The objective of the research is to find out the effect of supervision, motivation, andwork commitment to the employee performance at DirektoratJenderalBimbinganMasyarakat Islam Kementerian Agama Republik Indonesia.Survey was applied in this study which data have been analyzed by path analysis after all variables put into correlation matrix and multiple regression. In this research, the employee have been chosen as a unit analysis and 150 samples selected randomly. The results of the study found that employee performance was directly influenced by supervision, motivation, and work commitment. And indirectly, employee performance is influenced by the supervisory variable and the motivation variable through work commitment, this shows that the commitment variable is not a good mediating variable. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the variation of Supervision, Motivation and Commitment each has an effect on employee performance, but the motivation variable is more dominant in influencing employee performance, for that it is suggested to the leadership element that to improve employee motivation performance becomes a benchmark in the success of organizational performance. . The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture, personality, and job satisfaction towards employee’s performance in the Directorate General of Industrial Resilience and International Access Development. This research tried to answer problems about the performance issues with increasing evidence of a decreased of organizational performance backed by its employees’ performance assessment data. The research was conducted on performance involving 79 employees that had been selected from a target Populations of 99 employees by using the quantitative approach with path analysis methods. The research of hypothesis testing shows that: (1) organizational culture had a direct positive effect on performance; (2) personality had a direct positive effect on performance; (3) job satisfaction had a direct positive effect on performance; (4) organizational culture had a direct positive effect on job satisfaction: (5) personality had a direct positive effect on job satisfaction: Therefore, to improve the employee performance in the Directorate General of Industrial Resilience and International Access Development an increase is organizational culture, personality and job satisfaction need to be done. Abstract: The research is intended to explain the relationship between employee performance and organizational culture, leadership and decision making. The research used 100 randomly selected samples and analyzed the data using path analysis by inserting all variables into the correlation matrix. The results of the analysis showed decision making was directly influenced by organizational culture and leadership. Then the performance of employees is directly and indirectly influenced by leadership and decision making. But the performance of employees is not directly illuminated by the culture of the organization. Based on the findings explained that variations in employee performance changes can occur due to influenced organizational culture, leadership and decision making. Therefore, the management of employee performance, organizational culture, leadership and decision making should be included in the strategic plan of human resource development at the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Indonesia. The need to include other variables to estimate employee performance in subsequent research.Keywords: organizational culture, leadership, decision making, employee performance

The presented study examines the value and motivational aspects of employee personality in the monetary and financial sector in 2017–2019.Aim. The study aims to perform a sociological analysis of value and motivational aspects and to substantiate their regulatory role in improving employee performance in the monetary and financial sector.Tasks. Based on the proposed methodology for the diagnostics of the value and motivational aspects of employee personality in the monetary and financial sector, the author performs an empirical analysis of the professional activity of different employee categories, identifies the major orientations and preferences, and develops a five-step plan to improve employee motivation in professional activity.Methods. The theoretical and methodological basis of this study includes findings of Russian and foreign authors in the field of value systems, motives, personal priorities, their formation, dynamics, and impact on individual and social development.Results. The study determines the essence of value and motivational aspects; develops a refined methodology for the diagnostics of the value and motivational aspects of employee personality in the monetary and financial sector; performs a comparative analysis of value and motivational aspects, including detection of statistically significant differences depending on employee affiliation with professional qualification and status groups; identifies patterns in the dynamics of the value-semantic space of monetary and financial organizations in the field of social and labor relations.Conclusions. The main conclusion to be drawn from this study is that the structure of value and motivational aspects, which are an attribute of the quality and performance of employee labor in the monetary and financial sector, differs significantly depending on employee affiliation with a certain status or professional qualification group. Analysis, modeling, and monitoring of the value and motivational aspects that characterize certain social and professional roles, interpretation of this information and its application in the regulation of social and labor relations are the crucial componentsof management of labor quality and organizational performance.

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, competence, compensation on employee performance and the impact on organizational performance on the employees of the Directorate General of Agricultural Infrastructure and Facilities. This study used a survey method by distributing questionnaires to employees of the Directorate General of Agricultural Infrastructure and Facilities. As the respondent. This research method uses quantitative methods with technical analysis of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the AMOS version 22 application. The research sample used in this study were 158 respondents. The results showed that leadership style, competence and compensation directly had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Leadership style, competence and compensation directly have a positive and significant effect on organizational performance. Leadership style, competence and compensation indirectly have a positive and significant effect on organizational performance through employee performance.

<em>Organizational learning has the potential to improve organizational performance. For any organization to sustain long term benefits it requires to establish a mechanism to tap the knowledge and use this knowledge in taking future decisions. This study tries to capture the role of Organizational Learning and Employee Motivation and its impact on the Employees’ Performance. The study is exploratory and descriptive in nature. The questionnaire used for primary data collection has its items collected and derived from various standardized questionnaires available. The analysis of the primary data shows that there is a positive correlation between Organizational Learning and Organizational Performance. On understanding Herzberg theory of motivation the study came to conclusion that employees consider hygiene factors of motivation more significant than the motivator factors. The motivation level of employees in an organization has positive impact on the overall performance of any organization. The study helps the organizations to understand the relationship between learning and performance considering motivation as a mediating variable. </em>

The purpose of this study is to find out and explain the effect of competence and motivation on organizational commitment and its implications for employee performance, which in this case is the performance of the PBC Audit Functional Officer at the Directorate General of Customs and Excise, Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia. The research method uses a quantitative approach, which became the population in this study were 318 PBC Audit Functional Officers of the Directorate General of Customs and Excise. The selection of sample is done by simple random sampling technique (Slovin 10% error tolerance), so that 77 respondents are determined. Data collection techniques that used are interviews and questionnaire instruments. The questionnaire survey instrument was randomly delivered to the PBC Audit Functional Officer at the Directorate General of Customs and Excise. The data is analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) with the Smart PLS 3.0 software program. This study revealed that competence, motivation and commitment organizational had a significant positive effect on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. Besides that, organizational commitment variable does not mediate competence and motivation variables on employee performance.

This research was conducted at PT Sejahtera Indobali Trada Tabanan Branch. The number of samples taken is 54 employees, with the method used is a saturated sample. Data collection was obtained from the results of interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used the classic assumption test, path analysis (path analysis), sobel test and VAF test. The results of the study are career development has a positive and significant effect on employee motivation. Career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect in mediating the relationship between career development and employee performance. The objective of this study is to analyze the effect of leadership style and employee engagement on employee performance at Bank BJB branch of South Tangerang.  The method used is descriptive quantitative, survey, with questionnaire, and with the technique of path analysis. Sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data obtained using a measurement tool in the form of a questionnaire was processed using SPSS 25, to know the effect of each variable. Data analysis methods used, partial regression analysis and multiple regression combined with path analysis to further clarify the relationship between variables. The results of this study showed that there is: negative and insignificant direct effect between Leadership Style variable on Employee Performance, obtained path coefficient of 0.258 with a significance of t of 0.595. The positive and significant direct effect between the Leadership Style variable on the Employee Engagement variable, obtained a path coefficient of 0.505 with a significance T of 0.000. The effectiveness of the leadership style of a leader depends on factors of organizational culture, authority possessed, goals, ability to influence, both formal and informal. Attachment or involvement of subordinates influences very significantly on organizational performance, and good performance is a performance that follows procedures according to established standards, and with several criteria in order to increase productivity therefore it is expected to run in accordance with what is desired..

This study aims to: (1) to analyze the influence of compensation on employee loyalty, (2) to analyze the effect of the performance of the employee against employee loyalty, (3) to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employee loyalty, and (3) to analyze the effect of compensation, employee performance and satisfaction working simultaneously on employee loyalty. The research method used descriptive-quantitative approach path analysis. Path analysis is atechnique for analyzing the causal relationships that occur in multiple regression if the independent variables affect the dependent variable not only directly, but also indirectly. The results of this study concluded that: first, compensation Directly Affects the loyalty. Second, the performance Directly Affects the loyalty. Third, satisfaction Directly Affects the loyalty. Fourth, Compensation indirect effect on loyalty through the performance and through. Fifth, Performance indirect effect on loyalty through compensation amounting and through the satisfaction. And sixth, Satisfaction indirect effect on loyalty through compensation of and through the performance.

This study aimed to determine the effect of leadership style, compensation, and work commitment on company performance at PT. Pura Barutama partially and simultaneously. The research method uses descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach. The sampling used is a saturated sample is all of the population is sampled. The number of samples in this study was 70 respondents. The analysis uses path analysis using the SPSS program. The results obtained: 1) The leadership style variable affects the company's performance. 2) The compensation variable affects the company's performance. 3) The work commitment variable affects the company's performance. 4) The influence of leadership style on company performance through employee work commitment is smaller than the indirect effect, so it can be said that the work commitment variable is not intervening. 5) While the effect of compensation on employee performance through work commitment is smaller than the indirect effect, so it can be said that the work commitment variable is not intervening. 6) The variables of leadership style, compensation and work commitment affect the company's performance simultaneously.
