This research aims to determine the impact of visionary leadership, learning organization, and innovative behavior on the performance of Functional Officers of Customs and Excise Inspectors at Tanjung Priok Customs and Excise Main Service Office. The research was conducted at Tanjung Priok Customs and Excise Service Office using the number of samples of 78 Functional Officers of Customs and Excise Inspectors. The sample was selected using simple random sampling technique. Data collection was done by using questionnaire and data analysis using path analysis. The results showed that 1) visionary leadership, learning organization and innovative behavior have a direct and positive impact on performance, 2) visionary leadership, and learning organization have a direct and positive impact on innovative behavior and 3) visionary leadership have a direct and positive impact on learning organization. The conclusion of this research is to improve the performance of Functional Officer of Customs and Excise Inspectors at TanjungPriok Customs and Excise Main Service Office, it is necessary to increase the aspect of visionary leadership from Head of Main Service Office, learning organization at Main Service Office and innovative behavior at Functional Officers of Customs and Excise Inspectors. Abstract. The high public interest in cake and bakery products has made many people join online baking classes. Some of them enrolled on Titan Baking Course. To build and maintain customer loyalty, and to prevent customers from switching to another course, Titan Baking Course conducted Marketing Public Relation activities in the form of free online baking demo. This study aims to measure the impact of the Marketing Public Relations on customer loyalty in Titan Baking Course. By using a quantitative approach, this study aims to find out how the causality relationship between the independent variable (X) is the Marketing Public Relations with the dependent variable (Y), namely Customer Loyalty. Respondents were selected using probability sampling technique, namely simple random sampling. From the results of the study, it was found that the Marketing Public Relations of the Titan Baking Course had a positive impact on Customer Loyalty and had an influence strength of 38%. Thus an understanding that customer loyalty in Titan Baking Couse is influenced by the Marketing Public Relations by 38%. While the other 62% is determined by other factors not included in this study. Abstrak. Tingginya minat masyarakat terhadap produk kue dan roti membuat banyak orang mengikuti kelas pelatihan membuat kue secara daring, salah satunya di Titan Baking Course. Untuk membentuk dan mempertahankan loyalitas pelanggan, serta mencegah agar pelanggan tidak beralih ke tempat kursus lainnya, banyak cara yang dilakukan oleh Titan Baking Course. Salah satunya dengan melakukan kegiatan Marketing Public Relations berupa baking demo online tak berbayar. Penelitian yang dilakukan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh pelaksanaan Marketing Public Relations terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada Titan Baking Course. Dengan pendekatan yang bersifat kuantitatif, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana hubungan sebab akibat antara variabel independen (X) yaitu Marketing Public Relations dengan variabel dependen (Y) yaitu loyalitas pelanggan. Responden dipilih dengan menggunakan metode probability sampling berupa simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan, terdapat fakta bahwa Marketing Public Relations Titan Baking Course berdampak positif terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan dan memiliki kekuatan pengaruh sebesar 38%. Sedangkan 62% lainnya ditentukan oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak termasuk dalam kajian penelitian ini.

The research is proposed to test the influence of Leadership and Motivation Work on Public Service Quality. The population in this study was the Kantor Kementerian Agama Sungai Penuh who had received the last 1 year service at the Kantor Kementerian Agama Sungai Penuh, amounting to 260 people. Furthermore, by using the Slovin formula, a sample size of 158 people was chosen with a sampling technique based on Simple Random Sampling. This study uses primary data and secondary data. Data analysis techniques used are path analysis and hypothesis testing using t test with data analysis using SPSS version 20. The results of the study based on showing that partially the Leadership and motivation work have a positive and significant effect on Public Service Quality. The results also show that motivation work variables act as intervening variables between Leadership and Public Service Quality.

Sustainable economic development does not occur without entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship is the practice of starting new organizations or revitalizing mature organizations. This study therefore is done to analyse the impact of innovation, technology and on the entrepreneurial development activities in Nigeria. Simple random sampling technique was used to select a total of 12 entrepreneurs from Lagos State that constituted our sample size. The primary data consists of a number of items in well- structured questionnaire that was administered to and completed by the respondents. Regression analysis was used to analyse the data. The results showed that there is significant relationship between technological innovation and entrepreneurship development in Nigeria. It is therefore recommended that government should create a friendly or an enabling environment for entrepreneurship and consumer goods to boost the Nigeria economy.

This research objective to determine the satisfaction, discipline, and motivation of employees of PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi Bekasi, and also to determine satisfaction and discipline of influence on work motivation the employee of PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi Bekasi. There are 90 employees of PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi Bekasi as a sample in this study. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling techniques. Observation and questionnaire methods are used in collecting the data. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results of the descriptive analysis show the good realization of job satisfaction (average score 3.63) and employee work discipline (average score 3.61) so that it has a positive impact on employee work motivation (average score 3.57). These results are supported by Bekasi Tirta Bhagasasi PDAM data in 2018 which obtained a level of realization of workforce satisfaction of 61.38% (sufficient category), the value of realization of employee work discipline at 5.80% (sufficient category), and the level of realization of labor motivation of 60.71% (sufficient category). t value calculated job satisfaction (b1) = 9,133 with a significance of 0,000 (<= 0.05) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that job satisfaction has a significant effect on the work motivation of PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi Bekasi employees. T value is calculated work discipline (b2) = 5.535 with a significance of 0,000 (<= 0.05) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that work discipline has a significant effect on the work motivation of PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi Bekasi employees.

<em>This study aims to determine the Effect of Leadership and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance of PT. Kao Indonesia. The population in this study amounted to 300 employees. By using the Slovin formula a sample of 75 employees was obtained. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. This study uses a quantitative approach, data for this study were obtained through a questionnaire that was filled out by respondents who had been determined. The data analysis method used is a simple and multiple linear regression analysis method. The research results partially show that leadership has a significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance. While simultaneously leadership variables and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Kao Indonesia.</em>

<div><p>Teachers often find themselves frustrated at work because of conflicting expectations concerning their professional and social roles within the community. This paper looks at the effect of teachers’ perception of their profession on their satisfaction at job and performance. The authors employ a survey design in private schools in Yei Town, South Sudan to establish the impact of these perceptions. Simple random sampling technique was used to select the respondents from ten private schools. The respondents’ therefore included 10 head teachers, 100 teachers giving a total of 110 respondents. Questionnaires were used for data collection. Data collected was analysed by the use of Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 12.0 was and presented in frequencies and percentages and a regression analysis performed to establish the relationships among the variables. The study findings indicated that a considerable number of the teachers (38.9%) indicated that teacher’s own perception of their own profession does not affect the teachers’ job satisfaction and performance.</p></div>

Raising financial literation and inclusion of financial can developing small micro entrepreneurship (UMKM) because the agent of UMKM can undesrtand the basic concept of financial product, planning and good management financial, also protecting then from deception and unhealthy work from financial market. This research purposes to know the affection of financial literation and financial inclusion toward developing UMKM work in Sidoarjo area. This research is used ex-post facto with the quantitative approaching. The collected data of the research based on the interview and quetioner distribution with sampling technique which is simple random sampling. Technique of data analysis in this research is analysis of linier double regression with helping program SPSS computer. The result of this research can conclude that financial literation and financial inclusive prove that be an affected factor of developing work UMKM in Sidoarjo. Zakat is one of the pillars of Islam that every capable Muslim must do. One of the institutions that manage zakat funds is the National Zakat Agency (BAZNAS). This study aims to partially and simultaneously examine the effect of promotion and service quality on people's interest in paying zakat through BAZNAS, Indragiri Hilir Regency. This type of research is field research. The data used in this study were primary and secondary. 87 Respondents in this study were Muzakki in BAZNAS Indragiri Hilir Regency. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. The data collection methods were questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique partially used the t-test and simultaneously used the Anova test. The results showed that either partially or simultaneously, promotion and service quality had a significant influence on people's interest in paying zakat in BAZNAS, Indragiri Hilir Regency.
