The objective of the research is to obtain the direct effect of organizational culture and achievement motivation on the headmasters’ performance. The study was conducted at Bangka Regency and Pangkalpinang  town in Bangka Belitung Province in 2010 by using a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis and 36 samples selected by simple random sampling.The finding of the research are: (1) there is a positive direct effect of organizational culture on headmasters’ performance; (2) there is a positive direct effect of  achievement motivation on headmasters’ performance; and (3) there is a positive direct effect of organizational culture on achievement motivation.Based on these findings, it could be concluded that any changing or variation occured at headmasters’ performance might have been directly significant effected by achievement motivation and organizational culture.Therefore, when we want to minimaze the variation which occurred in headmasters’ performance, these factors such as achievement motivation and organizational culture are necessary to be taken into account.

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of organizational culture and interpersonal communication on the work attitude of private junior high school teachers in Tanjung Priok district. This research was conducted using survey method with quantitative approach and path analysis technique. The populations in this study were 307 teachers with 75 research samples of teachers selected using simple random sampling technique. Data were obtained through questionnaire and analyzed using path analysis technique. Based on the results of data analysis in this study, it can be concluded: (1) organizational culture has a direct positive influence on teacher work attitude; (2) interpersonal communication also has a positive direct effect on teacher work attitude; (3) organizational culture has a positive direct effect on interpersonal communication. Therefore, work attitude can be developed through the improvement of organizational culture and interpersonal communication.

The objective of this research was to understand the effect of supervision and intrinsic motivation to the crativity of private catholic elementary schools teachers in east Jakarta. The research uses a survey method with path analysis was applied in testing hypothesis. It was conducted to 187 teachers at Private Catholic Elementary Schools as the respondents which were selected by random sampling technique. The result of the research as follows: (1). Supervision of a positive direct effect on crativity, (2). Intrinsic motivation positive direct effect on creativity and (3). Supervision positive direct effect on intrinsic motivation .

The purpose of this research is to know the effect of organizational culture and self-esteem toward teacher’s achievement junior high school in east of Jakarta.The research was conducted using survey method with quantitative approach and path analysis technique. The population of this research is 200 teachers. Research samples selected as much as 133 teachers using proportional random sampling technique. The data obtained through questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis techniques. Based on the results of data analysis in this research it is concluded: (1) the organizational culture have positive direct effect to achievement; (2) the self-esteem have positive direct effect to achievement; (3) the organizational culture have positive direct effect to self-esteem. The achievement can be improved through improvement of organizational culture and self-esteem

The objective research is to obtain information concerning to the effect of environment and self efficacy toward teacher’s work stress. The research was conducted by using survey method with path analysis in testing hypothesis. In this research, 203 from 135 teacher’s selected random sampling. The research was focused on tree aspect; environment and self efficacy toward teacher’s work stress. The data were colected with questionnaire and analyzed with path analysis. Result on the analyisis it is concluded that (1) there  the negative direct effect of environment towards work stress, (2) there is  negative direct effect of self efficacy towards work stress and (3) there is positive direct effect of  environment towards self efficacy.   Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai efek dari lingkungan dan kemanjuran diri terhadap stres kerja guru. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode survei dengan analisis jalur dalam pengujian hipotesis. Dalam penelitian ini, 203 dari 135 guru dipilih sampel acak. Penelitian difokuskan pada aspek pohon; lingkungan dan kemanjuran diri terhadap stres kerja guru. Data yang colected dengan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan analisis jalur. Hasil pada analyisis itu disimpulkan (1) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh langsung negatif terhadap stres kerja, (2) Self efikasi berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap stres kerja, dan (3) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap self efikasi. Kata Kunci: Stres Kerja, Lingkungan dan Kemanjuran Diri

This study aims to describe and know: (1) the influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction; (2) the influence of organizational culture on achievement motivation; (3) the influence of organizational culture to organizational commitment; (4) the influence of job satisfaction to organizational commitment; and (5) the influence of achievement motivation to the organizational commitment of SMP Negeri Teladan Timur subdistrict and City of Medan. The research method used is survey method that is exploratory. The research method used is quantitative method with path analysis model. The number of respondents as many as 143 people taken with Random Proportional Sampling. Research instrument in the form of questionnaire, is data analysis through path analysis and previously there is data normality test with Kolmogrof-Smirnov Test (Z), linearity test and regression significance with Variance Analysis at significance level α equal to 0,05. The results of this study were found: (1) there was a positive direct effect of organizational culture on job satisfaction with path coefficient ρ21 = 0,83, with influence of 69%; (2) there is a direct positive influence of organizational culture on achievement motivation with path coefficient ρ31 = 0,79 with influence of 62%; (3) there is a positive direct influence of organizational culture on organizational commitment with path coefficient ρ41 = 0,27 with influence 7%; (4) there is a positive direct effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment with path coefficient ρ42 = 0,43 with its influence equal to 18%; (5) there is a positive direct influence of achievement motivation toward organizational commitment with path coefficient ρ43 = 0,24 with influence 5,8%. The higher the influence of organizational culture, job satisfaction, and achievement motivation of teachers, the higher also in affecting the commitment of teacher organization SMP Negeri Teladan Timur subdistrict Medan City

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Organizational Culture, Leadership Style and Job Stress on Turnover Intention. This study uses a quantitative approach with survey method and path analysis to analyze the effect of Organizational Culture, Leadership Style and Job Stress on Turnover Intention. The sample for this reseach are 95 employees from 125 employees. The techniques analyzis data was descriptive statistics and inferential analysis that were tested using normality test error estimate a simple regression, linearity test and path analysis. The result shows that organizational culture gives negative direct effect on Turnover Intention, Leadership Style gives negative direct effect on Turnover Intention, Job stress gives positive direct effect on turnover intention, organizational culture gives negative direct effect to job stress, leardership style gives negative direct effect to job strees and ledearship organization gives positive direct effect to leadership style. It was a quantitative research was conducted in sixteen schools located in Jakarta Centre . The research uses a survey method with path analysis was applied in testing hypothesis. It was conducted to 153 Teachers at Private Catholic Elementary Schools as the respondents which were selected in a simple random way. The result of this study are: (1). There is a positive direct effect of Leader Member Exchange (LMX) on productivity. (2). There is a positive direct effect of job satisfaction on productivity, and (3). There is a positive direct effect of Leader Member Exchange (LMX) on job satisfaction.

The research was conducted to all teachers of elementary school  districts Cileungsi regency of Bogor. By using  a survey method with  path analysis applied in testing hypothesis the number 80 teachers as sample was selected by using Slovin formula. Based on the results of data analysis in this research it is concluded: (1) the responsibility have negative direct effect to stress; (2) the conflict have positive direct effect to stress; (3) the responsibility have negative direct effect to conflict. The stress can be decreases through improvement of responsibility and to manage of conflict

The objective of this causal research is to obtain information concerning the effect of communication and achievement motivation on PPs UNJ student satisfaction. The research was conducted by using a survey method with path analysis in testing hypothesis. In this research, PPs UNJ students of the school year 2009/2010 has been choosen as a unit analysis and 211 samples of student were selected in random. The results of the research are as follows: (1) there is a direct positive effect of communication on achievement motivation indicated by the value of the path coefficient = 0.404; (2) there is a direct positive effect of communication on PPs UNJ student satisfaction indicated by the value of the path coefficient = 0,223; (3) there is a direct positive effect of achievement motivation on PPs UNJ student satisfaction indicated by the value of the path coefficient = 0,304. Therefore, student satisfaction can be improved by optimizing the communication made by the director and staff, lecturers and administrative staff to students using a variety of appropriate media to get positive feedback from students. Furthermore, by constantly increasing the motivation of the students themselves.
