The current Covid-19 pandemic has had a very broad impact on the joints of life, including in the field of education. So that the government implements a Distance Learning policy or online. This is to break the chain of the spread of the corona virus in schools and universities. This change in the education system makes it difficult for students to accept and understand the material presented, because learning which is usually carried out in person or face-to-face has turned into Distance Learning or is carried out online, whose implementation cannot be separated by utilizing information technology. In the research process this time using descriptive qualitative research methods. The learning strategy applied by SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Porong during the pandemic was to use 2 learning methods, namely online learning methods and offline learning methods. The online learning method is done by communicating via WhatsApp, the teacher provides material or assignments via WhatsApp messages in the form of text, video, and powerpoint. And still comply with the health protocol for students who take offline or offline learning. However, this kind of learning technique is important to evaluate, considering the ability of parents to provide online learning facilities. Technology has a very big role to facilitate educators in delivering learning materials so that learning can continue even though it cannot be done face-to-face. In the implementation of online learning, there are obstacles that are a challenge for educators, related to academics, as well as the readiness of facilities and infrastructure related to technology.

This research is to discuss the learning strategies that teachers do to students in imparting online or online learning at SMP Muhamadiyah 4 Gempol. Because the learning strategy is one aspect of successful learning for teachers. The learning strategy is a whole series of teaching material presentations which includes all aspects before and after learning by the teacher as well as all related facilities used directly or indirectly in the teaching and learning process. The purpose of this scientific article is to train students' abilities in environmental education, therefore we as students make observations of the SMP Muhamadiyah 4 Gempol school. The conclusion that I can take is that in the implementation of teaching and learning activities it is not always done face-to-face but can be done online as it is today due to conditions that do not allow face-to-face learning, but still it is the maximum effort for the teacher not to decide learning in school so that students continue to receive learning material

Online learning poses challenges that students might never have encountered in a face-to-face learning environment. In learning English, students may confront more challenges as they need both cognitive and metacognitive skills in dealing with the dynamic lessons involving interaction, online exercises, and audio, video and text downloads. The challenges faced in online learning have led students to employ learning strategies to help them learn more efficiently and effectively. This paper examined students’ strategy use in learning English online and the correlation of the strategies with their academic performance in the subject. Using the Online Language Learning Strategy Questionnaire (OLLSQ) to gauge students’ strategy use in the domains of cognitive, metacognitive, resource-management and affective, the findings indicated that all students were high users of OLLS in English online learning with the highest preference for metacognitive as the strategies were helpful to students in planning and organizing their studies. However, there was low correlation between the strategies use and performance. Overall, the strategies have impacted the students positively and helped them to cope with the new learning mode that is different from the traditional learning. It is hoped that the discovery of the strategies could provide some important insights into how students can be more successful in learning online, and help others to achieve their study goals and overcome any challenges confronting them in learning English online.   Keywords: E-learners, Learning strategies, Online learning, Performance

Blended Learning should be a deliberately-designed and pedagogically-informed endeavour. Blended Learning integrates (blends) face-to-face learning environments with online learning environments so that learning can occur anyplace and anytime and can transcend the physical boundaries of traditional face-to-face settings. Moving towards successful blended learning does not happen by chance. It requires educational leadership and a supportive change management strategy. Such a strategy should include a vision for innovation, plans for diffusing the innovations and the provision of advice and guidance to faculty and administrators. The chapter offers examples of what is possible through the genre of ‘Cluster Scenarios' and explores some implications for adopting a blended learning strategy for faculty and administrators.

COVID-19 has an impact on all levels of education in Indonesia and has a major impact on early childhood, where the teaching and learning process needs to be done face-to-face, but due to the COVID-19 outbreak, the government's policy of face-to-face learning and online learning is carried out. Researchers conducting this research are interested in the learning strategies used by educators during the COVID-19 pandemic so that they can become a reference for parents in guiding children to learn online. The effect of learning for early childhood is difficulty in understanding explanations from educators, lack of socialization in children's lives because schools are held online, children's development and growth has decreased, children's achievement indicators will decrease. Online learning for children aged during this pandemic is not optimal because it has obstacles, namely COVID-19, which is the reason children experience the impact of learning at home. The research method used qualitative research to describe the findings in the field and then processed the data. The data collection techniques in the research that have been carried out are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this research are so that parents can guide, supervise and become a place for children's education in the family. Parents have a very big responsibility in educating and guiding children's learning online, the success of children's learning will be determined by parents if parents provide stimulation or guide when learning online.

During the covid 19 pandemic, online learning, and its terms are not strange things in East Nusa Tenggara. The establishment of Learning from home was started from March to June 2020 to prevent the spread of Covid-19. This research is a case study of eleven English teachers who serve in certain areas around East Nusa Tenggara; five teachers of Senior High School/Vocational School, five teachers of Junior High School, and one Elementary School teacher. Its purpose was to describe the methods in the English teaching-learning process in a pandemic situation. The data of this descriptive study were obtained through WhatsApp non-facial interviews and analyzed by reducing and categorizing similar results. The results showed that the teachers applied two methods, both offline and online.  From March to June 2020, the teachers managed their classes in the online process by using some applications. Whereas, in the Uneven Semester 2020-2021, the safe areas return to face-to-face learning in limited learning duration. The most prominent obstacle in online learning was the limitation of gadgets since the students did not have adequate tools. Financially, parents' income has decreased for they could not meet the needs of internet data packages. Students who returned to their hometown also experienced problems regarding network services. These conditions cause more obstacles to teachers in managing online classes. Therefore, teachers implemented several strategies to solve these obstacles by creating a WhatsApp group or arranging them into small groups based on their locations and there were students with smartphones to browse for materials or send the assignments. In addition, students were allowed to consult and collect the assignments at school based on scheduled agreements. The situation continues to Even Semester 2020-2021 and gradually turned to limited face-to-face meetings at school in the Uneven Semester 2021-2022.
