This study aims to: (1) to analyze the influence of compensation on employee loyalty, (2) to analyze the effect of the performance of the employee against employee loyalty, (3) to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employee loyalty, and (3) to analyze the effect of compensation, employee performance and satisfaction working simultaneously on employee loyalty. The research method used descriptive-quantitative approach path analysis. Path analysis is atechnique for analyzing the causal relationships that occur in multiple regression if the independent variables affect the dependent variable not only directly, but also indirectly. The results of this study concluded that: first, compensation Directly Affects the loyalty. Second, the performance Directly Affects the loyalty. Third, satisfaction Directly Affects the loyalty. Fourth, Compensation indirect effect on loyalty through the performance and through. Fifth, Performance indirect effect on loyalty through compensation amounting and through the satisfaction. And sixth, Satisfaction indirect effect on loyalty through compensation of and through the performance.

This study aimed to determine the effect of leadership style, compensation, and work commitment on company performance at PT. Pura Barutama partially and simultaneously. The research method uses descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach. The sampling used is a saturated sample is all of the population is sampled. The number of samples in this study was 70 respondents. The analysis uses path analysis using the SPSS program. The results obtained: 1) The leadership style variable affects the company's performance. 2) The compensation variable affects the company's performance. 3) The work commitment variable affects the company's performance. 4) The influence of leadership style on company performance through employee work commitment is smaller than the indirect effect, so it can be said that the work commitment variable is not intervening. 5) While the effect of compensation on employee performance through work commitment is smaller than the indirect effect, so it can be said that the work commitment variable is not intervening. 6) The variables of leadership style, compensation and work commitment affect the company's performance simultaneously.

Government agencies' service standards have been established based on MENPAN Decree No. 25/2004. Therefore it is necessary to review the giving of work motivation, so that job satisfaction and performance can be improved again. The purpose of this research is to measure and analyze the direct and indirect effects of service quality, work motiva-tion, on job satisfaction and performance and to measure and analyze the direct influence and indirect effect between job satisfactions on employee performance. The sample of the study consisted of 200 people taxpayers service staff Palangka Raya BPPRD Office. Research data in the form of primary and secondary data obtained through observation and questionnaires. Data were analyzed using path analysis, while the job satisfaction variable was an intervening varia-ble and performance was the dependent variable (the dependent variable). From the results of path analysis where the direct effect between service quality on job satisfaction and on performance has a significant effect, and work motiva-tion on job satisfaction is not significant. While the indirect effect (indirect effects) quality of service on performance through job satisfaction with a coefficient of 0.115 is greater than work motivation on performance through job satis-faction by 0.030, meaning that work motivation on performance through job satisfaction has a non-significant effect.

Bambu Tirta Engineering. The research was conducted at PT. Bambu Tirta Engineering with a research sample of 64 respondents. The sampling technique uses saturated samples. Methods of data analysis using descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis with path analysis. The results showed that: 1) there is an effect of motivation and job satisfaction on work discipline, 2) there is an effect of motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance, 3) there is an effect of work discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Bambu Tirta Engineering and 4) there is no influence between motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance through work discipline PT. Bambu Tirta Engineering. This means that the direct effect is greater than the indirect effect, the work discipline variable cannot mediate between motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. This research aims to 1) describe the description of Job Satisfaction, Employee Loyalty, and Performance. 2) analyze the effect of Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance. 3) to analyze the influence of Job Satisfaction on Loyalty. 4) to analyze the effect of the influence of loyalty on employee performance. 5) to analyze the influence of Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance through Loyalty as an Intervening Variable in the Credit Union Cooperative, East Kutai Regency, East Kalimantan. The sample in this study was 68 employees. The analysis technique uses path analysis. The results of the analysis show that job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a significant effect on loyalty. Besides, loyalty has a significant effect on employee performance. And job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance through loyalty. loyalty moderates job satisfaction on employee performance. Loyalty is the most important part to be noticed and considered by upper management because through loyalty employee work results can be achieved and employee performance increases.

As benefits an organization, one of the strategic functions play an important role in banking is its human resources. This aim of the research was to find out the significant influence of compensation and job satisfaction on employee performance through job motivation, either directly or indirectly. The objectof the research were bank employees in Merauke City. The data consisted of primary data obtained using questionnaire give to respondents related to compensation, job satisfaction, motivation and performance of employees. The data were analyzed using quantitative approach through path analysis to test the hypothesis. The results of the research indicate that (1) compensation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant influence on job motivation, (2) compensation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant influence on employees performance. (3) compensation indirectly has a positive and significant influence on employees performance through job motivation, and (4) job satisfaction indirectly has a positive and significant influence on employess performance through job motivation of bank employees' in Merauke City.

The development of cosmetics industry in Indonesia is currently in good condition. People, especially women, are increasingly aware of the importance of cosmetics ranging from the use for important events to as daily necessities. The roles of lifestyle through activity, interest, and opinion play a major role in determining a person's decision especially in terms of making a purchase (Sathis and Rajamohan, 2008). Other than lifestyle brand image play and important role in customer buying decision of lipstick. Path analysis are conducted in order to determine the impact of both factor on buying decision.Furthermore, the method analyze the causal relationships that occur in multiple regression analysts if the independent variables affect other variables either partially or simultaneously.Results show the significance of the model which show that both lifestyle and brand image gave impact on lipstick buying decisionby 75.6% and 24.4% are influenced by other variables not explained in the research. All in all it become more concise to say that lifestyle and brand image are take depth root in customer decision making processes.

This study aims to determine the effect of training, job satisfaction and employee engagement on millennial generation performance at PT Midi Utama Indonesia in Makassar. Training and job satisfaction act as independent variables, performance as the dependent variable and employee engagement as an intervening variable. This research is a quantitative study using path analysis. Subjects in this study were 52 store employees of Alfa Midi. The data in this study were obtained by questionnaire and then processed using SPSS. The results showed that training had no significant effect on employee engagement, job satisfaction had a significant effect on employee engagement, employee engagement had a significant effect on performance, training had no significant effect on performance, job satisfaction had no effect on performance, training had no significant effect on employee performance through variables employee engagement, and job satisfaction significantly influence employee performance through employee engagement variables.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of discipline and self-leadership on the performance of the Directorate of Shipping and Maritime employees. The research method used in this study is a survey with the type of correlational research. The results showed the value of the correlation coefficient between leadership style and employee performance amounted to 0.613, leadership style can contribute to improving employee performance that is 37.5%. Furthermore, the correlation coefficient between work discipline and employee performance is 0.710, meaning that work discipline also contributes high enough to improve employee performance by 50.4%. Furthermore, the results of correlation and multiple regression of leadership style, and work discipline together with employee performance obtained a large correlation coefficient of 0.759 or 57.6%. In conclusion, the three independent variables are leadership style (X1), and work discipline (X2), which are variables that need attention. In other words, that the three independent variables are leadership style (X1), and work discipline (X2) are variables that are effective enough to improve employee performance. This study aims to see the relationship between empowerment and job satisfaction on employee performance in Majalengka Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach, with survey methods and path analysis techniques. The sample in this study were employees in the Majalengka environment with a sample size of 80 employees. The data collection technique in this research is by using a questionnaire containing several lists of statements. The results showed that (1) employee performance was directly affected by empowerment. Increased empowerment would result in an increase in performance of 3.2%. (2) Increased job satisfaction will result in an increase in employee performance by 19%. (3) job satisfaction is directly affected by empowerment, increasing empowerment will result in an increase in satisfaction by 12%.
