Abstract. The high public interest in cake and bakery products has made many people join online baking classes. Some of them enrolled on Titan Baking Course. To build and maintain customer loyalty, and to prevent customers from switching to another course, Titan Baking Course conducted Marketing Public Relation activities in the form of free online baking demo. This study aims to measure the impact of the Marketing Public Relations on customer loyalty in Titan Baking Course. By using a quantitative approach, this study aims to find out how the causality relationship between the independent variable (X) is the Marketing Public Relations with the dependent variable (Y), namely Customer Loyalty. Respondents were selected using probability sampling technique, namely simple random sampling. From the results of the study, it was found that the Marketing Public Relations of the Titan Baking Course had a positive impact on Customer Loyalty and had an influence strength of 38%. Thus an understanding that customer loyalty in Titan Baking Couse is influenced by the Marketing Public Relations by 38%. While the other 62% is determined by other factors not included in this study. Abstrak. Tingginya minat masyarakat terhadap produk kue dan roti membuat banyak orang mengikuti kelas pelatihan membuat kue secara daring, salah satunya di Titan Baking Course. Untuk membentuk dan mempertahankan loyalitas pelanggan, serta mencegah agar pelanggan tidak beralih ke tempat kursus lainnya, banyak cara yang dilakukan oleh Titan Baking Course. Salah satunya dengan melakukan kegiatan Marketing Public Relations berupa baking demo online tak berbayar. Penelitian yang dilakukan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh pelaksanaan Marketing Public Relations terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada Titan Baking Course. Dengan pendekatan yang bersifat kuantitatif, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana hubungan sebab akibat antara variabel independen (X) yaitu Marketing Public Relations dengan variabel dependen (Y) yaitu loyalitas pelanggan. Responden dipilih dengan menggunakan metode probability sampling berupa simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan, terdapat fakta bahwa Marketing Public Relations Titan Baking Course berdampak positif terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan dan memiliki kekuatan pengaruh sebesar 38%. Sedangkan 62% lainnya ditentukan oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak termasuk dalam kajian penelitian ini.

This research aims to determine the impact of visionary leadership, learning organization, and innovative behavior on the performance of Functional Officers of Customs and Excise Inspectors at Tanjung Priok Customs and Excise Main Service Office. The research was conducted at Tanjung Priok Customs and Excise Service Office using the number of samples of 78 Functional Officers of Customs and Excise Inspectors. The sample was selected using simple random sampling technique. Data collection was done by using questionnaire and data analysis using path analysis. The results showed that 1) visionary leadership, learning organization and innovative behavior have a direct and positive impact on performance, 2) visionary leadership, and learning organization have a direct and positive impact on innovative behavior and 3) visionary leadership have a direct and positive impact on learning organization. The conclusion of this research is to improve the performance of Functional Officer of Customs and Excise Inspectors at TanjungPriok Customs and Excise Main Service Office, it is necessary to increase the aspect of visionary leadership from Head of Main Service Office, learning organization at Main Service Office and innovative behavior at Functional Officers of Customs and Excise Inspectors. This research is to investigate the impact of e-marketing on business performance in Northern Malaysia. This research will investigate the impact of e-marketing on business performance towards e-marketing orientation, perceived relative advantage, customer pressure and level of competition. The target respondent for this research are SMEs companies and entrepreneur with companies. Furthermore, the questionnaires were distributed through online by using simple random sampling technique. In result, 30 set of questionnaires were collected to see whether all the impact of e-marketing on business performance. This research will be analysed by using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 25. SPSS will be using to conduct descriptive analysis, frequency analysis, correlation analysis, reliability test and multiple regression analysis. Additionally, this research shows the result which independent variable that consists e-marketing orientation, perceived relative advantage, customer pressure and level of competition has no positive relationship between strategic business performance. Meanwhile, independent variable for convenience shows that there is a positive relationship towards dependent variable. Moreover, this research shows the clearer overview regarding the impact of e-marketing towards strategic business performance. Lastly, the limitation on doing this research were identified and implication for further research were recommended.

ABSTRAK Pendahuluan : Pola asuh orangtua dalam perkembangan teknologi dan informasi saat ini sangat diperlukan, agar anak dapat mengikuti perkembangan teknologi dengan positif. Untuk mendapatkan dampak positif dan menghindarkan anak dari dampak negatif, diperlukan upaya pengelolaan yang baik, tergantung pola asuh orang tua. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 160 siswa menggunakan teknik  simple random sampling. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah pola asuh orang tua sedangkan variabel dependennya yaitu kecanduan gadget. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebar secara langsung kuesioner  kepada responden dengan menggunakan kuesioner PSDQ (Parental Style and Dimension Questionnaire) dan SAS (Smartphone Addiction Scale). Hasil: Dari 160 responden, didapatkan bahwa sebagian besar anak mendapatkan pola asuh authoritative dengan persentase 91,2% (146 responden) dengan tingkat adiksii yaitu, adiksi rendah dengan persentase 25,6% (41 responden), adiksi sedang dengan persentase 35,6 % (57 responden), dan adiksi tinggi dengan persentase 30,0 % ( 48 responden). Kesimpulan: Kecanduan gadget yang terjadi pada remaja dipengaruhi oleh jenis pola asuh yang didapatkan. Diharapkan orang tua menerapkan pola asuh yang benar dan sesuai agar anak tidak mengalami kecanduan gadget serta peneliti selanjutnya dapat memperhatikan faktor-faktor lain yang dapat mempengaruhi kecanduan gadget. Dapat juga memperluas populasi dan sampel untuk memperluas generelisasi. Kata kunci: pola asuh orang tua, kecanduan gadget ABSTRACT Introduction: Parenting parenting in the development of technology and information is now very necessary, so that children can follow the development of technology positively. To get a positive impact and prevent children from negative impacts, good management efforts are needed, depending on the parenting style. Method: This study used a quantitative design with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were 160 students using simple random sampling technique. The independent variable in this study is parenting while the dependent variable is gadget addiction. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires directly to respondents using the PSDQ (Parental Style and Dimension Questionnaire) and SAS (Smartphone Addiction Scale) questionnaires. Result: The results of this study indicate that the majority of children who are addicted to gadgets get authoritative parenting with a percentage of 91.2% (146 respondents), consisting of low addiction with a percentage of 25.6% (41 respondents), moderate addiction , 6% (57 respondents), and 30.0% (48 respondents). Conclusion: Gadgets addiction that occurs in adolescents is influenced by the type of parenting that is obtained. It is expected that parents apply appropriate and appropriate parenting so that children do not experience gadget addiction and researchers can then pay attention to other factors that can affect gadget addiction. This research had goal to discover those impact from Brand Image, Sales Promotion, Service Quality on Customer Loyalty with Customer Satisfaction as intervening variable which occured at X Department Store Kota Kasablanka Jakarta. The number of respondents was 100 respondents which obtained by simple random sampling technique. This research used path analysis with assist of IBM SPSS Statistics version 25 program. The results had shown that brand image, sales promotion, service quality had significant positive impact on customer loyalty by customer satisfaction as intervening variable at X Department Store in Kota Kasablanka Jakarta.

Sustainable economic development does not occur without entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship is the practice of starting new organizations or revitalizing mature organizations. This study therefore is done to analyse the impact of innovation, technology and on the entrepreneurial development activities in Nigeria. Simple random sampling technique was used to select a total of 12 entrepreneurs from Lagos State that constituted our sample size. The primary data consists of a number of items in well- structured questionnaire that was administered to and completed by the respondents. Regression analysis was used to analyse the data. The results showed that there is significant relationship between technological innovation and entrepreneurship development in Nigeria. It is therefore recommended that government should create a friendly or an enabling environment for entrepreneurship and consumer goods to boost the Nigeria economy.

The topic of the research is Customer Satisfaction (CS) and Customer Loyalty (CL); special reference to the leading supermarkets in Jaffna. The objective of the research is to identify the impact of Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty of leading Supermarkets in Jaffna, Sri Lanka. The research is simply deductive approach to find out the impact between Customer satisfaction and Customer loyalty. Quantitative method is available based on primary data. At present there are 08 numbers of supermarkets functioning in Jaffna district and popular three were selected. Random sampling technique is used to collect the data from customers of supermarkets in selected area. The analysis is carried out using a sample of 240 customers in Jaffna and only 218 were taken to analyze. ‘Statistical Package for Social Sciences’ (SPSS) 22.0 version was used in order to analyze the data. Correlation was used to find the connection between Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty. Also Regression analysis is used to predict the value of a variable based on the value of two or more other variables. Also found that about 40 percent connection between Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty and also found around 16% affect by Customer satisfaction to Customer loyalty.

This research is to observe the purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of breastfeeding toward the development of children aged 6 - 12 months living in RW 04 Sambibulu Village, Taman Sub-district, Sidoarjo. The design of  research was analytic  retrospective  study. The population involved 29 couples with their children aged 6  -  12 months living in the above mentioned region. The simple random sampling technique was used to take 27 couples as the samples of research. The independent variable of this research was breastfeeding, whereas the dependent one was  the child’s development. Questionnaires of breast and checklist of KPSP (Pre Screening Questionnaire for Child Development) were used to collect the data which analyzed by using Mann-Whitney’s statistic test with the significance level α = 0.05, it means that there was a relationship between breastfeeding and  the development of children p (0.000) < α (0.05)

This research objective to determine the satisfaction, discipline, and motivation of employees of PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi Bekasi, and also to determine satisfaction and discipline of influence on work motivation the employee of PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi Bekasi. There are 90 employees of PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi Bekasi as a sample in this study. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling techniques. Observation and questionnaire methods are used in collecting the data. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results of the descriptive analysis show the good realization of job satisfaction (average score 3.63) and employee work discipline (average score 3.61) so that it has a positive impact on employee work motivation (average score 3.57). These results are supported by Bekasi Tirta Bhagasasi PDAM data in 2018 which obtained a level of realization of workforce satisfaction of 61.38% (sufficient category), the value of realization of employee work discipline at 5.80% (sufficient category), and the level of realization of labor motivation of 60.71% (sufficient category). t value calculated job satisfaction (b1) = 9,133 with a significance of 0,000 (<= 0.05) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that job satisfaction has a significant effect on the work motivation of PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi Bekasi employees. T value is calculated work discipline (b2) = 5.535 with a significance of 0,000 (<= 0.05) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that work discipline has a significant effect on the work motivation of PDAM Tirta Bhagasasi Bekasi employees.
