This study aims to determine whether or not there is an increase in the learning outcomes of the Unit of Time material through the application of the make a match method to Class 3-A students of SD Negeri Kendangsari I/276 Surabaya and to find out how much the increase in the learning outcomes of the Unit of Time material through the application of the make a match method in Class 3-A students of SD Negeri Kendangsari I/276 Surabaya. The research was carried out with a two-cycle action implementation mechanism with two meetings in each cycle. The subjects of this study were students of class 3-A SD Negeri Kendangsari I/276 Surabaya, totaling 39 students. In the study, it was found that the percentage of student learning outcomes in the Time Unit material from before this learning model was applied which only had an average of 54.3 to 70.9 in the first cycle and 77.1 in the second cycle. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that there is an increase in the learning outcomes of the Time Unit material through the application of the make a match method to Class 3-A students of SD Negeri Kendangsari I/276 Surabaya. The increase in learning outcomes of the Time Unit material through the application of the make a match method in Class 3-A students of SD Negeri Kendangsari I/276 Surabaya is an average of 23%.

The purpose of this activity is for increasing students interest in learning at MI Nasrul Ulum Klagensrampat. This activity uses a learning method in conveying material to students.By applying this method the writer hopes that the learning process can be achieved properly. Therefore, it is very important for educators to recognize several kinds of learning methods so that students feel happy and comfortable when learning takes place. The writing of this work were supported by the researcher’s activity after doing identification and communication with the teacher, so that the researchers and the teacher were able to find out the obstacles faced by the students in teaching and learning activity which has been done. In this activity, the researcher applied various methods of effective and innovative teaching which were able to increase students learning interest. The learning methods are puzzle method, flashcard method, silent way method, make a match method, snowball method, bamboo method, and monopoly method

Learning is a process which built by teacher to increase student’s creative thingking, also can improve the ability of construct new knowledge. Learning outcome is one of important things to consider in learning. The learning outcomes can be formed as verbal information, intellectual skills, cognitive strategies, motoric skills, and attitudes. To get maksimum learning outcomes, the teacher must be good at designing learning by using a variety of learning models which combined by appropriate media. The cooperative learning model of the make a mach method packaged in the form of a game where students work in groups to match questions and answers in the form of cards with certain time limit. As the result we know that cooperative learning model of the make a mach method can increase the student’s learning outcomes, activeness, and cooperation. The application of this method suitable to be applied in various sciences and levels.

Abstract Couette flow with non-homogeneous partial-slip stripes on one plate is studied. Drag and flow rate are found by an efficient eigenfunction expansion and point match method. Longitudinal motion (parallel to the stripes) experiences lower drag than transverse motion. As the gap width between the two plates approaches zero, the drag increases to a finite value if the stripes have partial slip, as comparison to the infinite value for no slip. Analysis of the region near the junction of a perfect stick-slip boundary shows a weak stress singularity while there is no singularity for partial slip junctions.

The present research on dimethyl carbonate (DMC) synthesis from CO2 was short of effective theoretical guidance and catalyst design was also blind. A kind of regular relationship was found from catalyst structure calculation and activity experiments. Therefore, a novel energy band matching method was proposed. After substantial verification experiments, it was proved to be correct. Whether one certain catalyst has catalytic activity can be judged predictably according to this novel method. Novel and efficient catalysts can be designed or selected on the basis of designer's wishes. Based on this method, three efficient catalysts were prepared and CuO–Co3O4@SiO2 catalyst had the best catalytic performance. In a word, once it is applied in catalysts research, there will be a huge progress in catalysis and materials science fields.

Aims: The studied drug is lacking the presence of chromophore so a reaction with NBD-Cl is optimized to facilitate its chromatographic detection, so the main aim of the work is to quantify pamidronate in a sensitive and accurate way either in bulk or dosage forms. Methodology: The quantification of this group of drugs is a challenging task as they lack the presence of chromophore groups in their structure. The proposed method depends on the chromatographic quantification of the studied drug after its derivatization via its reaction with 4-Chloro-7-nitro-2,1,3-benzoxazole and the product is separated on ODS C18 column (5 µm, 15 cm x 5 mm, i.d.) as a stationary phase and methanol : water (8:2, v/v) as a mobile phase. The flow rate was 1 ml/min. Results: The studied drug can be determined in the range of 900 - 3000 ng/mL after optimizing the assay conditions to get optimum stationary – mobile phases match. Method validation is performed according to USP-guidelines and different validation parameters like, linearity, accuracy, precision and robustness are calculated and found to be excellent. Conclusion: The proposed method is accurate, sensitive and can be applied for the routine analysis of pamidronate in quality control laboratories.

The determination for diffuse scattering model parameters is of critical importance to improve the accuracy of prediction and analysis for millimeter-wave radio propagation. In this paper, a reliable parameterization method with a simplified tuning procedure for a diffuse scattering model is proposed and validated based on measurements and ray-tracing simulations. Typical construction materials are measured from 40 GHz to 50 GHz, and the complex permittivity is estimated by the propagation coefficients match method. The directive model, which can better characterize the scattering patterns of construction materials in this paper, is adopted to calibrate the ray-tracing simulation. Model parameterization is performed and simulated results with the optimal model parameters show distinct accuracy improvement.
