This research was motivated by the work ethics of teachers in Muhammadiyah schools that were not good yet, where loyality and compliance to organization is still low and there is less concern with the morality of the job. The aim of this research is to study the influence of leadership behavior, organizational culture, and work motivation toward the work ethics of Muhammadiyah teachers in Pekanbaru of Riau Province. This research has used a survey method with the causal technique. Meanwhile, to analyze the influence between variables the path analysis is used. The path analysis requires of a significant linear regression relationship between two variables. Meanwhile, to calculate the coefficient of each path, a positive correlation coefficient of two variables is required. The population in this research is Muhammadiyah teachers in Pekanbaru of Riau Province of totally 172 teachers and the sampling is 120 teachers. The results of this study indicate that there is; (1) a direct positive influence of leadership behavior toward teachers' work ethic, (2) a direct positive influence  of organizational culture toward teachers' work ethics, (3) a direct positive influence of work motivation toward teachers' work ethics, (4) a direct positive influence of organizational culture toward work motivation, (5) a direct positive influence of leadership behavior toward work motivation. Thus, the improvement of work ethics of teachers can be achieved well if there is a strong influence of leadership behavior, organizational culture and well organized work motivation. ABSTRACT   This study aims to reveal the influence of the Commitment of Corporate Leadership (X1) and organizational culture (X2) to the effectiveness of employee work (Y). The research method used was a survey method. The sampling technique uses stratified random sampling. The research sample amounted to 48 respondents. The trial results of the research instruments show that the reliability of the Likert scale instrument of organizational culture is 0.917, work motivation is 0.792, and work effectiveness is 0.854. Analysis of the data used is regression analysis. The conclusion of the research results revealed: (1) There is an influence of the Commitment of the Leadership of the Company to the effectiveness of the work of employees. From the analysis results obtained a regression coefficient of 3,336 means that the influence of the Commitment of the Leadership of the Company amounted to 33.36%. (2) There is a positive influence of organizational culture on work effectiveness. From the analysis results obtained a correlation coefficient of 3742 means that there is a positive influence of organizational culture on work effectiveness by 37.42%. (3) There is a positive influence of the Commitment of the Company's Leadership Tasks and organizational culture together on work effectiveness. From the results of the analysis obtained a regression value of 14.58 means that there is a positive influence on the Commitment of the Leadership of the Company and organizational culture together on work effectiveness is 14.58%. This article aims to obtain information about the influence of psychological contract and organizational commitment to teacher work motivation in private SMK Kecamatan Pondok Gede, Bekasi. This research uses survey method with path analysis. The results showed there was a direct positive influence of psychological contract and organizational commitment to work motivation, with correlation coefficient value of 0.390 and coefficient value of 0.281.

<p>The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of compensation, organizational culture, education/training on work motivation both individually and collectively together and to analyze the effect of compensation, motivation, education/training on performance either individually or jointly, as well as to analyze the effect of compensation, organizational culture, education/training on performance through motivation to work at Hotel Sofyan Betawi, Cut Meutia, Jakarta.<br />The population consisted of all employees, as many as 80 people. Using census sampling techniques to the overall population of 80 people or respondents, data collection was conducted using questionnaires, while data analysis using path analysis or path analysis were processed using SPSS 16 software. The results showed that: (1) Compensation and organizational culture had no significant effect on work motivation, while education/training has significant effect on work motivation, (2) Compensation, organizational culture, education/training jointly significant effect on motivation, (3) Compensation does not significantly affect the performance of the employee, while the motivation and education/training significantly affect performance, (4) compensation, motivation, education/training jointly significant effect on performance, (5) Compensation, organizational culture, education/training has positive influence on performance through motivation.</p>

Human beings as psycho-physical who can produces work ethics that appears from inside of themselves soul, necessarily, the realm of analytical studies leads to motivational psychology. N Ach is one of the proper phenomena which is assumed to be something that can play an important role for the formation of superior human beings regarding to work. However, not all psychology scientists agree that work motivation comes from revelation or religion, therefore this study will clarify psychological studies which are considered to have proportional accommodative attitudes. Religion Psychology, Transpersonal Psychology and Humanistic Psychology are thought schools those have fair and objective attitudes and views on the Islamic teachings and Islamic dogma as a source of work motivation. People who have high N Ach and also the person who actualized it is a factors or elements that can emerge a high work ethic, then it shows that there is a potential high work ethic from muslim’s faith that was built on the basics of Al-Qur 'an and As-Sunnah. Faith without worship acts/work which was included abaout physical and psychological work, so also if the work ethic is not based on the concept of worship acts and fitht, it cannot be categorized as Islamic work. Then it was called the Islamic work ethic.

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of organizational culture and interpersonal communication on the work attitude of private junior high school teachers in Tanjung Priok district. This research was conducted using survey method with quantitative approach and path analysis technique. The populations in this study were 307 teachers with 75 research samples of teachers selected using simple random sampling technique. Data were obtained through questionnaire and analyzed using path analysis technique. Based on the results of data analysis in this study, it can be concluded: (1) organizational culture has a direct positive influence on teacher work attitude; (2) interpersonal communication also has a positive direct effect on teacher work attitude; (3) organizational culture has a positive direct effect on interpersonal communication. Therefore, work attitude can be developed through the improvement of organizational culture and interpersonal communication.

The purpose of this study was to determine and study the teacher performance model of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) which was built based on the associative causal relationship between exogenous variables and endogenous variables: (1) the effect of self-efficacy on teacher work ethics, (2) the influence of organizational culture on work ethics. , (3) the influence of self-efficacy on job satisfaction, (4) the influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction, (5) the effect of self-efficacy on teacher performance, (6) the influence of organizational culture on performance, (7) the effect of work ethic on performance, and (8) the effect of job satisfaction on teacher performance. The methods used to achieve the objectives of this study are survey, sampling and quantitative methods. The population of this research is MAN teachers in North Sumatra Province, amounting to 1177 teachers (sampling frame) and involving 298 respondents (proportional random sampling). This research is also classified as an explanatory study which explains that to determine the magnitude of the influence of a variable with other variables, both direct and indirect effects can be used path analysis. The results of this study are (1) self-efficacy has a positive direct effect on work ethic, (2) organizational culture has a positive direct effect on work ethic, (3) self-efficacy has a positive direct effect on job satisfaction, (4) organizational culture has a positive direct effect on satisfaction. work, (5) self-efficacy has a positive direct effect on teacher performance, (6) organizational culture has a positive direct effect on performance, (7) work ethic has a positive direct effect on performance, and (8) job satisfaction has a positive direct effect on the performance of MAN teachers in North Sumatra. Overall, the perfect fit model has been tested, a model of MAN teacher performance improvement which is proportionally influenced directly and indirectly by job satisfaction, work ethic, self-efficacy, and MAN organizational culture.

This study aims to determine the effect of interpersonal communication, work ethics and leadership style on teacher’s performance in the city of Tomohon. The sample of this study used 195 respondents. Data were collected from four variables which were examined and analyzed using correlation and regression techniques. The results of this study indicate that (1) Interpersonal communication has a positive influence on performance, (2) Work ethic has a positive influence on teacher performance, (3) Performance has a positive influence on teacher job satisfaction and (4) Interpersonal communication, work ethics and leadership styles together have a positive influence together on teacher performance. These variables show that there is a positive relationship to teacher performance and thus all hypotheses in this study were accepted. Keywords: Interpersonal communication; work ethics; leadership; teacher’s performance.

The purpose of this research is to give further description how leadership factor and organizationalr cultural factor can contribute or related to the performance gained by the tutors in the organization by looking at (a) the relation between leadership style and tutor’s performance, (b) the relation between organizational culture and tutor’s performance, and (c) the relation between leadership style and organizational culture with tutor’s performance. This positivistic research employed survey method and conducted in Community Learning Center (SKB) Limboto, Gorontalo District, as from September through November 2014. The data were collected by distributing questionnaires to the tutors, interviewing informant, and studying the document and then analyzed using path analysis. The result of the study indicates (a) leadership style has significant relation with the tutor’s performance, (b) organization culture has significant relation with tutor’s performance, and (c) between leadership style and organizational culture simultaneously has significant relation with tutor’s performance.

This study aims to answer several hypotheses about the direct influence of organizational culture, self-efficacy, work motivation, and job satisfaction on work motivation, job satisfaction, and lecturer performance. The research technique used proportional random sampling to a sample of 152 of 246 lecturers UMN Al-Washliyah Medan, with research instruments using questionnaires with the scale Likert. Then the data is processed and analyzed with path analysis, thus producing an analysis with a coefficient of path 0.30 on the direct influence of organizational culture on work motivation, path coefficient 0.43 on the direct influence of self-efficacy on work motivation, path coefficient 0.47 on the direct influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction, coefficient of path 0.28 on the direct influence of self-efficacy on job satisfaction, path coefficient 0.22 on the direct influence of organizational culture on performance, the coefficient of line 0.15 on the direct influence of self-efficacy on lecturer performance, the coefficient of line 0.23 on the direct influence of work motivation on lecturer performance, and the coefficient of path 0.28 on the direct influence of job satisfaction on lecturer performance. From the results of the analysis, to improve the performance of lecturers need to be made various efforts, among others, by improving organizational culture, self-efficacy, work motivation, and job satisfaction.

The population in this study were all employees of Kembayan Public Health Center, with the sampling technique of the entire population with a sample size of 77 people. This type of research is included in the explanatory research. Methods of data collection by distributing questionnaires and in-depth interviews. Methods of data analysis using Path Analysis with SPSS 22 software. The instrument used for data collection was a Likert scale model questionnaire.Based on the research results, the variables of leadership style, organizational culture, work motivation and employee performance at the Kembayan Health Center generally showed good results. From the results of the path analysis test, it can be concluded that: (1) the variable leadership style and organizational culture do not have a significant effect on work motivation.
