<p><em>The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the profit-sharing Musyarakah financing procedure at BMT BIMA Magelang. This study is a qualitative research, uses field research. Data collection techniques through interviews, documentation, and observation, while data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the study found that the Musyarakah financing procedure at BMT BIMA Magelang has been carried out effectively because it has carried out the financing process according to sharia principles and provisions, namely, an ijab qabul process between the customer and the BMT, the parties who make contracts, an object of the capital agreement, and a transparent ratio distribution of profits and losses. This study shows that for every increase in the use of Musyarakah financing, there is also an increase in the income of BMT BIMA Magelang.</em></p>

The research objective was to describe the success of Mr. Yukari's palm oil trading business in Tanjung Tebat Village, Bunga Mas District, South Bengkulu Regency. There were three participants. This research is a qualitative research. Data collection techniques using interview techniques, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data used the triangulation technique. The results showed that the establishment of Mr. Yukari's business in 2014 with a capital of Rp. 150,000,000. The number of purchases of palm oil is currently 30 tonnes per day. Mr. Yukari's turnover is currently Rp. 6,000,000 per day. Mr. Yukari's current business profit is IDR 75,000,000 per month. Mr Yukari's assets are currently four transport cars, five trucks, and 13 hectares of oil palm land. The current number of employees is eleven employees. The external problem in Mr. Yukari's business is purchasing price competition. Mr. Yukari's solution is by considering price competition as a common thing and Mr. Yukari remains in his stance.

The Village

This study describes the practice of rounding prices on buying and selling rubber in Medang Ara village, Karang Baru District. The purpose of this study was to determine the practice of price rounding on the sale and purchase of rubber and to determine the analysis of Islamic business ethics on the practice of rounding prices on buying and selling rubber in the village of Medang Ara, Karang Baru District. The type of research used is field research. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation, as well as data analysis techniques with a qualitative descriptive approach.Based on the results of the study note that the price rounding done by Medang Ara village rubber agent is rounding down prices. The agent did this rounding because there was no change which made it difficult to pay for the rubber and the agent thought that rounding was a common thing and was known by farmers, so farmers would be sincere if the money was rounded up. In addition, the price rounding done by an agent is contrary to the basic provisions in Islamic business ethics, namely unity, balance, free will, responsibility and truth, and rounding the price is also contrary to the principles in Islamic business ethics such as honesty and transparency in setting prices.

The research objective was to study the implementation of the Wafa method in Al-quran learning at the TKIT Ar-Royyan School of Nature. The Wafa method is an Al-quran learning method by maximizing the functions of the right brain without overriding the left brain which is combined in an interesting and fun way. The characteristic of Wafa's method is to read Al-quran with the strains of the hijaz and learning programs using movements that are in accordance with the verse translation. TKIT Ar-Royyan Nature School is a school that uses the Wafa method. The Wafa method is applied within a 5-year transfer period, previously using the Iqra 'method. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques consist of observation, interviews, documentation. Data analysis techniques used since formulating data, explaining problems before going to the field and continuing to finish the research results. The technique of validating data uses triangulation techniques. The results of the study found that the implementation of the Wafa method used 5P, namely opening, meeting, meeting, meeting. The steps for implementing the Wafa method learning can be applied face to face for ± 60 minutes according to the mastery of the teacher.

This research aims to examine and analyze the effectiveness of creative traders in the field by the police unit of Pamong Praja at Jalan Jawa City Palangka Raya. This research uses qualitative research methods. The source of the data is derived from the Police unit organization of the city Palangka Raya, PKL, the community in the large market of the street Java City Palangka Raya Raya, as well as documents that support this research. Data collection techniques by observation, interviews, documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing Verification. Based on the results of this study, it is known that the use of Creative Trader Field (PKL) is done because of the number of creative traders who have been made use of public places in the trading activities so that the implementation by Satpol PP. As well as the effectiveness of regulating and supporting factors and the implementation of creative traders field by Satpol PP on Jalan Java City Palangka Raya is insufficient infrastructure to perform regulation such as transportation tools that is too old to carry out patrol activities and the lack of budget earned funds.

Madrasa have a big role in building the Indonesian nation. The challenges of education in the era of globalization are getting bigger. However, many madrasa do not have the quality according to the standard. Therefore it is necessary to rethink the quality culture of madrasa in the global era. This type of research is qualitative research and includes field research. Data analysis using Miles and Huberman analysis techniques that include data reduction, display data, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of research conducted by the author on the implementation of quality culture madrasa in MTs Ma'arif NU 4 Kemranjen can be concluded that wujud from the quality culture madrasa (religious culture)  in MTs Ma'arif NU 4 Kemranjen as a form of development of pai subject family in accordance with the theory that includes; (1) mushofahah (2) memorization  juz 'amma  (3) istighasah and prayer together (4) dhuha prayer (5) friday box running (6) congregational dhuhur prayer (7) religious message. While what is not contained in the theory is (1) PHBI (2)  reading asmaul husna (3) the use of polite uniforms and covering the aurat (4) pesantren kilat (5) reading yasin and tahlil (6) extra-curricular religious (7) religious tests (8) halal bihalal. The implementation uses a persuasive strategy that emphasizes  on accuracy and habituation.

This study aims to explain the form of language error in rhetorical journal entitled "Innovation of Indonesian Language Learning through Process Approach" in syntax level, as well as describe the cause of the error. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. Data collection using techniques in the form of observation of the writings of an article from the journal Rhetoric. Data in the study is divided into two scopes, namely literature research and field research Analysis techniques used include, collecting data in the form of errors in terms of syntax, identifying errors, explaining errors, and evaluating errors. The results of this study are descriptions of the form of language errors include: (1) the unity of ideas, (2) word frugality, (3) logic, and (4) word carefulness.

This study aims to determine the accuracy of task completion in the implementation of PATEN in Candi District. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, documentation, and literature studies. Data analysis techniques are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the accuracy of the completion of tasks in the implementation of PATEN in Candi District, namely the completion of a PATEN application in the KTP service, could be completed within 7 days with a note that the file requirements were complete so that it could be processed immediately. In the management of ID cards, Candi Subdistrict employees have carried out their duties to the maximum. However, in terms of managing E-KTP, there are obstacles in terms of coordination with the Ministry of Home Affairs located in Jakarta where the server at the Ministry of Home Affairs is turned off every 3 hours for server maintenance purposes, then after that 5 minutes later it is turned on again. So this causes the processing of E-KTP takes a long time

Abstract The role of the cottage pesantern in fostering morals already uncontested again with a lot of challenges and temptations for the life of the students. This study aims to describe and learn about the role of boarding school in fostering promiscuity teen in SMK Ma'arif 1 Kebumen. This study is a field research and types of qualitative research. Data collection techniques using observation, documentation and interviews. The data analysis technique that used qualitative descriptive analysis which consists of 3 grooves of the activities that take place simultaneously, namely data reduction, data presentation and withdrawal of conclusion. This technique is used as a reference for the writing of the results of research and facilitate understanding of the description, which presented the results of the end of the study. The research will be looking the role of the pesantren in the development of character in SMK ma'arif 1 Kebumen. Expected from the coaching to the youth as the next generation can give birth to a generation better. The generation that is able to maintain values but can contribute to the development of the Indonesian nation from the physical and spiritual.
