ABSTRACT   This study aims to reveal the influence of the Commitment of Corporate Leadership (X1) and organizational culture (X2) to the effectiveness of employee work (Y). The research method used was a survey method. The sampling technique uses stratified random sampling. The research sample amounted to 48 respondents. The trial results of the research instruments show that the reliability of the Likert scale instrument of organizational culture is 0.917, work motivation is 0.792, and work effectiveness is 0.854. Analysis of the data used is regression analysis. The conclusion of the research results revealed: (1) There is an influence of the Commitment of the Leadership of the Company to the effectiveness of the work of employees. From the analysis results obtained a regression coefficient of 3,336 means that the influence of the Commitment of the Leadership of the Company amounted to 33.36%. (2) There is a positive influence of organizational culture on work effectiveness. From the analysis results obtained a correlation coefficient of 3742 means that there is a positive influence of organizational culture on work effectiveness by 37.42%. (3) There is a positive influence of the Commitment of the Company's Leadership Tasks and organizational culture together on work effectiveness. From the results of the analysis obtained a regression value of 14.58 means that there is a positive influence on the Commitment of the Leadership of the Company and organizational culture together on work effectiveness is 14.58%. Abstract: The formulation of this study is review the influence of functional training planners to the quality planners, the influence of work motivation to the quality of planner, and the influence of functional training planners and motivation to work together to the quality of Bappenas planners. The method used in this research is descriptive method with quantitative approach. The sampling technique is using proportionate stratified random sampling with a number of sample sizes of 137 people. Furthermore, the data obtained, processed and analyzed with SPSS 19.0 for windows Program by performing statistical test, those are the t test and F test. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive influence between functional training planners to quality planners, work motivation to quality planners, and the influence of the two together to the quality planner. The dimension of functional training planners that have an influence to the quality of planners is the management and faculty training. In addition, the study is also found that the dimension of work motivation which has an influence to the quality of planners is the need for achievement and the need for power. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perencana di Bappenas tahun 2016. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportionate stratified random sampling dengan jumlah ukuran sampel 137 orang. Selanjutnya, data yang diperoleh, diolah dan dianalisa  dengan bantuan program SPSS 19.0 for windows dengan melakukan uji statistik yaitu uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara diklat fungsional perencana terhadap kualitas perencana, motivasi kerja terhadap kualitas perencana, dan pengaruh keduanya secara bersama-sama terhadap kualitas perencana. Dimensi diklat fungsional perencana yang memiliki pengaruh terhadap kualitas perencana adalah pengelolaan dan tenaga pengajar diklat. Selain itu, penelitian juga menemukan bahwa dimensi motivasi kerja yang memiliki pengaruh terhadap kualitas perencana adalah kebutuhan akan prestasi dan kebutuhan akan kekuasaan. This research aims to determine the relationship between organizational cultureand job satisfaction of honorary teacher Elementary School in district Pulogadung EastJakarta. This research is quantitative with two variables, namely: (X) Organizationalculture as the independent variable and (Y) job satisfaction as the dependent variable.The research method used is survey method with the correlational studies andquantitative approaches. Samples were as many as 73 honorary teachers. Samplingtechnique using simple random sampling by the formula Slovin and data collection usingquestionnaires. From the results of hypothesis testing, obtained tcount = 6.38, which meansbigger than ttable = 1.9939. Thus it can be said that the hypothesis can be received. Itmeans null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. Organizational culture contributed 36.46% to thejob satisfaction of honorary teacher Elementary School in District Pulogadung EastJakarta. Based on the results of the research note that the increasingly strongorganizational culture, then the higher job satisfaction of honorary teacher ElementarySchool in District Pulogadung in East Jakarta. It can be concluded that there is a positiverelationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction of honorary teacherElementary School in district Pulogadung East Jakarta.

<p align="center"><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p>Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh kemampuan berhitung dan kemampuan menyederhanakan bentuk aljabar terhadap kemampuan menyelesaikan masalah Trigonometri. Metode penelitian adalah deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian studi hubungan. Populasi penelitian seluruh mahasiswa Pendidikan Matematika IKIP PGRI Pontianak yang mengambil mata kuliah Trigonometri tahun akademik 2017/2018 sebanyak 100 orang yang terbagi menjadi 3 kelas yaitu kelas AP, BP, dan CP. Sampel adalah mahasiswa kelas AP dengan teknik <em>cluster random sampling</em>. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah tes kemampuan menghitung, menyederhanakan bentuk aljabar, dan menyelesaikan masalah Trigonometri dalam bentuk esai yang terdiri dari 5 butir soal untuk masing-masing tes. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji parametrik. Hasil penelitian adalah: (1) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara kemampuan berhitung terhadap kemampuan menyelesaikan masalah Trigonometri sebesar 23,4%; (2) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara kemampuan menyederhanakan bentuk aljabar terhadap kemampuan menyelesaikan masalah Trigonometri sebesar 19,9%; dan (3) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif secara bersama-sama antara kemampuan berhitung dan kemampuan menyederhanakan bentuk aljabar terhadap kemampuan menyelesaikan masalah Trigonometri sebesar 29%.</p><p> </p><p align="center"><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong></p><p><em>The research aims to measure the effect of the ability to count and to simplify the form of algebra on the ability to solve Trigonometric problems. The research method was descriptive with a form of relationship study research. The research population was all students of Mathematics Education of IKIP PGRI Pontianak taking Trigonometry courses in the academic year 2017/2018 were 100 people divided into 3 classes, namely AP, BP, and CP classes. Samples are AP class students with a cluster random sampling technique. The measuring instrument used the ability to calculate tests, simplify the form of algebra, and solve Trigonometry problems in the form of essays consisting of 5 items for each test. Data analysis techniques used parametric. The results of the research: (1) There is a positive influence between the ability to count on the ability to solve Trigonometry problems by 23.4%; (2) There is a positive influence between the ability to simplify the form of algebra to the ability to solve Trigonometry problems by 19.9%; and (3) There is a positive influence jointly between the ability to count and the ability to simplify the form of algebra on the ability to solve trigonometric problems by 29%.</em></p><p> </p><p> </p>

This study aims to determine the perceptions of class XII students towards volleyball learning. To find out students' perceptions, the researchers conducted indicators, such as internal factors including attention, mood, experience and memory, while external factors included the uniqueness and contrast of the stimulus, the size and placement of objects or stimuli, motion or movement. The research method uses a survey method using a questionnaire. This research is quantitative descriptive. The population used was the entire class XII. The sampling technique used was the Cluster Random Sampling Technique, Specification Probability Sampling. The sample in this study is one class of five classes. The instrument used in this study used a questionnaire. The score used is the Likert scale. The results of this study indicate that the perceptions of class XII students towards volleyball learning at SMK Sunan Gunung Jati Karawang are in the "very good" category with a percentage of 13.3%, in the "good" category with a percentage of 37.7%, in the "enough" category with a percentage of 35.7%, in the "very sufficient" category with a percentage of 13.3%. The conclusion from the research results of students' perceptions of class XII on volleyball learning at SMK Sunan Gunung Jati Karawang which was obtained using a questionnaire with a percentage of 37.7% being in the "good" category. in the "very sufficient" category with a percentage of 13.3%. This research was motivated by the work ethics of teachers in Muhammadiyah schools that were not good yet, where loyality and compliance to organization is still low and there is less concern with the morality of the job. The aim of this research is to study the influence of leadership behavior, organizational culture, and work motivation toward the work ethics of Muhammadiyah teachers in Pekanbaru of Riau Province. This research has used a survey method with the causal technique. Meanwhile, to analyze the influence between variables the path analysis is used. The path analysis requires of a significant linear regression relationship between two variables. Meanwhile, to calculate the coefficient of each path, a positive correlation coefficient of two variables is required. The population in this research is Muhammadiyah teachers in Pekanbaru of Riau Province of totally 172 teachers and the sampling is 120 teachers. The results of this study indicate that there is; (1) a direct positive influence of leadership behavior toward teachers' work ethic, (2) a direct positive influence  of organizational culture toward teachers' work ethics, (3) a direct positive influence of work motivation toward teachers' work ethics, (4) a direct positive influence of organizational culture toward work motivation, (5) a direct positive influence of leadership behavior toward work motivation. Thus, the improvement of work ethics of teachers can be achieved well if there is a strong influence of leadership behavior, organizational culture and well organized work motivation. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation and motivation on the performance of employees of PT XYZ Karawang. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires, while the research method used Simple Random Sampling for the sampling technique. The results of the t test show that the tcount for the compensation variable (X1) is 2.832 and the tcount for the motivation variable (X2) is 6.167. From the two tcount, it shows that it is bigger than ttable, which is 1.65882. The hypothesis which states that compensation and motivation have a partially positive effect on employee performance at PT XYZ Karawang. Whereas from the results of the F test, Fcount> Ftable or 55.860> 3.08 or the significance level (sig) 0.000 <0.05 so that the hypothesis that states compensation and motivation together has an effect on employee performance at PT XYZ Karawang and the coefficient of determination shows that compensation and work motivation contributed 51.1% to Employee Performance at PT XYZ Karawang, the remaining 48.9% were other factors which were not examined in this study.

The purpose of this study is to measure the impact of archival and computer training on increasing the effectiveness of work in Duren Jaya Bekasi Urban Village. The method used in this research is using quantitative descriptive analysis involving all employees of Kelurahan Duren Jaya Bekasi using random sampling technique with proportional random sampling of 35 (thirty five) people. Data collection technique used is questionnaire method supported by documentation method. Data analysis technique used is double linear regression analysis technique. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that: (1) There is a significant positive influence between the Archives Training on the effectiveness of the employee's work in Duren Jaya Bekasi Sub-district (2) There is a significant positive influence between the Computer Training on the effectiveness of the employee in Kelurahan Duren Jaya Bekasi (3) There is a significant positive influence between the Archives and Computer Training on the effectiveness of the employees of Kelurahan Duren Jaya Bekasi. Skills in managing archives and computers can make the effectiveness of employment Kelurahan Duren Jaya Bekasi more increased. The results of this study indicate that archival and computer training has an influence of 82.6% towards increasing employee effectiveness. Keywords: filing, computer and work effectiveness.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh keterlibatan orangtua terhadap disiplin di era digital. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Ar-Rahmah, Bogor pada Januari sampai November 2020. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas 1–4 di Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah, dengan jumlah sampel sebesar 93 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah proportionate stratified random sampling. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa untuk variabel keterlibatan orangtua pada dimensi kemitraan antara orangtua dengan satuan pendidikan memiliki persentase sebesar 57% dan termasuk ke dalam kategori sedang. Sedangkan untuk variabel disiplin di era digital diperoleh hasil bahwa mayoritas anak belum memiliki disiplin yang tinggi. Hasil analisis data disimpulkan bahwa keterlibatan orangtua memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap disiplin di era digital. Sebesar 27,4% variasi variabel sikap disiplin di era digital dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel keterlibatan orangtua, sedangkan 72,6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti.Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of parental involvement on discipline in the digital age. This research was conducted at Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Ar-Rahmah, Bogor from January to November 2020. This research method used a survey method with an associative quantitative approach. The population in this study were students grade 1–4 at Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah, with a total sample size of 93 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study was proportionate stratified random sampling. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the variable of parental involvement in the partnership dimension between parents and educational units has a percentage of 57% and is included in the medium category. As for the discipline variable in the digital era, the results show that most children do not have high discipline. The results of data analysis concluded that parental involvement has a significant effect on discipline in the digital era. 27.4% of the variation in the variable attitude of discipline in the digital era can be explained by the variable of parental involvement, while 72.6% is influenced by other factors that are not examined.

Based on this research, Participation in training, work responsibility, work motivation has direct positive effect on a head of village performance. Futhermore it should be developed by Regency goverment, and central governance to make be better of performance head of village

This study aims to determine the composition and value of the natural feed niche of trough fish caught from the waters of the PB Reservoir. Sudirman. The research method used is a survey method with a sampling technique using purposive random sampling. The research location was divided into three stations, namely I (Karang Kemiri), II (Wanadadi), and III (Karang Jambe). Sampling was carried out three times (19 February, 07 March, and 2 August 2020). Data were analyzed descriptively comparatively. The results showed that the composition of the trough fish diet was dominated by Chlorophyta and plant debris. Based on the selectivity index and the most significant part of trough fish, including omnivorous fish. Large trough fish have a high food niche area. Small, medium and large trough fish have stiff competition for food in the waters
