Requirement of transparency in all sector is unavoidable, not only in governance but also at public company or regional company especially in carrying out the principles and appropriate policy in accordance with Good Corporate Governance standard. The good corporate governance principles determined by The Minister of ‘BUMN’ consist of: The transparency, Independence, Accountability, Responsibility and Fairness. In the case of transparency, ‘Bapepam’ give an example of the transparency practice for the public company. Some regulation of the transparency practice consist of: (1) Open information, (2) The quality of information, (3) The involvement of competence, (4) The supporter profession, (5) The limit of transaction material and the transaction of conflict interest, (6) Independent Commissary, and (7) Law Enforcement. The regional company of  ‘Pasar Surya’ is the public company owned by the local Government in Surabaya. The writer is interested in uncovering whether ‘Pasar Surya’ has done the transparency what society desires. As the comparison, the writer uses the base regulations of the transparency practice for the public company. The writer pays attention to the characteristic difference at each company. The transparency practice which ‘Pasar Surya’ has done is in accordance with The Regional Regulation and The Mayor’s Decision.Basically ‘Pasar Surya’ has done the transparency activity but it is necessary to re-examine to get the target of good corporate governance.

Abstract: Syarî’ah banking must be optimized earnestly to fulfill the stakeholders interest. The effective implementation of cooporate governance would realize the goal of fairness, accountability, and transparancy.  There are several prior focus of this system manager: basic concept and problems of cooperate governance in syarî’ah banking, the pillars of implementation, and the mechanism.  As a result, to create an effective  cooperate governance of syariah banking, the following aspects must be urgently required: a contract clarity, market discipline, moral dimension, socio-political atmosphere,  law enforcement, and institution. Board of directors, senior management, stockholders, and depositors have important roles to establish the  harmony of syariah banking development. The stakeholders  are directly connected to the mechanism of cooperate governance of syariah banking. Key Words: corporate governance, bank syari’ah, stakeholders, dan mudlârabah

This article discusses the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in the Field of Securing Plantation Assets, especially at PT Perkebunan Nusantara (PTPN) IV. Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in the area of ​​securing assets in PTPN IV can be measured by the three elements of the legal system, namely: the legal substance (the Forestry Law); its legal structure (Law Enforcement Officials: Forestry and Police PPNS); corporate legal culture. The three systems are interrelated with one another. Systemic law enforcement efforts must pay attention to the elements of the legal system because it is the essence of law enforcement. the findings in the field of plantation crime mode are massive and organized. With regard to theft of oil palm, many people believe that it is often carried out by oil palm ninja (simple crime), but in reality theft by "oil palm ninja" is about 10% to 15% only. In reality, there is an oil palm mafia operating in PTPN IV's estates which holds 85% of these oil thieves. 90% organized / serious crime. The criminal act of theft and embezzlement of oil palm FFB (Fresh fruit bunches) in the PTPN IV area is massive and can be categorized as very critical.

Good corporate governance (CG) ensures transparency which makes Kosovo more attractive and valuable for investors or buyers. The transition to a market economy and private ownership transfer issue highlights the CG in Kosovo. This created the prerequisites for the creation of a new system of legal framework and thus a new model CG. The purpose of this paper is to inform interested parties by offering favors of Kosovo for investment. In addition to the literature, for this paper research various reports and data of Kosovo institutions were used and publications of this field online. Kosovo has good potential to offer prospects for foreign direct investment (FDI). FDI in Kosovo are very important for a sustainable economic growth. Government of Kosovo, supported by the international community has made continuous efforts to create an enabling environment and favorable investment. However, lack of law enforcement, high level of corruption, the judiciary and other factors affecting Kosovo has failed to be an attractive place for attracting FDI.

The Company was founded with the goal of increasing the value of the company as well as to provide prosperity for the owners or shareholders. Good Corporate Governance and profitability is an effort to enhance company value. This study aims to determine the influence of good corporate governance to company value with profitability as intervening variable. The population of this research is manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010 - 2014. The sample is taken by using purposive sampling method. Under this method, as many as 123 companies were obtained. The analysis tool to test the hypothesis is path analysis with AMOS software version 21. Data analysis method is descriptive analysis, path analysis, and sobeltest. The results of this study indicate that managerial ownership, the audit committee and the profitability have positive impact toward the of the company value, institutional ownership has positive impact but not significant, non-executive director with negative effect tendency on the company value. The results of this study also showed that profitability cannot mediate the effect of good corporate governance mechanisms on company value. It can be suggested to replace the intervening variable with other variables such as quality of earnings instead of profitability since it is declined as an intervening variable. non-executive director and institutional ownership does not contribute any positive and significant effect on company value and profitability. The following research can use another proxy in the measurement process and consider other theories that could explain comprehensively.

There are many understanding of society, that cash waqf it should not be legal. So is the trust factor of people's money management institutions waqf (Nazhir) is still a constraint. Research conducted in Tabung Wakaf Indonesia (TWI) and Wakaf Al Azhar this analysis method, namely the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG). Here researchers using purposive sampling, followed by giving a score using the Likert Scale. To determine whether the data obtained in the field is valid or not, the researchers used a method tri angular source. The results of the assessment of GCG in TWI and Wakaf Al-Azhar obtain a total score of at Tabung Wakaf Indonesia amounting to 3.15. Then the bias is said that the implementation of GCG at TWI and Wakaf Al-Azhar declared "GOOD ENOUGH". While the results of the evaluation tri angular mention, that the data obtained from the results of research in the field both TWI and in Wakaf Al-Azhar, when compared with the corporate governance principles can be declared invalid according to the KNKG.

This study aims to determine the effect of financial performance and good corporate governance (GCG) on the value of companies in manufacturing companies listed on the stock exchange Indonesia. The type of data used is secondary data in the form of annual report 2016. Population used in this study are all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). This research uses purposive sampling method with total population of 144 companies and sample of 31 companies. The results show that simultaneously ROA, OPM, NPM, KM, and KI have a positive influence on firm value. While partially ROA  have a positive influence on firm value. While OPM, NPM, KM, and KI have no positive influence on firm value).

Development of financial performance in the application of Good Corporate Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility which affects the values of honesty private individuals, in order to be able to run the accountability, value for money, fairness in financial management, transparency, control, and free of conflicts of interest (independence). The main concern in this study is focused on achieving value personal spirituality through the financial performance and capabilities of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in moderating the relationship with the financial performance of value personal spirituality. This study is a descriptive verifikatif. The unit of analysis in this study was 15 companies in Indonesia with a policy that has been applied through the concept since January of 2008 until now, with the support of the annual report of the company, the company's financial statements, company reports to the disclosure of Good Corporate Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility in the annual report. Overall reports published successively during the years 2008-2011. The results of this study indicate financial performance affects the value of personal spirituality, and for variable GCG obtained results that could moderate the relationship of financial performance to the value of personal spirituality. But for the disclosure of CSR variables obtained results can’t moderate the relationship with the financial performance of personal spirituality.
