Social participation through the construction of Watu Rusun Tourism in Mendak Village, D Dagang District, Kapadi Madiun District is one of the uses of horizontal participation in an effort to encourage economic growth in the Mendak Village community. Starting from the people's unrest about crop failures that continue to occur, people are looking for solutions to the problems they experience by looking at the potential that exists in Mendak Village. From this comes a shared awareness about the natural capital it has, and the community is interested in developing the natural potential in the village. Owned capital is utilized in tackling the decline in income, so it was agreed by Watu Rangkas as a tourist destination that is expected to be able to grow the people's economy again. This research approach is qualitative and type of research uses descriptive studies. Determination of informants in research using purposive techniques. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and verification. The data validity technique uses source triangulation. The results showed that participation formed by the Mendak Village community was a form of horizontal participation. Where horizontal participation is participation born from community self-awareness in dealing with existing problems. The background of the formation of this participation comes from the condition of clove harvest failure which is a common problem. Then the problem solving is obtained by exploiting natural potential, namely tourism development. Development activities are carried out in mutual cooperation until there is economic growth, all these activities are a form of development carried out by community participation. Participation in Watu Rusun tourism development can occur because of the willingness of the community to be involved in tourism development, the opportunities provided by the community, and the ability of the community to utilize tourism. The benefits of participation in tourism development for the community are the availability of new jobs, the emergence of businesses in processing local potential, and the existence of CSR from investors for tourism development.Keywords: Failure of Clove Agriculture, Horizontal Participation, Watu Rusun Tourism Development, community economic growth.

In 2019, the City Government of Mojokerto declared two schools, SDN Purwotengah and SMPN 2 Kota Mojokerto as cultural heritage. Soekarno also known as Bung Karno, one of the founding fathers of this country, Indonesia, studied there, on 1908 until 1916. This study discusses how the discourse on optimizing the cultural heritage of Bung Karno's two schools as historical tourism objects, from the perspective of social and economic welfare of the community. The theory used in this study is public policy, popularized by Thomas Dye and James E. Anderson. This study uses a qualitative method with the discourse analysis approach of Norman Fairclough. The discourse analyzed anything was conveyed by the Mayor of Mojokerto Ika Puspitasari and the Head of the Education Office Amin Wachid in the Srawung program, which aired from 16.00 to 17.00, 18 August 2020, on TVRI East Java. The result of this study indicates, the City Government of Mojokerto is serious, regarding make historical tourism objects in the cultural heritage buildings of the Bung Karno Schools. The City Government of Mojokerto considers, it will further foster a sense of community nationalism, provide authentic historical insights, as well as emerge a populist economy.keywords: Cultural Heritage, Discourse, Public Policy, Social and Economic Welfare

The COVID-19 pandemic has made all children's activities ranging from teaching and learning activities to self-development to be carried out at home. Parents are required to be able to guide and facilitate all their children's needs to ensure that children can learn and develop well. For that we need a good parenting style and support the child's self development. The purpose of this study is to find a complete integration of parenting patterns based on Abraham Maslow's humanistic concept to ensure the fulfillment of children's needs amid the COVID-19 pandemic while ensuring that children develop well. This study uses a qualitative research method with a literature approach to collect, study and analyze a complete concept of parenting in the midst of a pandemic. This research found that the integration of humanistic concepts in parenting in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic resulted in a holistic parenting concept by paying attention to several aspects such as the fulfillment of physiological needs, security, love and affection, self-esteem and culminating in self-actualization where children are capable. understand and develop self potential well. Keyword : COVID-19 Pandemic, Parenting, Humanistic Psychology

This article discusses the services of Health Social Security Administering Bodies (BPJS) Kesehatan. The purpose of this study is to determine the perceptions of the urban poor in the service of BPJS Kesehatan. In this study, the authors used a qualitative method with a case study model. The results showed that in society there are two perceptions of BPJS Kesehatan, namely positive perceptions and negative perceptions. Positive perceptions include: BPJS Kesehatan greatly eases payments, BPJS services are very friendly and familiar, BPJS health insurance cards are very beneficial, Negative perceptions include: less than optimal socialization, long administrative processes, and not all types of diseases are covered by BPJS. In addition, BPJS has a complicated administrative process and long queuing time, limited personnel serving, limited personnel serving, not all costs can be borne by BPJS, and it is difficult to pay installments (economy).

The number of workers in the formal or informal sector is still dominated by men. One of the reasons is the discovery of patriarchal culture in several fields of life. The role of the government, non-governmental institutions as well as the private sector in breaking the chain needs to be done. So how is the synergy of stakeholders to get help through Sumber Pathedan Women's Farmers Group in Lomanis Cilacap Village? This research uses descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques using interviews and documentation. This research concludes that the CSR Program conducted by PT Pertamina Integrated Termina Feul Cilacap is included in the Corporate Citizenship category. This Program Has Cause Programs That The Company Has Done Tackling Society And Sustainability. Education in Indonesia is still difficult for some segments such as ABK who have escaped maximum attention and management. Although there has been government assistance to provide access to education that is appropriate for every child through inclusive education. However, it still requires challenges, such as the lack of complete learning support facilities for ABK, expensive and distant schools, teachers who need knowledge about ABK, and others. Then the roles of various sectors are needed in efforts to fulfill disability rights. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach that describes the implementation of CSR programs in handling ABK. This research was conducted at the Sekolah Dreamable located in Tegalluar village, Bojongsoang District, Bandung Regency, West Java. Data collection techniques using interview techniques and study documentation. The results of this study indicate that PT Pertamina (Persero) Fuel Terminal Bandung Group in CSR programs implementing at Sekolah Dreamablein Bojongsoang District, Bandung uses a combination program strategy pattern that combines centralized and decentralized program patterns. Where in planning, the program determination and implementation involves the participation of various stakeholders. As a form of implementation, CSR that has been carried out by PT Pertamina (Persero) Fuel Terminal Bandung Group not only consists of Charity such as complimentary books and school supplements but also Philanthropy such as School Development and the procurement of Homecare Cars, and Community Development through purchasing the capacity of Teachers and Special Needs.Keywords: Corporate Social Responsibility, ABK Handling, Inclusive Education

This article is the result of a study describing the generalist social worker intervention on clients under 18 years of age, by the Indonesian Ministry of Social Services child social service voluntary service unit in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research type, with a case study approach that seeks to understand deeply related to the intervention of generalist social workers. The results of this study indicate that the interventions carried out are based on Permensos No. 22 of 2014 which refers to several stages, namely: Initial assessment, disclosure of problems, preparation of intervention plans, problem-solving, resocialization, termination and the last is advanced guidance.Keywords: Intervention, Generalist Social Worker, Child Protection Social Work Unit.

Indonesia is a very diverse country. Diversity is reflected in many ways, ranging from ethnicity, religion, race, and culture. Indonesia's diversity starts with the diversity of individuals in the family, a diversity that cannot be denied. With diversity will make it rich for a nation, especially Indonesia, but there will likely be conflicts within the community due to the diversity that exists. Social security becomes important for a family to be able to stay and be able to solve the problems faced. The family sphere is very important as the spearhead in building social resilience in diversity. The family must be able to maintain and create social harmony, social empathy, and imbalance and non-conducive family members. Abstract Social welfare can be achieved with cross-sectoral sectors,  covering the state, civil society and the private sector (corporates). The private sector can help bring about social welfare through corporate social responsibility. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as an empowerment development program. PT. Taman Wisata Candi (TWC) Borobudur, Prambanan and Ratu Boko are one of the companies that handle CSR activities by uniting the partnership and community development program which is called by the term Program Kemitraan dan Bina Lingkungan (PKBL), and to be top CSR in the tourism category in 2018. This fact is researched to get the best practices of corporate responsibility social all this time. Using a descriptive qualitative research method, the study found a good implementation that is undoubtedly the three bottom line effects in implementing CSR lead by PT. Every family would want a clean and healthy environment. The level of achieving social welfare can also be passed through behaviors that reflect cleanliness of the environment. This also applies to scavenger families in Babarsari's shanties. In this context, the research was conducted in Babarsari's shanties in the type of field research and was descriptive qualitative in nature. Those who work as scavengers do not recognize clean and healthy living behaviors or PHBS. They are used to environmental life which can be said to not support the survival of their children. An environment full of garbage has become their usual sight. To analyze PHBS, Abraham Maslow's theory of Hirearki's theory of Human Needs is used. The results of this study are that those scavenger families do not have the awareness of the importance of basic needs, such as clean and healthy life behavior or PHBS.Keywords: Social Welfare, Family, Scavenger, Healthy Living Behaviors
