This article aims to obtain information about the influence of psychological contract and organizational commitment to teacher work motivation in private SMK Kecamatan Pondok Gede, Bekasi. This research uses survey method with path analysis. The results showed there was a direct positive influence of psychological contract and organizational commitment to work motivation, with correlation coefficient value of 0.390 and coefficient value of 0.281.

The research objective is to understand comprehensively the effect of power and decision making on teacher’s organizational commitment in BPK PENABUR Primary School in Jakarta. The research methodology is a survey method to form the causal path analysis. Research based on BPK PENABUR’s primary school teacher with total sample 178 teachers. The research on the analysis conclude that (1) power has positive influence on organizational commitment, (2) decision making has positive influence on organizational commitment, and (3) power has positive influence on decision making.

This research was motivated by the work ethics of teachers in Muhammadiyah schools that were not good yet, where loyality and compliance to organization is still low and there is less concern with the morality of the job. The aim of this research is to study the influence of leadership behavior, organizational culture, and work motivation toward the work ethics of Muhammadiyah teachers in Pekanbaru of Riau Province. This research has used a survey method with the causal technique. Meanwhile, to analyze the influence between variables the path analysis is used. The path analysis requires of a significant linear regression relationship between two variables. Meanwhile, to calculate the coefficient of each path, a positive correlation coefficient of two variables is required. The population in this research is Muhammadiyah teachers in Pekanbaru of Riau Province of totally 172 teachers and the sampling is 120 teachers. The results of this study indicate that there is; (1) a direct positive influence of leadership behavior toward teachers' work ethic, (2) a direct positive influence  of organizational culture toward teachers' work ethics, (3) a direct positive influence of work motivation toward teachers' work ethics, (4) a direct positive influence of organizational culture toward work motivation, (5) a direct positive influence of leadership behavior toward work motivation. Thus, the improvement of work ethics of teachers can be achieved well if there is a strong influence of leadership behavior, organizational culture and well organized work motivation. The purpose of this research is to gain an overview of karakeristik of work, organizational commitment, motivation and performance of employees at the Department ofmarine and Fisheries province of Jambi and to know the influence of characteristicsof work and commitment the Organization's response to the employee motivation and performance, as well as to know the influence of motivation on performance. To address the research objectives then requires the author studies the theory related to the variable of research i.e. the theory of characteristics of work, organizational commitment, motivation and performance. In addition the author also searched for relevant earlier research in the form of articles/journals and previous thesis to supportthis research. The population in this research is the Department of Marine and fisheries officer province of Jambi that add up to 57 employees. Due to the number of population in this study less than 100 people then in this research sampling method using the method of census. Analysis techniques using path analysis to see the direct and indirect influence, and was succeeded by testing RSquare and hypothesis testing partially and simultaneous with t-test and F-test of the test path analysis is done, the results Research shows that the characteristics of the work and the commitment of the Organization to have an impact on the motivation and performance of employees. Where on the basis of the results of the test t (partial) and F (Simultaneous) tests showed that the characteristics of the work and the commitment of the Organization had a significant and positive influence towards motivation and performance, so did motivasijuga have influence significant and positive on performance. This explains that the characteristics of the work and commitment of organizations that either have a positive influence in providing and enhancing motivation to work-have implications for improved performance against employees at the Department of marine and Fisheries The Province Of Jambi. This research makes some conclusions based on the results of research of characteristics of work, organizational commitment, motivation and performance of employees at the Department of marine and Fisheries province of Jambi in good enough conditions, characteristics the work and the commitment of the Organization a positive and significant effect against the motivation of working either partially or simultaneously, the characteristics of the job and the Organization's commitment to a positive and significant effect on performance of goodemployees partially or simultaneously, work motivation affects employee performance, and the characteristics of the work and commitment of organizations collectivelythrough motivation can direct and indirect effect against against performance employees at the Department of marine and Fisheries province of Jambi.Keywords: organizational commitment, Job Characteristics, Motivasidan performance.

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of organizational culture and interpersonal communication on the work attitude of private junior high school teachers in Tanjung Priok district. This research was conducted using survey method with quantitative approach and path analysis technique. The populations in this study were 307 teachers with 75 research samples of teachers selected using simple random sampling technique. Data were obtained through questionnaire and analyzed using path analysis technique. Based on the results of data analysis in this study, it can be concluded: (1) organizational culture has a direct positive influence on teacher work attitude; (2) interpersonal communication also has a positive direct effect on teacher work attitude; (3) organizational culture has a positive direct effect on interpersonal communication. Therefore, work attitude can be developed through the improvement of organizational culture and interpersonal communication.

This study aims to prove the relationship between leadership and teacher motivation on performance. . This study uses a survey method with a quantitative approach that explains causal relationships or correlations commonly called path analysis. The survey was conducted from February to May 2019 involving 124 Ambon State Vocational School teachers. The sample in this study used the Slovin formula with an instrument trial of 60 teachers. The sampling technique is determined randomly or simple random sampling. The findings of the research results are as follows (1) The influence of leadership style has a positive direct effect on teacher performance with a correlation coefficient of 0.262 and a path coefficient of 0.233. A good leadership style will have a positive influence on improving teacher performance. (2) Work motivation has a positive direct effect on teacher performance, the correlation coefficient value is 0.179 and the path coefficient value is 0.124. This means that the higher the work motivation that a teacher has will improve his performance. (3) The influence of leadership style has a direct positive effect on work motivation with a correlation value of 0.233 and a path coefficient value of 0.233. This means that a principal's leadership style that is positively constructive will have an impact on increasing the motivation of the work of the teachers. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan hubungan antara kepemimpinan dan motivasi guru terhadap kinerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang menjelaskan hubungan atau korelasional kausal yang biasa disebut analisis jalur. Survey dilakukan sejak Februari sampai Mei 2019 dengan melibatkan 124 orang guru SMK Negeri Ambon. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan uji coba instrument sebanyak 60 guru. Teknik pengambilan sampel ditentukan secara acak atau simple random sampling. Temuan dari hasil penelitan sebagai berikut (1) Pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kinerja guru dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,262 dan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,233. Gaya kepemimpinan yang baik akan memberi pengaruh yang positif terhadap peningkatan kinerja guru. (2) Motivasi kerja pengaruh langsung positif terhadap kinerja guru, nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,179 dan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,124. Hal ini berarti semakin tingginya motivasi kerja yang dimiliki seorang guru akan meningkatkan kinerja. (3) Pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap motivasi kerja dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,233 dan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,233. Hal ini memberi arti bahwa gaya kepemimpinan seorang kepala sekolah yang positif membangun akan memberi dampak kepada peningkatan motivasi kerja para guru.

ABSTRACT   This study aims to reveal the influence of the Commitment of Corporate Leadership (X1) and organizational culture (X2) to the effectiveness of employee work (Y). The research method used was a survey method. The sampling technique uses stratified random sampling. The research sample amounted to 48 respondents. The trial results of the research instruments show that the reliability of the Likert scale instrument of organizational culture is 0.917, work motivation is 0.792, and work effectiveness is 0.854. Analysis of the data used is regression analysis. The conclusion of the research results revealed: (1) There is an influence of the Commitment of the Leadership of the Company to the effectiveness of the work of employees. From the analysis results obtained a regression coefficient of 3,336 means that the influence of the Commitment of the Leadership of the Company amounted to 33.36%. (2) There is a positive influence of organizational culture on work effectiveness. From the analysis results obtained a correlation coefficient of 3742 means that there is a positive influence of organizational culture on work effectiveness by 37.42%. (3) There is a positive influence of the Commitment of the Company's Leadership Tasks and organizational culture together on work effectiveness. From the results of the analysis obtained a regression value of 14.58 means that there is a positive influence on the Commitment of the Leadership of the Company and organizational culture together on work effectiveness is 14.58%. The objectives of this study was to examine the relationship between work motivation, organizational culture toward lecturers professional attitudes. The research was conducted at study program of Pakuan University. The applied research methods are survey method and data analysis technique using the correlation and simple linier regression as well as correlation and multiple linier regression statistical. This research can be classified into correlation research which consist of two independent variables namely work motivation, organizational culture and one dependent variable namely lecturers professional attitudes. This research involved samples of 166 permanent lecturers which were selected by proportional random sampling. Meanwhile, the hypothesis test is conducted on 0.05 significance level. Results emerged that there is a positive relationship between all variables tested in the study. First, there is a positive and significant correlation between the work motivation with the lecturers professional attitudes with regression equation of ?= -1.79 + 1,04X1 and correlation coefficient ry1 = 0.997. The contribution of the work motivation toward the lecturers professional attitudes is 99,7%. Second, there is a positive and significant between correlation the organizational culture with the lecturers professional attitudes with regression equation of ?= -3,06 + 1,02 X2 and correlation coefficient ry2 = 0.997. The contribution of the organizational culture toward the lecturers professional attitudes is 99,7%. Third, there is a positive and significant correlation between the work motivation with organizational culture combined with the lecturers professional attitudes with regression equation of ?= -2,634 + 0,528X1 + 0,505X2 and correlation coefficient ry12 = 0,998. The contribution of the work motivation and organizational culture toward the lecturers professional attitudes is 99,8%. Based on the results above it can be concluded that the lecturers professional attitudes can be improved through a high working motivation and the organizational culture

The objective of the research is to obtain information about the influence of leadership, organization culture and motivation on the job performance of the principals of the state primary schools in South Tangerang, Banten. The research was conducted to all state primary school principals in South Tangerang, Banten province, a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis. Seventy out of one hundred fifty nine principals was selected randomly as sample by using Slovin formula. The result of the study reveals that: (1) there is direct effect of leadership on job performance. (2) there is direct effect of organization culture on job performance. (3) there is direct effect of motivation on job performance. (4) there is direct effect of leadership on motivation. (5) there is direct effect of organization culture on motivation. Therefore, the principals’ job performance can be enhanced by leadership, organization culture and motivation.
