This study aims to determine the accuracy of task completion in the implementation of PATEN in Candi District. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, documentation, and literature studies. Data analysis techniques are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the accuracy of the completion of tasks in the implementation of PATEN in Candi District, namely the completion of a PATEN application in the KTP service, could be completed within 7 days with a note that the file requirements were complete so that it could be processed immediately. In the management of ID cards, Candi Subdistrict employees have carried out their duties to the maximum. However, in terms of managing E-KTP, there are obstacles in terms of coordination with the Ministry of Home Affairs located in Jakarta where the server at the Ministry of Home Affairs is turned off every 3 hours for server maintenance purposes, then after that 5 minutes later it is turned on again. So this causes the processing of E-KTP takes a long time

The research objective was to describe the success of Mr. Yukari's palm oil trading business in Tanjung Tebat Village, Bunga Mas District, South Bengkulu Regency. There were three participants. This research is a qualitative research. Data collection techniques using interview techniques, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data used the triangulation technique. The results showed that the establishment of Mr. Yukari's business in 2014 with a capital of Rp. 150,000,000. The number of purchases of palm oil is currently 30 tonnes per day. Mr. Yukari's turnover is currently Rp. 6,000,000 per day. Mr. Yukari's current business profit is IDR 75,000,000 per month. Mr Yukari's assets are currently four transport cars, five trucks, and 13 hectares of oil palm land. The current number of employees is eleven employees. The external problem in Mr. Yukari's business is purchasing price competition. Mr. Yukari's solution is by considering price competition as a common thing and Mr. Yukari remains in his stance.

This study aims to discuss the creativity of teachers in teaching the Koran to students who have limited speech. It can be seen that students with speech impairment are students who have lives with special needs. Nothing else in the process of studying a religious science, namely learning the Koran, both in terms of reading and memorizing. This research is a qualitative research. Data collection is done by observation, interviews, and documentation. Analysis of this research data with several parts, namely, data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. The results of data analysis showed that the methods applied by the Tahfidz teacher in teaching the Koran to students with speech impairment had a good influence. Like the Yanbu’a method and the Talaqqi method.

This study aims to determine whether the street vendors at the Leuwiliang terminal know and apply sharia buying and selling in their daily marketing strategies and to find out whether the implementation of sharia buying and selling in their marketing strategies has an effect on the sales of street vendors. at Leuwiliang Terminal. To answer this question, the author uses descriptive qualitative research, namely an analysis of data that is explanatory and informational data that will be associated with theories and concepts that will be discussed in qualitative research and provide conclusions from this research. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation, the data sources used are primary and secondary data. Furthermore, data analysis consists of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Most of the street vendors in Leuwiliang Terminal Bogor do not know about buying and selling sharia, but when they are explained about buying and selling sharia and being asked again whether they apply sharia buying and selling in their daily buying and selling activities? The traders answered that they applied it in their daily buying and selling activities. And the street vendors at Leuwiliang Terminal are of the opinion that the implementation of sharia buying and selling has little effect on the sales of these street vendors. Community participation is the main asset in achieving the government's program goals. This study aims to determine community participation in development at Baringeng Village, Soppeng regency. Therefore, to find out the objectives of this study, the researcher used descriptive qualitative research. The informants in this study were (7 peoples) using data collection techniques that were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained from the research results were processed using data analysis techniques consisting of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that community participation in development at Baringeng village, Soppeng regency was in the high category. This can be viewed from several indicators, including thought participation, energy participation, property participation, skills participation, and social participation.

This study aims to determine the implementation of E-Procurement in the procurement of goods and services in the Procurement Services Section of the City of Makassar Regional Secretariat. The type of research used is qualitative research. Data analysis techniques using steps of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, verification of data that are qualitative in nature, to draw conclusions. The results showed that there were five indicators: (1) BLPBJ Makassar City human resources suppressed the readiness of character qualities that are continuing; (2) Online communication provides accessibility and flexibility; (3) The objective of going hand in hand is between Tender and Non-Tender for the Makassar City DPRD game; (4) The environment supports the Makassar City LPSE in terms of politics and economics and not the general public; (5) Compliance of the implementor on the condition of direct appointment to the deposited contractor requires that the compliance of the implementor in handling Direct Procurement (PL) has not been maximized.

Women are a very productive source of labor in all fields. In this case village women tend to be housewives and their space to develop skills is very limited. Researchers aimed to determine the empowerment of cadres in the family welfare in the District of Pakis, Magelang Regency. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The subjects of this study were the Head of the Banyusidi Village, the Driving Cadre of the Banyusidi Village. In collecting data researchers used the method of observation, interviews and documentation. While in the data analysis techniques researchers used data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that PKK Cadre Empowerment based on the theory of the empowerment process was divided into 5 stages namely Enabling, Empowering, Protecting, Supporting, and Fostering. Of the 5 stages the process has not been able to run optimally, especially in Enabling and Fostering. While the factors which become obstacles in empowering women through PKK come from members and also from the environment. While the supporters are strong encouragement from the board and the existence of support from outside the group.Keywords: Empowerment of women, PKK, Family Welfare

AbstractHumans on earth need social interaction with others. Humans can use more than one language in communication. Thus, the impact that arises when the use of one or more languages is the contact between languages. One obvious form of contact between languages is interference. Interference can occur at all levels of life. As in this study, namely Indonesian Language Interference in Learning PPL Basic Thailand Unhasy Students. This study contains the form of interference that occurs in Thai students who are conducting teaching practices in the classroom. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research that seeks to describe any interference that occurs in the speech of Thai students when teaching practice. Data collection methods in this study are (1) observation techniques, (2) audio-visual recording techniques using CCTV and (3) recording techniques, by recording all data that has been obtained. Whereas the data wetness uses, (1) data triangulation, (2) improvement in perseverance and (3) peer review through discussion. Data analysis techniques in this study are (1) data collection, (2) data reduction, (3) data presentation and (4) conclusions. It can be seen that the interference that occurs includes (1) interference in phonological systems, (2) interference in morphological systems and (3) interference in syntactic systems.

This study aims to provide information about the history, processions and shifting values that occur in the Wiwitan Tradition in Mangunan, Dlingo, Bnatul, Yogyakarta and the factors behind it. This study used qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used was data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this research is that the history Wiwitan Tradition which going on for hundreds of years. The stages in the Wiwitan Tradition are the stages of preparation and implementation. The form of a shift in the value of the Wiwitan Tradition is in the form of shift in value in terms of economy, social, tourism, religion and spirituality. The shift in value that occurs is caused by external factors and internal factors.

Learning the art of calligraphy based on chemical experiments is an activity of learning the art of calligraphy in developing the potential of students to foster creativity, instill value, and develop productive abilities by using harmless materials, namely using colored plants. The purpose of this research was to determine the process and to obtain calligraphy work in learning the art of calligraphy based on chemical experiments. The type of method used in this research is field qualitative research. The data sources in this study were divided into two: first, primary data sources consisting of the principal, educators, and students of SDN 8 Kawunglarang Rancah; second, secondary data sources obtained through tracing of various references. Furthermore, the data collection instruments used were observation, interviews, and documentation, as well as the data analysis techniques used, namely through three stages including data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the process of learning the art of calligraphy based on chemical experiments includes the planning, implementation, and evaluation stages. The work of SDN 8 Kawunglarang students is still in the basic stages so there are several mistakes in its making.
