This study aims to determine the effect of self-confidence in children's independence in the nursery. This study uses a survey method with a quantitative approach. The survey research in question is describing a causal relationship commonly referred to as path analysis. The samples were randomly determined, namely Lotus Kindergarten, Rahmah Kindergarten, and Kindergarten Aisyiah Perumnas II with a sample of 142 students. Path analysis requires that the data to be analyzed meet several statistical tests, namely: (1) Normality test, (2) Homogeneity Test, (3) Test of Significance and Linearity Test of Regression Coefficient and (4) Multicolourity Test. In this study it was found that there was a significant relationship between Confidence (X1) and Independence (X2). The closeness of the relationship between X1 and X2 is confirmed by the results of testing the hypothesis that there is a positive direct effect of Self-Confidence (X1) on Independence (X2). The results of hypothesis testing indicate that Self Confidence (X1) has a significant effect on Independence (X2) as evidenced by the results of statistical tests. The size of the contribution of the Self Confidence variable to Independence is statistically indicated by the value (ρy1 x ρy1) = 0.32 x 0.32 = 0.10 or 10%. This value indicates that approximately 10% of the variation in the independence of children in kindergarten (Group B) is explained directly by self-confidence.

This study aims to prove the relationship between leadership and teacher motivation on performance. . This study uses a survey method with a quantitative approach that explains causal relationships or correlations commonly called path analysis. The survey was conducted from February to May 2019 involving 124 Ambon State Vocational School teachers. The sample in this study used the Slovin formula with an instrument trial of 60 teachers. The sampling technique is determined randomly or simple random sampling. The findings of the research results are as follows (1) The influence of leadership style has a positive direct effect on teacher performance with a correlation coefficient of 0.262 and a path coefficient of 0.233. A good leadership style will have a positive influence on improving teacher performance. (2) Work motivation has a positive direct effect on teacher performance, the correlation coefficient value is 0.179 and the path coefficient value is 0.124. This means that the higher the work motivation that a teacher has will improve his performance. (3) The influence of leadership style has a direct positive effect on work motivation with a correlation value of 0.233 and a path coefficient value of 0.233. This means that a principal's leadership style that is positively constructive will have an impact on increasing the motivation of the work of the teachers.

The purpose of this study was to find out and examine: (1) the lecturer’s performance model built on associative causal relationships between exogenous variables and endogenous variables, (2) the effect of organizational culture to job satisfaction, (3) the effect of rewards to job satisfaction, (4) the effect of organizational culture to job stress, (5) the effect of rewards to job stress,(6) the effect of organizational culture to lecturer’s performance, (7) the effect of rewards to lecturer’s performance, (8) the effect of job satisfaction to lecturers performance, and, (9) the effect of job stress to lecturers performance. The population is all lecturer as many as 486 people. The research sample of 219 people was determined by the Slovin formula. Data collection is done by using a questionnaire with five answer choices. The sampling technique were used proportional random sampling. The instruments were used first tried out to respondent outside the sample to obtain validity and reliability instruments. Validity test uses Product Moment correlation, while to test its reliability with Alpha formula from Cronbach. Before testing the hypothesis, especially before the test is calculated, the requirements of the analysis include: normality data test and regression linearity test. The results showed (1) Obtained the lecturer’s performance model UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh, (2) there is positive direct effect of organizational culture to job satisfaction 1,9%, (3) there is positive direct effect of rewards to job satisfaction 1,9%, (4) there is negative direct effect of organizational culture to job stres11,2%, (5) there is negative direct effect of rewards to job stress 2%, (6) there is positive direct effect of organizational culture to lecturer’s performance 7,9% include indirect effect through job satisfaction 0,6% and job stress 1,8%, (7) there is positive direct effect of rewards to lecturer’s performance 2,8%  include indirect effect through job satisfaction 0,4% and job stress 0,7%,(8) there is positive direct effect of job satisfaction to lecturer’s performance 1,5%, and (9) there is positive direct effect of job stress to lecturer’s performance 3%.Based on the acceptance of the research hypothesis, it is found a fixed model that describes the structure of causal relationships between organizational culture, rewards, job satisfaction, job stress and lecturer’s performance at UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh. The organizational behavior has bigger influence than the other variable to lecturer’s performance. The next variable was job stress, rewards, and job satisfaction has lowest influence than the other variable to lecturer’s performance.
