The features of the final stages of the process of obtaining bromine-containing phthalate-type systems are considered. The factors that influence the quality of the target product were identified and the experiment plan was developed and implemented. As factors affecting the process, the following are selected: a – temperature, K; B – duration of neutralization, h; C – mass fraction of the neutralizing agent, %; D-the ratio of the used mass of the neutralizing agent to its calculated mass by the acid number of the reaction mass. The curves describing the dependence of the response function on various factors are processed using a graphical editor. The obtained curves are analyzed, indicating the presence of extremes and inflection points corresponding to the minimum acid number. Comparison of calculated and experimental data showed that the error of the result obtained by the regression equation is no more than 10%. Using balance calculations, it is established that the implementation of the process of neutralization of bromine-containing phthalate-type systems without a solvent will reduce losses by 3–5 times. Optimal conditions were found to ensure a low acid number of the target product after neutralization: the neutralization temperature is 315 K, the duration of neutralization is 0.5 h, the concentration of potassium hydroxide in an aqueous solution is 11 wt.%, the excess of the neutralizing agent per mol of the calculated 2.44 mol/mol. It is proved that conducting the process without solvents has a positive impact on both technological and economic indicators.the ralizing agent per mol is estimated at 2.44 mol/mol.

Colostomy irrigation (CI) involves instillation of water via the stoma into the colon, where it stimulates peristalsis, causing expulsion of stool and water from the stoma. CI allows colostomates to regain controlled evacuation and faecal continence. A review of the literature suggests that CI is safe and can have a positive impact on key factors affecting quality of life, including flatus, odour and peristomal skin health. CI is also convenient in avoiding the need for frequent disposal of used appliances. All of this has also been shown to improve psychological wellbeing. However, use of CI in the UK remains relatively low. This first article considers the impact of CI on colostomates' quality of life, and the second will explore the barriers to uptake.

Background: The quality of data in electronic health records (EHRs) depends on adherence of clinicians to principles of diagnosis documentation. Objective: A concept mapping (CM) approach was used to extract factors related to quality of clinicians’ documentation that govern EHR data quality. Method: Influential factors extracted from brainstorming sessions were sorted by individual participants, followed by a quantitative analysis using multidimensional scaling and cluster analysis to categorise sorted factors. Finally, a questionnaire was used to elicit the importance-feasibility of the extracted factors. Results were visualised by cluster maps and Go-Zone plots. Result: Factors were classified into seven clusters: “knowledge about International Classification of Diseases and clinical coding,” “need for facilitators and guidelines,” “explaining the importance of the issue and defining responsibilities,” “cooperation of other personnel,” “codify legal requirements,” “workload” and “clinical obstacles,” as ranked by importance. Conclusion: To enhance the quality of EHR data, a collaboration between physicians, nurses, managers and EHR developers is required. CM is an acceptable approach to meet this objective. Our findings highlight the significance of clinical coding knowledge, awareness about its importance and applicability and use of well-structured information systems. In combination, these three factors can have a strong positive impact on the quality of EHR data. Implications: A list of solutions is provided for policymakers, and two interventions suggested, based on the findings of this study, including the adoption of EHRs that incorporate documentation guidelines. We further propose updated clinical training programs and a monitoring and feedback mechanism to facilitate the EHR documentation process.

This study applied SERVQUAL scale of Parasuraman et al to measure factors affecting customer satisfaction on service quality at Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank - An Giang Branch (Techcombank An Giang). The study was conducted to survey 207 customers who have been using the service at Techcombank An Giang. The survey results were analyzed by the Cronbach's Alpha reliability test method, then used Exploratory factor analysis (EFA) to verify and evaluate the scale of service quality. The results of the regression analysis show that customer's satisfaction about service quality at Techcombank An Giang includes four factors: The factor with the highest level is the Empathy with Beta = 0.253, the second of factor is the Responsibility with Beta = 0.248, ranked third in the influence level is the Tangible with Beta = 0.235, and the lowest impact level is the Reliability with Beta = 0.144. The research also uses statistical methods to describe and test the differences of demographic factors with customer's satisfactionon service quality. The analysis results show that there is no difference between customer's satisfaction on service quality and factors such as gender, age, income, number of transaction banks, regular transaction banks, and time to use the service at Techcombank An Giang. Through the research results, the author would like to propose some ideas to improve the quality of services, thereby attracting new customers and importantly, keeping traditional customers because the development orientation of Techcombank is to take care of old customers to cross sell other products of the bank. The Stud results offer a basis for the branch to identify the factors influencing customer satisfaction on their service quality, thereby having an appropriate strategy to improve customer satisfaction.

Zakat is one of the five pillars of Islam which has a function of faith, social and economic functions. Muslims who can pay zakat are required to give at least 2.5 per cent of their wealth. The problem of poverty prevalent in disadvantaged regions because of the difficulty of access to information and communication led to a gap that is so high in wealth and resources. The instrument of zakat provides a paradigm in the achievement of equitable wealth distribution and healthy circulation. Zakat potentially offers a better life and improves the quality of human being. There is a human quality improvement not only in economic terms but also in spiritual terms such as improving religiousity. This study aims to examine the role of zakat to alleviate humanitarian issues in disadvantaged regions such as Sijunjung, one of zakat beneficiaries and impoverished areas in Indonesia. The researcher attempted a Cibest method to capture the impact of zakat beneficiaries before and after becoming a member of Zakat Community Development (ZCD) Program in material and spiritual value. The overall analysis shows that zakat has a positive impact on disadvantaged regions development and enhance the quality of life of the community. There is an improvement in the average of mustahik household incomes after becoming a member of ZCD Program. Cibest model demonstrates that material, spiritual, and absolute poverty index decreased by 10, 5, and 6 per cent. Meanwhile, the welfare index is increased by 21 per cent. These findings have significant implications for developing the quality of life in disadvantaged regions in Sijunjung. Therefore, zakat is one of the instruments to change the status of disadvantaged areas to be equivalent to other areas.

Heart failure (HF) affects more than 5 million people and has an increasing incidence and cost burden. Patients note symptoms of dyspnea and fatigue that result in a decreased quality of life, which has not drastically improved over the past decades despite advances in therapies. The assessment of exercise capacity can provide information regarding patient diagnosis and prognosis, while doubling as a potential future therapy. clinically, there is acceptance that exercise is safe in hf and can have a positive impact on morbidity and quality of life, although evidence for improvement in mortality is still lacking. specific prescriptions for exercise training have not been developed because many variables and confounding factors have prevented research trials from demonstrating an ideal regimen. Physicians are becoming more aware of the indices and goals for hf patients in exercise testing and therapy to provide comprehensive cardiac care. it is further postulated that a combination of exercise training and pharmacologic therapy may eventually provide the most benefits to those suffering from hf.
