Abstract: This classroom action research was conducted as from February through April 2013 at GovernmentPrimary School 1, Semester 1, School Year of 2013/2014. The research subjects are the students of Grade VI. Thepurpose of the research was to improve the teaching-learning process in Mathematics. After 2 cycles, the students’learning achievement significantly improved. Based on the students’ learning activities and achievement, it wasconcluded, the cooperative instructional model Jigsaw can be used to improve the student’s achievement in Mathematicsparticularly in the topic of even numbers in Grade VI, Primary School. The purpose of this study was to describe the improvement of vocabulary learning achievement by applying the discovery approach of B2 grade students of Mutiara Insani Kindergarten, Bandar Lampung. The method used in this research is Classroom Action Research (PTK). The research subjects were students of class B2 even Semester TK Mutiara Insani Bandar Lampung, totaling 20 students. Data obtained from observer observation sheet notes on the learning process planned by the researcher, learning activity sheet, and test sheet to determine learning achievement. The data were analyzed using simple statistics, namely the percentage. The action was carried out from January to March 2019. The results of the study were 65% active cycle 1 learning activity, 75% active cycle II increased 10%, 85% active cycle III, increased 10%. While learning achievement in cycle I completed 65%, cycle II completed 75%, increased by 10%, cycle III completed 95%, increased by 20%, and records of observers who partnered with researchers showed good average criteria. The conclusion of this research is that the application of discovery learning approach can increase vocabulary learning activity and achievement in class B2 students of Mutiara Insani Kindergarten, Bandar Lampung.

This study was Classroom Action Research (CAR) to improve students’ achievement of SMK Dwijendra Denpasar; currently students’ achievement of Pancasila and Civics Education was relatively low. Therefore, teachers were required to design learning activities that are able to develop competences both in cognitive and psychomotor domain. Learning strategies are centered on students and create a joyful atmosphere to motivate students from the beginning to the end of teaching and learning activities to improve the quality of improving students’ achievement. The main problem to be solved was whether teacher skills using group discussion method could improve student learning achievement towards of Pancasila and Civics Education in Grade XI of SMK Dwijendra Denpasar in academic year 2019/2020. The study was is the Classroom Action Research (CAR). The research subjects were 31 students of Grade XI Ak 1 of SMK Dwijendra Denpasar. The goal to be achieved was to determine the implementation of the group discussion to improve students’ achievement of Pancasila and Civics Education. The data were collected through observation technique, student learning achievement, and questionnaires. The finding showed that research analysis was implemented in two cycles. The stages of each cycle were (1) planning, (2) action, (3) observation / observation, and (4) reflection. The data collected were the activities and post-test at the end of the cycle. There was significant improvement of activities in cycle I (one); the average score of student activities which was in accordance with the evaluation score has increased. In the cycle I the students’ average score was 69% and classical completeness was 48%. Meanwhile, the average score of cycle II was 85% and the classical score was 100%. It was due to student’s responses to the approach in implementing problem-based learning model; students were comfortable in stating problems in learning that enable them to understand the concepts being taught. Thus, the teacher’s skill on group discussion could improve students’achievement of Pancasila and Civics Education reflected by percentage of students who experience greater learning completeness to improve learning achievement.

Penelitian ini dilakukan karena aktivitas saintifik peserta didik dalam kegiatan pembelajaran belum optimal (70% aktif) dan hasil belajar konsep himpunan belum tuntas klasikal (65% tuntas). Alternatif pemecahan masalah dalam penelitian ini melalui penerapan pendekatan saintifik berbasis Window Shopping dapat memacu aktivitas saintifik peserta didik. Tujuan penelitian tindakan kelas ini adalah menerapkan pendekatan saintifik berbasis Window Shopping untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar konsep himpunan dan aktivitas saintifik peserta didik, serta mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan pembelajaran melalui pendekatan saintifik berbasis Window Shopping. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 24 orang peserta didik kelas VII C SMPN 3 HST Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas dan berlangsung dalam 2 siklus dengan empat tahapan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Hasil belajar diperoleh melalui evaluasi, aktivitas peserta didik diperoleh dari lembar observasi aktivitas saintifik peserta didik, dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran diperoleh dari lembar observasi pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penerapan pendekatan saintifik berbasis Window Shopping dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar konsep himpunan, meningkatkan aktivitas saintifik peserta didik dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran oleh guru. Kata kunci: Pendekatan saintifik, window shopping, hasil belajar, himpunan Abstract: This research was conducted because the scientific activities of students in learning process were not optimal (70% active) and the students’ learning achievement of set concept is incomplete classically (65% complete). Alternative solution for the problems in this research is through the application of a window shopping-based scientific approach that can stimulate students’ scientific activities. The purposes of this classroom action research are to apply a window shopping-based scientific approach to improve the students’ learning achievement of set concept and student’s scientific activities, as well describe the implementation of learning through a window shopping-based scientific approach. The subjects in this study were 24 students of grade VII C  SMPN 3 HST in the academic year 2019/2020. This research is a classroom action research in 2 cycles with four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Students’ learning achievement data are obtained through evaluation, students’ activities are obtained from students’ scientific activity observation sheet, and learning activities are obtained from learning implementation observation sheets. The results showed that scientific approach based on window shopping can improve the students’ learning achievement of set concepts, increase students’ scientific activity and improve the implementation of learning by the teachers. Keywords: Scientific approach, window shopping, learning achievement, set

This research applied Classroom Action Research (CAR) to know if Pair-work technique is appropriate used to teach English Conversation. This research was conducted in two cycles of teaching learning activities, it was attained that the students’ ability at speaking could be increased which found the students’ test scores from pre-cycle (before doing treatment) to the second cycle (after the treatment done) increased. In the pre-test denoted that 78.1% (25 students of 32 research subjects) got scores below 70, in the post-test of cycle one was attained 90,6% (29 students of 32 research subjects) got scores 70 up and in the cycle two- post test 93,75% of the students got scores 70 up. This strategy could also drive the students actively taking part in the classroom

Based on the experience and observation of the author about the condition in SMP Negeri 2 Pariangan class VII 1 in the school year 2016 – 2017, students seemed less involved in the learning process. This was because the method of learning used by teachers that have not varied so as not interesting for students. This study aimed to determine whether the use of picture and picture method could improve student learning activities in class VII.1 SMPN 2 Pariangan Tanah Datar. This research was conducted through Classroom Action Research which was conducted in 2 cycles. The results of this study indicated that the use of Picture and Picture method was able to improve student learning activities. This could be seen from the average of student activity reaching 84% in learning which previously only at 52%.

To get good result in learning process, teacher should be able to improve herself  by using many kinds of methods so that the result can be improved and students can be active in teaching learning process. The purpose of this research is to know whether the use of discussion and giving task can improve learning achievement in a material of economic growth at the class of XI IPS 4 SMAN 1 Punggur year 2015/2016. To get good result in learning process teacher should be able to improve herself  by using many kinds of methods so the result can be improved and students can be active in teaching learning process. The purpose of this research is to know whether the use of discussion and giving task can improve learning achievement in a material of economic growth at the class of XI IPS 4 SMAN 1 Punggur year 2015/2016. The location of this research is in SMAN 1 Punggur. It is done for 3 months , August to October 2015. Subject of this research is Class XI IPS 4 of  SMAN 1 Punggur in the academic year of 2015/ 2016.  Technique of collecting data used are : observation, documentation and data analysis interview by using qualitative descriptive analysis. Research procedure uses classroom action research method that consists of 2 cycles. The result of the classroom action research shows that In pre cycle, students who pass / succeed are 10 from 31 students or 32.14% and fail students are 21 from 31 students or equal to 6.86 %. After getting treatment in the first cycle, passed students increases to 22 from 31 students or 75% while fail students decrease 10 from 31 students or 25%. In the second cycle, passed students increases to 29 from 31 students or 92.86% while failed students only 2 from 31 students. Based on the data above it can be concluded that by using discussion method and giving task can improve thestudents’ economy achievement with economic growth material at the XIGrade of Social Science 4 in SMAN 1 Punggur on odd semester in the academic year of 2015/2016is true. Keywords : Discussion method and giving task, Learning achievement.

Many students find difficult and uninteresting to learn mathematics. On the other hand, many teachers find problems in teaching certain concepts in mathematics. Consequently the learning achievement in mathematics in all grades is almost unsatisfactory. This classroom action research found an instructional model to overcome some problems faced by the students of the second grade at Pondok Rangon Primary School 02, East Jakarta. Applying this classroom action research in one cycle with two reflections, the teacher can improve the students’ learning achievement. This research suggests to do more modification of the instructional model in the following cycle to obtain better result.

This study attempts to increase students’ vocabulary achievement by using flash cards. The objective of the study is to investigate whether the using of flash card can improve students’ vocabulary achievement. This study conduct by applying Classroom Action Research which was carried out in two cycles in six meetings. The subject of this study of SD Negeri 174559 Siraituruk, Porsea which consisted of 34 students. For collecting data, the instruments used were quantitative (vocabulary test) and qualitative data (interview sheet, observation sheet, and diary notes. Based on the data, it was found that the mean of the second cycle (80, 44) is higher than the mean of first cycle (64, 85) and pre-test (44, 41).  Based on interview sheet, observation sheet and diary notes, it was found thee students were more active and more enthusiastic during the teaching learning process in the second cycle than the first one. It was concluded that teaching vocabulary by using  flash cards can improve the students’ vocabulary achievement.

This study is concerned with the improving student’s vocabulary achievement in writing descriptive text through Make a Match Method. The objective of this study was to discover whether the use of Make a Match Method could significantly improve students’ vocabulary achievement in writing descriptive text. This study was conducted by applying Classroom Action Research which was carried out in two cycles in six meetings. The subject of this study was students of SMA Negeri 1 Pollung which consisted of 34 students. The instruments for collecting data were descriptive writing test, observation sheet, questionnaire sheet, and diary notes. The techniques for data analysis were quantitative and qualitative. It was found that teaching-learning process ran well. Students were active, enthusiastic and interested on writing descriptive text. The result of this study showed that the use of Make a Match Method significantly improved student’s vocabulary achievement in writing descriptive text.

Abstrak Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya meningkatkan prestasi belajar PPKn dengan menggunkan model Brain Based Learning Kelas VII B SMP Negeri 16 Rejang Lebong Bengkulu Tahun Ajaran 2019/2020. Penelitian dilakukan di Kabupaten Rejang Lebong Bengkulu pada tahun pelajaran 2019/2020 di Kelas VII B dengan jumlah 26 siswa (Laki-laki 11 dan Perempuan 15). Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini menggunkan siklus model Kermmis dan Mc Taggart yaitu rencana, tindakan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, tes evaluasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Teknik Analisi Data menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif yaitu terjadi peningkatan prestasi belajar dari pra siklus. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa upaya untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa kelas VII B SMP Negeri 16 Rejang Lebong Bengkulu dengan menggunakan model Brain Based Learninghasil jumlah perhitungan pra siklus dengan persentase ketuntasan sebesar 50,00%, pada siklus I mengalami peningkatan tuntas dengan persentase 57,69%, dan pada siklus II mengalami kenaikan kembali dengan presentase 65,38%. Sesuai dengan KKM 70 dan Indikator keberhasilan 60% dengan hasil yang diperoleh di siklus II maka, Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini dihentikan karena prestasi belajar siswa meningkat dan sudah mencapai indikator keberhasilan yang telah ditentukan. Kata Kunci : Prestasi Belajar, PPKn Brain Based Learning Abstract This Classroom Action Research aims to determine efforts to improve PPKn learning achievement by using the Class VII B Brain Based Learning model of SMP Negeri 16 Rejang Lebong Bengkulu for the 2019/2020 academic year. The research was conducted in Rejang Lebong Bengkulu Regency in the 2019/2020 school year in Class VII B with a total of 26 students (male 11 and female 15). This Classroom Action Research uses the Kermmis and Mc Taggart model cycle, namely planning, acting, observing and reflecting. Data collection was carried out by observation, evaluation tests, interviews, documentation. The data analysis technique used quantitative descriptive, namely an increase in learning achievement from the pre-cycle. The results of the study concluded that efforts to improve student achievement in class VII B SMP Negeri 16 Rejang Lebong Bengkulu using the Brain Based Learningmodel resulted in the number of pre-cycle calculations with a completeness percentage of 50.00%, in the first cycle experienced an increase in completeness with a percentage of 57.69% , and in the second cycle it increased again with a percentage of 65.38%. In accordance with KKM 70 and success indicators of 60% with the results obtained in cycle II, this Classroom Action Research was stopped because student learning achievement had increased and had reached predetermined success indicators.
