yang tidak mengalami kerusakan (57,67 ton/ha dan 26,50 ton/ha), area yang rusak (23,40 ton/ha dan 10,74 ton/ha, dan area yang rusak berat (9,49 ton/ha dan 4,37 ton/ha). Kerusakan hutan mangrove berpengaruh terhadap jumlah biomassa dan stok karbon di Segara Anakan.Kata Kunci: mangrove, stok karbon, tingkat kerusakan,SegaraAnakan Cilacap

This research is titled " The influence of sermon, church music and church facilities on the level of attendance”. The purpose of research is to identify and analyze whether sermon, church music and church facilities have influence on the the level of attendance. The target population in this study is a Christian church members who live in the city of Surabaya.. Sample required is equal to 47 respondents. Through sampling stratified Random techniques.These influence was measured using Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis, t-test and analysis of variance. Descriptive  analysis  were taken to analyze the level of attendance according to demographic groups.The hypothesis in this study are the sermon, church music and church facilities have positive and significant on the level of attendance. The results showed that collectively, there are positive and significant correlation among the sermon, church music and church facilities on the level of attendance  96,2%. It means that 96,2 % of level of attendance influenced by sermon, church music and church facilities and the other 28,9% by others. All of the variable partially have significant correlation to level of attendance.

Employee turnover has become a key performance indicator for many organizations as they struggle to retain talented employees. The negative impact of turnover on organizational performance has continually forced organizational leaders to seek better ways of retaining valuable employees. The relationship between man and work has always attracted the attention of philosophers. A major part of men’s life is spent at work. Work is social reality and social expectation to which men seem to conform. It not only provides status to the individual but also binds him to the society. An employee who is satisfied with his job would perform his duties well and be committed to his job, and subsequently to his organization. This paper examines relationship among job satisfaction, organizational commitment and employees’ turnover intentions at Unilever Corporation in Nigeria. The data for this study was collected from 117 employees currently working at Unilever Nigeria PLC using the survey method via the questionnaire. Pearson Correlation and the multiple regression analysis techniques using the SPSS version 22.0 was used for the data analysis. The findings of the study revealed that both job satisfaction and organizational commitment have significant negative relationship with employee turnover intentions. In addition, organizational commitment was revealed to have a more dorminant influence on employee turnover intentions than job satisfaction. Based on these findings, the implications, recommendations, practice, and theory were discussed.

Abstract Aim- 1. The aim of this study was to investigate the average maximum range of inter-incisal mouth opening in a representative sample of the adult subjects of Haryana. 2. To see any correlation between maximal inter-incisal opening with age. Methods- Maximum mouth opening was studied in 756 adult subjects with age range of 20-50 years in Yamunanagar, Haryana. Age limit was further divided into three groups (20-30, 31-40, 41-50). Those with clinical history of TMJ involvement, OSMF, any trauma, odontogenic and non-odontogenic infections, dental prosthesis on the anterior teeth, congenital anomalies in the maxillofacial region were excluded from this study. The measurements were recorded twice and mean of the two values were taken. Statistical Analysis- Independent sample t-test was calculated to compare age and mouth opening in both male and females respectively. Bivariate pearson correlation was used to see any relationship between age and mouth opening. P-value ≤ 0.05 and CI (confidence interval) at 95% were considered statistically significant. The Results- The average mouth opening of males (45.36±6.70 mm) subjects was higher as compared to female (41.27 ± 6.75 mm) with significant, p-value 0.000. The mean mouth opening ± SD for both sexes combined was 43.39 ± 7.02 mm. The corresponding values for mean inter-incisal opening in male population aged 20-30, 31-40, 41-50 were 45.52 ± 7.15, 46.16 ± 5.47, 42.96 ± 6.82 mm and in female population aged 20-30, 31-40, 41-50 were 41.40 ± 7.08, 41.60 ± 6.29 and 40.03 ± 6.38 mm respectively. Conclusion- Maximal mouth opening differ significantly with gender. There is a decrease in MMO with older age group.

The present study sought to develop a scale to measure the values adoption of primary school children and explore whether emotional intelligence of primary school children is associated with values which are taught through curricular activities. First, the Value Adoption Scale (VAS) was developed in Study 1 by conducting exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and correlation was examined in Study 2. Data were collected using the Ten Years Emotional Intelligence Scale (TYEIS) and the Value Scale consisting of eight items. Data were analyzed with Pearson correlation coefficient and regression analysis. Results of data analysis indicated that there was a moderate correlation between emotional intelligence and values, but regression analysis revealed that emotional intelligence had weak predictive power for values adoption. It was concluded that teaching values through curricular activities is not useful to foster emotional intelligence among primary school children. Results of the research are discussed and addressed along with the relevant literature.

In an 11-year study in northern Ontario, root rot damage was heaviest in balsam fir, intermediate in black spruce, and least in white spruce. As a result of root rot, 16, 11, and 6%, respectively, of dominant or codominant trees of the three species were killed or experienced premature windfall. Butt rot, which resulted from the upward extension of root rot into the boles of living trees, led to a scaled cull of 17, 12, and 10%, respectively, of gross merchantable volume of the remaining living trees in the three species. The total volume of wood lost to rot was, therefore, 33, 23, and 16%, respectively. Of 1108 living dominant and codominant balsam fir, 1243 black spruce, and 501 white spruce in 165 stands, 87, 68, and 63%, respectively, exhibited some degree of advanced root decay. Losses resulting from root rot increased with tree age. Significant amounts of root decay and stain (>30% of root volume) first occurred at 60 years of age in balsam fir and 80 years in black spruce and white spruce. For the three species together, the proportion of trees that were dead and windfallen as a result of root rot increased from an average of 3% at 41–50 years to 13% at 71–80 years and 26% at 101–110 years. The root rot index, based on the number of dead and windfallen trees and estimated loss of merchantable volume, also increased, from an average of 17 at 41–50 years to 40 at 71–80 years and 53 at 101–110 years. Death and windfall of balsam fir and black spruce were more common in northwestern Ontario than in northeastern Ontario. Damage to balsam fir was greater in the Great Lakes–St. Lawrence Forest region than in the Boreal Forest region. In all three tree species, the degree of root rot (decay and stain) was highly correlated with the number of dead and windfallen trees, stand age, and root decay at ground level (as a percentage of basal area) for a 10-tree sample.

Abstract Background: Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) play an important role in angiogenesis, immune response, inflammatory response and tumor development and metastasis. m6 A (N6 - methyladenosine) is one of the most common RNA modifications in eukaryotes. The aim of our research was to investigate the potential prognostic value of m6A-related lncRNAs in ovarian cancer (OC).Methods: The data we need for our research was downloaded from the Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) and the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) database. Pearson correlation analysis between 21 m6A regulators and lncRNAs was performed to identify m6A-related lncRNAs. Univariate Cox regression analysis was implemented to screen for lncRNAs with prognostic value. A least absolute shrinkage and selection operator (LASSO) Cox regression and multivariate Cox regression analyses was used to further reduct the lncRNAs with prognostic value and construct a m6A-related lncRNAs signature for predicting the prognosis of OC patients. Results: 275 m6A-related lncRNAs were obtained using pearson correlation analysis. 29 m6A-related lncRNAs with prognostic value was selected through univariate Cox regression analysis. Then, a seven m6A-related lncRNAs signature was identified by LASSO Cox regression. Each patient obtained a riskscore through multivariate Cox regression analyses and the patients were classified into high-and low-risk group using the median riskscore as a cutoff. Kaplan-Meier curve revealed that the patients in high-risk group have poor outcome. The receiver operating characteristic curve revealed that the predictive potential of the m6A-related lncRNAs signature for OC was powerful. The predictive potential of the m6A-related lncRNAs signature was successfully validated in the GSE9891, GSE26193 datasets and our clinical specimens. Multivariate analyses suggested that the m6A-related lncRNAs signature was an independent prognostic factor for OC patients. Moreover, a nomogram based on the expression level of the seven m6A-related lncRNAs was established to predict survival rate of patients with OC. Finally, a competing endogenous RNA (ceRNA) network associated with the seven m6A-related lncRNAs was constructed to understand the possible mechanisms of the m6A-related lncRNAs involed in the progression of OC.Conclusions: In conclusion, our research revealed that the m6A-related lncRNAs may affect the prognosis of OC patients and identified a seven m6A-related lncRNAs signature to predict the prognosis of OC patients.
